00:01 I told you that today would be a day
00:03 that God would show Himself to us 00:07 through what He has done in this young man's life. 00:09 Stephen, thank you so much for sharing this testimony. 00:13 But I just feel like God wants you to take a moment, 00:17 say something to a young person out there 00:21 who may be in a difficult spot. 00:23 Yeah, you know, I used to doubt as a child, 00:27 whether or not I would be in heaven. 00:29 And I was afraid that I wasn't good enough, 00:32 I mean, even though I had that 00:33 dream of being a world evangelist 00:34 and love what my dad was doing, 00:36 I can remember many times 00:37 where I was afraid that Jesus couldn't love me. 00:40 And that fear became even worse as I fell into the world, 00:42 and I fell into sin, into drugs, 00:45 and alcohol, and living a promiscuous life, 00:47 and doing the things I did. 00:49 If there's anyone out there listening to this 00:50 that's had brokenness in their life, 00:52 and they feel like they're afraid 00:54 that God can't save them, 00:55 I just want to remind you that in John 3:16, it says, 00:58 "For God so loved the world 01:01 that He gave His only begotten Son, 01:03 that whosoever believeth in Him would not perish, 01:06 but have everlasting life." 01:07 Now we all know what John 3:16 says, right? 01:10 But what does the next verse say? 01:11 John 3:17 follows it up by saying, 01:14 "For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn you, 01:18 but that through Jesus we could be saved." 01:21 Friends, I hope that though my story, 01:24 you've been able to see that God loves you, 01:28 and He wants you to be in heaven. 01:29 And I have just a two word appeal for you. 01:34 Be there. 01:35 Amen. 01:36 Thank you, Stephen, so much, 01:38 and thank you for sharing your story with us. 01:40 It's... 01:41 We're going to be watching you 01:43 to see what God does in your life. 01:45 For those of you at home, thank you for joining us, 01:48 and our prayer for you today 01:50 is that the grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, 01:53 the love of the Father, 01:54 and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit 01:56 will be with you not only today, 02:00 but every day for the rest of your life, 02:03 and throughout eternity. 02:04 God bless. |
