00:03 to touch people's lives who are hurting. 00:05 Lemuel, tell us about that? 00:07 Brian, what would you say to someone 00:10 that's laying in the hospital ward 00:11 in a prison, 00:13 that's ready to die with cancer. 00:15 I walked up to him, and I opened my Bible 00:16 and I shared the Lord is my shepherd, 00:18 and for some reason I stopped and I said, 00:20 do you know the Lord is your shepherd? 00:22 He shook his head, no. 00:23 We had prayer, we shared the 23rd Psalm 00:26 and as he began to close his eyes, 00:28 he was weeping with tears. 00:30 I prayed that you will see him in the kingdom of heaven 00:33 because he made a decision for Christ 00:35 at the closing moments of his life. 00:38 We encourage anyone to give prison ministry a try. 00:44 Every county has a jail. 00:46 You can be involved there or a state prison. 00:49 This is an opportunity to help 00:51 mend the lives of broken people. 00:53 Our time has slipped away, we have to save good bye. 00:56 God bless. |
