00:03 We are here with our delicious spread of food
00:05 for the prevention and reversal of diabetes.
00:09 That's right. That's right.
00:10 We started our program today with the Migarrones
00:12 which is like a beef crumble.
00:14 Can be used as replacement for ground beef.
00:16 That was great and you can use it in many different recipes.
00:20 It's very versatile and it keeps well.
00:21 The lasagna.
00:22 Then we went to the Baked Spaghetti
00:25 which has that nice layered look.
00:27 It's an easy one dish meal,
00:30 especially after you add the bulgur crumbles to that.
00:34 Then we have this beautiful salad.
00:36 It's full of phytochemicals and nutrition for you.
00:39 Great pick me up in the middle of the day
00:41 if you want like a lunch salad that's hearty.
00:44 And then the desserts.
00:46 Yes, we finished off with our elegant Fruity Chews
00:49 which are just nuts and dried fruit together.
00:53 I love that.
00:54 You know, I've learned so much
00:55 and I so appreciate you coming and you sharing
00:58 what God has given to you with our friends

01:18 take the next step because, you know,
01:21 as we move forward that's how we progress
01:25 and God will go with us as we take that step.

01:32 And for some of it the next step is getting off of meat,
01:35 for somebody else it might be lowering oil
01:38 or reducing sugar or--
01:39 Or increasing fiber.
01:40 Yes.
01:42 For someone like me it might be getting now and exercising.
01:45 Yes. So we all have a next step.
