00:02 We are here with our delicious spread
00:03 of fellowship lunch favorites.
00:06 But I think I could eat them anytime.
00:08 Yes. They were so good.
00:11 Let's look at what we made here today.
00:13 That's brown rice meatballs.
00:15 That wonderful flavor. We serve with spaghetti sauce.
00:19 Thank you.
00:20 And next one I named it Kyong's favorite salad,
00:24 because I love it.
00:25 Kyong and Jill's favorite.
00:27 Okay, I will change my name then.
00:29 Now next one called the cheese and tofu salad
00:33 and you can serve with crackers
00:36 and the other one I make some sandwich
00:38 with the whole grain bread.
00:40 Or even lettuce wraps. We did that in the program.
00:42 Yeah, that's right and you can even
00:43 put it on the cucumber, sliced cucumbers.
00:47 Very nice. Then we have the chili.
00:49 That's the chili pie
00:51 and chili with the corn bread on top of it.
00:53 It is really, really good.
00:56 I got to try that. Thank you.
00:58 There's a garbanzo and onion patties.
01:03 And those are wonderful. This really good too.

01:06 Then we end with our carob fudge brownies.
01:10 Yeah, that's not chocolate it's a fudge.
01:13 And look at the shines, it shines on the camera.
01:15 Oh, its beautiful, wonderful. We had such a good time.

01:22 I know, it's fun and I love the tips that you give us,
01:25 you know, that we can learn and that we can grow from.
