00:01 It's just so exciting to see
00:02 how God can take two ordinary people, 00:05 that's okay. 00:07 I consider myself an ordinary person, 00:09 but can use you to make such an impact 00:12 in the life of 2,200 children. 00:15 Before we went to the break, I know, William, that, 00:21 we were talking about, I mentioned that, 00:23 when someone sponsors a child, they're educated, 00:26 it doesn't just change that child's life, does it? 00:29 No, it doesn't. 00:30 It also allows him to give back to his family, 00:34 which, you know, in tune also helps the village. 00:37 So it really makes a big difference 00:39 then not just in one person's life. 00:40 Amen. Amen. 00:42 And what do your three children think about, 00:45 I know that you grew up in India, 00:47 you grew up in the fields 00:50 with world's field working with your parents. 00:53 What do your children think about you returning there now? 00:58 I think that they were sort of happy for me 01:00 'cause they knew that I always loved India 01:04 and I always wanted to go back. 01:05 And so they've always given us their blessings 01:08 and saying go for it. 01:10 But, you know, I tell my children 01:12 that they have sisters and brothers now 01:14 and they go what. 01:16 And I go yeah, you have 2,200 sisters and brothers 01:19 because I'm either called Nancy aunty 01:22 or mommy Nancy. 01:24 So to me, it's a blessing to be there, 01:27 I love the children, I always love kids 01:29 and, I just want the Lord to lead me 01:32 and help these children get a better life. 01:35 Amen. Amen. 01:36 And they are, I mean, 01:37 that's the beauty of it is they are. 01:40 I know that, it's so hard for us to appreciate, 01:44 we sit in our comfortable homes, 01:46 or watching television 01:48 and we've got plenty to eat and education, 01:52 you know, if you're in a developed world, 01:54 education is either provided by public education, 01:57 by government or maybe you can afford 02:00 to have private education. 02:02 But in an area like India, 02:05 where these children have no other option, 02:07 what a blessing 02:09 that Adventist Child India is there for them. 02:12 And we just want to thank you so much 02:14 for all the work that you're doing. 02:16 Well, for those of you at home, 02:18 we just appreciate you sharing this time with us. 02:22 We were just talking during the break, 02:24 none of us had any sleep last night, 02:25 so we're all kind... 02:27 but it just was exciting too to talk with Mack's today. 02:32 And our prayer for you 02:33 is that the grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, 02:36 the love of the Father 02:37 and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit 02:38 will be with you always. 02:41 Thanks so much for joining us. |
