Yeah. 00:47 So yeah, we have many stories. 00:48 I'm trying to think of the best one here, 00:50 you know, I'll share a personal one. 00:52 Good. 00:54 Recently, I was on a flight, 00:56 I think it was from Norway down to Holland 00:58 on my way back to the US and when I was on the plane, 01:02 I sat down next to very educated woman, 01:06 she was, I think, 01:07 a psychology teacher at a university there in Europe 01:12 and her husband was a medical doctor 01:15 sitting across the aisle, 01:17 and he was going to some meetings 01:18 to actually get some presentations, 01:21 some medical meetings. 01:23 Anyway, I wanted to reach out to this woman 01:25 and so I opened up my bible to read it, 01:29 so I cast the lure, you know... 01:30 Yes, you did. 01:31 You know that really helps you open up the bible sometimes 01:33 and just see what happens. 01:34 Oh yeah. 01:35 And so after a few minutes getting done reading the bible, 01:37 I closed it, I happen to be in proverbs, 01:38 closed it and sure enough couple of minutes later 01:40 this woman turned to me and she said, 01:41 she started asking questions, and she said, 01:43 so what were you reading? 01:45 And we started a spiritual conversation 01:47 which is really interesting. 01:48 One thing I like to point out is that 01:50 when you pass out tracts, 01:52 75% of the stories that we get is not because 01:54 the tract is so amazing, 01:56 it's just because it begins a good conversation. 01:57 Yes. 01:58 It's a conversation starter. Yeah. 02:00 So, anyway we had a good spiritual conversation, 02:02 I ended up giving her some tracts on eternal torment 02:05 and how hell doesn't last forever 02:06 and she was very interested in that. 02:08 At the end of our conversation 02:09 she said to me something I'll never forget, 02:11 she said, you know, 02:12 at least you have something to believe in, 02:14 most of us out here still looking for that. 02:16 Wow! 02:18 Boy, that's powerful isn't it? 02:19 Yeah, what an opportunity that we have to... 02:22 Again, spread the gospel of Jesus Christ 02:23 around the world, 02:25 you know, we want to be instant and seasoned 02:27 when God provides us opportunity as well, 02:28 we want to be ready don't we? 02:29 Amen. 02:31 And that's with having like the go tracts 02:32 or any piece of literature in our pockets 02:34 already to give out. 02:35 I liked what you said for us having your bible with you, 02:37 you opened it up and the person said, 02:39 what were you reading? 02:40 And that opened up the conversation 02:42 and then it just goes and leads on from there. 02:45 Thank you, again, 02:46 so much for being with us today. 02:47 Yeah, thank you. 02:49 We appreciate the work that you are doing, 02:50 God continue to bless you, 02:52 thank you for aspiring me 02:53 to be more involved with spreading Gods word, 02:55 through literature around the world, 02:57 hope that you were inspired today, 02:59 thank you for joining us, God bless you 03:01 and have a wonderful day with Jesus. |
