00:17 Oh, yeah. So Soya pinwheels.
00:19 I'm loving the stuffed pepper.
00:21 The mash potatoes.
00:24 That was wonderful, Jane. And that's our chicken salad.
00:27 Oh, Yes, that beautiful chicken salad
00:29 is loaded with So Soya chicken salad delicious.
00:31 Nice fusion. and the stuffing flavor.
00:34 Yes. And the flavor.
00:36 Roasted almond, cranberry stuffed in.
00:38 Good. And the meatballs.
00:42 Meatballs. Oh, boy.
00:44 Amazing. That amazing pesto sauce.
00:46 That pesto sauce makes-- Makes a pop.
00:48 It does. And here is the pizza.
00:50 Kale pizza. Kale pizza, healthy.
00:54 But you know what, I never tried the kale pizza. Let's try.
01:01 What are you waiting for to, let's go.

01:08 We will dig in and try the Kale pizza.
01:10 All right dig right in. Oh, boy, go ahead.

01:20 Good. That is delicious.
01:23 Delicious. Okay.
01:25 And the kale is still little crunchy.
01:27 Yeah. I love it.
01:29 Kim, would you share a memory with us.
01:31 We had a memory from Tai
01:33 and memory from Jane and all about
01:34 holiday memories growing up.
01:36 So would you share memory with our friends at home.
01:38 Well, I love Christmas.
01:40 Christmas is a wonderful and spiritual time in our home.
01:43 We sit around and we sing carols and we just
01:48 enjoy each others company, but one major spotlight is
01:51 going to grandma's house.
01:53 At grandma's house we had this delicious
01:57 corn porridge to die for it. Sweet and corn porridge.
02:03 Absolutely. And then we had fry cake.
02:05 That's a Spanish thing,
02:06 this whole concept here. And it was just delicious.
02:09 And then afterwards we would just sit around
02:12 and relax and enjoy the rest of the afternoon
02:14 and it's fellowship.
02:16 And you know, read the story,
02:18 the Christmas story and all of that wonderful,
02:22 how Christ was born and it's just great.
02:26 You know, what I'm noticing
02:27 as we've been talking about all the different memories
02:29 that my sisters house. That's right.
02:32 Is that a lot of them are centered around the family.
02:34 That's right. Music and food.
02:36 Yes. And God.
02:38 I mean that's beautiful. Yeah.
02:40 That's beautiful. Yeah.
02:42 Oh, that's wonderful.
02:43 Well, that's what life is all about.
02:45 Sounds great. That is so true.
02:48 Family, God. God first.
02:51 Yeah. God first.
02:52 And we have just a moment here before we close.
02:54 So tell me about this new cookbook.
02:56 I know, I tease their friends are home
02:57 and said they got brand new cookbook.
02:59 And we haven't even talked about it,
03:01 so tell me about this, it's gonna be an e-cookbook.
03:03 What kind of recipes are in it,
03:05 and tell me about it?
03:06 Yes, well, you could expect
03:07 to find a lot of the recipes that we've made.
03:09 Currently here as well as the a lot of other recipes
03:12 in regards to breakfast, quick breakfast, and lunch,
03:17 quick lunches on the go and nice breakfast
03:21 and lunch for your children, for children's like
03:23 say for instance this kale pesto
03:24 for children who don't like veggies,
03:26 you can sneak it in by saying,
03:27 hey, let's have pizza, baby, pizza.
03:30 So there is lot of nice fun recipes
03:32 that we are gonna have in there.
03:34 Do you have desserts, do you have breakfast--
03:35 Yeah, dessert, breakfast, we have entrees,
03:38 we have appetizer. Just a great array of recipes.
03:42 Nice. We're just so excited.
03:44 Can't wait to share with you.
03:45 You have to lot to look for to.
03:47 And we need to share with you.
03:48 Oh, that's exciting.
03:50 And you have-- it has pictures
03:51 and all of that stuff too--
03:52 Yes, we do have pictures.
03:55 And we also have a lot of great recipes
03:56 with your product, the So Soya product
03:58 that we have in there so--
04:00 I mean it's a great option
04:01 in a way to just to eat a lot.
04:02 How many recipes do you have?
04:04 It's about 30 recipes.
04:06 Nice. Nice. Oh, that mean wonderful.
04:09 Yeah. And these are home--
04:10 I want to say home grown I suppose.
04:12 You know like recipes from that you guys gathered from home--
04:15 Yeah. Yes, from over the years.
04:17 From you know, that environment of nurturing--
04:19 Grownup in our mom's kitchen.
