and then the end will come."

That's the
final one of the signs

that Jesus gave
to His disciples.

We're living in a time
that Jesus foretold would come

and He told His disciples,

concerning the signs
of the end of the world

and His coming again.

And in Matthew Chapter 24,

we find and I've made
them concise right here.

He said, "You
shall hear of wars,

nation shall
rise against nation,
00:11:44.23\00:11:46.67
there should be
famines, diseases, earthquakes,

false prophets shall
arise and deceive many,

iniquity shall abound,
00:11:53.38\00:11:56.08
the love of
many shall wax cold."

And so this sounds a lot like

what's going on in the
world today, doesn't it?

And then Jesus also said

this was one of
the signs of the end.

He told His disciples,

"And this gospel of the kingdom

again will be
preached in all the world

as a witness to all the nations,

and then the end will come."

You find that there's
three major points to that.

The gospel is the good
news of salvation through Jesus.

And then the second
thing is this goes into

all the world is universal.

And thirdly, it's
an end time message.

Those three
elements are actually found

in the Three Angels' Messages.

gospel to preach to those

So that's the first angel,

but let me reiterate.

There are three
things we find in this,

actually, four points here.

Everlasting
gospel would be that's

talking about Jesus the Savior.

And the judgment has come.

He's our intercessor.

And the Bible says,

"All judgment has
been given to Him."

And then it says,
00:13:55.50\00:13:57.33
"Fear God and
give glory to Him."

So giving glory to Him is
a major bullet point here.

And then it says
at the end of verse 7,

"Worship Him who
made heaven and earth,

the sea and the
springs of water."

And so the point of this is that

Jesus came down to
this earth in human form.

He was with God, the
Father and the Holy Spirit.

And He came down to
this earth to show us

what God was like and
live in the human flesh,

and He served, and then He died,

He was crucified, and
then He was resurrected.

He was buried and resurrected,

and He's interceding
in our behalf in heaven.

And He's coming back as King.

And so the first angel really is

like a
proclamation of who Jesus is.

The world needs to
see that He's the Savior.

That's the good news.

of this spiritual application

of who Babylon
is in the end time.

presentation of who Christ is.

And then there's a warning
of an Antichrist, a false...

Jesus said in Matthew 24,
that there will be false Christ

and false prophets.

So and He also elaborates
on this as it identifying

as a spiritual
application to Babylon.

And then warning
about the final decision,

actually be between who
are we going to decide for,
00:17:47.50\00:17:50.90
is it Jesus or we going to go
00:17:50.93\00:17:53.03
for the world or the anti Jesus?

Then everyone will
need to make a decision,

either, be sealed
by God and be saved

or to be marked and be lost.

And then Jesus comes
back as a result of that.

outline of my life.

When I was 13 years old,

we were raised in a denomination

where we went to
church every Sunday.

And two ladies
00:18:33.81\00:18:35.14
from the
Seventh-day Adventist Church
00:18:35.18\00:18:38.31
came by and offered
Bible studies with my mom.
00:18:38.35\00:18:41.88
They came once a week
and we studied the Bible.
00:18:41.92\00:18:45.72
And then at the
end of those studies,
00:18:45.75\00:18:49.92
they had some meetings,
00:18:49.96\00:18:51.29
George Van Dam,
and it was the pastor,
00:18:51.33\00:18:54.40
evangelist and he came
00:18:54.43\00:18:56.13
and had some
meetings in Atlanta.
00:18:56.16\00:18:58.23
And my mom and I
00:18:58.27\00:18:59.60
joined the
Seventh-day Adventist Church.
00:18:59.63\00:19:01.87
And so that passion,

actually the Three Angels'
Messages was conveyed to us,

the elements of there,
00:19:07.31\00:19:09.31
that this
message was going to go
00:19:09.34\00:19:11.38
into all the world.

And we wanted to
accept Jesus as our Savior,

the good news of the gospel,

and then help join up
with a group of Christians

that are proclaiming

this final message to the world.

We felt like we were being
enlisted into that mission.

God's army. God's army.

And then my dad too,
and when I was 20 years old,

I got drafted during the
Vietnam War into the army.

And after basic
training in medical training,

I came down on orders to go
to Vietnam as a combat medic.

Oh, wow!
00:19:52.25\00:19:53.59
And basically I had 11 days.

I was to clear post the next day
00:19:58.39\00:20:00.70
and then have 10 days off
00:20:00.73\00:20:02.36
and then report
back to go to Vietnam

as a combat medical foreman.

Wow.

And I prayed, I said,
"Lord, if You want me to go."

I was a believer.
00:20:13.41\00:20:14.74
I wasn't really a
churchgoer at that time.

But I believed in God,
00:20:18.31\00:20:19.65
and I believed
in His final message

in the gospel.

And I promised the
Lord, I said, "Lord,

if You want me to go to Vietnam,

I'll go and if
you want me to go."

But I kind of asked Him,
would you please work it out

where I don't have to go.

And Cathy,

my wife lost her
mom when she was 15.

She lost her dad at 18.

And now she's 19 married to me

and I might go to
Vietnam and lose my life.

And so I used that as kind
of my ace in the hole to God.

Maybe God will listen if I
say, "Hey, how about Cathy?"

And so what happened
was I won't go into details,

but I got taken off orders

the day before I
was to clear post.

I'm 11 days from Vietnam.

God really wanted him
to know this was His doing.

He wanted him to know
nobody else did that but Him,

He saved him.

But the key that,
I've always liked hearing

is that he said,

And so that was a
big part of my life.

Obviously, Jesus
saved me for eternity.

But He also does
things for us in this life.

So He got me off orders.

When I got out of the
Army, I began, my wife and I,

gonna be a dogged Christians.

We're gonna go to church
and we're gonna be involved

in Christian world.

So I got so involved in
things, evangelistic meetings,

study with people that I decided

this is the only
thing I'm interested in.

And so God drafted me
into His army, so to speak.

So I was afraid
