00:03 of things that you can fix for supper. 00:06 What is for supper? 00:07 Now you'll have an answer. 00:09 So the next time somebody else says, "What's for supper?" 00:12 You'll think-- "Oh, huh. 00:13 I just watched the Micheff Sisters cooking. 00:16 And I think we're gonna have, you know, 00:17 either the meatloaf or the tiella 00:20 or one of these ideas for your supper. 00:22 And I don't think you can go wrong. 00:24 Oh, I don't think so either. 00:26 And don't forget. 00:27 You can make a sandwich out of that meatloaf. 00:29 That's true. 00:30 It's wonderful when we have a chance to really 00:33 and do something special for our family. 00:35 Take a little effort, do something more then 00:37 just open up the can and throw something in the microwave. 00:40 And spend time around the table talking 00:42 and eating together, not wolf the food down, 00:45 but take a bite and listen to what another family member 00:48 is saying. 00:49 It becomes special. Exactly. 00:50 It is so important that we sit down 00:54 and have a meal with our family. 00:57 That is so important. 00:58 So many people they're so busy and they've got this to go to 01:02 and this to go to that they very rarely 01:06 if ever sit down to a meal together and it's so important. 01:09 And evening is-- Evening is a time where you can sit back 01:12 and enjoy each other as a family 01:15 and talk about your day and talk about maybe, you know, 01:17 something that interesting that happened. 01:19 To share. 01:20 Family time at the dinner table is not the time to discuss 01:24 all the problems you had for the day. 01:26 Let's enjoy family time. 01:27 Well, let's take a look at what we've-- 01:30 The ideas we've given-- 01:31 Today. That's right. 01:32 Let's take one more look. 01:33 And we're starting with our old fashioned meatloaf. 01:36 That's right. 01:37 Don't forget, you can have a sandwich with that. 01:39 Right. And then we'll have some fried scallops. 01:42 That's right. And there's your mustard dip. 01:44 That was so good. Right. 01:45 And that's absolutely delicious. 01:46 Nice and crispy. 01:47 And the Santorini Barbecue. 01:50 And-- 01:51 Also, tender bit primavera. 01:53 That's right. So we got Italian theme going. 01:56 And our chicken noodle soup. 01:58 Between ogus.
