00:03 that should be launching next week 00:05 called Optimize 4 Life. 00:07 And that we've been talking with both Dr. Jay Sutliffe, 00:12 and Dick Nunez, who are our co-hosts. 00:14 Jay, you had a thought that I wanted you to share 00:17 with people about applying what they'll be learning. 00:20 Well, the thing about 00:22 health programs and things like that. 00:23 People sometimes feel overwhelmed, 00:25 and they can't do everything they're doing on that program. 00:28 Well, the thing is that apply what you can to your lifestyle, 00:32 adapted to how you can live with it in a corporate 00:37 because we want to see long term application 00:39 not just the flash in the pan. 00:41 And we're gonna provide a lot of resources 00:43 on our website, Optimize then number 4 life.org. 00:48 Where we're gonna put materials on there 00:50 that people can download, 00:52 a little manual that they can follow along, 00:54 little trackers to chart down what they're eating 00:57 and their exercise and things like that. 00:59 So we're gonna be a support to people 01:01 and we're thinking long term, 01:02 we're not thinking a flash in the pan type of thing. 01:05 Amen.
