00:02 We want to sort of put a little bow on this. 00:05 I'd like to get a closing thought from each of you, 00:07 just a little something to sort of sum up your thoughts, Jill? 00:11 One of my favorite scripture is Proverbs 3:5 and 6. 00:14 "Trust in the Lord with all your heart. 00:16 Lean not on your own understanding, 00:19 in all your ways acknowledge him, 00:20 and he shall direct your paths." 00:23 That promise is sure. 00:25 Come to Him every morning. 00:26 Spend time in His Word. 00:28 Submit and surrender your life and heart to Him 00:32 and watch as He directs your path. 00:36 Mollie. Well done, Jill. 00:38 Well, I'm just thinking that there are those that 00:41 do find themselves in the situation 00:43 where you've miss the voice of God, 00:45 you've not been obedient 00:47 and God will redeem your mistakes. 00:50 And always remember 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, 00:54 He's faithful and just to forgive us of our sins." 00:57 And He goes that one step further, 00:59 He cleanses us from all unrighteousness 01:01 which puts us right back in right relationship with God. 01:06 John 18:37, 01:08 "Those who are of the truth hear His voice." 01:11 So it's true that each one of us 01:12 can hear the voice of God, 01:14 but we must be willing to submit 01:16 our hearts and our lives to him. 01:18 Spend that quality time with Him. 01:21 Wait on Him and He will direct your path. 01:24 The one that has began that good work in you 01:25 will continue to complete it 01:27 and He is calling us all to Himself 01:30 to a place that He knows 01:33 and we need to trust Him to take us there. 01:34 Amen. Well said, well said. 01:36 "He that's cometh unto 01:38 the Lord God will not cast out." 01:40 I'm looking at John 7:17, 01:42 "If you choose to do, then you will know. 01:45 You make the choice to do, 01:47 God sees to it that you will know." 01:49 Ellen White says in her messages to young people. 01:53 There are three general ways 01:55 in which God speaks to His children. 01:57 One, by His Word, the Holy Scriptures. 01:59 You always want to go to the Word of God. 02:00 Two, by His providential workings. 02:03 If He wants you to walk through a door, 02:05 He will open that door or give you the ability 02:07 to push that door open 02:09 but you would be able to move through. 02:11 And three, she says, appeals of the Holy Spirit. 02:16 So we should pray for the Holy Spirit, 02:17 surrender ourselves each day 02:19 to the movings and wooings of the Holy Spirit. 02:22 Give yourself to Him early that day, 02:24 put your life in His hands, 02:26 and He will be pleased to show you what to do, 02:30 and how to do it, and guarantee your success. 02:33 Well, our time is fast slipped into eternity. 02:35 Allow me now in closing to wish you both grace and peace 02:39 through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. 02:40 We'll see you again soon.
