That's wonderful. 00:22 One thing I failed to ask Jonathan is, you've 00:26 got this work going. the publishing work is still 00:30 kind of...would you call it infancy? Do you need other 00:34 volunteers? I mean, I know you're training 00:37 people there, but do you need people to help translate? 00:40 What do you need for that publishing ministry? 00:43 - Yes, we definitely need more help. We believe 00:47 that God will supply the need. A lot of people 00:51 don't want to come because it's so difficult there. 00:53 But I can say we've been there 9 years. God has 00:55 given us everything we need to be there: the 00:58 courage, the strength, the health... So, yes; we're 01:01 looking for people that will- especially people 01:03 that know French. If we could find a person or two 01:06 who's familiar with layout and design, and who can 01:10 help with some translating, as well...especially with 01:14 the French languages. We're also doing some other 01:15 translation work into other languages. Now, 01:18 you don't have to learn the other languages, but 01:20 we're coordinating with other translators. For 01:25 example, we just finished Steps to Christ in? 01:29 language. We'll be publishing that soon. So, 01:31 we're excited about projects like this, but it's going 01:34 to cost something to publish that and to distribute it. 01:38 Those are several of the areas that we need 01:42 help in-people to help- and also, finances, to 01:46 help with the publishing. - Amen. - The more money 01:50 there is, the more literature that can be printed and 01:52 shipped out. There's not really a limit. There's 01:56 so much need over there. - There's such a great 01:59 need, and sometimes, it's overwhelming, how 02:02 you're going to do that. But as we all work 02:03 together, it happens. I think the beauty- and 02:07 truly, it does sound challenging. It sounds, 02:12 sometimes, overwhelming. But can you imagine the 02:16 faith this builds as you watch God do these 02:18 wonderful miracles? I think you had a closing thought, 02:22 Keith. - I'm so glad that we serve a loving 02:26 God. He is the Lord of the harvest. I think 02:28 about that promise in Luke chapter 10:2 where 02:32 Jesus says to His disciples, "The harvest truly is 02:35 great, but the laborers are few. Pray the Lord 02:39 of the harvest therefore to send out laborers into 02:43 His harvest." - Amen. - So we can talk to our 02:47 Friend, the Lord of the harvest, and trust 02:49 that He will open the doors and give us the 02:51 courage and give others the courage to go and 02:54 share in Congo, in Chad, wherever it is 02:57 in the world until He comes back to take us home. 03:00 - Well, I thank you that you all listened to the 03:04 still, small voice of the Holy Spirit and that 03:06 you have responded to that call, because certainly, 03:09 these are beautiful people and they deserve 03:13 to know the good news of Jesus Christ. Our 03:16 prayer for you is that the grace of our Lord 03:19 and Savior, Jesus Christ, the love of the Father, 03:21 and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit will be with 03:24 you always. Bye-bye. |
