00:02 Don't go anywhere. 00:04 Before you rush to your local farmers market 00:05 or out to a garden to get some farm fresh vegetables 00:10 let's take a look at what we prepared today 00:13 so you will know what you need. 00:14 With their appetite just one more time. 00:16 That's right. 00:18 That's a colorful spread isn't it? 00:19 Well, we have here our Farmers Potato Stir Fry. 00:24 That looks wonderful doesn't it? 00:26 And I like the garnish with the red pepper. 00:28 And then we have a vegetable-- Garden Vegetable Rotini. 00:33 That's beautiful pasta in there with those vegetables. 00:35 There's a lots of garden fresh vegetables there. 00:37 Exactly. 00:39 And then we have Red Pepper Salad. 00:42 Yeah, that is stuffed red pepper, isn't it? 00:43 That's right, they are Stuffed Red Pepper Salad. 00:45 Yep, that looks wonderful. Those are the red pepper boats. 00:48 And they are delicious I can tell you. 00:50 And then we have Spicy Moroccan Ratatouille. 00:54 And I was gonna tell you about the ratatouille dish 00:57 that if you-- in place of the puff pastry 01:00 if you like-- sometimes 01:01 I use the phyllo dough pastry and I will make individual 01:03 little phyllo dough cups for your plates. 01:07 So individual plates, so try that sometime too. 01:09 Either way you are gonna like it. 01:11 That's right. 01:12 And then we have farm-- oh, 01:15 this is the Southern Farm Vegetables. 01:20 With those rutabagas. 01:21 And try those rutabagas. Be brave they are really good. 01:26 You said that like grandma did those rutabeggers. 01:29 Be brave. Old habits die hard. 01:34 And then the Farm Stand Salad. 01:36 Yes, with those avocadoes and tomatoes. 01:37 That's delicious. 01:39 And you talk about Linda has her favorite expression 01:42 she says, you can say it one more time. 01:43 Color your plate like a rainbow. 01:46 And then you will be having good nutrition. 01:49 That's right. 01:50 And that is very true statement. 01:52 I mean, you teach your children too 01:55 to put colors on their plate. 01:58 And encourage your kids to taste it. 02:01 There are so many variety of fresh vegetables out there 02:05 and if you just get them to taste it, 02:06 the rule in our house was you couldn't tell me 02:08 you didn't like something you hadn't tasted it. 02:10 But if they tasted it and don't like it that's okay. 02:12 That's right. 02:14 I never made my children eat 02:15 something that they truly did not like. 02:17 Well, there are so many varieties that God made. 02:20 There's got to be something that they love. 02:22 That's right. 02:23 That's all the time we have for now. 02:24 Oh, we're done already?
