One is the idea of,

kind of
Calvinistic in its roots.

And that springs out
of a desire for people

to have assurance of Salvation

because many of the Anabaptists,

or the people that
believed in free will,

they were always in
doubt of their Salvation.

When you got those who
have what we call sloppy agape,

they're so enamored with grace

that they never
consider living a holy life.

And you've got the other extreme

that are Pharisees,

they're so
preoccupied with their behavior

that they have no peace
and they're judging everybody.

So do we have extremes in
the teaching of Salvation?

We'd like to believe

that Adventists
have a holistic view

of being saved by grace.

But at the same time,

saved by your works,

works that are different.
