00:02 and goes so quickly. 00:04 That's an interesting program, what do you think? 00:05 Very much so. 00:06 And I'm gonna be disappointed 00:08 if you tell him the story at a pastor's meeting 00:09 because I can't go to that. 00:11 But I can tell you, Jason. All right. 00:14 But, Paul or Pastor Lowe, 00:16 your audience is listening by television, 00:19 by radio they are listening. 00:21 What made a difference in your life? 00:23 What made a difference was God's providence 00:26 but through my mother. 00:28 And I want to stress, 00:30 don't stop praying for kids or anybody 00:35 that you deem at risk, that you deem far from God. 00:38 Because through all of this, 00:39 as I said, I wasn't really praying. 00:41 I would pray in incidence of urgencies. 00:44 You know, I'm on the ground, 00:45 I'm called up and the bullets are flying. 00:47 Then in some cases, 00:49 even after the shooting stopped and I get up, 00:50 the person right next to me was hit. 00:52 On one occasion, 00:53 wiping that person's blood of my own body. 00:57 Those are the times that I would pray, 00:59 but outside it 01:00 I didn't really have a prayer life, 01:01 but my mom did. 01:03 My mother had a consistent daily prayer life for me. 01:06 And she had other people praying 01:07 for me also, 01:09 she had a church praying for me also, 01:10 even though I wasn't there. 01:12 The other thing is, don't assume because you... 01:16 And this has with the value of mentorship 01:18 and nurture and praying for our youth. 01:21 Don't assume by appearance. 01:22 This kid could be teaching Sabbath school, 01:25 could be singing in the choir, 01:26 could have the most boyish appearance 01:28 in all the things that I had and still be out 01:33 there in all kind of stuff. 01:34 There were other kids I knew like myself 01:37 that were in church, 01:38 that have that same lifestyle, did not make it. 01:40 Wow. Did not make it. 01:41 Wow. Right? 01:43 So I was fortunate in that sense by God's mercy 01:45 that He preserved me for some reason. 01:47 Well, Paul, Pastor Lowe, 01:48 thank you so much for being here. 01:50 We appreciate it.
