And healthy. 00:03:07.55\00:03:09.18 Raquel is a nurse practitioner and we are gonna talk about 00:03:09.22\00:03:12.05 what that is and what that does 00:03:12.09\00:03:13.96 and she is married to a pharmacist 00:03:13.99\00:03:16.12 and it don't get any better than that, you know, 00:03:16.16\00:03:17.79 pharmacist and a nurse practitioner 00:03:17.83\00:03:19.86 running a lifestyle center 00:03:19.89\00:03:21.46 and what's good about this is that it is small enough 00:03:21.50\00:03:25.13 to offer almost one on one care. 00:03:25.17\00:03:27.84 Yes. 00:03:27.87\00:03:29.20 Its not-- It is one on one. 00:03:29.24\00:03:30.61 Yeah, it is kind of one on one, yeah. 00:03:30.64\00:03:32.14 Yes, very much one on one. 00:03:32.17\00:03:33.74 So its not, it's not like a warehouse situation 00:03:33.78\00:03:35.78 where you are one of 20 or one of 30 or one 40 00:03:35.81\00:03:39.48 but one of the unique things 00:03:39.51\00:03:41.22 about this lifestyle center is that it's small. 00:03:41.25\00:03:44.49 And then you have two people who are very, 00:03:44.52\00:03:46.96 very well equipped to do this technically 00:03:46.99\00:03:50.53 because they know their stuff 00:03:50.56\00:03:51.89 but more than that they have a loving, 00:03:51.93\00:03:54.16 caring administrative style that really makes you feel good 00:03:54.20\00:03:58.63 when you are there. 00:03:58.67\00:04:00.27 Definite dedicated to each of the people 00:04:00.30\00:04:02.24 that come through there. 00:04:02.27\00:04:03.61 Yeah, they are. They are. 00:04:03.64\00:04:04.97 So when they put you in that hot tub with the slice 00:04:05.01\00:04:06.37 and you are sweating yourself to death, you know, 00:04:06.41\00:04:08.34 that they love you and its all love. 00:04:08.38\00:04:11.61 They have it. 00:04:11.65\00:04:12.98 They have a beautiful house-- 00:04:13.01\00:04:14.35 They do. 00:04:14.38\00:04:15.72 And yet when they have people in the center 00:04:15.75\00:04:18.02 they sleep in the sofas just to be there 00:04:18.05\00:04:21.59 make sure that they are there for the people 00:04:21.62\00:04:23.73 that they are taking care of. 00:04:23.76\00:04:25.09 Yeah. 00:04:25.13\00:04:26.46 So they are right there with you in the middle of night 00:04:26.49\00:04:27.83 should you wake up and have a bad dream 00:04:27.86\00:04:29.80 they can come up and hold your hand 00:04:29.83\00:04:31.17 because they are right there with you through it all. 00:04:31.20\00:04:33.94 Ray and Raquel, good to have you here. 00:04:33.97\00:04:35.44 Thank you. Thank you, C.A., and Irma. 00:04:35.47\00:04:37.81 Yeah, I think we both met these guys 00:04:37.84\00:04:39.37 when they are first out to come to 3ABN camp meeting. 00:04:39.41\00:04:41.18 Yes. Yeah. 00:04:41.21\00:04:42.74 That's true. A little while ago. 00:04:42.78\00:04:44.18 Yeah. A little while ago. 00:04:44.21\00:04:45.55 One, two years ago. 00:04:45.58\00:04:47.52 Very interesting because from the first time 00:04:47.55\00:04:49.48 we met we became friends. 00:04:49.52\00:04:51.79 Yes. Yes. 00:04:51.82\00:04:53.15 We talked and it just communicated 00:04:53.19\00:04:56.83 really well between us 00:04:56.86\00:04:58.19 and it always been like that since. 00:04:58.23\00:05:00.60 And in that first meeting 00:05:00.63\00:05:03.03 Ray was recovering from sickness. 00:05:03.06\00:05:06.80 Yes, he was. 00:05:06.84\00:05:08.17 We didn't have that lifestyle center, 00:05:08.20\00:05:09.74 we just-- we were just thinking about it 00:05:09.77\00:05:12.84 and it's so wonderful that the 3ABN staff 00:05:12.87\00:05:19.31 I met them and says, 00:05:19.35\00:05:20.92 would you pray for my husband because he was dizzy 00:05:20.95\00:05:26.29 and he was hanging on to me, 00:05:26.32\00:05:29.62 very dizzy and Pastor Joe, Brenda, 00:05:29.66\00:05:36.30 and C.A., and Marley 00:05:36.33\00:05:42.47 they each prayed for Ray to get better 00:05:42.50\00:05:47.31 and God answers prayers. 00:05:47.34\00:05:50.28 Amen. And Ray-- 00:05:50.31\00:05:52.45 So between the prayers and some of your care 00:05:52.48\00:05:56.18 I think Ray will agree with that. 00:05:56.22\00:05:58.25 Lord and your care that got him back to shape. 00:05:58.29\00:06:01.82 Back into shape. Yes. 00:06:01.86\00:06:03.26 And then the idea of the lifestyle center came 00:06:03.29\00:06:05.23 but before we jump to that 00:06:05.26\00:06:06.96 I think we want to go to our music, 00:06:07.00\00:06:08.33 then we want to comeback and kind of walk us through 00:06:08.36\00:06:10.87 the process because it's a wonderful lifestyle center, 00:06:10.90\00:06:13.74 we've been there. 00:06:13.77\00:06:15.10 You are one of the few ones 00:06:15.14\00:06:16.47 that are in the northern regions 00:06:16.50\00:06:18.47 when we think of most of the lifestyle centers 00:06:18.51\00:06:20.68 are kind of down south. 00:06:20.71\00:06:22.38 Black hills is up north but you are in Michigan 00:06:22.41\00:06:25.98 and there of different climate, beautiful country. 00:06:26.01\00:06:30.29 You are not in the city, you are kind of in the country 00:06:30.32\00:06:32.02 and really like that 00:06:32.05\00:06:33.39 and not too far from Andrews University. 00:06:33.42\00:06:35.66 I guess within 30 minutes-- 00:06:35.69\00:06:37.03 Twenty minutes. Okay. 00:12:19.80\00:12:24.27 So I took my nursing also at Andrews University. 00:12:24.31\00:12:28.88 Walk us through the difference between a-- 00:12:28.91\00:12:31.31 say an RN and a nurse practitioner. 00:12:31.35\00:12:35.22 RN which is registered nurse is, 00:12:35.25\00:12:42.09 is somebody who took courses like medical surgical 00:12:42.12\00:12:48.20 or be gynecology, psychology 00:12:48.23\00:12:55.20 and child medicine 00:12:55.24\00:13:01.51 something like that and past the NCLEX. 00:13:01.54\00:13:08.95 It's board certification for nurses. 00:13:08.98\00:13:14.16 Well, a nurse practitioner that take advance courses 00:13:14.19\00:13:18.49 like medicine subjects but it's a, 00:13:18.53\00:13:23.50 it's kind of like a shortened or abbreviated course, 00:13:23.53\00:13:29.40 a little different from those 00:13:29.44\00:13:34.44 with medical degree or medical doctors. 00:13:34.48\00:13:37.91 But you can write prescriptions? 00:13:37.95\00:13:39.48 Yes, we do write prescriptions. 00:13:39.51\00:13:41.92 There are some states that they, 00:13:41.95\00:13:44.82 they don't need 00:13:44.85\00:13:46.19 the collaboration of a medical doctor. 00:13:46.22\00:13:50.86 In Michigan we need the collaboration 00:13:50.89\00:13:53.60 from a medical doctor. 00:13:53.63\00:13:56.13 So that's a nurse practitioner. 00:13:56.16\00:13:58.37 Well, physician you didn't ask this 00:13:58.40\00:14:01.27 but physician assistance and nurse practitioner 00:14:01.30\00:14:04.61 are almost synonymous 00:14:04.64\00:14:08.28 but only the physical assistance they work under-- 00:14:08.31\00:14:12.98 they are supposed to be under medical doctor supervision. 00:14:13.01\00:14:17.95 Nurse practitioner we can work on our own 00:14:17.99\00:14:20.76 but in some states we need some medical doctors 00:14:20.79\00:14:28.43 supervising us or collaborating with us. 00:14:28.46\00:14:31.10 Okay. Okay. 00:14:31.13\00:14:33.44 Ray, your story has a little different, 00:14:33.47\00:14:36.10 a lot different because you didn't grow up 00:14:36.14\00:14:37.67 in an Adventist home. 00:14:37.71\00:14:39.04 No I didn't. And you are a Chicago guy. 00:14:39.07\00:14:40.51 I'm a Chicago guy. 00:14:40.54\00:14:43.55 Grew up in a Jewish environment. 00:14:43.58\00:14:47.32 My parents were Jewish, 00:14:47.35\00:14:49.98 we were Jewish at least for the high holidays. 00:14:50.02\00:14:55.52 My mother was more religious than my father 00:14:55.56\00:15:01.00 and when I grew up and later married, 00:15:01.03\00:15:08.77 I married girl who was catholic, 00:15:08.80\00:15:11.81 who they accepted right away. 00:15:11.84\00:15:16.78 She and I went to church 00:15:16.81\00:15:21.22 but we didn't go to catholic church, 00:15:21.25\00:15:23.79 we went to Protestant church and she passed away 00:15:23.82\00:15:29.09 a number of years ago of cancer 00:15:29.12\00:15:34.13 and then I met Raquel and Raquel became my doctor. 00:15:34.16\00:15:40.14 Yes. 00:15:40.17\00:15:42.00 That's seriously interesting thing to marry Boo, you know, 00:15:42.04\00:15:44.54 you marry, you marry a doctor. 00:15:44.57\00:15:46.31 You know, its not, 00:15:46.34\00:15:48.01 it's not a bad way to pick up a wife 00:15:48.04\00:15:51.18 particularly when your wife is nurse practitioner. 00:15:51.21\00:15:53.78 But you are a pharmacist... Yes. 00:15:53.82\00:15:56.69 And is that something you always wanted to do, 00:15:56.72\00:15:59.05 kind of backed into it? 00:15:59.09\00:16:00.42 No. 00:16:00.46\00:16:01.79 How did you become a pharmacist? 00:16:01.82\00:16:05.99 I had been studying at the University of Chicago 00:16:06.03\00:16:09.06 for a couple of years 00:16:09.10\00:16:10.43 with the intention of going into medicine 00:16:10.47\00:16:13.57 and I was going to transfer to the University of Illinois. 00:16:13.60\00:16:19.94 You know, what occurred was I had gotten my housing 00:16:19.97\00:16:23.41 and that was all set and then all of a sudden 00:16:23.45\00:16:25.85 it gets right to the end 00:16:25.88\00:16:27.68 when the school year is beginning 00:16:27.72\00:16:29.08 and they had lost my records 00:16:29.12\00:16:32.95 and I wasn't able to get in and in a panic 00:16:32.99\00:16:38.36 I went to the next thing which was pharmacy. 00:16:38.39\00:16:41.40 So I really got pushed into it. 00:16:41.43\00:16:43.97 So obviously that is default setting. 00:16:44.00\00:16:46.00 Yeah. Yeah. 00:16:46.03\00:16:48.17 Now, Raquel life long Adventist, 00:16:48.20\00:16:50.14 born into an Adventist family not so with you. 00:16:50.17\00:16:51.81 How did you run across 00:16:51.84\00:16:53.68 or the Lord bring you into Adventism? 00:16:53.71\00:16:56.04 Well, that was, that was what I was starting to say before-- 00:16:56.08\00:17:00.02 after I met Raquel and started going through her 00:17:00.05\00:17:02.82 on a professional basis 00:17:02.85\00:17:04.79 she invited me to go to church with her 00:17:04.82\00:17:07.86 and I took her up on the offer. 00:17:07.89\00:17:10.66 And I said, what church do you belong to 00:17:10.69\00:17:13.03 and she says the Remnant Church and I heard 00:17:13.06\00:17:16.26 the Remnant Church what is that. 00:17:16.30\00:17:19.13 So we went from there. 00:17:19.17\00:17:21.90 Obviously the Sabbath thing was not a big shock for you 00:17:21.94\00:17:24.84 because, you know, coming from a Jewish background. 00:17:24.87\00:17:27.48 The first time you stepped into an Adventist church 00:17:27.51\00:17:30.11 how did you feel? 00:17:30.15\00:17:31.51 I felt very comfortable. I felt very comfortable. 00:17:31.55\00:17:36.72 Lot of Raquel's friends came up and greeted me 00:17:36.75\00:17:41.59 and made me feel very welcome. 00:17:41.62\00:17:44.43 Praise the Lord. Praise the Lord. 00:17:44.46\00:17:46.26 You know, Raquel was telling me about that encounter 00:17:46.29\00:17:50.27 and it was very good because she told me 00:17:50.30\00:17:53.97 that she had asked many people 00:17:54.00\00:17:57.14 before to visit the church with you. 00:17:57.17\00:18:00.24 Tell us about that. Oh, yes. 00:18:00.28\00:18:04.38 Being a nurse practitioner I see a lot of patients a day 00:18:04.41\00:18:09.72 and I have invited people 00:18:09.75\00:18:13.86 who seem like friendly to me, 00:18:13.89\00:18:17.73 I invited them to church 00:18:17.76\00:18:19.29 and I've been doing that for a year 00:18:19.33\00:18:21.63 and nobody showed up. 00:18:21.66\00:18:25.07 And when Ray-- when I invited Ray 00:18:25.10\00:18:29.47 and thinking that he won't show up 00:18:29.50\00:18:33.21 because that was the trend that they don't show up so 00:18:33.24\00:18:36.71 and I went to church and he was already there 00:18:36.75\00:18:40.25 at the parking lot waiting and I was watching him. 00:18:40.28\00:18:46.86 My car was tinted at that time he cannot see me inside. 00:18:46.89\00:18:53.90 So I was watching him 00:18:53.93\00:18:55.26 and he was taking his last puff of tobacco 00:18:55.30\00:18:59.93 and then I think he sprayed something 00:19:04.81\00:19:07.64 and then he went to church 00:19:07.68\00:19:11.41 and then I followed. 00:19:11.45\00:19:15.85 We did not see other that time 00:19:15.88\00:19:18.95 and I was shocked when he showed up. 00:19:18.99\00:19:21.49 Praise the Lord. 00:19:21.52\00:19:22.86 Now, at this point 00:19:22.89\00:19:24.23 there is nothing going on between you guys. 00:19:24.26\00:19:25.59 You are just patient and caregiver 00:19:25.63\00:19:29.76 and you invited him to church. 00:19:29.80\00:19:31.13 Right. Okay. 00:19:31.17\00:19:32.50 So Praise the Lord. 00:19:32.53\00:19:33.87 Now let's ease it along 00:19:33.90\00:19:35.97 obviously the relationship changed. 00:19:36.00\00:19:39.17 The question I have is in whose mind did the idea 00:19:39.21\00:19:42.58 of a ongoing relationship appeared first Ray or Raquel? 00:19:42.61\00:19:47.82 Who kind of thought about well, may be? 00:19:47.85\00:19:50.02 Well, I was thinking because every Sabbath 00:19:50.05\00:19:53.79 or Saturday he came to church. 00:19:53.82\00:19:58.13 So thinking that he had something, 00:19:58.16\00:20:02.76 you know, in mind so I didn't go to church there, 00:20:02.80\00:20:06.40 I went to another church. 00:20:06.43\00:20:10.91 That is, that is-- 00:20:10.94\00:20:12.51 She want to keep him focused on the Lord. 00:20:12.54\00:20:13.88 That's right. 00:20:13.91\00:20:16.08 It was a test I suppose to see if he continues going to church 00:20:16.11\00:20:22.02 and know that I won't be there. 00:20:22.05\00:20:23.65 Okay. 00:20:23.69\00:20:25.02 So you are trying to access is he coming for church 00:20:25.05\00:20:26.86 for just a closer walk with Thee 00:20:26.89\00:20:28.59 or just a closer walk with me, you know. 00:20:28.62\00:20:30.93 We need to switch it to Ray. 00:20:35.20\00:20:36.63 Was it just a closer walk with Thee 00:20:36.67\00:20:38.23 or just a closer walk with she? 00:20:38.27\00:20:39.93 Well, I'll answer that but first let me say this. 00:20:39.97\00:20:43.44 Raquel will tell you if you ask her 00:20:43.47\00:20:46.04 whether she spent time going home, 00:20:46.07\00:20:48.91 more time looking in front of her 00:20:48.94\00:20:50.68 as to where she was driving or in the rearview mirror 00:20:50.71\00:20:53.48 to make sure I wasn't following her. 00:20:53.52\00:20:57.95 Oh, that's cute too. 00:20:57.99\00:21:01.09 I know because there was a guy who was following me 00:21:01.12\00:21:06.56 at one time so I was-- I didn't like that idea 00:21:06.59\00:21:10.63 that somebody is following me. 00:21:10.67\00:21:13.84 So you did know that he was him? 00:21:13.87\00:21:16.40 It wasn't him. Oh, it was not him. 00:21:16.44\00:21:19.57 So you had general personal stalker there for a while. 00:21:19.61\00:21:21.61 Yes, there was. Oh, my soul. 00:21:21.64\00:21:22.98 Okay, so now you want to make sure 00:21:23.01\00:21:24.35 that this guy is not, 00:21:24.38\00:21:25.71 not coming out of that same boat. 00:21:25.75\00:21:27.08 Right. 00:21:27.12\00:21:28.45 Where you intrigued by the church, 00:21:28.48\00:21:31.75 were you intrigued by Raquel what was brining you or both? 00:21:31.79\00:21:35.89 Both. Back to church. 00:21:35.92\00:21:37.39 Both. Absolutely both. 00:21:37.43\00:21:40.63 It was a feeling of belonging. 00:21:40.66\00:21:43.80 It was feeling of hearing answers to questions that had 00:21:43.83\00:21:47.84 entered my mind for years and I was never able to get 00:21:47.87\00:21:52.01 an acceptable answer too. 00:21:52.04\00:21:55.61 And yet everything seemed so clear cut 00:21:55.64\00:21:59.01 at the Adventist church. 00:21:59.05\00:22:02.38 The answers were there, you could find them 00:22:02.42\00:22:05.65 if you looked for them 00:22:05.69\00:22:08.16 and if you couldn't find them 00:22:08.19\00:22:09.52 there is only someone there to help you find. 00:22:09.56\00:22:10.89 Help you find, yeah. 00:22:10.93\00:22:12.26 Well, you are-- I mean, you are pharmacist kind of left brain 00:22:12.29\00:22:14.06 logical sequencing kind of guy. 00:22:14.10\00:22:16.43 So and lately this is making sense to you. 00:22:16.46\00:22:18.50 Yes. Yeah. Yeah. 00:22:18.53\00:22:19.90 And there is the of chance that you may pick up a partner, 00:22:19.93\00:22:24.17 that's kind of a good deal. 00:22:24.21\00:22:27.94 Especially knowing the partner. Yes. 00:22:27.98\00:22:31.08 And of course you got an ongoing relationship 00:22:31.11\00:22:32.61 because she is a caregiver for you. 00:22:32.65\00:22:34.25 Yes. Yes. 00:22:34.28\00:22:36.15 And became-- I was power of attorney 00:22:36.18\00:22:40.12 for my mother-in-law 00:22:40.16\00:22:42.29 who was living out in this area and I switched her 00:22:42.32\00:22:47.36 to her medical care to Raquel, 00:22:47.40\00:22:51.37 so we saw each other more often. 00:22:51.40\00:22:54.30 And I liked what I saw. Well, praise the Lord. 00:22:54.34\00:23:00.08 So obviously the relationship grew, 00:23:00.11\00:23:02.04 you pop the question and she said yes, 00:23:02.08\00:23:04.71 so we wouldn't be here today, we wouldn't have a show. 00:23:04.75\00:23:08.25 How long after you were married 00:23:08.28\00:23:10.82 did the idea of the lifestyle center 00:23:10.85\00:23:13.05 began to germinate in your mind? 00:23:13.09\00:23:17.69 Well, I have that in mind for a year or so 00:23:17.73\00:23:23.30 after I was diagnosed with cancer, 00:23:23.33\00:23:28.04 it was cervical cancer 00:23:28.07\00:23:30.31 and I got healed from it 00:23:30.34\00:23:36.54 in a natural way. 00:23:36.58\00:23:38.88 I was scheduled for surgery, radical mastectomy 00:23:38.91\00:23:43.95 and hysterectomy because that my doctor said 00:23:43.99\00:23:50.73 I have a stage three cancer. 00:23:50.76\00:23:54.20 And when-- 00:23:54.23\00:24:01.17 the surgery was December 26, 1995 00:24:01.20\00:24:05.17 that was scheduled and I thought for a while 00:24:05.21\00:24:11.11 before that and then I talked to an ob-gynecologist 00:24:11.15\00:24:15.25 who was a Filipino and I talked to her and said, 00:24:15.28\00:24:18.55 I told her about my problem and she said, oh, no, no, 00:24:18.59\00:24:22.56 you take these herbs, cloves, 00:24:22.59\00:24:27.10 wormwood and black walnut whole 00:24:27.13\00:24:30.90 and see, you know, what it does to you. 00:24:30.93\00:24:34.00 So I did it but I cancelled the surgery first 00:24:34.04\00:24:39.51 because I didn't really want to go through surgery. 00:24:39.54\00:24:42.24 So I took the three herbs for two or three months. 00:24:42.28\00:24:49.75 I think it was three months 00:24:49.78\00:24:51.22 I was taking it three times a day 00:24:51.25\00:24:53.49 and I changed my diet. 00:24:53.52\00:24:56.32 I used to eat chicken and stake and so I gave up all that 00:24:56.36\00:25:02.90 including cheese and I was using cabbage, carrots, 00:25:02.93\00:25:08.54 and celery like two or three times a day 00:25:08.57\00:25:12.51 and I felt better afterwards. 00:25:12.54\00:25:17.25 And then I went to a doctor an ob-gynecologist is to get 00:25:17.28\00:25:22.68 a second opinion and he tested me 00:25:22.72\00:25:30.16 and then he-- when he came out 00:25:30.19\00:25:32.36 and talked to me he said, who said you have cancer 00:25:32.39\00:25:37.13 and I said oh, my gynecologist and he said, 00:25:37.17\00:25:42.70 oh, you must be kidding. 00:25:42.74\00:25:44.77 It's like a babies skin. 00:25:44.81\00:25:48.74 So you don't have cancer. 00:25:48.78\00:25:51.11 So I felt, yeah, got better and of course the churches, 00:25:51.15\00:25:57.72 the Filipino American churches 00:25:57.75\00:25:59.49 in Berrien Springs was praying for me 00:25:59.52\00:26:01.49 and they were supplying my needs. 00:26:01.52\00:26:05.46 They will give me food and something to juice 00:26:05.49\00:26:09.90 and they were very helpful. 00:26:09.93\00:26:11.27 So and I told the news about it and said, wow, 00:26:11.30\00:26:15.44 I need to help other people who have the same problem. 00:26:15.47\00:26:20.71 So the lifestyle center was a good thought. 00:26:20.74\00:26:24.51 I heard of lot of lifestyle centers 00:26:24.55\00:26:27.18 but I haven't been in one 00:26:27.22\00:26:29.75 but I was ready studying the herbs at that time 00:26:29.78\00:26:32.92 because I started on three herbs the wormwood, 00:26:32.95\00:26:35.52 cloves and walnut whole thing. 00:26:35.56\00:26:39.46 So that's how I started it 00:26:39.49\00:26:41.36 and then I was in my office in the hospital 00:26:41.40\00:26:48.37 and there was a man who was not scheduled 00:26:48.40\00:26:50.71 for me to see and the staff ask me 00:26:50.74\00:26:53.68 if I want to see him and I said I don't know him 00:26:53.71\00:26:58.61 but anyway let him in. 00:26:58.65\00:27:01.45 So he came into my office and he said I understand 00:27:01.48\00:27:09.22 you're interested in lifestyle center 00:27:09.26\00:27:12.66 and I got a mansion here nearby and here's the key. 00:27:12.69\00:27:19.87 So he dropped the key in front of me on the desk 00:27:19.90\00:27:25.54 and cling and said, oh, 00:27:25.57\00:27:27.78 there is a key from heaven, is said. 00:27:27.81\00:27:31.41 And said, oh, you know, just use the building, 00:27:31.45\00:27:36.22 you don't have to pay me but pay me later 00:27:36.25\00:27:38.95 when you are ready making money. 00:27:38.99\00:27:41.12 So guy just walks in out of street 00:27:41.16\00:27:43.46 and just puts the keys to a mansion on your desk? 00:27:43.49\00:27:45.86 Right. That's a little unusual. 00:27:45.89\00:27:48.33 And we visited the mansion 00:27:48.36\00:27:53.10 Ray and me, our friends, 00:27:53.13\00:27:56.91 Steve Lemon and Debbie 00:27:56.94\00:27:59.04 and we went to look at the mansion. 00:27:59.07\00:28:01.21 Its so gorgeous inside, it has beds ready 00:28:01.24\00:28:06.72 and nice drapes and curtains and it has eight bedrooms. 00:28:06.75\00:28:12.82 It's a three storey building, eight bedrooms, 00:28:12.85\00:28:17.09 the second and third in it has a deck, 00:28:17.13\00:28:19.96 its beautiful deck out there and I said, 00:28:20.00\00:28:22.86 this makes a good lifestyle center. 00:28:22.90\00:28:27.24 So we had meetings there 00:28:27.27\00:28:29.57 and then after a month or so 00:28:29.60\00:28:35.08 we were just making plans, we have a couple 00:28:35.11\00:28:38.51 who really wanted to be there to stay there also 00:28:38.55\00:28:43.99 and then all of a sudden the owner came to us 00:28:44.02\00:28:49.42 and he said, well, I need to pay the rent. 00:28:49.46\00:28:53.46 I mean, I need to pay taxes 00:28:53.50\00:28:58.10 so if you can give us rent on this day 00:28:58.13\00:29:01.84 and its only $800 a month or so and Ray and me looked at him 00:29:01.87\00:29:08.08 and said well, we haven't been making money. 00:29:08.11\00:29:10.81 We don't-- we haven't started yet 00:29:10.85\00:29:12.98 and you said that, 00:29:13.01\00:29:14.95 you know, we give you money if we already making money. 00:29:14.98\00:29:20.39 He said, well, you know, the taxes are so high 00:29:20.42\00:29:23.56 I pay $1800 twice a month-- 00:29:23.59\00:29:29.33 twice a year 00:29:29.36\00:29:31.70 so and I don't have money. 00:29:31.73\00:29:34.60 So Ray and me look at each other 00:29:34.64\00:29:38.27 and said, well, 00:29:38.31\00:29:40.28 I don't think this is a right idea so, 00:29:40.31\00:29:43.58 so we said well, we will think about it. 00:29:43.61\00:29:48.58 And here comes a lady in our church and said, well, 00:29:48.62\00:29:53.36 you know, what do you have in your hands? 00:29:53.39\00:29:57.56 And then she said, she said, listen to me, 00:29:57.59\00:30:01.06 you have a farm house 00:30:01.10\00:30:04.43 that's not occupied of this date 00:30:04.47\00:30:08.30 so you know, can we convert that 00:30:08.34\00:30:10.67 and start small and we will help you clean up 00:30:10.71\00:30:16.44 and paint and this kind of things. 00:30:16.48\00:30:20.92 And Ray said, well, it's a good idea 00:30:20.95\00:30:22.42 but there is only one bathroom how can we do that? 00:30:22.45\00:30:27.32 And its easy, we can make a bathroom upstairs. 00:30:27.36\00:30:31.99 There is a wall in closet 00:30:32.03\00:30:33.36 that's big enough for a bathroom 00:30:33.40\00:30:40.10 and or a shower and toilet seat. 00:30:40.14\00:30:44.87 So you had a house, you had on a small farm 00:30:44.91\00:30:49.48 that you already owned and it was just 00:30:49.51\00:30:51.45 a matter of converting that into the lifestyle center? 00:30:51.48\00:30:55.28 Correct. And that's where you are now. 00:30:55.32\00:30:57.99 Yeah, and it's a beautiful house 00:30:58.02\00:31:00.12 and one, two, two levels, three levels. 00:31:00.16\00:31:04.79 Two levels. Two levels. 00:31:04.83\00:31:06.16 Two levels. 00:31:06.19\00:31:07.53 And you've got-- you are surrounded by orchids 00:31:07.56\00:31:10.10 and it's a nice, it's a nice piece of property. 00:31:10.13\00:31:13.07 It is beautiful. Yeah, it's a very nice. 00:31:13.10\00:31:14.80 There is the house, kind of sits up on little rise 00:31:14.84\00:31:17.47 and looks like the White House there. 00:31:17.51\00:31:20.44 And-- That picture there. 00:31:20.48\00:31:23.24 Yeah, that's the front of the house 00:31:23.28\00:31:25.51 and then you got orchids out back, 00:31:25.55\00:31:28.05 you've peaches, you've got... 00:31:28.08\00:31:31.29 Cherries. Cherries. 00:31:31.32\00:31:32.65 Apples. Apples. 00:31:32.69\00:31:34.66 Of two kinds. Yeah, two kinds. 00:31:34.69\00:31:37.13 Yeah. Yeah. 00:31:37.16\00:31:38.66 And a nice place to walk off the road. 00:31:38.69\00:31:41.56 So it's really, really, really, quite nice. 00:31:41.60\00:31:44.33 And-- sorry. 00:31:44.37\00:31:45.97 But Raquel she keeps herself in physical shape too 00:31:46.00\00:31:50.81 because she gardens a lot and all those pretty gardens 00:31:50.84\00:31:55.61 that you saw there she gets up in the morning, 00:31:55.64\00:32:00.55 the patients side doing the treatments and the light 00:32:00.58\00:32:05.62 or the bath and then she goes out there 00:32:05.65\00:32:08.59 and she is working harder. 00:32:08.62\00:32:11.19 That's my exercise. 00:32:11.23\00:32:12.56 Yes, she has that beautiful gardens 00:32:12.59\00:32:15.16 and that all done by her. 00:32:15.20\00:32:16.70 Yeah. 00:32:16.73\00:32:18.07 Now, here is my question because both of you 00:32:18.10\00:32:19.60 were working fulltime where you not when this idea 00:32:19.63\00:32:22.37 sort of popped up? 00:32:22.40\00:32:23.91 We were both working full time. 00:32:23.94\00:32:28.01 Ray, you are in charge of-- is there a number of pharmacies 00:32:28.04\00:32:31.65 you are like a district leader or a district-- 00:32:31.68\00:32:34.22 No, I'm just a pharmacist who goes from store to store 00:32:34.25\00:32:36.99 where they need somebody to fill in. 00:32:37.02\00:32:38.55 Oh, okay. Okay. 00:32:38.59\00:32:40.36 He used to be fulltime in one-- 00:32:40.39\00:32:42.86 Those days of leadership are over with years ago. 00:32:42.89\00:32:47.50 But where I'm going is that both of you 00:32:47.53\00:32:50.03 have to make some sacrifices 00:32:50.07\00:32:51.40 to kind of get this thing off the ground as far as 00:32:51.43\00:32:54.14 cutting back on fulltime work or adjusting your hours 00:32:54.17\00:32:56.91 to try to put sometime to lifestyle center. 00:32:56.94\00:32:59.37 Yes, and Raquel now is for all practical purposes retire 00:32:59.41\00:33:05.21 and devotes her fulltime to the lifestyle center. 00:33:05.25\00:33:08.05 Yeah. Yeah. 00:33:08.08\00:33:09.42 And let me just say at this point 00:33:09.45\00:33:11.82 and I would like say this 00:33:11.85\00:33:13.89 because I think this makes us different than other people, 00:33:13.92\00:33:16.83 other lifestyle centers also. 00:33:16.86\00:33:19.93 Neither Raquel nor I 00:33:19.96\00:33:22.86 our partner Steve or Debbie Lemon 00:33:22.90\00:33:25.97 have ever taken a penny out of this lifestyle center 00:33:26.00\00:33:29.57 for ourselves in terms of salary or anything else. 00:33:29.60\00:33:34.81 So its not only Raquel or not only me 00:33:34.84\00:33:38.08 that have given up themselves 00:33:38.11\00:33:40.42 but Steven and Debbie have also 00:33:40.45\00:33:43.49 and there have been a number, number of miracles 00:33:43.52\00:33:48.12 that have occurred there 00:33:48.16\00:33:51.26 and the glory does belong to God, 00:33:51.29\00:33:54.50 there is no doubt about it. 00:33:54.53\00:33:56.16 We have seen things that are just amazing. 00:33:56.20\00:33:58.53 So you see this sort of as a calling almost more than 00:33:58.57\00:34:02.20 anything else because you are not into it 00:34:02.24\00:34:05.17 for financial gain 00:34:05.21\00:34:06.88 and we're gonna talk a little bit later 00:34:06.91\00:34:08.44 you actually offer scholarships 00:34:08.48\00:34:09.84 and if somebody can't pay you treat them anyway 00:34:09.88\00:34:12.38 which I think is a blessing. 00:34:12.41\00:34:14.58 But from your working 00:34:14.62\00:34:17.52 and you're supporting yourselves 00:34:17.55\00:34:20.36 and the lifestyle center is really a ministry. 00:34:20.39\00:34:25.09 Do you see it as such? Yes. 00:34:25.13\00:34:27.70 Yes, we do see it as a ministry. 00:34:27.73\00:34:30.17 we've helped a lot of people guests on the phone, 00:34:30.20\00:34:34.80 phone calls because they cannot afford to come and they are far 00:34:34.84\00:34:41.28 like from Florida, from Canada, California they call me 00:34:41.31\00:34:46.95 and I don't charge anything the phone conversations 00:34:46.98\00:34:51.85 or phone consultations 00:34:51.89\00:34:54.56 and they also write me on Facebook. 00:34:54.59\00:35:00.20 Could you please tell me what I can do for this and that 00:35:00.23\00:35:04.13 and I write it, I write them back 00:35:04.17\00:35:07.50 and I don't charge anything for it. 00:35:07.54\00:35:11.87 Also I make some-- I write some articles on the Facebook 00:35:11.91\00:35:18.01 used to be weekly 00:35:18.05\00:35:19.85 but now its getting to be very-- 00:35:19.88\00:35:24.09 we are so busy that we cannot do the weekly 00:35:24.12\00:35:27.49 so we started on cutting back to twice a month. 00:35:27.52\00:35:31.36 Yeah. Yeah. 00:35:31.39\00:35:32.73 And Ray has become as if late a Facebook maven 00:35:32.76\00:35:35.43 putting the stuff up and responding all the stuff. 00:35:35.46\00:35:37.50 So he's got a whole new second career as it were. 00:35:37.53\00:35:39.97 As a typist also. 00:35:40.00\00:35:42.80 I like to say something about what you said about a calling 00:35:42.84\00:35:47.18 because it is very obvious when you out there, 00:35:47.21\00:35:52.18 you see there every day interaction 00:35:52.21\00:35:54.92 with the people that call in, 00:35:54.95\00:35:56.28 especially the people 00:35:56.32\00:35:57.65 that are having a health problem 00:35:57.69\00:36:01.02 and every time Raquel will immediately be 00:36:01.06\00:36:06.53 compassionate through the person 00:36:06.56\00:36:08.63 that has a problem 00:36:08.66\00:36:10.30 and so she would never turn anybody away. 00:36:10.33\00:36:15.30 Even when the people are in 00:36:15.34\00:36:17.84 basically in a state that you cannot, 00:36:17.87\00:36:21.34 that you know that you probably cannot help you still, 00:36:21.38\00:36:25.71 Raquel is to help them in someway 00:36:25.75\00:36:28.95 to make them more comfortable 00:36:28.98\00:36:31.45 and to trust the Lord that can do the miracle 00:36:31.49\00:36:35.06 and this is obvious all the time, 00:36:35.09\00:36:38.56 all the time with them and both. 00:36:38.59\00:36:41.96 So when we talk about mission in philosophy 00:36:42.00\00:36:44.23 and someone ask you the question okay, why? 00:36:44.27\00:36:46.80 You are both highly educated people, 00:36:46.84\00:36:50.44 pharmacists don't grow on trees, 00:36:50.47\00:36:52.24 you have to go to school and get that degree 00:36:52.27\00:36:53.71 and they don't give you that degree you got to earn it. 00:36:53.74\00:36:56.04 You are nurse practitioner that's an advance degree 00:36:56.08\00:36:59.71 and you are in professions and it sounds crash 00:36:59.75\00:37:03.89 that can generate a fairly decent income 00:37:03.92\00:37:06.82 and living both of you and together working fulltime 00:37:06.86\00:37:10.06 at your profession you can do well 00:37:10.09\00:37:12.93 but you almost quit your working 00:37:12.96\00:37:14.96 and you've cutback 00:37:15.00\00:37:16.33 so that you can do this ministry. 00:37:16.36\00:37:19.73 Answer for us the question why? 00:37:19.77\00:37:24.67 Well, because God cured me of my cancer 00:37:24.71\00:37:31.35 and Ray was also cured by so many blessings... 00:37:31.38\00:37:39.25 And natural remedies. 00:37:39.29\00:37:40.69 And natural remedies so we talked and said, 00:37:40.72\00:37:47.06 you know, we are-- even if we don't have income 00:37:47.10\00:37:52.97 we can still survive out of our social security income 00:37:53.00\00:37:57.67 so why don't we help other people. 00:37:57.71\00:38:00.51 So we dedicated ourselves to be 00:38:00.54\00:38:06.05 fulltime in our ministry 00:38:06.08\00:38:08.98 and that we can work, you know, a few hours there 00:38:09.02\00:38:11.79 and one day a week or one day a month that's what I do. 00:38:11.82\00:38:17.76 I work only one or two days a month at the hospital 00:38:17.79\00:38:22.30 and he works only when they call him. 00:38:22.33\00:38:25.53 Twenty to twenty five hours a week may be. 00:38:25.57\00:38:30.24 God restored us to health so we want other people to be 00:38:30.27\00:38:36.28 restored also in our Creators' image. 00:38:36.31\00:38:43.82 So that's why we titled our corporation Be Transformed. 00:38:43.85\00:38:51.49 And Raquel really worked very hard. 00:38:51.53\00:38:56.50 She works every minute during that day 00:38:56.53\00:39:00.10 and Ray is just the most wonderful husband I see 00:39:00.14\00:39:04.97 because he works to support her 00:39:05.01\00:39:09.21 in what she wants to do 00:39:09.24\00:39:12.08 and what this God has given you to do 00:39:12.11\00:39:14.95 and he is kind, 00:39:14.98\00:39:17.19 he is so patience and sometimes, 00:39:17.22\00:39:21.79 you know, I would them-- well, I was there I would feel bad 00:39:21.82\00:39:24.99 because he goes to work then he comes back 00:39:25.03\00:39:28.36 and then they are sleeping in this sofas 00:39:28.40\00:39:33.03 and they are happy. 00:39:33.07\00:39:34.87 You know, we are so happy to do so 00:39:34.90\00:39:36.97 and sometimes they don't have the full house 00:39:37.01\00:39:40.34 so they could use bedroom upstairs and they said no, 00:39:40.38\00:39:43.95 we need to be here so that's for the patients 00:39:43.98\00:39:47.55 and they just really very well match for each other 00:39:47.58\00:39:52.29 for what I see. 00:39:52.32\00:39:53.66 Well, obviously you both bought into the mission of 00:39:53.69\00:39:56.89 Be Transformed and you have dedicated your lives to it 00:39:56.93\00:40:01.53 but managing a lifestyle center is no joke, 00:40:01.56\00:40:05.40 this is work because you get up early, 00:40:05.43\00:40:08.20 you are preparing the drinks, you are preparing 00:40:08.24\00:40:10.07 and some of the stuff that we have to take 00:40:10.11\00:40:15.44 is not the best tasting stuff in the world. 00:40:15.48\00:40:17.41 You know, there are things that you have to do to regain health 00:40:17.45\00:40:21.28 and all of us not gonna be able to walking apart. 00:40:21.32\00:40:23.52 Your health is broken down, you got to do what's necessary 00:40:23.55\00:40:26.15 to get health back 00:40:26.19\00:40:28.12 and you are preparing these things, 00:40:28.16\00:40:29.49 you are making these things, 00:40:29.52\00:40:30.86 your food actually is very, very good tasting. 00:40:30.89\00:40:34.46 Some of those vegetable drinks are not are walking apart 00:40:34.50\00:40:38.83 but the food is very, very good and you are invested. 00:40:38.87\00:40:42.90 Tell us a little bit about the programs 00:40:42.94\00:40:44.97 or kinds of things you do. 00:40:45.01\00:40:46.37 Irma was there much longer than I popped upon a weekend 00:40:46.41\00:40:48.58 to kind of support her. 00:40:48.61\00:40:49.94 But walk us through what the programs are 00:40:49.98\00:40:51.48 and what happens at Be Transformed? 00:40:51.51\00:40:53.42 Okay, our programs are individualized 00:40:53.45\00:40:59.05 for our guest condition or health condition 00:40:59.09\00:41:03.86 but mostly we do the cleansing first, 00:41:03.89\00:41:08.73 cleaning with herbs. 00:41:08.76\00:41:11.40 So I use the three herbs that I used to take to get rid 00:41:11.43\00:41:17.84 of my cancer and that's what I use for cleansing 00:41:17.87\00:41:21.91 and I do that for seven days but during the cleansing 00:41:21.94\00:41:25.55 with herbs supposedly we will get rid of the parasites 00:41:25.58\00:41:32.25 which 99 percent of human beings 00:41:32.29\00:41:36.22 have parasites or if not 100 percent 00:41:36.26\00:41:40.53 and the unwanted bacteria and virus 00:41:40.56\00:41:44.03 they can be ridden off with herbs 00:41:44.07\00:41:48.97 and I added other herbs, other than the three. 00:41:49.00\00:41:52.67 So I use also papaya seeds, the bitter gourd, 00:41:52.71\00:41:59.71 bitter leaves I put them in capsules 00:41:59.75\00:42:03.32 so that its not that-- 00:42:03.35\00:42:05.95 you know, its hard to swallow bitter things so and I do those 00:42:05.99\00:42:13.26 in the mornings together with the lemon drink. 00:42:13.29\00:42:17.67 We grind up or put in Vitamix the whole lemon 00:42:17.70\00:42:24.11 including the rind and the seeds 00:42:24.14\00:42:26.44 so its bitter also and it will help with the, 00:42:26.47\00:42:32.51 you know, the cleansing and we do heavy metal cleansing 00:42:32.55\00:42:37.75 with the green drink also its made of cilantro, 00:42:37.79\00:42:43.46 broccoli, pineapple. 00:42:43.49\00:42:45.13 The pineapple helps to make the taste better 00:42:45.16\00:42:51.70 and after that we give 00:42:51.73\00:42:55.94 vegan lunch and light supper. 00:42:55.97\00:43:00.88 We give enough protein because we need protein 00:43:00.91\00:43:03.81 during the cleansing or the detox. 00:43:03.85\00:43:06.75 We cannot detox without protein. 00:43:06.78\00:43:10.35 So we don't do the old fashioned fast 00:43:10.39\00:43:14.06 like just water fast or none at all but we don't, 00:43:14.09\00:43:19.46 we don't do those anymore. 00:43:19.49\00:43:21.26 We just give the regular meal and the juices and they help 00:43:21.30\00:43:28.60 one another in detoxifying the liver. 00:43:28.64\00:43:31.87 Now I got to move you around a little bit 00:43:31.91\00:43:33.48 because I don't want our time to get away. 00:43:33.51\00:43:35.41 What's interesting everybody gets a detox 00:43:35.44\00:43:38.01 because everybody who comes and needs to be detoxed. 00:43:38.05\00:43:40.65 Right. 00:43:40.68\00:43:42.02 I think the detox maybe the most challenging portion 00:43:42.05\00:43:45.22 of the treatment. 00:43:45.25\00:43:47.06 Having said that you drop weight like a stone. 00:43:47.09\00:43:50.46 I mean, you won't think about detoxing 00:43:50.49\00:43:54.03 you want to lose weight, 00:43:54.06\00:43:56.26 you lose 10 pounds in a couple of days 00:43:56.30\00:43:59.87 because everything is coming out, you know. 00:43:59.90\00:44:02.40 Your best friend actually the bathroom for the few, 00:44:02.44\00:44:05.74 first few days and then you are ready 00:44:05.77\00:44:08.18 to build back up because you clean out all the junk 00:44:08.21\00:44:10.78 and your body is ready now for restoration. 00:44:10.81\00:44:14.22 Yes, and we rebuild and replenish. 00:44:14.25\00:44:18.75 Yes. And so-- 00:44:18.79\00:44:21.02 Exercise is very good when you be there. 00:44:21.06\00:44:23.39 And most importantly we have that light infrared box 00:44:23.43\00:44:29.66 and when you sit in that box-- I have the picture of the light 00:44:29.70\00:44:34.80 that's the infrared box 00:44:34.84\00:44:36.17 it will help with the detox process. 00:44:36.20\00:44:39.87 The box was invented by Dr. Caleb 00:44:39.91\00:44:42.64 and what we have is the replica of it 00:44:42.68\00:44:45.98 and used to be famous around the world 00:44:46.01\00:44:50.52 but now it has-- we don't hear of it anymore 00:44:50.55\00:44:54.16 but we have it. 00:44:54.19\00:44:56.46 And but it works very good 00:44:56.49\00:44:57.86 and one thing you do sweat out toxins 00:44:57.89\00:45:00.96 and then you come out of there and you lie a person down 00:45:01.00\00:45:04.20 and you do the-- is it a fermentation, 00:45:04.23\00:45:07.14 that is called fermentation and that's something. 00:45:07.17\00:45:11.41 That's an impressive little regime. 00:45:11.44\00:45:13.81 But that's after the bath. That's after the bath. 00:45:13.84\00:45:15.84 That's really-- that is a cold bath after that. 00:45:15.88\00:45:19.38 After that. 00:45:19.41\00:45:21.08 After the shower I do the hot and cold fermentations. 00:45:21.12\00:45:24.65 We have big hydrocollator with hot pads that last 00:45:24.69\00:45:30.93 more than an hour at a time. 00:45:30.96\00:45:33.90 So we can put that on the bed 00:45:33.93\00:45:36.33 and then the guest lay down on it 00:45:36.36\00:45:39.27 and then put some hot packs also on the chest or the neck 00:45:39.30\00:45:46.07 or wherever there is some inflammation we apply that. 00:45:46.11\00:45:51.05 People who have knee problem we put the hot pad also 00:45:51.08\00:45:54.52 and then we alternate it with ice cold packs 00:45:54.55\00:45:59.72 and we get good results from that. 00:45:59.75\00:46:03.66 Talk us a little bit about results 00:46:03.69\00:46:05.79 because this is a fairly rigorous routine, 00:46:05.83\00:46:08.76 I've gone through it, Irma's gone through it. 00:46:08.80\00:46:11.57 But you've had success, you had miracles, 00:46:11.60\00:46:13.34 you had success with these natural remedies, have you not? 00:46:13.37\00:46:18.07 Yes. 00:46:18.11\00:46:21.54 I will tell some of the miracles that we have had, 00:46:21.58\00:46:26.75 a 95 year old lady she wanted to get well 00:46:26.78\00:46:32.99 because she didn't want to go to the hospital. 00:46:33.02\00:46:36.73 She was brought to the hospital but she run away 00:46:36.76\00:46:42.26 when AMA or against medical advice 00:46:42.30\00:46:46.67 and went through the center 00:46:46.70\00:46:48.47 and I did the cleansing for her. 00:46:48.50\00:46:52.71 I did juicing, chains of diet, 00:46:52.74\00:46:57.61 the hospital they diagnosed her 00:46:57.65\00:47:01.45 with CHF or congestive heart failure. 00:47:01.48\00:47:06.05 Her legs were swollen, she was coughing 00:47:06.09\00:47:09.42 and after one week her blood pressure went down, 00:47:09.46\00:47:16.06 her edema of her legs went down also 00:47:16.10\00:47:21.04 and she even got mad at me because her blood pressure 00:47:21.07\00:47:24.54 after a week went from 250/120 00:47:24.57\00:47:32.15 and it went down to 125/80. 00:47:32.18\00:47:38.95 And she said, my doctor told me my blood pressure should be 150 00:47:38.99\00:47:44.43 you have to bring it back. 00:47:44.46\00:47:46.56 I said, no, that's even better than what your doctor told. 00:47:46.59\00:47:50.27 And she said she was feeling better 00:47:50.30\00:47:52.83 and she is now about 98-years-old, 00:47:52.87\00:47:56.50 I saw her at ASI in Grand Rapids 00:47:56.54\00:48:00.14 she was walking by herself. 00:48:00.18\00:48:02.64 Praise the Lord. 00:48:02.68\00:48:04.01 So and her daughter called me two weeks ago 00:48:04.05\00:48:10.55 she wanted her mother to come back 00:48:10.59\00:48:13.49 because she is fatigue 00:48:13.52\00:48:16.99 and she is also feeling short of breath 00:48:17.03\00:48:20.83 and so she will be back, you know, 00:48:20.86\00:48:24.87 for another rigorous treatment. 00:48:24.90\00:48:28.17 Praise the Lord. 00:48:28.20\00:48:29.54 Do you have any others before our time gets away? 00:48:29.57\00:48:31.14 Oh, we have 47-year-old gentleman 00:48:31.17\00:48:37.15 suffering of depression. 00:48:37.18\00:48:40.52 He works in a university and he also had other problems 00:48:40.55\00:48:45.49 like diabetes, lower back pain, kidney stones, 00:48:45.52\00:48:50.26 gallbladder stones. 00:48:50.29\00:48:52.86 He stayed and his wife with us for one week, 00:48:52.89\00:48:58.40 no ten days and he got better. 00:48:58.43\00:49:03.10 His depression was gone, lower back pain is gone 00:49:03.14\00:49:08.71 but then when he was going out 00:49:08.74\00:49:11.91 he felt that his kidney stones was coming another one 00:49:11.95\00:49:15.85 and so I told him what to do at home 00:49:15.88\00:49:19.62 and two months later I saw him in a concert 00:49:19.65\00:49:24.29 he was nice and trim and he was very active 00:49:24.33\00:49:28.96 and his wife told me we really live a new life now 00:49:29.00\00:49:34.97 so thank you very much for what you did to us. 00:49:35.00\00:49:37.97 Praise the Lord. 00:49:38.01\00:49:39.34 And there is another lady 00:49:39.37\00:49:44.25 with leukemia and the lymphoma. 00:49:44.28\00:49:48.68 She has the cancer for about five years already. 00:49:48.72\00:49:53.39 She didn't want to go through chemo and went with us 00:49:53.42\00:49:57.63 and her white blood cells is steadily going up 00:49:57.66\00:50:04.27 and after ten days with us it gradually went down. 00:50:04.30\00:50:09.44 So it reversed the trend and she said, 00:50:09.47\00:50:11.87 I thought what I was doing at home was enough 00:50:11.91\00:50:14.44 but when I went to your center 00:50:14.48\00:50:15.81 I found out that it's not sufficient. 00:50:15.84\00:50:18.81 So I'm so glad that I came. 00:50:18.85\00:50:22.48 And she is the one who was who really thought 00:50:22.52\00:50:26.29 that she was doing the right thing at home 00:50:26.32\00:50:29.12 and she found out that, 00:50:29.16\00:50:31.29 you know, she is doing very little of herself. 00:50:31.33\00:50:33.66 She was doing juicing and you say 00:50:33.70\00:50:35.66 while we were there go to center 00:50:35.70\00:50:37.03 you do juicing I do that at home. 00:50:37.07\00:50:39.47 So basically this works and you got test cases 00:50:39.50\00:50:44.27 and we say miracles stories but basically its just 00:50:44.31\00:50:47.54 applying the laws of health 00:50:47.58\00:50:50.31 so that when you, 00:50:50.35\00:50:51.68 when you apply the laws of health things happen, 00:50:51.71\00:50:54.62 positive things happens. 00:50:54.65\00:50:56.05 We can call them miracles but they really are the laws 00:50:56.08\00:50:58.95 that God has put in us and in the world 00:50:58.99\00:51:02.22 to make people healthy and you do that. 00:51:02.26\00:51:06.26 We want to take this moment now to go to an-- the address roll. 00:51:06.29\00:51:09.36 Here is how you can make contact 00:51:09.40\00:51:11.10 with "Be Transformed Lifestyle Center." 00:51:11.13\00:51:14.04 They can evaluate you. 00:51:14.07\00:51:15.40 You do testing before and then you do testing after 00:51:15.44\00:51:18.31 so you can show 00:51:18.34\00:51:19.97 that improvement has taken place. 00:51:20.01\00:51:21.98 And should you want to make contact with Ray and Raquel 00:51:22.01\00:51:24.55 and we highly suggest that you do. 00:51:24.58\00:51:26.75 Here's how you can do precisely that. 00:51:26.78\00:51:31.92 If you would like more information about the services 00:51:31.95\00:51:34.09 offered by the Be Transformed Lifestyle Center 00:51:34.12\00:51:36.79 you can write to 1500, Friday Road, 00:51:36.83\00:51:40.30 Coloma, Michigan 49038. 00:51:40.33\00:51:43.67 That's Be Transformed Lifestyle Center, 1500, Friday Road, 00:51:43.70\00:51:48.70 Coloma, Michigan 49038. 00:51:48.74\00:51:52.41 You can also call 269-470-1797 00:51:52.44\00:51:58.08 that's 269-470-1797 00:51:58.11\00:52:02.68 or go online for program details, 00:52:02.72\00:52:04.89 facility information and more 00:52:04.92\00:52:06.79 at betransformedcenter.com that's betransformedcenter.com. 00:52:06.82\00:52:12.63
