00:01 Well, we've had a awesome time being with you today
00:04 and sharing our recipes for fellowship meal.
00:07 And if you notice that all the recipes are,
00:10 ones they are not only easy to make
00:12 but they are able to transport well
00:15 because when you think about going to fellowship meal
00:17 you're going to have to carry
00:18 and people like to bring their things--
00:19 Like wrap in towels and actually
00:22 if you're looking for these recipes in our cookbook,
00:24 look under Potluck Specials.
00:26 That's right.
00:28 In fact, why don't we share with you
00:29 some of the other recipes
00:31 that we didn't just do Potluck Specials
00:32 and that's our special section in this cookbook
00:35 but we also we have--
00:37 Appetizers. Yeah.
00:39 Breakfast. That's right.
00:40 And Salads and sandwiches.
00:42 Soups and stews.
00:44 And-- And we can cheat the look.
00:45 We have entree and side dishes.
00:48 And potluck.
00:49 So we got a lot of verity going here.
00:51 Obviously since every recipe
00:53 is using one of Kellogg's products
00:55 and they have again their Morning Star Farm,
00:58 Garden Burger, Loma Linda and Worthington.
00:59 They have a lot of products. They do.
01:01 You're gonna love this, this cookbook,
01:03 seriously, and all the recipes.
01:06 They give you so many different ideas to eat healthy.
01:09 Let's take a look at some of the foods
01:10 that we prepared today for you.
01:13 We're starting off with, oh, the Asian noodle salad.
01:17 And we have Hungarian goulash.
01:20 Oh, that looks good.
01:21 And is that Hungarian or Bulgarian?
01:24 Bulgarian.
01:25 All right.
01:26 And then we also have our choplets
01:28 and mushroom gravy which is a family favorite.
01:33 And then-- Glazed meat balls.
01:35 Glazed meat balls.
01:36 It's kind of sweet and sour sauce, I love that.
01:39 And then our Polish potatoes salad.
01:40 You can have that hot or cold.
01:43 And the California potatoes salad.
01:46 And you might know this on the potatoes salad,
01:49 so many people think potatoes salads
01:51 has lots of mayonnaise in it and anytime you do that
01:54 you're going to just up the calorie content,
01:56 the fat content in your dish.
01:58 And neither one of these potatoes salad have--
02:01 Exactly. Mayonnaise in them.
02:04 And I love that the different twist,
02:06 one's got you know,
02:07 the more of a creamy based with sauerkraut dressing.
02:11 Right. And Cinda's is--
02:14 The avocado dressing.
02:15 Avocado dressing and could you have
02:17 your salad hot or would it be mostly cold?
02:19 No, it's cold.
02:20 And avocados are so healthy for you.
02:22 Yes, they are. Yes, they are.
02:24 And they are wonderful,
02:25 as are all these recipes in here.
02:27 Well, and after if you have anything leftover,
02:30 invite people over for supper.
02:31 That's right.
02:33 I think invite people over anyways.
02:35 Well, unfortunately that's all the time we have today.
02:38 So until next time may all your meals
02:41 be seasoned with God's love.
02:44 Bye-bye, everybody.
