Amen. 00:10:49.64\00:10:50.98 Now, Joy, tell us more about what is FARM STEW? 00:10:51.01\00:10:54.58 Our viewers and listeners want to know 00:10:54.62\00:10:56.38 what is FARM STEW? 00:10:56.42\00:10:57.75 Yeah, well, FARM STEW is expanding and growing 00:10:57.79\00:11:00.96 and stretching ourselves 00:11:00.99\00:11:02.52 but at the basic foundation of it, 00:11:02.56\00:11:04.23 FARM STEW is a recipe for abundant life. 00:11:04.26\00:11:06.80 Okay. And it's a FARM STEW. 00:11:06.83\00:11:09.50 So you think of what is farming? 00:11:09.53\00:11:12.10 We're helping people with hands on practical skills 00:11:12.13\00:11:15.17 to have an abundant life. 00:11:15.20\00:11:16.74 So we're train the trainer program 00:11:16.77\00:11:19.34 that goes out and teaches farming 00:11:19.37\00:11:21.71 and will change people's attitude 00:11:21.74\00:11:24.28 all using the Bible. 00:11:24.31\00:11:25.95 And really, the science informed 00:11:25.98\00:11:29.22 but Bible inspired messages around farming, attitude, 00:11:29.25\00:11:33.92 rest and meals 00:11:33.96\00:11:35.66 is the acronym that spells F.A.R.M. 00:11:35.69\00:11:37.83 And then our S.T.E.W is an acronym 00:11:37.86\00:11:40.10 that stands for sanitation, 00:11:40.13\00:11:42.00 temperance, enterprise and water. 00:11:42.03\00:11:44.73 Okay. 00:11:44.77\00:11:46.10 So it's like eight health laws but it's specific for, 00:11:46.13\00:11:49.74 we used to say for Africa, 00:11:49.77\00:11:51.64 but you'll see during this conversation, 00:11:51.67\00:11:53.61 we're far beyond the borders of the African continent now. 00:11:53.64\00:11:56.91 Wow. It's great. 00:11:56.95\00:11:58.35 And you have some... 00:11:58.38\00:12:00.12 You put a word in there a moment ago called stretching. 00:12:00.15\00:12:03.39 Tell us about that stretching? 00:12:03.42\00:12:05.29 What does that mean? 00:12:05.32\00:12:06.72 Well, God has been teaching me a lot about stretching 00:12:06.76\00:12:09.69 over the last year. 00:12:09.72\00:12:11.06 I actually had a frozen shoulder 00:12:11.09\00:12:12.79 and that shoulder wouldn't move 00:12:12.83\00:12:14.93 and the only way I could get movement back 00:12:14.96\00:12:18.30 is through extremely painful stretching. 00:12:18.33\00:12:21.94 And I felt like God just asked me like, 00:12:21.97\00:12:24.11 "Are you ready to stretch for me in the same way 00:12:24.14\00:12:26.91 you're stretching to get your shoulder back?" 00:12:26.94\00:12:29.21 And so I had to say yes, like, "I trust You." 00:12:29.24\00:12:32.75 Yeah. "You can stretch us." 00:12:32.78\00:12:34.22 And I think the last year and a half 00:12:34.25\00:12:35.78 has been a stretching experience 00:12:35.82\00:12:37.29 for all of us, right? 00:12:37.32\00:12:39.49 Just, there's so many challenges. 00:12:39.52\00:12:42.32 And so I feel like God said, "Let's get creative." 00:12:42.36\00:12:45.39 You can't fly places and train trainers 00:12:45.43\00:12:47.86 like I typically had. 00:12:47.90\00:12:49.23 So we're using technology. 00:12:49.26\00:12:51.27 We're developing an app, 00:12:51.30\00:12:52.63 we're going into new countries with new partners, 00:12:52.67\00:12:55.34 all of which is a stretching experience. 00:12:55.37\00:12:57.87 And then actually, we're here today to invite 00:12:57.91\00:12:59.74 your listening audience 00:12:59.77\00:13:01.58 to challenge yourselves to stretch as well, 00:13:01.61\00:13:04.51 to share the recipe of FARM STEW 00:13:04.55\00:13:05.88 in your community. 00:13:05.91\00:13:07.62 So we'll talk more about that soon. 00:13:07.65\00:13:10.12 You know, a lot of people say, "Okay, now we know what you do. 00:13:10.15\00:13:12.72 But why do you do it?" 00:13:12.75\00:13:14.09 That's the big thing. 00:13:14.12\00:13:15.46 I mean, we use not too long I read a book called Why. 00:13:15.49\00:13:18.56 You address the question why it really motivates you. 00:13:18.59\00:13:20.63 Why do you do what you do? 00:13:20.66\00:13:22.16 Well, Jesus tells us in John 10:10, 00:13:22.20\00:13:24.90 that we're in the middle of a great controversy. 00:13:24.93\00:13:26.94 That's right. 00:13:26.97\00:13:28.30 There's a thief that comes to do nothing 00:13:28.34\00:13:30.81 but kill, steal and destroy. 00:13:30.84\00:13:32.44 And then Jesus says, "I have come 00:13:32.47\00:13:34.18 that you might have life and have it more abundantly." 00:13:34.21\00:13:37.05 And He's speaking to all people. 00:13:37.08\00:13:39.75 And even Abraham was given the charge 00:13:39.78\00:13:44.05 that what his call was 00:13:44.09\00:13:45.72 even back when he was Abram. 00:13:45.75\00:13:47.56 His call was to be a blessing 00:13:47.59\00:13:49.69 to all the families of the earth. 00:13:49.72\00:13:51.36 And so why we do it is I've been blessed personally 00:13:51.39\00:13:55.76 and I actually had the model, 00:13:55.80\00:13:58.00 the example, by my grandparents growing up, 00:13:58.03\00:14:00.54 they lived in a little town called Farmland, Indiana. 00:14:00.57\00:14:04.31 I'm not kidding. Wow. 00:14:04.34\00:14:05.84 And they were farmers. 00:14:05.87\00:14:07.31 My grandma had a big garden, she snapped beans 00:14:07.34\00:14:10.48 and we made applesauce from her apple tree. 00:14:10.51\00:14:13.55 And, you know, she knew how to work hard 00:14:13.58\00:14:17.79 and have that positive work ethic 00:14:17.82\00:14:19.82 and then had food preservation skills 00:14:19.85\00:14:22.79 and she created her own food security. 00:14:22.82\00:14:25.19 I remember putting those beans in the jars, canning them, 00:14:25.23\00:14:28.33 putting them down in her pantry. 00:14:28.36\00:14:30.63 And it was a lifestyle that she taught me, 00:14:30.67\00:14:33.57 you know, cleanliness is next to godliness. 00:14:33.60\00:14:35.57 You always had to wash your hands. 00:14:35.60\00:14:37.64 And so I saw as a young girl 00:14:37.67\00:14:40.21 that families can be food secure. 00:14:40.24\00:14:43.14 And as I grew up 00:14:43.18\00:14:44.88 and became a public health nutritionist, 00:14:44.91\00:14:47.62 and then started looking at the challenge 00:14:47.65\00:14:49.75 of childhood malnutrition, 00:14:49.78\00:14:51.72 I felt like, you know, I believe there's a model 00:14:51.75\00:14:54.86 even in my grandparents 00:14:54.89\00:14:56.22 and explained in the Bible 00:14:56.26\00:14:58.06 of how families can care for themselves 00:14:58.09\00:15:00.26 and that the land can provide if we treat it well. 00:15:00.30\00:15:04.17 We can not only survive but thrive. 00:15:04.20\00:15:07.30 And I think those types 00:15:07.34\00:15:08.67 of survival skills are an important 00:15:08.70\00:15:10.61 not just in developing countries 00:15:10.64\00:15:12.17 but they're soon going to be very important for us here 00:15:12.21\00:15:14.61 in the United States as well. 00:15:14.64\00:15:15.98 Wow. 00:15:16.01\00:15:17.35 And you talk about helping children, 00:15:17.38\00:15:18.71 I mean, training children, 00:15:18.75\00:15:20.08 to give a picture of one of your trainers 00:15:20.12\00:15:21.48 just explained to our viewing audience 00:15:21.52\00:15:23.75 what we're watching 00:15:23.79\00:15:25.12 maybe to the listening audience? 00:15:25.15\00:15:26.49 Exactly. 00:15:26.52\00:15:27.86 I want to bring up the picture of Doreen, 00:15:27.89\00:15:29.22 one of our trainers 00:15:29.26\00:15:30.59 who she is the classic example of stretching. 00:15:30.63\00:15:33.06 When I met her, she was actually a refugee 00:15:33.09\00:15:36.23 living in Uganda. 00:15:36.26\00:15:37.93 And she is the wife of the president 00:15:37.97\00:15:40.30 of the Church of South Sudan. 00:15:40.34\00:15:42.30 And she brought the FARM STEW recipe 00:15:42.34\00:15:44.64 to first the refugee camps in northern Uganda, 00:15:44.67\00:15:48.28 where she was living. 00:15:48.31\00:15:49.68 And she was teaching people all these skills, 00:15:49.71\00:15:52.05 she was the head of women's ministries. 00:15:52.08\00:15:54.15 Wow. 00:15:54.18\00:15:55.52 She wanted to help these women, to empower them. 00:15:55.55\00:15:58.62 And we sometimes think of the word empower 00:15:58.65\00:16:00.32 like liberation or feminism or something. 00:16:00.36\00:16:02.76 But no, it was to empower them to care for their families 00:16:02.79\00:16:06.56 and to do it in such a way that would build up 00:16:06.59\00:16:09.10 the capacity of the church members 00:16:09.13\00:16:11.33 to be able to grow and spread the gospel. 00:16:11.37\00:16:14.20 That's great. 00:16:14.24\00:16:16.37 Now, we talk about the new initiative. 00:16:16.40\00:16:18.77 Yeah, we talked about the initiative 00:16:18.81\00:16:20.14 but you have a quote that goes along with this idea 00:16:20.18\00:16:22.81 of pushing the ministry forward, 00:16:22.84\00:16:25.31 how the Lord is developing you 00:16:25.35\00:16:26.68 and molding this ministry. 00:16:26.72\00:16:28.05 Yeah. 00:16:28.08\00:16:29.42 So a lot of people say, "Well, I want to help people, but how? 00:16:29.45\00:16:31.95 How can I help people?" 00:16:31.99\00:16:33.72 And I think we as a church have a real blessing 00:16:33.76\00:16:36.66 in Sister White's wisdom in that regard. 00:16:36.69\00:16:39.59 So there's a quote, I'd like to bring up, 00:16:39.63\00:16:41.40 I love it. 00:16:41.43\00:16:42.76 It says, "You may give to the poor, 00:16:42.80\00:16:44.70 and injure them, 00:16:44.73\00:16:46.23 because you teach them to be dependent. 00:16:46.27\00:16:49.74 Instead teach them to help themselves 00:16:49.77\00:16:53.41 or to support themselves. 00:16:53.44\00:16:55.31 This will be true help. 00:16:55.34\00:16:57.81 The needy must be placed in positions 00:16:57.85\00:17:00.05 where they can help themselves." 00:17:00.08\00:17:01.82 I agree. 00:17:01.85\00:17:03.18 So that's really the goal of FARM STEW 00:17:03.22\00:17:04.99 is to be the people. 00:17:05.02\00:17:06.82 And we call on your listening audience. 00:17:06.86\00:17:08.96 We have a great FARM STEW family 00:17:08.99\00:17:10.79 of supporters. 00:17:10.83\00:17:12.16 We want to be the people that help 00:17:12.19\00:17:14.13 others help themselves and not just themselves, 00:17:14.16\00:17:16.67 but then they extend it on into their communities. 00:17:16.70\00:17:19.47 You know, I'm sure that Elizabeth 00:17:19.50\00:17:20.87 and you have heard about this. 00:17:20.90\00:17:22.24 You know, we've said many years ago, 00:17:22.27\00:17:23.64 give a person a fish. 00:17:23.67\00:17:25.01 Oh, yeah. Or teach them how to fish. 00:17:25.04\00:17:26.37 And I think the same thing 00:17:26.41\00:17:27.74 is what you're talking about here. 00:17:27.78\00:17:29.11 Exactly. 00:17:29.14\00:17:30.48 And I want to just kind of bring Elizabeth in here. 00:17:30.51\00:17:32.45 Anything you want to add that we've asked about so far? 00:17:32.48\00:17:35.78 Yes, I am so happy, 00:17:35.82\00:17:40.36 so convinced of FARM STEW's methodology. 00:17:40.39\00:17:43.83 Okay. 00:17:43.86\00:17:45.19 The program, it is so Bible based 00:17:45.23\00:17:48.03 and mixed 00:17:48.06\00:17:51.77 with good science, 00:17:51.80\00:17:54.44 very practical, very simple for anyone 00:17:54.47\00:17:59.11 to learn and to practice. 00:17:59.14\00:18:01.81 So I am thrilled with what we are doing. 00:18:01.84\00:18:04.35 And I see that the Lord is blessing us. 00:18:04.38\00:18:06.61 And we are moving ahead. 00:18:06.65\00:18:08.55 This is why we are stretching. 00:18:08.58\00:18:10.32 Okay. I like that. 00:18:10.35\00:18:11.69 Stretching. 00:18:11.72\00:18:13.49 Okay, there are five freedoms addressed 00:18:13.52\00:18:16.62 by FARM STEW, what are they? 00:18:16.66\00:18:18.79 Yes, so we realize that we're very holistic, 00:18:18.83\00:18:22.53 very comprehensive program. 00:18:22.56\00:18:24.03 So sometimes it's hard to get a handle on like, 00:18:24.07\00:18:26.43 what are you doing? 00:18:26.47\00:18:27.80 And exactly what can I give to? 00:18:27.84\00:18:29.17 Yeah. 00:18:29.20\00:18:30.54 And so the first freedom is the freedom from dependency. 00:18:30.57\00:18:33.04 So just like that quote, 00:18:33.07\00:18:34.41 we don't want to make people dependent. 00:18:34.44\00:18:36.08 So our trainers, supporting our trainers, 00:18:36.11\00:18:38.98 supporting their transportation, 00:18:39.01\00:18:40.42 supporting them going out and starting gardens 00:18:40.45\00:18:43.18 and, you know, helping people have that livelihood. 00:18:43.22\00:18:45.29 That's the freedom from dependency. 00:18:45.32\00:18:46.92 Yes. That's our first priority. 00:18:46.96\00:18:48.96 Second priority is freedom from shame. 00:18:48.99\00:18:51.83 So we have a lot of girls that drop out of school 00:18:51.86\00:18:55.20 because they don't have menstrual hygiene. 00:18:55.23\00:18:57.73 And, you know, when a girl drops out of school 00:18:57.77\00:18:59.33 that just starts the cycle of poverty again. 00:18:59.37\00:19:02.90 We also help families with latrines 00:19:02.94\00:19:05.77 because a lot of people in the countries 00:19:05.81\00:19:07.64 where we're working don't have any basic privacy. 00:19:07.68\00:19:10.45 And that's dangerous especially for women. 00:19:10.48\00:19:12.31 Yes. 00:19:12.35\00:19:13.68 So that's the freedom from shame. 00:19:13.72\00:19:15.35 Freedom from drudgery and disease 00:19:15.38\00:19:18.12 is what comes from the drudgery part 00:19:18.15\00:19:20.66 is hauling water, 00:19:20.69\00:19:22.19 often contaminated water, or also hauling wood. 00:19:22.22\00:19:26.26 So we're addressing that by putting in pumps, 00:19:26.29\00:19:30.17 water pumps in different villages 00:19:30.20\00:19:32.37 that are desperately needing 00:19:32.40\00:19:33.74 a clean source of water. 00:19:33.77\00:19:35.27 I mean, millions of people are dying every year 00:19:35.30\00:19:38.27 from contaminated water. 00:19:38.31\00:19:39.64 We can change that. 00:19:39.67\00:19:41.01 Well, before you go to the next, 00:19:41.04\00:19:42.38 I mean, I think about that because we live in America 00:19:42.41\00:19:45.38 or wherever some of the more modernized 00:19:45.41\00:19:47.98 and developed countries 00:19:48.02\00:19:49.35 our water is just a necessity of our everyday life. 00:19:49.38\00:19:52.05 We've been some places 00:19:52.09\00:19:53.42 where we've gone way out into the country or... 00:19:53.46\00:19:56.59 In Africa. 00:19:56.62\00:19:57.96 In Africa and parts of the world, New Guinea, 00:19:57.99\00:20:00.13 where you, we see, well, water's five miles away. 00:20:00.16\00:20:04.07 And you see somebody along the road 00:20:04.10\00:20:05.73 with a big barrel, 00:20:05.77\00:20:08.34 you know, either pulling or carrying on their head. 00:20:08.37\00:20:10.77 And so this whole idea, 00:20:10.81\00:20:12.27 I like that freedom from drudgery. 00:20:12.31\00:20:14.21 That's hard work. Exactly. 00:20:14.24\00:20:16.51 You know, walk four miles or five miles. 00:20:16.54\00:20:18.21 And then you see, 00:20:18.25\00:20:19.58 you could always tell where the well is 00:20:19.61\00:20:20.95 because it's like everybody with their empty bottles 00:20:20.98\00:20:22.92 waiting for the next person to get out of the way. 00:20:22.95\00:20:24.59 Exactly. Women at the well. 00:20:24.62\00:20:25.95 The woman at the well. 00:20:25.99\00:20:27.32 Well, and that's the thing we say as Adventists, 00:20:27.36\00:20:28.89 drink more water 00:20:28.92\00:20:30.29 but if it takes three hours out of your day, 00:20:30.33\00:20:33.53 I mean, think of all the things that children are not studying 00:20:33.56\00:20:35.73 during that time. 00:20:35.76\00:20:37.10 They're tired. 00:20:37.13\00:20:38.47 Sometimes they're unsafe on the road 00:20:38.50\00:20:40.24 on the way to get there. 00:20:40.27\00:20:42.37 The women aren't caring for their young 00:20:42.40\00:20:44.54 during that time. 00:20:44.57\00:20:45.91 So it's so liberating when we can do that. 00:20:45.94\00:20:48.28 And you'll see in some pictures coming up, 00:20:48.31\00:20:50.65 God is being glorified in water. 00:20:50.68\00:20:53.68 Jesus is the living water. Amen. 00:20:53.72\00:20:55.72 And so when you can bring water into a community, 00:20:55.75\00:20:58.55 you're changing the nature of the relationships even. 00:20:58.59\00:21:02.19 So when people get sick, 00:21:02.22\00:21:03.56 sometimes they think they've been cursed. 00:21:03.59\00:21:05.13 Oh, yeah. 00:21:05.16\00:21:06.49 And it's just from a simple waterborne disease. 00:21:06.53\00:21:08.46 Wow. 00:21:08.50\00:21:09.83 So it's changing the relationships 00:21:09.86\00:21:11.20 between the community members. 00:21:11.23\00:21:12.57 So praise God. That's beautiful. 00:21:12.60\00:21:13.94 He's the water of life, Jesus. Amen. 00:21:13.97\00:21:15.57 Look at the woman, she was at the well. 00:21:15.60\00:21:17.34 That's right. 00:21:17.37\00:21:18.71 A woman was at the well. 00:21:18.74\00:21:20.08 Yeah, I didn't think about that until you mentioned that 00:21:20.11\00:21:21.68 because that was a practice in the Bible days. 00:21:21.71\00:21:23.58 Yeah. 00:21:23.61\00:21:24.95 You know, in the Bible look for the woman 00:21:24.98\00:21:26.72 with the bucket or with the... 00:21:26.75\00:21:28.78 Pitcher of water. 00:21:28.82\00:21:30.15 Pitcher with carrying that to try to just get something 00:21:30.19\00:21:33.86 as basic as water. 00:21:33.89\00:21:35.22 Right. 00:21:35.26\00:21:36.59 So that's the freedom from dependency, 00:21:36.62\00:21:37.96 shame, drudgery and disease. 00:21:37.99\00:21:39.33 Yeah, and just the last one, 00:21:39.36\00:21:40.70 I'll say on the drudgery and disease 00:21:40.73\00:21:42.23 when people are carrying wood 00:21:42.26\00:21:44.23 and then cooking on cook stoves. 00:21:44.27\00:21:46.03 They're just on stones like pots mounted on stones. 00:21:46.07\00:21:49.77 So the babies are often in this culture 00:21:49.80\00:21:52.14 on the backs of the mothers. 00:21:52.17\00:21:53.81 So they're breathing in that smoke 00:21:53.84\00:21:55.44 as if they're smoking, you know, packs a day. 00:21:55.48\00:21:58.28 So we're working on in 2022, 00:21:58.31\00:22:01.78 launching the new efficient cook stoves. 00:22:01.82\00:22:04.65 And so we're really excited about that. 00:22:04.69\00:22:07.99 Efficient cook stove. 00:22:08.02\00:22:10.09 To eliminate the smoke coming into the lungs. 00:22:10.13\00:22:12.46 'Cause sometimes you drive into these villages 00:22:12.49\00:22:14.13 and you could smell stuff cooking, 00:22:14.16\00:22:16.10 you can see the smoke but it's unfiltered. 00:22:16.13\00:22:19.23 And yes, that's some basic things 00:22:19.27\00:22:21.50 that God has given me. 00:22:21.54\00:22:22.87 Now the other one, the other two freedoms? 00:22:22.90\00:22:24.24 Okay. 00:22:24.27\00:22:25.61 So the next two freedoms 00:22:25.64\00:22:26.98 are the freedoms to do something. 00:22:27.01\00:22:28.34 So it was from and now two. 00:22:28.38\00:22:30.98 So we want the freedom to share. 00:22:31.01\00:22:33.05 So for example, when Elizabeth 00:22:33.08\00:22:34.42 translated our materials into Spanish, 00:22:34.45\00:22:36.48 now we have seven different languages 00:22:36.52\00:22:38.69 being translated, 00:22:38.72\00:22:40.06 our FARM STEW manual, 00:22:40.09\00:22:41.42 which I'll just show real quick, 00:22:41.46\00:22:42.79 our 400 page manual. 00:22:42.82\00:22:44.16 Wow. 00:22:44.19\00:22:45.53 Which is also available for free on our website, 00:22:45.56\00:22:48.50 farmstew.org 00:22:48.53\00:22:50.43 You can just click on the recipe, 00:22:50.47\00:22:52.03 go to E-learning. 00:22:52.07\00:22:53.77 And anybody can take this course 00:22:53.80\00:22:55.37 anywhere in the world. 00:22:55.40\00:22:56.74 What? 00:22:56.77\00:22:58.11 And we're also stretching ourselves, 00:22:58.14\00:22:59.47 soon we're going to have an app 00:22:59.51\00:23:00.84 because a lot of people in a lot of countries 00:23:00.88\00:23:02.21 they don't have a laptop or a computer 00:23:02.24\00:23:03.85 but they do have a smartphone. 00:23:03.88\00:23:05.78 So with the app they can download. 00:23:05.81\00:23:07.62 So we want this recipe shared. 00:23:07.65\00:23:09.65 Just like my grandma, 00:23:09.68\00:23:11.02 she used to write these three by five cards with the recipe 00:23:11.05\00:23:14.06 and then she'd share them with her friends. 00:23:14.09\00:23:15.79 We want the FARM STEW recipes shared. 00:23:15.82\00:23:17.66 So freedom to share is our fourth priority. 00:23:17.69\00:23:20.43 Fifth priority is freedom to grow. 00:23:20.46\00:23:23.00 So we want this ministry 00:23:23.03\00:23:24.37 to be self-sustaining eventually, 00:23:24.40\00:23:26.43 although we keep growing, growing, growing, 00:23:26.47\00:23:27.90 and we do need the help of our donors 00:23:27.94\00:23:30.41 that make that possible. 00:23:30.44\00:23:31.81 But we want to start small businesses, 00:23:31.84\00:23:33.94 health food related businesses, 00:23:33.98\00:23:35.88 just like Sister White encouraged, 00:23:35.91\00:23:38.05 in all these different countries. 00:23:38.08\00:23:39.51 So we might like say, for example, in South Sudan, 00:23:39.55\00:23:42.12 we have three farmers' cooperatives 00:23:42.15\00:23:44.52 of the groups we've worked with. 00:23:44.55\00:23:46.25 So we have bought some small equipment 00:23:46.29\00:23:48.99 like grinding equipment to help them start a small for, 00:23:49.02\00:23:52.39 in this case, a soy milk making business. 00:23:52.43\00:23:55.43 So we want to have a lot of small businesses 00:23:55.46\00:23:58.60 that help support the work of our FARM STEW trainers. 00:23:58.63\00:24:02.50 You make it so simple and easy, you know, the app and all that 00:24:02.54\00:24:06.57 because like you said, most people have a phone. 00:24:06.61\00:24:09.14 They can just download the app. 00:24:09.18\00:24:11.68 And, you know, as strange as it may sound, 00:24:11.71\00:24:13.65 even in some of these places 00:24:13.68\00:24:15.02 that we consider underdeveloped countries, 00:24:15.05\00:24:16.95 they have phones. 00:24:16.99\00:24:18.32 Exactly. 00:24:18.35\00:24:19.69 I've noticed that. Yeah. 00:24:19.72\00:24:21.06 Because some places around the world, 00:24:21.09\00:24:22.42 you know, the house is made of straw and mud 00:24:22.46\00:24:25.23 and you see a satellite dish. 00:24:25.26\00:24:26.66 Exactly. 00:24:26.70\00:24:28.03 So there's some technology that's out there. 00:24:28.06\00:24:29.86 Now in this book, is there Spanish also in that 00:24:29.90\00:24:32.57 this part of your working? 00:24:32.60\00:24:34.20 Yes, the new recipe manual is been translated, 00:24:34.24\00:24:39.07 we're about to finish it. 00:24:39.11\00:24:41.14 But the first basic course it is already translated. 00:24:41.18\00:24:45.85 Our webpage is translated to Spanish 00:24:45.88\00:24:49.85 and so they can do that. 00:24:49.88\00:24:52.15 E-learning also in Spanish. 00:24:52.19\00:24:55.76 I never thought about that. 00:24:55.79\00:24:57.13 Maybe I should have my webpage also in Spanish. 00:24:57.16\00:24:59.86 You know, you don't think about that. 00:24:59.89\00:25:01.26 I actually have it in five languages 00:25:01.30\00:25:03.03 and I'll show you how after the show. 00:25:03.06\00:25:05.37 Wow. Okay. 00:25:05.40\00:25:06.74 I know you have your webpage. 00:25:06.77\00:25:08.10 Get it in Spanish. 00:25:08.14\00:25:09.47 I am learning as I'm going along here. 00:25:09.50\00:25:11.07 I want the freedom to grow. 00:25:11.11\00:25:13.51 But we're a global church, it's just so phenomenal 00:25:13.54\00:25:17.01 that we have now I think what 21 million members. 00:25:17.05\00:25:21.18 And, you know, you think about, say, 00:25:21.22\00:25:22.82 for example, the blue zones, 00:25:22.85\00:25:24.85 where us North American Adventists 00:25:24.89\00:25:27.09 that follow our health message, 00:25:27.12\00:25:28.46 we get seven to ten additional years of life. 00:25:28.49\00:25:31.33 But I want that to be true 00:25:31.36\00:25:32.69 for all 21 million members around the world, 00:25:32.73\00:25:35.03 whatever country you are. 00:25:35.06\00:25:36.46 So FARM STEW is the message that we believe will help 00:25:36.50\00:25:39.83 bring blue zones all over 00:25:39.87\00:25:41.70 wherever we have people listening. 00:25:41.74\00:25:43.24 I love it. 00:25:43.27\00:25:44.61 And you just talked about the five freedoms. 00:25:44.64\00:25:45.97 But I want to see that picture of Betty 00:25:46.01\00:25:47.34 with the chart that talks about these five freedoms. 00:25:47.38\00:25:49.78 Okay, yes. 00:25:49.81\00:25:51.15 So this is Betty out teaching in the villages. 00:25:51.18\00:25:53.58 And she's teaching the FARM STEW recipe. 00:25:53.62\00:25:56.28 So it's actually she's pointing to the letter A which I love, 00:25:56.32\00:26:00.46 which is our attitude message. 00:26:00.49\00:26:02.66 And a lot of the women you can see in this village, 00:26:02.69\00:26:05.49 here where we drove far out to get to them. 00:26:05.53\00:26:08.90 They might have an attitude that is thinking, 00:26:08.93\00:26:12.47 poverty thinking, 00:26:12.50\00:26:13.84 you know, they think they don't have the money. 00:26:13.87\00:26:16.07 They can't change, 00:26:16.10\00:26:17.44 they can't make a difference in the lives of their children. 00:26:17.47\00:26:20.68 And really, we use the Bible to remind people, 00:26:20.71\00:26:24.48 God placed us in the garden. 00:26:24.51\00:26:26.95 He's the master gardener. 00:26:26.98\00:26:28.58 He taught us how to garden. 00:26:28.62\00:26:30.65 And there's profitability in the soil. 00:26:30.69\00:26:34.02 And so one of the things 00:26:34.06\00:26:35.69 is just really teaching how to grow an income 00:26:35.72\00:26:40.56 and grow jobs and grow financial resources. 00:26:40.60\00:26:43.50 So they can not only support their families, 00:26:43.53\00:26:45.53 but support their churches 00:26:45.57\00:26:46.90 and become tithing members of their churches 00:26:46.94\00:26:49.24 so they can grow 00:26:49.27\00:26:50.97 their own evangelism work as well. 00:26:51.01\00:26:53.98 It's beautiful. 00:26:54.01\00:26:55.34 What about cultural barriers? 00:26:55.38\00:26:57.15 How do you overcome that? 00:26:57.18\00:26:58.55 Maybe Elizabeth, I have you comment about that. 00:26:58.58\00:27:01.58 Well, one of the ways that we do that 00:27:01.62\00:27:03.45 is through our hands on training, 00:27:03.49\00:27:08.76 when we have people coming together 00:27:08.79\00:27:11.39 to prepare food 00:27:11.43\00:27:14.43 or when we are drilling a well 00:27:14.46\00:27:17.70 or when we are plowing the land. 00:27:17.73\00:27:20.87 So all of a sudden, 00:27:20.90\00:27:23.41 we are all the same with the same meat. 00:27:23.44\00:27:27.04 And the barriers are gone 00:27:27.08\00:27:30.81 because we are focused on another thing 00:27:30.85\00:27:34.42 than what is usually the issue among them. 00:27:34.45\00:27:40.09 So when we focus more on satisfying their needs, 00:27:40.12\00:27:45.76 then all of a sudden, we all are the same, are equal. 00:27:45.79\00:27:50.30 That's right because if you walk into a restaurant, 00:27:50.33\00:27:52.10 it's not for English people only. 00:27:52.13\00:27:54.60 Anybody that has a need to be fed 00:27:54.64\00:27:57.67 with common need for water, 00:27:57.71\00:27:59.71 common need to grow the community. 00:27:59.74\00:28:02.04 Common, I like that. 00:28:02.08\00:28:03.41 I remember in Africa, we had to wash our hands, 00:28:03.45\00:28:06.25 they had a big old bucket or something 00:28:06.28\00:28:07.92 and you pour it then you wash your hands. 00:28:07.95\00:28:09.75 That's true. It's a common need. 00:28:09.78\00:28:11.55 A common need, wash your hands. 00:28:11.59\00:28:12.99 And that's something I'm sure that you're teaching them there 00:28:13.02\00:28:15.76 how to wash your hands. 00:28:15.79\00:28:17.19 Exactly. 00:28:17.23\00:28:18.56 That's part of our sanitation message. 00:28:18.59\00:28:20.36 And we have something called a Tippy Tap. 00:28:20.40\00:28:23.20 And it's just a container that we tie a string to, 00:28:23.23\00:28:26.47 we don't have a picture of it today, 00:28:26.50\00:28:28.10 but it's on our website. 00:28:28.14\00:28:30.04 They actually have a stick with a foot pedal. 00:28:30.07\00:28:32.71 And when you step on, it tilts the container over 00:28:32.74\00:28:35.71 and it makes it running water. 00:28:35.74\00:28:37.08 And you know, it's the Bible, 00:28:37.11\00:28:38.45 Leviticus that first identified 00:28:38.48\00:28:40.65 the need for running water for washing your hands. 00:28:40.68\00:28:44.42 And so all of this scientific, you know, development, 00:28:44.45\00:28:48.12 you know, the germ theory 00:28:48.16\00:28:49.49 and everything came thousands of years 00:28:49.52\00:28:51.26 after the Bible identified a basic health practice. 00:28:51.29\00:28:55.03 Those are the types of nuggets that we're taking. 00:28:55.06\00:28:57.50 The cleansing of the sanctuary. That's true. 00:28:57.53\00:28:59.30 As in other way cleansing, the need to be clean. 00:28:59.33\00:29:02.10 Exactly. And I like that the tippy tap. 00:29:02.14\00:29:05.11 I'm picturing this now, you just pressed the pedal. 00:29:05.14\00:29:07.11 Me too. It's probably not hydraulic. 00:29:07.14\00:29:08.58 It's just something basically put together to make water. 00:29:08.61\00:29:11.18 It can even just be an old jug that someone may be bought, 00:29:11.21\00:29:15.02 you know, some oil or something in 00:29:15.05\00:29:17.35 and then they just filled up with water 00:29:17.39\00:29:19.05 and tied up with sticks. 00:29:19.09\00:29:20.42 And it's very clever. 00:29:20.46\00:29:21.92 You'll learn how to do it in our course. 00:29:21.96\00:29:23.69 Okay. 00:29:23.73\00:29:25.06 What about community nurseries? 00:29:25.09\00:29:27.03 Yes, so talking about growing and agriculture. 00:29:27.06\00:29:30.27 We have a lot of volunteers in the villages. 00:29:30.30\00:29:33.57 And that's one of the things 00:29:33.60\00:29:34.94 our trainers are all local people. 00:29:34.97\00:29:37.01 And so when they go out to the local villages, 00:29:37.04\00:29:39.14 they can inspire and motivate volunteers. 00:29:39.17\00:29:41.94 But the volunteers also need ways to make a living. 00:29:41.98\00:29:45.75 So we've started these community nurseries 00:29:45.78\00:29:47.82 maybe you'll see the picture come up. 00:29:47.85\00:29:49.18 Yeah. 00:29:49.22\00:29:50.55 And it's beautiful 00:29:50.59\00:29:51.92 because we plant all sorts of trees. 00:29:51.95\00:29:53.32 So this is up in South Sudan. 00:29:53.36\00:29:55.46 I'm there with John, one of the team leaders. 00:29:55.49\00:29:57.76 Okay. 00:29:57.79\00:29:59.13 And behind us is thousands, literally thousands of trees, 00:29:59.16\00:30:02.06 including fruit trees, trees that are good for wood. 00:30:02.10\00:30:05.50 Under the shed? 00:30:05.53\00:30:06.87 Yes, that's a shade cloth. 00:30:06.90\00:30:08.54 Well, it's their own shade cloth 00:30:08.57\00:30:10.71 made with grass. 00:30:10.74\00:30:12.31 They're very ingenious to not damage the trees 00:30:12.34\00:30:14.84 and the sun gets so intense. 00:30:14.88\00:30:16.85 But we also have in South Sudan, 00:30:16.88\00:30:19.75 teak wood trees, 00:30:19.78\00:30:21.25 which teak wood is very expensive. 00:30:21.28\00:30:22.75 It is. 00:30:22.78\00:30:24.12 It's the perfect climate to grow. 00:30:24.15\00:30:25.49 And so these volunteers 00:30:25.52\00:30:26.92 that are sacrificing their time and going out, 00:30:26.96\00:30:29.26 they can have a little industry 00:30:29.29\00:30:30.79 so they can sell these teak wood trees. 00:30:30.83\00:30:33.46 So that's one of our growing ideas. 00:30:33.50\00:30:36.26 I like that. Yeah. 00:30:36.30\00:30:37.63 And they make a little income too. 00:30:37.67\00:30:39.00 Exactly. 00:30:39.03\00:30:40.37 I like that because you could work 00:30:40.40\00:30:41.80 but then if you don't have a way 00:30:41.84\00:30:43.17 of supporting yourself, 00:30:43.20\00:30:44.54 it makes everything's going out, 00:30:44.57\00:30:46.14 you become, you know, nothing coming in. 00:30:46.17\00:30:49.21 I still can't get that out of my head, 00:30:49.24\00:30:50.95 the from and the to, the five freedoms, 00:30:50.98\00:30:53.11 I really appreciate the way you lead, 00:30:53.15\00:30:54.62 leant on that. 00:30:54.65\00:30:55.98 But then where do you get all the resources 00:30:56.02\00:30:59.69 to grow all these plants? 00:30:59.72\00:31:03.02 That I know that must. Yeah. 00:31:03.06\00:31:05.09 That's a question I have 00:31:05.13\00:31:06.46 because I look you said thousands of trees 00:31:06.49\00:31:08.23 and different types of plants. 00:31:08.26\00:31:09.60 How does that happen? 00:31:09.63\00:31:10.97 Well, I mean, amazingly, because of 3ABN in part, 00:31:11.00\00:31:15.60 people are learning about this ministry, 00:31:15.64\00:31:17.84 and people are getting excited about this ministry 00:31:17.87\00:31:19.67 and giving to this ministry. 00:31:19.71\00:31:21.48 And so basically, I see myself 00:31:21.51\00:31:23.81 as just a conduit for God's blessings. 00:31:23.85\00:31:26.78 And so just like this frozen shoulder, 00:31:26.82\00:31:29.32 if you recall, you know, when your heart is frozen, 00:31:29.35\00:31:33.32 you know, the Bible, Jesus says, 00:31:33.36\00:31:35.49 "When lawlessness abounds, 00:31:35.52\00:31:37.73 the love of many will grow cold, 00:31:37.76\00:31:40.03 but those that endure to the end will be saved 00:31:40.06\00:31:42.63 and then the gospel will go forth 00:31:42.66\00:31:44.27 unto all the earth and then the end will come." 00:31:44.30\00:31:46.63 So I think we feel like, 00:31:46.67\00:31:48.14 you know, we're in the last days, 00:31:48.17\00:31:50.41 but the risk for us is for our hearts 00:31:50.44\00:31:53.27 to grow cold and not respond. 00:31:53.31\00:31:55.78 And when my frozen shoulder made me, 00:31:55.81\00:31:57.98 so I couldn't move, I couldn't reach out, 00:31:58.01\00:31:59.91 but praise God, 00:31:59.95\00:32:01.42 you know, we can reach out as a body of Christ. 00:32:01.45\00:32:03.65 And so I feel like the American donors, 00:32:03.69\00:32:05.99 we have actually people giving now 00:32:06.02\00:32:07.46 from Europe and Australia. 00:32:07.49\00:32:09.96 And, yeah, and we have people praying for us, 00:32:09.99\00:32:13.16 you know, going to our website, 00:32:13.19\00:32:14.53 you can click on the different countries 00:32:14.56\00:32:16.10 and people can pray for our team members, 00:32:16.13\00:32:18.57 we need covering in prayer. 00:32:18.60\00:32:20.30 Some of these places are quite dangerous. 00:32:20.34\00:32:22.77 We had a finance officer 00:32:22.80\00:32:24.47 in South Sudan recently attacked. 00:32:24.51\00:32:27.08 And we've had, you know, different people 00:32:27.11\00:32:29.68 in car accidents and things like that, 00:32:29.71\00:32:31.45 including myself recently. 00:32:31.48\00:32:33.35 So that's why my shoulder, 00:32:33.38\00:32:34.75 God is still teaching me to stretch. 00:32:34.78\00:32:37.52 But it's just honestly, everyone is stretching with us. 00:32:37.55\00:32:42.66 And I am so grateful to 3ABN for allowing us 00:32:42.69\00:32:45.66 to reach your listening audience 00:32:45.69\00:32:47.30 and to invite them to stretch with us. 00:32:47.33\00:32:49.16 Amen. 00:32:49.20\00:32:50.53 Now, we talked about well drilling, 00:32:50.57\00:32:51.90 but I want to show the pictures. 00:32:51.93\00:32:53.27 And I want to include Elizabeth in this, 00:32:53.30\00:32:55.07 as we show the pictures about the well, 00:32:55.10\00:32:57.47 you talked about that as a common place 00:32:57.51\00:32:59.51 where people gather, why are they going? 00:32:59.54\00:33:01.51 What are they doing? 00:33:01.54\00:33:02.88 Because all I see well is normally you pump. 00:33:02.91\00:33:04.91 Explain the working? 00:33:04.95\00:33:06.28 They're doing there, 00:33:06.31\00:33:07.65 they are actually drilling the hole. 00:33:07.68\00:33:11.09 Okay. 00:33:11.12\00:33:12.45 So and usually you pay big enterprises 00:33:12.49\00:33:16.46 to go and do the drilling. 00:33:16.49\00:33:18.49 But the FARM STEW model is that you call the community. 00:33:18.53\00:33:23.33 So it is them themselves doing the drilling, 00:33:23.37\00:33:28.14 doing the project. 00:33:28.17\00:33:29.94 Okay. 00:33:29.97\00:33:31.31 So this is why we draw people together, 00:33:31.34\00:33:34.64 and they work together. 00:33:34.68\00:33:36.44 Like we say, wood, 00:33:36.48\00:33:37.81 whenever you gather wood it burns twice when you cut it 00:33:37.85\00:33:40.18 and when you put it in fireplace, 00:33:40.22\00:33:41.55 actually three times when you cut it, 00:33:41.58\00:33:42.92 when you stack it, when you put in the fireplace. 00:33:42.95\00:33:44.85 So people that are benefiting from the water, 00:33:44.89\00:33:47.39 they're drilling the wells themselves? 00:33:47.42\00:33:48.79 Exactly. 00:33:48.82\00:33:50.16 There's a sense of accomplishment. 00:33:50.19\00:33:51.53 Exactly. 00:33:51.56\00:33:52.89 And that is the best way also to, for them to care for it. 00:33:52.93\00:33:56.36 You know, it was, it cost them something. 00:33:56.40\00:34:00.94 So they put some effort into it. 00:34:00.97\00:34:04.07 So they will care better for it. 00:34:04.11\00:34:06.51 And do we have a picture of the well finished? 00:34:06.54\00:34:08.68 Yeah, this picture is so exciting to me, 00:34:08.71\00:34:11.21 because in this particular situation, 00:34:11.25\00:34:13.52 it was in a village called Kibera. 00:34:13.55\00:34:15.58 And they drilled the well. 00:34:15.62\00:34:17.55 And, you know, sometimes things are disheartening. 00:34:17.59\00:34:20.19 And that particular village, 00:34:20.22\00:34:22.22 they had to drill three times before they got victory. 00:34:22.26\00:34:26.46 And so there was this idea that they were being cursed, 00:34:26.49\00:34:28.53 but this Pastor Thomas, who's in this picture, 00:34:28.56\00:34:31.00 doing the pumping, he was invited 00:34:31.03\00:34:33.40 and he was the local Adventist pastor, 00:34:33.44\00:34:35.47 this was in a predominantly Muslim community. 00:34:35.50\00:34:38.87 And once they finally hit the water in the third well 00:34:38.91\00:34:42.54 after praying each and every day 00:34:42.58\00:34:45.18 before they got started. 00:34:45.21\00:34:47.32 They said, "We want an Adventist pastor 00:34:47.35\00:34:50.02 to come and pray to bless this well." 00:34:50.05\00:34:52.49 So that was the celebration. 00:34:52.52\00:34:54.86 In a predominantly Muslim community? 00:34:54.89\00:34:56.52 Yes. Amen. 00:34:56.56\00:34:57.89 Wow. Yes. 00:34:57.93\00:34:59.33 That's amazing. 00:34:59.36\00:35:00.70 And that someone would talk about that, 00:35:00.73\00:35:02.90 the prayer. 00:35:02.93\00:35:04.77 Is this Pastor Richard? 00:35:04.80\00:35:06.27 Pastor Thomas. 00:35:06.30\00:35:07.64 Pastor Thomas, okay. 00:35:07.67\00:35:09.00 Yeah. 00:35:09.04\00:35:10.37 The answer to the prayer. 00:35:10.41\00:35:11.74 The answer to the prayers. Yeah. 00:35:11.77\00:35:13.11 So one of the things that FARM STEW 00:35:13.14\00:35:14.48 every time before we start any training anywhere, 00:35:14.51\00:35:17.35 we start with prayer. 00:35:17.38\00:35:19.25 And we're always using the Bible as the source text. 00:35:19.28\00:35:22.05 You will see in our FARM STEW manual, 00:35:22.08\00:35:25.09 which again, you can find on our website, 00:35:25.12\00:35:26.99 every lesson is full of verses. 00:35:27.02\00:35:30.09 And so if we're talking about anemia, 00:35:30.13\00:35:32.69 for example, and how to get iron rich food 00:35:32.73\00:35:35.23 into the mouths of children, 00:35:35.26\00:35:37.03 we're talking about the life of the flesh is in the blood 00:35:37.07\00:35:40.54 and then talking about Jesus' blood 00:35:40.57\00:35:43.00 and the power of Jesus' blood. 00:35:43.04\00:35:44.37 So it's not your typical... I like that. 00:35:44.41\00:35:47.71 Just international development aid program, you know. 00:35:47.74\00:35:50.15 I love how you connect, 00:35:50.18\00:35:51.68 you put always Jesus in the midst of everything. 00:35:51.71\00:35:54.08 Amen. 00:35:54.12\00:35:55.45 And He is in the center. 00:35:55.48\00:35:56.82 He's our why. Yes. 00:35:56.85\00:35:58.19 Here you go. 00:35:58.22\00:35:59.55 The life of the flesh is in the blood. 00:35:59.59\00:36:02.12 Wow. 00:36:02.16\00:36:03.49 What a spiritual connection that is because, 00:36:03.53\00:36:04.93 you know, we have no strength in our own human flesh. 00:36:04.96\00:36:08.26 So where do we get that power from? 00:36:08.30\00:36:10.40 The blood of Christ. Amen. 00:36:10.43\00:36:11.87 That's a powerful connection. 00:36:11.90\00:36:13.23 I know. Yeah. I like that. 00:36:13.27\00:36:14.60 I can't wait to hear your sermon on that, 00:36:14.64\00:36:15.97 Pastor Lomacang. 00:36:16.00\00:36:17.34 I mean, you just took me. 00:36:17.37\00:36:18.71 His mind is going. 00:36:18.74\00:36:20.08 I'm like, I'm on the program, but I'm oh. 00:36:20.11\00:36:21.44 I'm looking at this come together. 00:36:21.48\00:36:22.81 That's a powerful connection. 00:36:22.84\00:36:24.18 Power in the blood. Okay. 00:36:24.21\00:36:25.95 Yeah, that's the opening song. 00:36:25.98\00:36:28.55 See, we're getting the sermon right here. 00:36:28.58\00:36:30.72 But now let's talk about some of these enterprises 00:36:30.75\00:36:33.15 because as you know, freedom from, 00:36:33.19\00:36:35.62 and the freedom to 00:36:35.66\00:36:36.99 and then putting the shoulders 00:36:37.03\00:36:38.86 into accomplishing what the people need 00:36:38.89\00:36:40.66 in their own villages. 00:36:40.70\00:36:42.03 Now, let's talk about some of the enterprise? 00:36:42.06\00:36:43.93 With this soya milk. 00:36:43.97\00:36:45.63 Yeah, so we have found that the enterprise is really key. 00:36:45.67\00:36:49.34 I actually did my public health training 00:36:49.37\00:36:51.17 at Johns Hopkins University. 00:36:51.21\00:36:53.14 And I had this professor named 00:36:53.17\00:36:54.68 Vincente Navarro. 00:36:54.71\00:36:56.04 He was good Latino professor. 00:36:56.08\00:36:57.98 And he would say the best public health intervention 00:36:58.01\00:37:01.05 anywhere, 00:37:01.08\00:37:02.42 is to provide employment. 00:37:02.45\00:37:04.19 Create jobs. 00:37:04.22\00:37:05.75 And so we don't want to just come in 00:37:05.79\00:37:08.46 and pay school fees or set up an orphanage, 00:37:08.49\00:37:10.73 those things are necessary in some situations. 00:37:10.76\00:37:13.46 But there's dignity in families 00:37:13.50\00:37:15.66 being able to care for their own children, 00:37:15.70\00:37:17.17 send their own children to school, 00:37:17.20\00:37:18.53 tithe and offer and have a livelihood. 00:37:18.57\00:37:21.90 Amen. 00:37:21.94\00:37:23.27 So these small businesses 00:37:23.30\00:37:24.64 are just popping up all over the place. 00:37:24.67\00:37:26.01 First, it was just individual households. 00:37:26.04\00:37:28.48 But now we're leading out 00:37:28.51\00:37:30.21 in developing farmers' cooperatives 00:37:30.25\00:37:32.08 that are bringing those farmers together, 00:37:32.11\00:37:33.92 helping them market their crops 00:37:33.95\00:37:35.92 because if you don't have any transportation 00:37:35.95\00:37:38.22 and you're in a village, 00:37:38.25\00:37:39.79 you will sell your crop 00:37:39.82\00:37:41.56 to just whoever happens to have a truck and drives by, 00:37:41.59\00:37:44.73 and often it's the lowest possible price. 00:37:44.76\00:37:47.63 So if the farmers can work together cooperatively 00:37:47.66\00:37:50.27 they can set a higher price. 00:37:50.30\00:37:52.43 And then we also want them to be doing 00:37:52.47\00:37:54.80 the value addition to the foods. 00:37:54.84\00:37:57.51 So not just selling raw ingredients, 00:37:57.54\00:38:00.28 but to sell a more refined crop, 00:38:00.31\00:38:03.41 a product that can be marketed and sold. 00:38:03.45\00:38:05.85 So that's one of our dreams 00:38:05.88\00:38:07.62 is to really take that to the next level 00:38:07.65\00:38:10.89 in the coming year. 00:38:10.92\00:38:12.25 Now, do you have insecticides? 00:38:12.29\00:38:14.12 How do you with the crop? 00:38:14.16\00:38:17.23 Well, how do you fertilize it? 00:38:17.26\00:38:18.59 Well, we really teach organic methods, 00:38:18.63\00:38:21.50 not necessarily certified organic, 00:38:21.53\00:38:23.77 but we teach compost and mulch, 00:38:23.80\00:38:26.70 and they have what's called Integrated Pest Management. 00:38:26.74\00:38:29.80 So we're always rotating the crops 00:38:29.84\00:38:31.71 so that we kind of fool the pest. 00:38:31.74\00:38:33.51 And then they have very clever, 00:38:33.54\00:38:35.64 we hire many agronomists in these different countries. 00:38:35.68\00:38:38.81 And they have clever ways of using local herbs 00:38:38.85\00:38:42.28 and, you know, chili peppers and different things 00:38:42.32\00:38:45.82 that they can mix in a very natural setting, 00:38:45.85\00:38:48.86 you know, in a solution, I could say, 00:38:48.89\00:38:51.53 and they can spray it on the crops 00:38:51.56\00:38:53.70 and it works quite effectively. 00:38:53.73\00:38:55.33 That's right. 00:38:55.36\00:38:56.70 Can you imagine an ant eating chili peppers? 00:38:56.73\00:38:58.90 That's combustible experience. 00:38:58.93\00:39:01.94 I know. 00:39:01.97\00:39:03.30 But now let's talk about reaching out to grow. 00:39:03.34\00:39:06.37 Let's bring Cuba into the picture now. 00:39:06.41\00:39:08.41 Yes. Amen. 00:39:08.44\00:39:09.78 Thank you. Yes. 00:39:09.81\00:39:11.15 Due to the COVID situation 00:39:11.18\00:39:15.62 and because of that we couldn't travel to Cuba 00:39:15.65\00:39:19.42 where we had a small beginning there. 00:39:19.45\00:39:23.22 But now that we started a partnership 00:39:23.26\00:39:25.86 with one youth group, 00:39:25.89\00:39:29.26 all of a sudden we are working in the whole island 00:39:29.30\00:39:34.10 with 35 Bible workers. 00:39:34.14\00:39:36.30 Wow. Amen. 00:39:36.34\00:39:37.67 Yes, every Monday morning, 00:39:37.71\00:39:39.61 we are training the Bible workers, 00:39:39.64\00:39:43.65 our methodology. 00:39:43.68\00:39:46.05 And what is so amazing 00:39:46.08\00:39:49.12 is that they have also started sharing 00:39:49.15\00:39:52.32 what they are learning with their community 00:39:52.35\00:39:56.26 and with the people in their churches 00:39:56.29\00:40:00.66 that churches that they are planting. 00:40:00.70\00:40:03.33 So we see like an explosion 00:40:03.37\00:40:07.34 of what we are doing in Cuba. 00:40:07.37\00:40:10.07 Yeah. 00:40:10.11\00:40:11.44 And one of the things that was very amazing 00:40:11.47\00:40:13.61 when we did the farming training, 00:40:13.64\00:40:18.58 you know, we cannot send easily money 00:40:18.61\00:40:22.65 nor seeds to Cuba. 00:40:22.68\00:40:24.25 That's right. And that was an issue. 00:40:24.29\00:40:26.49 So they were saying, "But we don't have seeds." 00:40:26.52\00:40:30.19 And since we were in that call, 00:40:30.23\00:40:33.63 one of them said, "I have seeds that I can share." 00:40:33.66\00:40:37.77 And the other one said, 00:40:37.80\00:40:39.13 "I also have some seeds that I can share." 00:40:39.17\00:40:42.27 So all of a sudden, 00:40:42.30\00:40:44.71 the whole 35 Bible workers 00:40:44.74\00:40:48.74 started producing something in their backyard. 00:40:48.78\00:40:54.42 Okay. 00:40:54.45\00:40:56.22 So it is so nice to see that instead of getting smaller, 00:40:56.25\00:41:02.02 we are extending ourselves, 00:41:02.06\00:41:05.13 we are stretching out. 00:41:05.16\00:41:06.56 Okay. Yeah. 00:41:06.59\00:41:07.93 And not only in Cuba, 00:41:07.96\00:41:09.30 but also in other parts of the world. 00:41:09.33\00:41:12.50 Now, let me talk about... 00:41:12.53\00:41:13.87 Tell us about Pastor Samuel? 00:41:13.90\00:41:15.47 Pastor Samuel is our contact person in Cuba. 00:41:15.50\00:41:18.57 He works for the Cuba union. 00:41:18.61\00:41:21.81 And he is in charge of all these 35 Bible workers. 00:41:21.84\00:41:26.11 So he's the one that links us to them. 00:41:26.15\00:41:29.95 Here we have a picture of Pastor Samuel. 00:41:29.98\00:41:31.69 Yes. And that is a picture. 00:41:31.72\00:41:34.22 With a mask or without a mask? 00:41:34.26\00:41:36.32 Yeah. He's without. 00:41:36.36\00:41:38.66 Without the mask? 00:41:38.69\00:41:40.03 Yeah, he's the one without the mask. 00:41:40.06\00:41:41.40 Okay. 00:41:41.43\00:41:42.76 The other one is one of the Bible workers 00:41:42.80\00:41:44.27 receiving his manual in Spanish. 00:41:44.30\00:41:46.74 Okay. 00:41:46.77\00:41:48.10 Because now all the materials 00:41:48.14\00:41:50.24 are in the hands of the Cuban people, 00:41:50.27\00:41:53.94 I mean, of our workers over there. 00:41:53.98\00:41:57.15 And yeah, Pastor Samuel met with several of them 00:41:57.18\00:42:01.42 and he was amazed and so happy to see that 00:42:01.45\00:42:05.05 they are actually putting into practice 00:42:05.09\00:42:07.26 what they are learning, 00:42:07.29\00:42:08.62 not only the farming, 00:42:08.66\00:42:10.43 we just finished the attitude module 00:42:10.46\00:42:12.99 where we talk about depression, 00:42:13.03\00:42:15.20 about forgiveness and the testimonies 00:42:15.23\00:42:19.40 that come later on are just amazing. 00:42:19.43\00:42:22.80 Really. Wow. 00:42:22.84\00:42:24.17 I like that the practicality of Christianity. 00:42:24.21\00:42:25.64 Right. 00:42:25.67\00:42:27.01 We talk about this quite a bit. We do. 00:42:27.04\00:42:28.81 And I say so often we have 28 fundamentals that are, 00:42:28.84\00:42:32.21 you know, scripturally sound 00:42:32.25\00:42:33.95 but then when it comes to interpersonal relationships, 00:42:33.98\00:42:36.35 when it comes to growing spiritually, 00:42:36.38\00:42:37.82 how do you make that happen? 00:42:37.85\00:42:39.22 Like to hear that. 00:42:39.25\00:42:40.59 Now tell us about the Philippines? 00:42:40.62\00:42:41.96 Okay. 00:42:41.99\00:42:43.32 You both want to talk about that? 00:42:43.36\00:42:44.69 Go ahead, Joy. 00:42:44.73\00:42:46.06 Well, we've been so excited with the partnerships, 00:42:46.09\00:42:47.53 like for example, in Cuba, we partnered 00:42:47.56\00:42:49.23 with Henry Stubbs and the World Youth Group 00:42:49.26\00:42:51.30 and all these different gardens, he called me. 00:42:51.33\00:42:54.40 He was there recently and saw 00:42:54.44\00:42:56.07 all these by workers growing phenomenal. 00:42:56.10\00:42:58.44 So then we had the opportunity to meet, 00:42:58.47\00:43:01.28 I have the opportunity to meet Duane McKey 00:43:01.31\00:43:03.35 with Adventist World Radio this summer. 00:43:03.38\00:43:06.21 And I had been hearing about 00:43:06.25\00:43:07.58 what was happening in the Philippines 00:43:07.62\00:43:08.95 on the island of Mindoro, 00:43:08.98\00:43:10.32 with the former rebels that are coming to the Lord 00:43:10.35\00:43:13.52 through the ministry of Adventist World Radio. 00:43:13.56\00:43:15.99 And I said to him, "But do these people know 00:43:16.02\00:43:18.76 how to live differently? 00:43:18.79\00:43:20.26 They're converted, but do they know how to live?" 00:43:20.30\00:43:23.70 And I said, "I really believe FARM STEW 00:43:23.73\00:43:26.10 could partner with you to make that possible." 00:43:26.13\00:43:28.47 Well, they've taken us very seriously. 00:43:28.50\00:43:31.01 So we've started the training, just virtually. 00:43:31.04\00:43:33.48 I got to speak to the former rebels via zoom. 00:43:33.51\00:43:36.78 And then we also helped with the gardens. 00:43:36.81\00:43:40.02 We did a virtual training in the morning. 00:43:40.05\00:43:42.98 It was in the middle of our night. 00:43:43.02\00:43:44.75 And then they went out 00:43:44.79\00:43:46.12 and did the practical gardening application 00:43:46.15\00:43:48.16 in the afternoon. 00:43:48.19\00:43:49.52 So when Pastor Wilson and the whole crew 00:43:49.56\00:43:52.26 was there a few months ago, 00:43:52.29\00:43:54.43 they had tremendous numbers of baptisms. 00:43:54.46\00:43:58.27 And we found out. And Pastor Ted Wilson? 00:43:58.30\00:43:59.90 Yes. Yes. 00:43:59.93\00:44:01.27 Okay. With Mckey. 00:44:01.30\00:44:02.64 Right. Duane Mckey. 00:44:02.67\00:44:04.01 That's right. Yeah. 00:44:04.04\00:44:05.37 And we found out that all the former rebels 00:44:05.41\00:44:06.74 that were in the FARM STEW training were baptized. 00:44:06.78\00:44:08.48 We're so excited. 00:44:08.51\00:44:09.94 We read it. Wow. 00:44:09.98\00:44:11.58 So we're developing and actually one of the reasons 00:44:11.61\00:44:15.05 I brought Elizabeth in, in this new role 00:44:15.08\00:44:17.25 is because this thing could be big. 00:44:17.29\00:44:19.69 So we're developing project proposals 00:44:19.72\00:44:21.72 and project budgets, 00:44:21.76\00:44:23.09 and we're going to need to seek 00:44:23.12\00:44:24.46 pretty significant funding 00:44:24.49\00:44:26.03 to reach all these mountain people, 00:44:26.06\00:44:27.96 including all our work in Africa, Cuba, 00:44:28.00\00:44:30.60 and now even hoping to start something 00:44:30.63\00:44:32.97 in the United States soon. 00:44:33.00\00:44:34.57 And you have a picture of Pastor Richard 00:44:34.60\00:44:38.41 that is involved in the Philippines work? 00:44:38.44\00:44:41.01 Yeah, it's pastor. 00:44:41.04\00:44:43.14 Oh, goodness. Dulay. 00:44:43.18\00:44:44.51 Robert Dulay. Okay. 00:44:44.55\00:44:45.88 Who is working with us in the Philippines, 00:44:45.91\00:44:48.02 and he's a tremendous leader. 00:44:48.05\00:44:50.32 And just excellent, excellent, so... 00:44:50.35\00:44:53.19 Now when we talk about, 00:44:53.22\00:44:54.56 I'm hearing from rebel to redeem, 00:44:54.59\00:44:58.26 that's their theme because I saw that. 00:44:58.29\00:45:00.03 I love that. 00:45:00.06\00:45:01.40 From rebel to redeem, 00:45:01.43\00:45:02.76 I saw that video with Pastor Wilson. 00:45:02.80\00:45:04.13 Yeah, we did. 00:45:04.17\00:45:05.50 And we read the article preaching to the rebels 00:45:05.53\00:45:07.47 that were in the mountains that became, 00:45:07.50\00:45:09.77 they went from darkness to light. 00:45:09.80\00:45:12.01 And they gave their energies now to taken the gospel out. 00:45:12.04\00:45:15.01 Talk about staffing now. 00:45:15.04\00:45:16.61 That's something that I want to hit 00:45:16.64\00:45:17.98 before we wind up our program 00:45:18.01\00:45:19.75 and some of the needs you have? 00:45:19.78\00:45:21.12 Yes. 00:45:21.15\00:45:22.48 So our staffing, like I said, 00:45:22.52\00:45:23.85 we work with local people in all the countries. 00:45:23.89\00:45:25.92 So it's led by nationals. 00:45:25.95\00:45:27.86 I meet with them on a weekly basis 00:45:27.89\00:45:30.39 on a management team. 00:45:30.43\00:45:31.76 And we, you know, we really have to make sure 00:45:31.79\00:45:34.06 that the funds are well stewarded. 00:45:34.10\00:45:36.23 One of the things Elizabeth didn't say about herself was, 00:45:36.26\00:45:38.67 she was at one point the Chief Financial Officer 00:45:38.70\00:45:41.87 for the university in Bolivia then. 00:45:41.90\00:45:44.14 Wow, in Bolivia. 00:45:44.17\00:45:45.64 So you bring this to the table also? 00:45:45.67\00:45:47.34 Yes. Yes, she's very... 00:45:47.38\00:45:48.94 Well qualified. 00:45:48.98\00:45:50.31 Diligent and she's helping me because, 00:45:50.35\00:45:52.98 you know, I'm growing, 00:45:53.01\00:45:54.45 I'm stretching into this position. 00:45:54.48\00:45:56.15 But one of the ways that God is equipping us 00:45:56.18\00:45:58.39 is by bringing staff that are just phenomenal. 00:45:58.42\00:46:01.52 So we're still a very small team 00:46:01.56\00:46:02.92 here in the United States. 00:46:02.96\00:46:04.29 But we have 56 full time workers in Africa. 00:46:04.33\00:46:07.23 Fifty six? Wow. 00:46:07.26\00:46:08.60 Yes. 00:46:08.63\00:46:09.96 And this is in five different countries, 00:46:10.00\00:46:12.60 we're actually also now training in three universities. 00:46:12.63\00:46:17.37 ASOME, which is the medical school 00:46:17.41\00:46:19.11 in Rwanda, 00:46:19.14\00:46:20.48 the Malawi Adventist University, 00:46:20.51\00:46:22.38 and launching at Bugema University in Uganda. 00:46:22.41\00:46:25.71 So this is taking our training, 00:46:25.75\00:46:29.02 and not just doing it under the mango tree, 00:46:29.05\00:46:32.12 but doing at the university level as well. 00:46:32.15\00:46:34.89 So we want to stretch 00:46:34.92\00:46:36.26 to basically get our information out 00:46:36.29\00:46:37.79 to as many regions of the world. 00:46:37.83\00:46:39.16 We've had a few other universities, 00:46:39.19\00:46:40.53 including the one in the Philippines, 00:46:40.56\00:46:42.66 reach out and ask, so we're... 00:46:42.70\00:46:45.00 Is it accredited course or is it just? 00:46:45.03\00:46:48.14 It's not accredited through the different university, 00:46:48.17\00:46:51.61 through the national levels yet. 00:46:51.64\00:46:53.24 So we're working on that accreditation. 00:46:53.27\00:46:55.54 But it's qualifying them to be able to participate 00:46:55.58\00:46:58.11 and function in the ministry? 00:46:58.15\00:46:59.71 Exactly. Yes. 00:46:59.75\00:47:01.78 And I was impressed as, you know, we were talking about 00:47:01.82\00:47:04.02 the program in our prep time. 00:47:04.05\00:47:05.45 You had a quote that was very inspiring 00:47:05.49\00:47:07.52 and encouraging about what FARM STEW does. 00:47:07.56\00:47:09.76 I want to have you share that with our audience right now. 00:47:09.79\00:47:12.56 Yes, so we are inviting everyone to stretch. 00:47:12.59\00:47:16.50 So we have a picture of this quote, 00:47:16.53\00:47:17.93 even it's so powerful, 00:47:17.97\00:47:19.80 because, you know, as we continue to be challenged 00:47:19.83\00:47:22.97 with all the changes in the world, 00:47:23.00\00:47:25.21 this quote inspires me. 00:47:25.24\00:47:26.57 It says, "The work that lies before us 00:47:26.61\00:47:28.18 is one that will put to the stretch 00:47:28.21\00:47:30.05 every power of the human being. 00:47:30.08\00:47:32.61 It will call for the exercise of strong faith 00:47:32.65\00:47:35.22 and constant vigilance. 00:47:35.25\00:47:37.29 At times, the difficulties we shall meet 00:47:37.32\00:47:39.79 will be most disheartening. 00:47:39.82\00:47:41.52 The very greatness of the task will appall us. 00:47:41.56\00:47:44.73 And yet, with God's help, 00:47:44.76\00:47:47.26 His servants will finally triumph." 00:47:47.30\00:47:50.30 Amen. I love that. 00:47:50.33\00:47:51.67 So it's not going to be easy, 00:47:51.70\00:47:53.44 but nothing worth accomplishing is really easy. 00:47:53.47\00:47:56.27 That's right. Absolutely. 00:47:56.30\00:47:57.64 Wow. And I saw the word stretch. 00:47:57.67\00:47:59.44 Yes. There we go. 00:47:59.47\00:48:00.81 Yeah. 00:48:00.84\00:48:02.18 Well, and one of the things I like to say sometimes is, 00:48:02.21\00:48:03.68 you know, we're blazing new trails, 00:48:03.71\00:48:05.61 they call it bushwhacking, 00:48:05.65\00:48:07.22 you know, and sometimes you're gonna have a branch 00:48:07.25\00:48:09.15 hit you in the face 00:48:09.18\00:48:10.92 when you're bushwhacking. 00:48:10.95\00:48:12.29 You can't expect things to go easily, 00:48:12.32\00:48:14.52 but with God's help, His servants 00:48:14.56\00:48:17.59 and that's what we seek to be is His servants. 00:48:17.63\00:48:20.23 We have a great team. 00:48:20.26\00:48:21.93 We're all trying to be synced together 00:48:21.96\00:48:23.60 as His servants. 00:48:23.63\00:48:24.97 And we do believe that we will triumph. 00:48:25.00\00:48:27.37 With God, all things are possible, isn't it? 00:48:27.40\00:48:29.60 Amen. That's right. 00:48:29.64\00:48:30.97 I want you to bring in some of the needs 00:48:31.01\00:48:32.34 because our listeners have been hearing this amazing stretch 00:48:32.37\00:48:36.08 and growth and increasing, 00:48:36.11\00:48:37.88 thank you for Elizabeth being part of this new stretch 00:48:37.91\00:48:40.95 and the manual. 00:48:40.98\00:48:42.32 We know this takes funds to make happen. 00:48:42.35\00:48:44.59 The 56 people that are working there 00:48:44.62\00:48:46.86 in the country in the continent of Africa, 00:48:46.89\00:48:48.96 different countries. 00:48:48.99\00:48:50.33 Talk about some of the financial needs 00:48:50.36\00:48:51.83 you have to keep this moving and going and growing? 00:48:51.86\00:48:55.30 It's a phenomenal ministry. Yeah. 00:48:55.33\00:48:57.20 So well, we have an incredible board of directors 00:48:57.23\00:48:59.97 and we've just approved a very bold budget. 00:49:00.00\00:49:02.94 And they say you should just account 00:49:02.97\00:49:04.87 on maybe five to 10% growth each year. 00:49:04.91\00:49:07.58 And I have to say we've had between 50 to 100% every year. 00:49:07.61\00:49:11.61 What? Amen. 00:49:11.65\00:49:12.98 And that is what's allowed us 00:49:13.01\00:49:14.35 to continue to stretch and grow. 00:49:14.38\00:49:16.28 So we put out a bold budget that 00:49:16.32\00:49:18.12 has those five freedom priorities. 00:49:18.15\00:49:20.26 So there's funds that go into trainers 00:49:20.29\00:49:22.32 and their transportation and the seeds for the gardens. 00:49:22.36\00:49:25.49 Freedom from shame. 00:49:25.53\00:49:26.86 We want to help 5,000 girls again this year 00:49:26.90\00:49:29.96 for with pads and latrines for families, 00:49:30.00\00:49:33.10 then we want to help put in wells. 00:49:33.13\00:49:35.37 This year, we are hopefully by the very end, 00:49:35.40\00:49:39.81 I shouldn't date this, we put in 30 wells this year 00:49:39.84\00:49:44.81 and we're hoping to do 50 next year. 00:49:44.85\00:49:47.42 So each of those costs between 4,500 00:49:47.45\00:49:50.79 or in some places where we do have to bring in a big rig 00:49:50.82\00:49:53.36 it can go up as high as 12,000 00:49:53.39\00:49:55.59 in a really difficult terrains like way North and South Sudan. 00:49:55.62\00:49:59.89 So the wells, the cook stoves are very cheap, 00:49:59.93\00:50:03.13 we can put those in for about $15 a family. 00:50:03.16\00:50:06.74 And then the freedom to share, 00:50:06.77\00:50:08.90 say, for example, a translation, 00:50:08.94\00:50:10.47 it may cost us $7,000 to do the full translation 00:50:10.51\00:50:13.81 of the manual and all the materials 00:50:13.84\00:50:15.54 that go with us. 00:50:15.58\00:50:16.91 Okay. 00:50:16.95\00:50:18.28 So and then the freedom to grow, 00:50:18.31\00:50:19.65 the businesses are anywhere from, 00:50:19.68\00:50:21.92 they could cost as little as 1,000 up to 200,000. 00:50:21.95\00:50:25.92 So, we're hoping and praying that 00:50:25.95\00:50:28.06 we can do some of those big ones 00:50:28.09\00:50:29.72 but again, we're going to have to have a stretch 00:50:29.76\00:50:31.96 from listeners and donors 00:50:31.99\00:50:33.93 that would make that possible. 00:50:33.96\00:50:35.30 Wow. 00:50:35.33\00:50:36.67 I'm looking at every time you come, 00:50:36.70\00:50:38.10 you always exuberant. 00:50:38.13\00:50:39.77 You do. 00:50:39.80\00:50:41.44 And trusting the Lord and we're seeing 00:50:41.47\00:50:43.04 how the Lord is stretching FARM STEW 00:50:43.07\00:50:45.47 and we didn't talk about this today, 00:50:45.51\00:50:46.84 but your conversion story to get 00:50:46.88\00:50:48.24 to where you are today is phenomenal. 00:50:48.28\00:50:49.98 We'll encourage our audience that's listening 00:50:50.01\00:50:51.68 and watching the program to go to that website. 00:50:51.71\00:50:54.02 We'll give the information just a moment but FARM STEW... 00:50:54.05\00:50:56.69 But, honey, she was also trained 00:50:56.72\00:50:58.05 from she was young by her grandparents 00:50:58.09\00:51:00.86 before she became an Adventist, which was good. 00:51:00.89\00:51:03.32 You had the foundation. Amen. 00:51:03.36\00:51:05.23 Growing up on a farm. 00:51:05.26\00:51:07.00 Well, her grandparents. 00:51:07.03\00:51:08.36 With my grandparents, yeah. 00:51:08.40\00:51:09.73 With your grandparents, but as you've heard 00:51:09.76\00:51:11.10 and FARM STEW is primarily an acronym, 00:51:11.13\00:51:13.84 farming, attitude, rest, meals, sanitation, 00:51:13.87\00:51:16.57 temperance, enterprise and water. 00:51:16.60\00:51:19.34 And at this news break, 00:51:19.37\00:51:20.91 we're going to give you the website 00:51:20.94\00:51:22.28 where you can go find out more about it. 00:51:22.31\00:51:24.31 And as we just found out, 00:51:24.35\00:51:25.68 it's in five different languages. 00:51:25.71\00:51:27.05 And they're going to be stretching 00:51:27.08\00:51:28.62 to include more resources to get the gospel out. 00:51:28.65\00:51:31.55 And after this news break, 00:51:31.59\00:51:32.95 we're going to come back for some closing thoughts. 00:51:32.99\00:51:35.46 So don't go away. 00:51:35.49\00:51:37.16 We'll be right back. 00:51:37.19\00:51:38.53 If you would like to contact 00:51:42.96\00:51:44.60 or know more about FARM STEW International, 00:51:44.63\00:51:47.17 you can write to them at PO Box 291, 00:51:47.20\00:51:50.47 Princeton, Illinois 61356. 00:51:50.51\00:51:54.71 You can also call them 00:51:54.74\00:51:56.14 at 815-200-4925. 00:51:56.18\00:52:01.58 That's 815-200-4925. 00:52:01.62\00:52:06.92 You can also visit their website 00:52:06.96\00:52:08.39 at Farmstew.org 00:52:08.42\00:52:10.99 That's Farmstew.org 00:52:11.03\00:52:13.83 or you can email them at Joy@Farmstew.org 00:52:13.86\00:52:19.03 That's Joy@Farmstew.org 00:52:19.07\00:52:23.44
