The hour is urgent, as darkness is dispelled by the light of 00:00:02.26\00:00:07.84 God's Word. 00:00:07.84\00:00:08.67 A new day begins. 00:00:08.94\00:00:10.27 Jesus, the light of the world is shining. 00:00:11.41\00:00:13.98 Prepare your hearts to proclaim the final cry. 00:00:14.68\00:00:17.78 This is 3ABN Summer Camp Meeting. 00:00:18.28\00:00:21.52 Hello, and welcome to 3ABN's 2025 Summer Camp Meeting. 00:00:24.89\00:00:29.32 Have you all been blessed so far by the messages? 00:00:29.76\00:00:31.39 Amen. 00:00:32.23\00:00:32.66 Amen. 00:00:33.09\00:00:34.40 That's what I like to hear. 00:00:34.46\00:00:35.40 First, I just want to say, and for those who are joining us 00:00:35.83\00:00:38.33 and watching online, I just wanted to say thank you. 00:00:38.33\00:00:41.10 Thank you for your prayers. 00:00:41.10\00:00:41.14 Thank you for your support of this ministry, because it 00:00:42.34\00:00:45.01 allows us and gives us the privilege to spread the gospel 00:00:45.01\00:00:48.08 of Jesus to those who are across the world. 00:00:48.08\00:00:50.08 So thank you very much. 00:00:50.11\00:00:51.31 And I have the privilege to also introduce our speaker for 00:00:51.31\00:00:55.22 the next hour. 00:00:55.22\00:00:56.08 And our speaker is none other than Dr. James Markham. 00:00:56.38\00:00:58.89 Now, he is no stranger to the 3ABN family. 00:00:59.15\00:01:01.62 He's actually been a part of the 3ABN family for about 20 00:01:01.69\00:01:04.93 years now. 00:01:04.93\00:01:05.96 And for 21 years, he is the speaker director of Heartwise 00:01:06.16\00:01:10.17 Ministries. 00:01:10.17\00:01:11.10 And on top of that, he's been in the medical field for about 00:01:11.43\00:01:14.34 34 years and specializes in acute care cardiologists, and 00:01:14.34\00:01:19.27 he works with the Wildwood Lifestyle Institute. 00:01:19.27\00:01:22.68 And for those of you who are here and you have your 00:01:23.08\00:01:24.98 bulletins, you can even read in the bulletin that USA Today 00:01:24.98\00:01:28.42 several years ago actually named him as one of the most 00:01:28.42\00:01:31.39 influential physicians. 00:01:31.39\00:01:32.75 So God has really blessed Dr. Markham with very many gifts. 00:01:33.15\00:01:36.96 And you're going to see some of those gifts today that he has 00:01:36.96\00:01:36.99 been blessed by. 00:01:39.43\00:01:40.20 Now, I've had a chance to get to know Dr. Markham a little 00:01:40.66\00:01:43.47 bit more personally recently because we recorded a new 00:01:43.47\00:01:46.80 season. 00:01:46.80\00:01:49.90 season of ultimate prescription. 00:01:49.90\00:01:51.54 So make sure that you look for that coming out this year. 00:01:51.84\00:01:54.41 But I've had a chance to get to know him on a little bit more 00:01:54.64\00:01:56.78 on a personal level. 00:01:56.78\00:01:57.78 And one thing that you will notice is that he definitely 00:01:57.98\00:02:00.78 has a passion for health. 00:02:00.78\00:02:02.95 But on top of that, he has even a greater passion for sharing 00:02:03.25\00:02:07.76 Jesus to those he comes in contact with. 00:02:07.76\00:02:10.16 And you are going to see that today when he speaks to you and 00:02:10.16\00:02:12.93 ministers to you. 00:02:12.93\00:02:13.86 But before that, we are going to be blessed in song by Pastor 00:02:14.13\00:02:17.00 John Lomacang and Tim Parton. 00:02:17.00\00:02:19.07 And then following that, we will hear from Dr. James 00:02:19.17\00:02:22.17 Marcum as he ministers to us by the guidance of the Holy 00:02:22.17\00:02:25.51 Spirit. 00:02:25.51\00:02:25.91 Amen. 00:02:26.31\00:02:26.71 Master, Savior, my Jesus, Like a fragrance after the rain. 00:02:59.84\00:03:20.20 Jesus, Jesus, oh Jesus, Let all heaven and earth proclaim. 00:03:20.80\00:03:39.31 Kings and kingdom will all pass away. 00:03:41.48\00:03:49.59 But there's something about that name. 00:03:49.59\00:03:59.00 Jesus, Jesus, my Jesus, There's just something about your name. 00:04:01.60\00:04:20.52 For you're my master and my Savior, oh Jesus. 00:04:21.09\00:04:30.27 You're my fragrance after my rain. 00:04:30.27\00:04:39.87 Jesus, Jesus, oh my Jesus, Let all heaven and earth proclaim. 00:04:41.34\00:05:00.26 Kings and kingdoms will all pass away. 00:05:03.60\00:05:11.54 But there's something about that name. 00:05:11.54\00:05:21.55 Hello, everyone. 00:05:37.77\00:05:39.50 It is so nice to be here and let me get set up a little bit. 00:05:40.90\00:05:47.11 We had some wonderful questions that have come in and I hope to 00:05:47.84\00:05:52.88 get at some of these. 00:05:52.88\00:05:53.88 But the Holy Spirit's been moving me in a little bit 00:05:54.18\00:05:57.92 different direction today. 00:05:57.92\00:05:59.29 And I think it's going to be very interesting what we're 00:06:00.26\00:06:03.43 going to be talking about today. 00:06:03.43\00:06:05.36 Let me make sure everything's working here on my end. 00:06:06.49\00:06:09.33 I like to move around a lot. 00:06:10.73\00:06:13.20 And I've been working with people for a long time. 00:06:14.14\00:06:18.57 And I'm not the greatest speaker in the world. 00:06:19.44\00:06:23.38 I'm not the greatest doctor in the world, even though I do 00:06:25.88\00:06:29.85 acute care cardiology. 00:06:29.85\00:06:31.55 And I've learned lifestyle medicine. 00:06:31.55\00:06:33.46 But I like to think that I'm willing to have God work 00:06:34.42\00:06:40.00 through me in different ways. 00:06:40.00\00:06:42.73 And it's very important, I think, to connect with people, 00:06:42.76\00:06:47.34 connect. 00:06:47.60\00:06:53.74 a need. 00:06:53.74\00:06:56.68 And we try to meet people's needs. 00:06:56.68\00:06:59.95 This is sort of Christ's pattern. 00:07:00.58\00:07:02.72 He met their needs first and then he solved their problems 00:07:03.25\00:07:08.39 spiritually and physically. 00:07:08.39\00:07:09.99 So today we're going to do something that's probably never 00:07:11.13\00:07:15.23 been done before. 00:07:15.23\00:07:17.03 Never been done before here today. 00:07:17.83\00:07:20.10 You're going to hear some revolutionary ideas in health 00:07:20.10\00:07:25.27 care, specifically chronic disease. 00:07:25.27\00:07:28.48 And this audience is hearing this for the first time. 00:07:29.11\00:07:32.55 I've never presented this before. 00:07:33.01\00:07:34.88 I've never heard it done before. 00:07:35.02\00:07:37.12 I'm releasing a book about this later this year. 00:07:37.69\00:07:40.79 So it's something that I think, I'm very excited about it. 00:07:41.56\00:07:44.79 I think the Holy Spirit has been a part of this. 00:07:44.86\00:07:47.60 And we're going to talk today, a lot of this will answer your 00:07:47.60\00:07:52.60 questions. 00:07:52.60\00:07:56.04 You know, I couldn't get to all of them right now. 00:07:56.40\00:07:59.34 But I will be around afterwards to meet with you one on one. 00:07:59.71\00:08:03.71 I'm going to give you my email and phone number. 00:08:04.08\00:08:06.48 If I don't meet your needs today, I'll call you and I'll 00:08:06.58\00:08:09.42 deal with it. 00:08:09.42\00:08:13.39 help with, I'll do my best. 00:08:13.39\00:08:15.89 But we're going to learn a lot today just from hearing what 00:08:16.59\00:08:21.50 the Holy Spirit has to say to you and each one of us. 00:08:21.50\00:08:24.57 Today, what I want to accomplish through the power of 00:08:25.23\00:08:28.74 the Holy Spirit, nothing that I do. 00:08:28.74\00:08:31.84 I want to let, you know, everyone's been, has anyone 00:08:32.71\00:08:35.01 ever heard of this maha movement? 00:08:35.01\00:08:37.01 Has anyone heard of maha? 00:08:37.61\00:08:38.98 A few of you have. 00:08:39.68\00:08:40.65 But for those of you haven't, it's make America healthy 00:08:40.88\00:08:44.55 again. 00:08:44.55\00:08:45.19 That's what maha stands for. 00:08:45.19\00:08:48.26 Make America healthy again. 00:08:48.36\00:08:50.36 Everyone throws around acronyms now, you know, a bunch of 00:08:50.96\00:08:54.36 letters that mean words. 00:08:54.36\00:08:55.60 I don't know why that happens, but it's out there. 00:08:55.96\00:08:58.47 Acronyms. 00:08:59.17\00:08:59.83 So they just, the new administration came up with a 00:09:00.70\00:09:06.24 plan. 00:09:06.24\00:09:06.68 Say, listen, we are chronically ill. 00:09:07.21\00:09:10.31 Do anyone think we're chronically ill today? 00:09:11.11\00:09:13.35 Now, I just want to see a raise of hand. 00:09:13.98\00:09:16.45 Do people think that in general, the United States is 00:09:16.58\00:09:19.79 healthier now or 10 years ago? 00:09:19.79\00:09:22.29 Who says we're healthier now as a society? 00:09:22.56\00:09:26.53 Okay. 00:09:27.00\00:09:30.20 Who says we were healthier 30 years ago? 00:09:31.77\00:09:34.34 Okay. 00:09:35.14\00:09:35.74 Now, some do not vote. 00:09:36.14\00:09:37.44 Okay. 00:09:37.71\00:09:46.15 policy is realizing that we spend more money than everybody 00:09:46.15\00:09:50.49 and we're sicker than everybody. 00:09:50.49\00:09:52.82 This cannot continue. 00:09:53.66\00:09:55.29 So I've been fortunate enough to be able to communicate with 00:09:55.96\00:09:59.26 some of these government people. 00:09:59.26\00:10:00.73 And the new administration told the new HHS that stands for 00:10:00.73\00:10:07.77 Health and Human Services. 00:10:07.77\00:10:10.47 They said, we have to do something. 00:10:11.31\00:10:12.97 I'm going to task you. 00:10:13.21\00:10:14.44 You have to do something. 00:10:14.58\00:10:15.58 And just recently they finished with stage one. 00:10:15.88\00:10:20.18 Okay. 00:10:20.45\00:10:24.02 Tell everyone why we have a problem. 00:10:24.72\00:10:27.12 That's stage one. 00:10:27.49\00:10:28.96 And they just released that report. 00:10:30.23\00:10:32.16 And I'm going to go over a little bit of that today 00:10:32.23\00:10:34.03 because I think it's beneficial for us to know. 00:10:34.03\00:10:36.56 Why is that? 00:10:36.87\00:10:37.90 Because we are preparing today. 00:10:38.20\00:10:40.80 I'm preparing. 00:10:41.80\00:10:42.80 You're preparing. 00:10:43.24\00:10:44.24 That's why we're here. 00:10:44.47\00:10:45.81 It's our game time. 00:10:45.97\00:10:47.18 We are preparing to do what? 00:10:48.31\00:10:50.11 Proclaim. 00:10:50.88\00:10:51.45 Now, is that an active word or is that a passive word? 00:10:52.25\00:10:56.32 Yeah. 00:10:57.29\00:10:57.85 We're here to proclaim. 00:10:58.85\00:11:00.06 We have something important to do and we're preparing for that 00:11:00.86\00:11:05.23 because when we leave here this weekend, we're going to 00:11:05.23\00:11:08.40 proclaim what? 00:11:08.40\00:11:09.50 The final cry. 00:11:09.90\00:11:10.87 I don't think it's a cry. 00:11:11.07\00:11:12.67 I would have changed that word. 00:11:12.87\00:11:14.17 We're the final rejoicing. 00:11:14.50\00:11:16.50 Right? 00:11:16.67\00:11:17.24 The final rejoicing. 00:11:18.31\00:11:19.44 That's what we're doing here. 00:11:19.51\00:11:20.51 That's why we came. 00:11:20.54\00:11:21.61 That's why we're here. 00:11:21.84\00:11:22.94 We're preparing. 00:11:23.08\00:11:24.31 Well, so today in getting back to this MAHA movement and the 00:11:24.31\00:11:29.42 Health and Human Services, that they've identified a problem. 00:11:29.42\00:11:33.29 But for today, they haven't come up with the answer yet. 00:11:34.79\00:11:38.93 But today, we as a group are going to introduce the 00:11:39.79\00:11:47.94 solution, the solution to chronic disease. 00:11:47.94\00:11:52.41 And we're going to take that solution as we prepare and 00:11:53.38\00:11:57.51 we're going to proclaim it. 00:11:57.51\00:11:59.25 We are going to proclaim it because we know the solution to 00:11:59.75\00:12:03.85 chronic disease. 00:12:03.85\00:12:05.05 And we're going to talk about that today. 00:12:05.82\00:12:07.69 It's going to answer a lot of people's questions as we talk 00:12:07.72\00:12:11.29 about the solution to chronic disease. 00:12:11.29\00:12:13.90 We're going to be the group that leads out on this. 00:12:14.00\00:12:16.77 Remember, the government has said it's a problem, but they 00:12:16.97\00:12:20.00 haven't come up with a solution. 00:12:20.00\00:12:21.50 Well, why not us give them the solution, right? 00:12:22.40\00:12:25.97 We're going to do some proclaiming. 00:12:26.57\00:12:28.31 Yes. 00:12:28.54\00:12:28.91 We're going to get excited about this because it's our 00:12:29.81\00:12:32.98 game time. 00:12:32.98\00:12:33.68 We're not going to sit by anymore. 00:12:33.95\00:12:35.62 So why is this a problem? 00:12:36.62\00:12:38.32 How did it get everyone's attention, chronic disease in 00:12:38.45\00:12:41.46 the first place? 00:12:41.46\00:12:42.59 Well, last year, 2024, they spent about 4.5 trillion, 00:12:42.59\00:12:49.93 trillion dollars on health care. 00:12:49.93\00:12:53.27 In 2023, 4.9 trillion that comes out about over 14,000 a 00:12:54.64\00:13:00.08 person, 17 to 18 percent of the GDP. 00:13:00.08\00:13:03.24 And of that, 32 percent is government funded. 00:13:03.65\00:13:07.18 OK, guess how much of that money is spent on chronic 00:13:08.55\00:13:12.39 disease? 00:13:12.39\00:13:12.89 80 to 90 percent. 00:13:13.12\00:13:14.99 So the government is saying we have a financial problem. 00:13:15.66\00:13:19.69 That's why we want to solve it, because we can't afford this 00:13:19.69\00:13:22.60 anymore. 00:13:22.60\00:13:23.10 We can't afford this. 00:13:24.50\00:13:25.73 So that's why the Human Health Service were was told we have 00:13:25.77\00:13:29.34 to do something right now. 00:13:29.34\00:13:31.27 It's important what we're talking about today. 00:13:33.41\00:13:36.75 But, you know, when we start talking about important topics, 00:13:37.78\00:13:42.65 I like to have what we call biblical prescriptions, 00:13:43.69\00:13:47.29 biblical promises. 00:13:48.42\00:13:49.66 And before we go any further, I want to go back to Matthew 00:13:50.33\00:13:54.36 seven, where it says, ask and you shall seek and you shall 00:13:54.36\00:14:00.74 knock and it will. 00:14:00.74\00:14:02.84 We're proclaiming, we're preparing. 00:14:03.87\00:14:05.94 But I need the Holy Spirit. 00:14:07.28\00:14:08.98 We all need the Holy Spirit constantly. 00:14:09.21\00:14:11.58 So let's bow our heads. 00:14:12.21\00:14:13.58 Father God, thank you for the power, the power of the Holy 00:14:16.08\00:14:24.76 Spirit. 00:14:24.76\00:14:25.33 We want to give the world the solution to chronic disease. 00:14:28.13\00:14:34.34 They're focusing on the economic standpoint, but we're 00:14:35.74\00:14:38.64 going to focus on something much, much more to the power of 00:14:38.64\00:14:42.58 the truth and the spirit. 00:14:42.58\00:14:45.08 Speak to each heart today and help us to proclaim this 00:14:46.38\00:14:51.02 message. 00:14:51.02\00:14:51.45 The world is our prayer. 00:14:51.59\00:14:52.95 Amen. 00:14:53.22\00:14:53.79 So the world gets all excited about the money part of it. 00:14:55.62\00:15:00.63 And if we think about it right now in Congress, I don't know 00:15:00.93\00:15:05.13 if you know that, but they're trying to pass a spending bill, 00:15:05.13\00:15:08.90 a spending bill because they want more money. 00:15:09.27\00:15:11.57 And right now, the debt, the debt ceiling is thirty five or 00:15:11.57\00:15:15.48 thirty six trillion dollars. 00:15:15.48\00:15:17.91 So you can see why health care is important to people. 00:15:18.61\00:15:21.65 OK, so they understand that our current system in health care 00:15:21.72\00:15:26.15 is not sustainable. 00:15:26.15\00:15:27.99 We can't continue this day in, day out. 00:15:28.86\00:15:31.93 It's not sustainable. 00:15:32.09\00:15:33.16 Even in my practice, you know, we used to see people that we 00:15:33.66\00:15:37.17 were dealing with this fancy modern medicine when they were 00:15:37.17\00:15:40.47 older. 00:15:40.47\00:15:41.00 Seventies and eighties. 00:15:41.00\00:15:42.00 Now I'm seeing it in the fifties and sixties. 00:15:42.00\00:15:42.04 We're doing bypasses and dialysis. 00:15:44.37\00:15:47.01 We're using more and more medicines. 00:15:47.31\00:15:48.84 It's costing lots of money. 00:15:48.94\00:15:50.78 This is not sustainable. 00:15:50.98\00:15:52.48 So the powers that be know it's not sustainable. 00:15:53.28\00:15:56.48 Know we have a problem and they're working right now on a 00:15:57.02\00:16:00.16 solution. 00:16:00.16\00:16:00.79 We're going to have a solution by the time we finish today. 00:16:02.59\00:16:05.43 But what we're doing here as a society, as a world, it's not 00:16:05.43\00:16:09.56 sustainable from a financial input. 00:16:09.56\00:16:11.40 Who is going to finance this debt anymore? 00:16:11.80\00:16:14.17 You know, China has been doing it before. 00:16:15.27\00:16:17.81 But is this a good thing to do to finance this trillion 00:16:18.01\00:16:20.91 dollars and this interest every year? 00:16:20.91\00:16:22.98 So the real impetus for chronic disease originally stern from 00:16:23.18\00:16:27.08 an economic crisis. 00:16:27.08\00:16:28.62 And if we had economic crises before in the earth, yes, we 00:16:29.35\00:16:33.32 have. 00:16:33.32\00:16:33.72 You know, we think back to the time of Joseph. 00:16:34.49\00:16:37.66 They had an economic famine, didn't they? 00:16:38.26\00:16:40.60 They had a famine there and they had to sort of rethink 00:16:41.20\00:16:43.83 things. 00:16:43.83\00:16:44.67 Well, we're going to have to rethink things very, very soon 00:16:45.07\00:16:47.54 from an economic basis or it's going to change the world. 00:16:47.54\00:16:50.51 So the powers that be said that this is not sustainable. 00:16:50.81\00:16:53.91 Chronic disease is a problem. 00:16:54.84\00:16:56.61 Chronic disease is the disease that we carry along with us day 00:16:56.91\00:17:00.98 in and day out. 00:17:00.98\00:17:02.62 Greater than a two or three months at a time. 00:17:02.62\00:17:05.89 Unfortunately, chronic disease eventually damages our organs. 00:17:06.52\00:17:10.43 When we damage the organs, we need modern medicine, right? 00:17:10.73\00:17:14.60 Because we have a symptom, a need. 00:17:14.86\00:17:16.63 We go to the doctor and he treats the symptoms, but 00:17:16.83\00:17:20.14 usually they don't get at the cause. 00:17:20.14\00:17:22.44 So chronic disease doesn't get at the cause. 00:17:23.41\00:17:25.11 Now, there is a place for modern medicine. 00:17:25.14\00:17:26.98 I use it in the hospital. 00:17:27.14\00:17:28.71 You know, there's a place and it's usually to treat 00:17:28.71\00:17:31.81 emergencies. 00:17:31.81\00:17:32.55 It's usually to treat replace parts and bad genes. 00:17:33.31\00:17:37.02 But does it heal? 00:17:38.12\00:17:39.15 No. 00:17:40.16\00:17:45.06 people going long enough that we can introduce them to 00:17:45.06\00:17:49.06 something more important. 00:17:49.06\00:17:50.27 So chronic disease, this is the economic implications of this. 00:17:51.63\00:17:55.04 So they did the focus on our children because the Maha 00:17:55.04\00:17:59.87 people, the HHS said, listen, this new generation, it's going 00:17:59.87\00:18:04.51 to cause a problem. 00:18:04.51\00:18:05.65 These are the people that are going to be earning money, 00:18:05.71\00:18:07.78 paying for these things. 00:18:07.92\00:18:09.02 Let's look at them and let's focus our attention on chronic 00:18:09.32\00:18:12.95 disease on the children. 00:18:12.95\00:18:14.06 So right now, one in five children over the age of six, 00:18:14.92\00:18:19.73 six are obese. 00:18:19.73\00:18:22.03 Six, 40 percent of our children right now have a chronic health 00:18:23.97\00:18:28.80 problem. 00:18:28.80\00:18:29.37 Autism is now found in one of 31 children by the age of 00:18:30.14\00:18:35.91 eight. 00:18:35.91\00:18:36.58 Childhood cancer since 1975 has gone up 40 percent. 00:18:38.18\00:18:42.72 And if that wasn't bad enough, depression is hitting everyone. 00:18:42.75\00:18:46.86 The use of antidepressants since the year 2009, 2019 has 00:18:46.86\00:18:54.56 gone up 1400 percent antidepressants. 00:18:54.56\00:19:00.40 And 2023, three million teenagers thought about 00:19:00.67\00:19:04.24 committing suicide. 00:19:04.24\00:19:05.44 So the Maha people were correct in that we needed to focus on 00:19:07.34\00:19:12.41 our children because if our children are sick, they're 00:19:12.41\00:19:15.38 going to have end organ damage. 00:19:15.38\00:19:16.89 They're going to eat up more expenditure. 00:19:16.89\00:19:18.62 They're not going to be able to work. 00:19:18.85\00:19:20.29 So the first part of the report said that, yes, we have a 00:19:20.62\00:19:23.76 problem. 00:19:23.76\00:19:28.00 sustain this unless we change this generation. 00:19:28.00\00:19:30.03 So almost everyone agrees with that. 00:19:30.53\00:19:33.10 Then the next thing they came up with is the four inputs that 00:19:34.14\00:19:39.24 were causing the children to have chronic disease. 00:19:39.24\00:19:42.88 And follow me here. 00:19:43.58\00:19:44.91 It all had to do usually with lifestyle and inputs. 00:19:45.01\00:19:49.22 Now, this is important because many questions came in about 00:19:50.25\00:19:53.39 different inflammatory conditions, different things 00:19:53.39\00:19:56.09 like this. 00:19:56.09\00:19:56.59 But inputs are very important. 00:19:56.93\00:19:58.69 Everything that comes in our body changes us. 00:19:59.09\00:20:02.33 The food, the thoughts, the words, the way we sleep, it all 00:20:03.26\00:20:09.30 has genetic implications. 00:20:09.30\00:20:11.31 So the Maha people said, yes, the four big things that are 00:20:11.31\00:20:15.81 going to affect our kids that we need to have solutions for 00:20:15.81\00:20:19.08 because of chronic disease, because we need to sustain our 00:20:19.08\00:20:22.58 world and our economy. 00:20:22.58\00:20:24.12 These are the four things. 00:20:24.39\00:20:25.45 Number one that was triggering chronic disease was, guess 00:20:25.69\00:20:29.99 what, ultra processed foods. 00:20:29.99\00:20:33.03 Do people agree with that? 00:20:34.23\00:20:35.26 Yeah, I think we can agree with that. 00:20:35.33\00:20:36.77 That's a problem. 00:20:36.90\00:20:41.90 all the stuff they're putting into that, that's not good for 00:20:42.14\00:20:44.97 our children. 00:20:44.97\00:20:47.41 That's a negative chronic input over time. 00:20:47.68\00:20:50.81 So I think they got that right. 00:20:51.21\00:20:52.71 And it's interesting that the NIH, another acronym, they say 00:20:52.75\00:20:58.89 that they only spent four to five percent of their budget on 00:20:58.89\00:21:02.46 nutrition. 00:21:02.46\00:21:03.09 Well, guess how much the farm, guess how much the food 00:21:03.83\00:21:07.56 industry spent? 00:21:07.56\00:21:08.36 Sixty billion. 00:21:08.86\00:21:09.80 Well, why did they spend so much money, these ultra 00:21:11.00\00:21:13.50 processed foods? 00:21:13.50\00:21:17.51 good, and they want to market it to the kids. 00:21:17.51\00:21:19.77 Is it the best thing? 00:21:21.11\00:21:22.18 Not according to the Maha report. 00:21:22.28\00:21:23.95 This is not sustainable. 00:21:23.98\00:21:25.05 Number two, environmental and chemical exposures. 00:21:25.25\00:21:28.75 We've heard about Roundup and all these chemicals that we get 00:21:28.75\00:21:32.85 in nature. 00:21:32.85\00:21:33.89 That is not a good thing any. 00:21:33.96\00:21:35.79 We hear about GMOs, all those things, all those extra things 00:21:36.16\00:21:40.26 that's damaging children in ways that we don't really 00:21:40.26\00:21:43.47 understand. 00:21:43.47\00:21:43.80 So that was number two. 00:21:44.73\00:21:45.90 Number three, they identified as triggering chronic disease 00:21:46.00\00:21:48.97 in children. 00:21:48.97\00:21:49.70 This was might surprise some people with digital 00:21:50.31\00:21:54.08 entertainment. 00:21:54.08\00:21:55.04 That input. 00:21:55.61\00:21:56.85 They estimate that the average child now, older, is spending 00:21:56.85\00:22:01.72 seven to eight hours on some type of digital entertainment a 00:22:01.72\00:22:06.05 day. 00:22:06.05\00:22:06.29 So the digital entertainment gets in our brains, changes our 00:22:07.56\00:22:12.19 neural pathways. 00:22:12.19\00:22:13.29 It's either going to be a negative or a positive input, 00:22:13.40\00:22:15.30 right? 00:22:15.30\00:22:15.90 It's not neutral. 00:22:16.36\00:22:17.60 So it's not only the food that enters our body, it's the 00:22:18.27\00:22:21.04 things that enter our brains. 00:22:21.04\00:22:21.94 Everything affects everything. 00:22:22.14\00:22:23.34 These are lifestyle and inputs. 00:22:23.41\00:22:24.94 And number four, this was a surprise to everyone. 00:22:24.94\00:22:28.38 This is the maha people saying the fourth thing that really is 00:22:29.21\00:22:32.58 causing this chronic disease in our kids, we have to identify. 00:22:32.58\00:22:35.68 And this came out in the news recently is over 00:22:35.75\00:22:38.59 medicalization. 00:22:38.59\00:22:39.62 We're getting too much. 00:22:41.09\00:22:42.56 Too much medicines, too much this, too much that. 00:22:43.32\00:22:46.29 We're overdoing it. 00:22:46.80\00:22:48.13 Well, guess who wasn't happy about that? 00:22:48.86\00:22:51.20 Big Pharma wasn't too healthy. 00:22:52.73\00:22:54.94 How about the health care industry? 00:22:55.34\00:22:57.07 No, we're not too healthy about that because, you know, end 00:22:57.67\00:23:00.74 organ damage means some funding, right? 00:23:00.74\00:23:03.01 So I applaud them for finally saying that we have a problem. 00:23:03.68\00:23:08.62 So over the next six months, they are tasked with coming up 00:23:09.35\00:23:15.36 with a solution. 00:23:15.36\00:23:16.32 Guess what? 00:23:18.29\00:23:19.39 We are going to go out and proclaim a solution. 00:23:20.36\00:23:23.57 Now, when we think about chronic disease, we talk about 00:23:24.20\00:23:27.07 obesity. 00:23:27.07\00:23:27.80 Forty two percent of Americans are now obese. 00:23:28.50\00:23:30.67 Seventy percent are overweight in all of the chemical changes 00:23:30.84\00:23:33.98 with this. 00:23:33.98\00:23:36.58 And so far, the solution for obesity has been more 00:23:36.85\00:23:39.55 medicines, more bariatric surgery. 00:23:39.55\00:23:41.45 If I have cardiovascular disease, give me a medicine or 00:23:41.78\00:23:44.39 a bypass. 00:23:44.39\00:23:48.26 diabetes, cancer, mental health, COPD. 00:23:48.82\00:23:51.56 Do you believe that 40 percent of children have something on 00:23:51.89\00:23:54.63 this list already? 00:23:54.63\00:23:55.63 This chronic disease is a problem. 00:23:57.17\00:23:59.63 But in looking about this and answering some of the people's 00:24:00.40\00:24:03.34 questions that come in on chronic disease, there are some 00:24:03.34\00:24:06.88 common denominators that I think it's important that we 00:24:06.88\00:24:10.51 put in our brains. 00:24:10.51\00:24:11.51 One of them is this. 00:24:11.51\00:24:14.75 Whenever we have a stress input on our body, no matter what 00:24:15.75\00:24:21.06 that is, if I scare you, adrenaline, if you eat, watch 00:24:21.06\00:24:27.03 something that's upsetting, you make inflammation, 00:24:27.03\00:24:31.00 inflammation. 00:24:31.63\00:24:32.33 Chronic inflammation in the body. 00:24:33.44\00:24:35.64 How many think chronic inflammation is good? 00:24:35.97\00:24:38.24 How many think chronic inflammation is bad? 00:24:39.41\00:24:42.08 How many have no opinion on it? 00:24:43.35\00:24:45.41 Well, chronic inflammation is important. 00:24:47.15\00:24:49.65 The immune system, whenever it sees something it doesn't like, 00:24:49.98\00:24:52.79 no matter what it is, it turns on inflammation. 00:24:53.09\00:24:55.66 Inflammation over long periods of time can damage our genetics 00:24:57.16\00:25:02.26 and inside lining, especially in my disease, the endothelium, 00:25:02.26\00:25:06.23 the lining of the blood vessels. 00:25:06.27\00:25:07.70 And blood vessels go everywhere. 00:25:07.70\00:25:10.24 Brain, heart, kidneys. 00:25:10.87\00:25:12.44 So if you have chronic inflammation, you're 00:25:12.77\00:25:15.21 chronically damaging an organ. 00:25:15.21\00:25:16.91 The organ that damages first is the one that's genetically 00:25:17.25\00:25:20.35 predisposed. 00:25:20.35\00:25:21.48 When it's damaged, you have a symptom. 00:25:21.65\00:25:23.69 You plug into the medical health care system and they 00:25:24.05\00:25:27.02 treat that with usually a procedure, some medical device 00:25:27.02\00:25:29.99 that unfortunately it costs a lot of money. 00:25:29.99\00:25:32.43 This is the part that's not sustainable. 00:25:32.69\00:25:34.63 So if we think about chronic disease, we have to think about 00:25:35.30\00:25:40.07 inflammation and endothelium. 00:25:40.07\00:25:41.60 But now more than that, more than that, we have to think, 00:25:43.44\00:25:48.38 well, if things are causing inflammation, I want to do 00:25:48.38\00:25:52.88 things that decrease inflammation, right? 00:25:52.88\00:25:56.38 That only makes sense as part of the solution to the health 00:25:56.69\00:26:00.56 care dilemma that we're all in. 00:26:00.56\00:26:02.12 Because we want to proclaim something remarkable to the 00:26:02.12\00:26:05.99 world today that they've never heard before. 00:26:05.99\00:26:08.13 In solution to the chronic health, we want to meet the 00:26:08.53\00:26:11.37 need of the world. 00:26:11.37\00:26:12.40 Now the world wants a financial need met, but we want to do 00:26:12.97\00:26:16.47 something more than that, yes? 00:26:16.47\00:26:18.01 Is anyone asleep yet? 00:26:19.21\00:26:20.58 Do I need to ramp it up a little? 00:26:21.38\00:26:23.08 Do I need to get a little more excited? 00:26:24.08\00:26:25.98 As you can tell, I have lived my whole life trying to get 00:26:27.55\00:26:32.25 this word out in learning. 00:26:32.25\00:26:33.76 And the more I learn, the less I know. 00:26:34.16\00:26:36.89 And I realize that there's nothing that I do. 00:26:37.23\00:26:39.76 There's nothing that we do ourselves, nothing, nothing. 00:26:40.06\00:26:44.40 God does not need us, but he can use us for his glory 00:26:45.67\00:26:51.01 whenever he wants. 00:26:51.01\00:26:52.01 So inflammation, endothelium is important. 00:26:52.01\00:26:55.31 But now we're hearing about this, this insulin resistance. 00:26:55.64\00:26:59.85 Have you heard about insulin resistance? 00:26:59.95\00:27:01.75 Yes, that is a bigger chronic problem than we even admit. 00:27:02.48\00:27:06.59 So what insulin resistance is in the simple thing is anytime 00:27:06.92\00:27:11.46 we have stress, carry too much weight on us, we can't get 00:27:11.46\00:27:15.50 sugar into our cells effectively. 00:27:15.50\00:27:17.50 When we can't get sugar in our cells, it affects energy. 00:27:18.10\00:27:21.10 It turns on inflammation. 00:27:21.10\00:27:23.34 It turns up bad things. 00:27:24.31\00:27:25.67 You've heard the metabolic syndrome, high triglycerides. 00:27:25.77\00:27:28.94 But this metabolic system that's triggered by stress, one 00:27:29.18\00:27:32.88 of the stresses of chronic disease is carrying extra 00:27:32.88\00:27:35.35 weight. 00:27:35.35\00:27:35.58 It's a big problem. 00:27:35.88\00:27:37.19 So in dealing with chronic disease, not only do we have to 00:27:37.95\00:27:40.72 deal with inflammation, but we have to deal with some of the 00:27:40.72\00:27:43.59 metabolic changes that's happening in our bodies. 00:27:43.59\00:27:46.43 So there's lots of things that's going on. 00:27:47.60\00:27:49.90 So a lot of people don't even realize what causes 00:27:49.90\00:27:53.40 inflammation. 00:27:53.40\00:27:54.00 What causes inflammation? 00:27:55.17\00:27:56.40 Well, these are some basics. 00:27:57.24\00:27:59.01 If you're dehydrated, you're having inflammation in your 00:27:59.94\00:28:03.55 body. 00:28:03.55\00:28:03.98 Did you know that 75% of people are chronically dehydrated? 00:28:04.75\00:28:09.38 If you're dehydrated, you've turned on this inflammatory 00:28:10.25\00:28:13.69 bandwagon, so to speak. 00:28:13.69\00:28:15.82 Oh, yeah, everyone's... 00:28:15.82\00:28:17.89 It's time to pull out the water. 00:28:17.89\00:28:19.33 The number one cause of daytime fatigue is dehydration. 00:28:21.46\00:28:25.13 Well, that's something that we can let the world know about. 00:28:26.57\00:28:29.37 Listen to this one, movement. 00:28:29.70\00:28:31.14 Did you know that 75% of people do not get enough movement 00:28:31.57\00:28:36.98 every day? 00:28:36.98\00:28:37.91 If you don't give enough movement, it stresses your 00:28:38.68\00:28:41.72 body, turns on inflammation, damages your endothelium. 00:28:41.72\00:28:45.15 Movement, moving. 00:28:45.15\00:28:47.32 Just last week in the New England Journal of Medicine, 00:28:48.69\00:28:55.56 the oncologist published a study, and I thought this was 00:28:55.96\00:28:58.60 fascinating. 00:28:58.60\00:28:59.27 They looked at people with stage 3 cancer. 00:29:00.27\00:29:03.27 That's colon cancer that had spread throughout the body. 00:29:03.84\00:29:07.21 Some of you might have been familiar with this research. 00:29:07.51\00:29:09.71 They followed them for a long period of time and showed that 00:29:10.18\00:29:13.58 those people with cancer that had spread that just started a 00:29:13.58\00:29:17.72 movement program, just a little bit of movement every day, it 00:29:17.72\00:29:22.72 helped decrease cancer by, I wrote this down, it increased 00:29:22.72\00:29:27.76 the chance of dying by 37%, just taking a walk three times 00:29:27.76\00:29:31.37 a week with metastatic cancer. 00:29:31.37\00:29:33.97 And then recurrence, 28%. 00:29:35.00\00:29:37.84 That's just one aspect. 00:29:37.84\00:29:39.64 So I thought that was a very valuable study because it all 00:29:39.64\00:29:43.41 of a sudden shows us that lifestyle has dramatic effects. 00:29:43.41\00:29:47.32 Now they didn't compare it to other things, but can you 00:29:48.62\00:29:51.02 imagine if you put four or five lifestyle factors, those inputs 00:29:51.02\00:29:54.66 that decrease inflammation and compared it? 00:29:54.66\00:29:57.26 Because remember, inflammation damages your genetics, changes 00:29:57.26\00:30:00.76 our tumor suppressor genes, changes mutations in the body, 00:30:00.76\00:30:04.20 does a lot of things. 00:30:04.43\00:30:05.47 Inflammation causes us to get older faster. 00:30:05.77\00:30:08.10 So we don't like inflammation. 00:30:08.10\00:30:10.17 And yet just moving, something as simple as that. 00:30:10.71\00:30:12.51 Now we have evidence-based studies showing the benefit of 00:30:12.57\00:30:15.28 movement in metastatic cancer. 00:30:15.28\00:30:16.78 I know how much it helps in cardiovascular disease, but we 00:30:17.98\00:30:20.75 still haven't compared this apples with oranges. 00:30:20.75\00:30:23.22 We need that. 00:30:23.62\00:30:24.72 That's part of the solutions compared. 00:30:25.59\00:30:27.19 Rest, did you know that 30 to 40% of people don't get enough 00:30:27.72\00:30:30.96 rest every evening? 00:30:30.96\00:30:31.96 And I know that because I got four or five questions 00:30:32.53\00:30:35.03 regarding people not sleeping well at night. 00:30:35.03\00:30:37.30 But all of these things on chronic disease help 00:30:37.30\00:30:40.47 inflammation. 00:30:40.47\00:30:41.17 So it should help all of these problems. 00:30:41.57\00:30:42.90 Here's a big one that I've had to work on. 00:30:43.07\00:30:45.41 Did you know that 85 to 90% of us don't get enough fiber? 00:30:45.91\00:30:51.95 Fiber. 00:30:52.91\00:30:53.55 So only 10 to 15% get enough fiber. 00:30:53.75\00:30:56.28 When you don't get enough fiber, guess what happens? 00:30:56.95\00:30:59.49 Inflammation. 00:31:00.46\00:31:01.02 Now think about the gut. 00:31:01.76\00:31:02.99 There's more DNA in the gut than anywhere in the body. 00:31:03.39\00:31:06.70 There's a trillion microorganisms. 00:31:06.70\00:31:09.70 They call it the microbiome. 00:31:09.73\00:31:12.20 So when you eat fiber, the good bacteria start making a 00:31:13.13\00:31:16.81 chemical called butyrate. 00:31:16.81\00:31:18.17 And all of a sudden the bacteria are happy. 00:31:18.94\00:31:21.34 I finally got something good to work with. 00:31:21.41\00:31:23.55 And guess what happens? 00:31:23.88\00:31:25.08 They make more neurotransmitters that go to 00:31:25.65\00:31:28.18 the brain. 00:31:28.18\00:31:29.08 They turn down inflammation and they tighten up the toxins that 00:31:29.45\00:31:33.99 get in and out of our body. 00:31:33.99\00:31:35.42 And yet the statistics show that only 10 to 15% of people 00:31:36.06\00:31:41.40 get enough fiber. 00:31:41.40\00:31:42.56 That's one of the benefits of eating plant-based diets. 00:31:43.73\00:31:46.70 But I have even added to myself. 00:31:47.64\00:31:50.24 I'm starting to say, hey, listen, I need more fiber in my 00:31:50.31\00:31:53.17 body. 00:31:53.17\00:31:56.68 water. 00:31:56.68\00:31:57.05 I want more fiber every day. 00:31:57.35\00:31:58.85 It's something that God impressed me that I can do 00:31:58.95\00:32:01.38 better. 00:32:01.38\00:32:01.82 I can do better on that. 00:32:02.52\00:32:03.49 And we all have that. 00:32:03.49\00:32:04.42 But remember, we're talking about inputs. 00:32:04.42\00:32:06.39 The average person doesn't get outdoors anymore. 00:32:06.79\00:32:09.16 And we need the sun for vitamin D and these other mitochondrial 00:32:09.26\00:32:13.46 pathways in our body. 00:32:13.46\00:32:14.66 And then the negative. 00:32:15.20\00:32:16.30 We've already talked about the negative of scream time. 00:32:16.36\00:32:18.57 It's going to be a big problem because that creates a negative 00:32:18.77\00:32:22.24 input inflammation in the brain. 00:32:22.24\00:32:24.61 As our brain thoughts change, our ideas change, and our 00:32:25.11\00:32:29.04 ability to communicate with everyone changes. 00:32:29.04\00:32:31.88 So one of the things that I ran across recently is, and this is 00:32:33.65\00:32:38.59 where we're going with this, is a worship deficiency. 00:32:38.59\00:32:41.29 Has anyone ever heard of a worship deficiency? 00:32:41.42\00:32:43.53 Yeah. 00:32:44.36\00:32:44.69 Well, I don't know if I should bring this up, but I will. 00:32:45.86\00:32:49.93 It's been estimated that people that who are professed 00:32:52.20\00:32:56.67 Christians. 00:32:56.67\00:32:57.27 This is from the Pew Research. 00:32:57.87\00:33:00.24 They suggest that only 10 to 20 percent of those people 00:33:00.24\00:33:05.71 actually spend time in Bible study and prayer a day. 00:33:05.71\00:33:09.85 So they have a worship deficiency and a worship 00:33:11.29\00:33:16.56 deficiency puts stress on the system. 00:33:16.56\00:33:20.13 Stress causes inflammation, all sorts of bad things. 00:33:20.90\00:33:24.60 So let's talk a little bit about worship and authority. 00:33:24.60\00:33:30.77 OK, when we think about authority, you think about, and 00:33:31.87\00:33:37.71 I've had this problem for 30 plus years in medicine. 00:33:37.71\00:33:40.05 Who do you listen to? 00:33:40.15\00:33:41.45 Who's your authority? 00:33:41.88\00:33:42.82 And here we go with the acronyms again. 00:33:43.25\00:33:45.69 OK, has anyone heard of the WHO? 00:33:46.19\00:33:49.12 That's the World Health Organization. 00:33:50.13\00:33:52.36 I don't want that to be my authority. 00:33:53.09\00:33:55.10 OK, no, no, no. 00:33:55.43\00:33:57.13 Has anyone heard of the CDC? 00:33:57.33\00:33:59.13 You heard of that one. 00:33:59.87\00:34:01.14 We have the HHS. 00:34:01.77\00:34:03.24 I mentioned that when I have a hard time saying that human and 00:34:03.47\00:34:06.14 health services, I have a hard time saying HHS, but they're 00:34:06.14\00:34:09.18 doing better. 00:34:09.18\00:34:09.58 But they're still not my authority. 00:34:10.85\00:34:12.15 They've identified a problem and they act like they want to 00:34:12.31\00:34:14.85 do something about it. 00:34:14.85\00:34:15.82 But do they really want to do something about it? 00:34:16.22\00:34:18.19 I don't know. 00:34:18.19\00:34:18.95 Do they really want to hear the solution? 00:34:19.09\00:34:20.66 Well, we're going to find out over the next few months. 00:34:20.66\00:34:22.69 We've heard of the NIH, the AMA, the ACC. 00:34:22.96\00:34:27.00 But in medicine, in healing, in life, in relationships, we need 00:34:28.20\00:34:35.94 an authority, a true North, something we can depend on. 00:34:35.94\00:34:40.51 And for me, it wasn't medical textbooks. 00:34:40.61\00:34:43.21 It wasn't necessary scientific literature, which even the 00:34:43.21\00:34:47.92 editors of the Lancet and New England Journal say half of 00:34:47.92\00:34:51.02 that we can't believe. 00:34:51.02\00:34:52.49 So the authority. 00:34:54.22\00:34:55.46 So why this is so important is this is part of the solution 00:34:56.66\00:35:00.20 that we are going to prepare to proclaim to the entire world as 00:35:00.20\00:35:05.80 a solution to chronic illness. 00:35:05.80\00:35:08.70 And here it is. 00:35:09.74\00:35:10.77 This is something I do not want you to forget. 00:35:10.77\00:35:13.54 The authority that I'm proclaiming. 00:35:14.11\00:35:15.68 And I'm going to show you the evidence based science behind 00:35:15.68\00:35:15.71 it in a second. 00:35:18.21\00:35:19.01 Is it big pharma? 00:35:20.62\00:35:21.65 Was that it? 00:35:23.62\00:35:24.62 No, no, no. 00:35:25.42\00:35:25.95 But you know what? 00:35:26.29\00:35:27.06 They have the most money, don't they? 00:35:27.12\00:35:28.76 They, you know, both sides of the aisle are getting big money 00:35:29.86\00:35:32.76 to promote these big pharma things. 00:35:32.76\00:35:34.93 Is it going to be our local provider? 00:35:35.43\00:35:37.50 Well, they might have some good ideas. 00:35:38.23\00:35:39.97 How about friends and family? 00:35:39.97\00:35:41.94 I have this all the time. 00:35:42.00\00:35:43.20 You know, Joe next door. 00:35:43.54\00:35:44.71 So that for this, I should do this. 00:35:44.84\00:35:46.84 Joe's my authority. 00:35:47.54\00:35:48.54 Well, I don't think so. 00:35:48.78\00:35:50.18 You know, so in order to have a solution to chronic health 00:35:50.58\00:35:55.05 care, we have to have an authority. 00:35:55.05\00:35:57.55 And everyone loves acronyms. 00:35:58.79\00:36:01.36 So our authority is a new acronym. 00:36:02.06\00:36:04.86 The W.O.G. 00:36:05.63\00:36:07.66 That is going to be our authority. 00:36:07.66\00:36:11.03 That's what I'm preparing to put in your brains today as a 00:36:11.57\00:36:15.97 solution to our chronic illnesses that the world is 00:36:15.97\00:36:19.77 looking for, that we can take forward now. 00:36:19.77\00:36:22.81 The W.O.G. 00:36:23.78\00:36:25.11 The Word of God. 00:36:25.61\00:36:28.75 This is authority. 00:36:30.29\00:36:31.85 It triumphs everything else out there. 00:36:32.15\00:36:34.82 It's better than the CDC, the NIH, HHS, and AMA and all those 00:36:36.02\00:36:39.76 others when we can think of. 00:36:39.76\00:36:40.66 Right? 00:36:41.03\00:36:41.43 We want to have the W.O.G. 00:36:42.60\00:36:44.87 The world is looking for this answer now because it's not 00:36:45.10\00:36:48.00 sustainable economically. 00:36:48.00\00:36:48.84 I'm saying that it's not sustainable from a healing 00:36:50.84\00:36:53.98 perspective. 00:36:53.98\00:36:54.68 We need the authority in the W .O.G. 00:36:55.94\00:36:59.61 But my friends in Washington say, what is this? 00:36:59.95\00:37:04.55 We can't believe this. 00:37:04.55\00:37:06.15 And I said, well, yes, we can. 00:37:06.39\00:37:08.16 Because the truths in the Bible are far ahead of scientific 00:37:09.32\00:37:17.60 discovery. 00:37:17.60\00:37:18.30 That's why we have biblical prescriptions. 00:37:20.00\00:37:23.07 Let me give you a few examples on that here as we go forward. 00:37:24.11\00:37:28.21 And I apologize. 00:37:28.34\00:37:29.54 I might not get to all of the questions, but I'm going to 00:37:29.58\00:37:32.21 hang around a long time. 00:37:32.21\00:37:33.28 I got 50 here. 00:37:33.28\00:37:34.22 I don't know. 00:37:34.48\00:37:35.18 But I think this is important too. 00:37:35.32\00:37:36.45 Right? 00:37:36.55\00:37:36.89 To get to the world. 00:37:37.09\00:37:38.22 They need to hear about this. 00:37:38.29\00:37:39.29 They need to know about this. 00:37:39.29\00:37:39.32 So the round earth, you know, Isaiah 40 talks about he sits 00:37:42.59\00:37:48.76 above the circle of the earth. 00:37:48.76\00:37:50.87 So the Bible was telling us we had to round earth long before 00:37:51.80\00:37:55.10 Copernicus came around. 00:37:55.10\00:37:56.54 In Job, it talks about weight of the wind. 00:37:57.91\00:38:01.18 That was long before Torricelli showed that the wind had mass. 00:38:01.18\00:38:06.75 We all know about plant-based nutrition in Daniel. 00:38:07.98\00:38:11.25 Remember Daniel in the control group? 00:38:11.35\00:38:13.46 After a short period of time, Daniel and his friends were a 00:38:14.09\00:38:17.79 lot smarter, a lot healthier. 00:38:17.79\00:38:19.59 That was one of the first nutrition studies. 00:38:20.26\00:38:22.43 And we wonder a few hundred years later on the island of 00:38:22.60\00:38:27.04 Kos where Dr. Hippocrates lived. 00:38:27.04\00:38:29.90 He all of a sudden said, let food be thy medicine and 00:38:29.90\00:38:33.48 medicine be thy food. 00:38:33.48\00:38:34.71 Well, he had heard about this study from the Babylonians. 00:38:35.38\00:38:38.25 This wasn't his unique idea. 00:38:38.88\00:38:40.42 I doubt that. 00:38:40.52\00:38:41.68 And guess what? 00:38:42.52\00:38:47.66 which described this in Genesis. 00:38:47.99\00:38:49.72 So all along throughout history, the truths in the 00:38:50.79\00:38:56.26 Bible have been ahead of science. 00:38:56.26\00:38:58.87 So we can apply the Bible truths, even though we don't 00:38:58.87\00:39:02.97 have science to prove it yet. 00:39:02.97\00:39:05.07 Now, Jacob's livestock, remember that story in Genesis 00:39:05.91\00:39:08.81 where they, you know, he threw some branches in there and they 00:39:08.81\00:39:12.55 turned different colors? 00:39:12.55\00:39:13.58 Well, that was one of the first epigenetic studies where we see 00:39:14.15\00:39:18.55 the Agouti gene being methylated, variable penetrants 00:39:18.55\00:39:22.36 in genetics, different genes turned on and off. 00:39:22.36\00:39:26.49 But there's so much more. 00:39:28.03\00:39:29.60 This is the stories we know about. 00:39:30.93\00:39:32.40 But what about all of the things we don't know about all 00:39:32.57\00:39:35.10 of the biblical prescriptions, the biblical truths that have 00:39:35.10\00:39:38.77 physiologic consequence? 00:39:38.77\00:39:40.41 Why do we bring this up? 00:39:40.84\00:39:42.44 Because when people want the authority of the WOG, some 00:39:42.78\00:39:46.41 unbelievers want a little bit of proof. 00:39:46.41\00:39:48.32 So one of the biblical prescriptions that I like to 00:39:49.28\00:39:52.22 use and prove is Matthew 11 28. 00:39:52.22\00:39:54.96 Come to me, all you who labor and are heavy laden. 00:39:54.96\00:39:57.03 I will give you rest. 00:39:57.26\00:39:58.73 Come to me. 00:39:59.79\00:40:01.86 Worship with me. 00:40:02.86\00:40:04.77 Be with me. 00:40:05.27\00:40:06.74 Abide with me. 00:40:07.47\00:40:09.20 Grow with me. 00:40:09.90\00:40:11.31 Spend time with me. 00:40:11.81\00:40:13.64 Worship me. 00:40:14.41\00:40:15.81 Serve me. 00:40:16.28\00:40:17.65 Come to me. 00:40:18.01\00:40:19.11 All you who labor and are heavy laden. 00:40:19.48\00:40:21.58 Those are all of those stress inputs we've talked about. 00:40:21.58\00:40:24.79 No matter where we end, God knew that we were going to have 00:40:25.52\00:40:28.12 stress inputs. 00:40:28.12\00:40:28.96 So all of you that have stress inputs in your life that's 00:40:29.46\00:40:32.63 causing inflammatory damage, metabolic damages, what does 00:40:32.63\00:40:36.67 God suggest? 00:40:36.67\00:40:37.50 Come to me. 00:40:37.87\00:40:39.60 Worship me. 00:40:39.97\00:40:40.97 Don't be the 10 to 20% that are worship deficient. 00:40:41.20\00:40:45.24 You know, I mean the 80% that are worship deficient. 00:40:45.71\00:40:48.44 We want to stay in this. 00:40:48.71\00:40:50.15 And God, I, Christ himself, he gives us something. 00:40:50.15\00:40:55.88 It's a free gift. 00:40:56.55\00:40:57.65 It's nothing that we do. 00:40:57.75\00:40:58.75 He gives you the physiology of rest, which is the physiology 00:40:59.02\00:41:03.49 of love. 00:41:03.49\00:41:04.29 The opposite of the stress chemistry, which is the 00:41:04.59\00:41:08.03 selfless chemistry, which has these dramatic brain changes in 00:41:08.03\00:41:12.33 the amygdala, which turns on more stress. 00:41:12.33\00:41:14.94 So we now know that worship actually changes our 00:41:14.94\00:41:22.21 epigenetics. 00:41:22.21\00:41:23.28 We now have science to prove that when we worship, we can 00:41:23.98\00:41:27.55 through these Kappa B pathways, that we can turn off 00:41:27.55\00:41:31.82 inflammatory genes in the body. 00:41:31.82\00:41:33.99 Well, let me throw something out there for you to think 00:41:36.02\00:41:38.39 about right now today. 00:41:38.39\00:41:39.89 Remember, Adam and Eve at one time they had perfect genetics, 00:41:40.66\00:41:43.47 right? 00:41:43.50\00:41:44.10 They had perfect genetics. 00:41:44.10\00:41:45.47 Did they live forever? 00:41:46.53\00:41:47.64 No. 00:41:48.54\00:41:51.47 Well, maybe the tree of life had something in it that would 00:41:52.31\00:41:56.75 turn on or methylate a gene. 00:41:56.75\00:41:58.68 So maybe their DNA changed to some degree when they couldn't 00:41:59.11\00:42:02.95 plug into God's original plan. 00:42:02.95\00:42:04.65 And what was the original plan that was broken? 00:42:05.52\00:42:07.76 A relationship. 00:42:07.86\00:42:08.96 And everything that happened after that relationship. 00:42:10.56\00:42:13.16 So if we can know the reason why, we can get it cause. 00:42:13.16\00:42:18.33 Right? 00:42:18.87\00:42:22.20 this or that, and I want to know, well, not why is this 00:42:22.20\00:42:25.11 happening? 00:42:25.11\00:42:29.11 relationships with God. 00:42:29.11\00:42:30.25 They're looking for something more, what I call a new source 00:42:31.58\00:42:35.48 of dopamine, the feel-good chemical, and we get it 00:42:35.48\00:42:38.89 everywhere. 00:42:38.89\00:42:39.32 Right? 00:42:39.75\00:42:40.62 But they're not from the right source. 00:42:40.62\00:42:42.66 Remember the original source of dopamine in the Garden of Eden, 00:42:43.46\00:42:46.70 having a day of rest, taking care of the earth, 00:42:47.10\00:42:50.03 fellowshiping with God, worshiping with him. 00:42:50.60\00:42:53.27 That was the original brain plan to keep us out. 00:42:53.70\00:42:56.91 And when we started doing these, we started having 00:42:57.01\00:42:59.41 epigenetic changes. 00:42:59.41\00:43:00.64 Well, now we have the science to back up some of these things 00:43:00.98\00:43:04.35 that's shown in the Bible. 00:43:04.35\00:43:05.51 And if we could go on and on, every time we would see the 00:43:05.98\00:43:09.45 word, therefore something happened, that's something 00:43:09.45\00:43:12.92 happening physiologically. 00:43:12.92\00:43:14.22 Remember, when the Bible says something, something is 00:43:15.22\00:43:17.59 happening inside of us. 00:43:17.59\00:43:19.09 When the Holy Spirit is there, something is happening 00:43:19.76\00:43:22.16 physiologically. 00:43:22.16\00:43:23.30 Something is happening when we worship. 00:43:23.90\00:43:25.60 If something is good, the studies have shown the brain 00:43:26.53\00:43:29.54 part, the anterior cingulate cortex, where we communicate 00:43:29.54\00:43:32.91 with God. 00:43:32.91\00:43:33.44 They call that the God brain. 00:43:33.61\00:43:35.18 We grow new neurons. 00:43:35.84\00:43:37.15 We call that neurogenesis. 00:43:37.15\00:43:38.85 We turn down inflammation. 00:43:39.21\00:43:40.85 But more than that's happening that we might not ever 00:43:43.85\00:43:47.66 understand yet. 00:43:47.66\00:43:49.16 So in the solution to chronic disease that the whole world is 00:43:50.56\00:43:55.93 looking for now, for an economic reason, for a selfish 00:43:55.93\00:44:01.57 reason, they've identified the problem. 00:44:01.57\00:44:04.57 But I think we have an evidence -based system to give them, to 00:44:06.14\00:44:11.91 tell them that the real solution to chronic disease is 00:44:11.91\00:44:16.52 the W-O-G. 00:44:16.52\00:44:20.39 I can't hear you. 00:44:20.99\00:44:21.96 Now, I talked to Pastor Lowe -McCain. 00:44:24.43\00:44:26.33 Is he in the audience here? 00:44:26.43\00:44:27.36 He might not be, but he says he wants to get a T-shirt and put 00:44:28.00\00:44:31.10 W -O-G on it. 00:44:31.10\00:44:32.23 You know? 00:44:32.23\00:44:33.37 Solution to health care problems are economic crises. 00:44:33.37\00:44:36.34 Let's get this out there. 00:44:36.87\00:44:38.64 You know, you see occasionally, you see these clever ads out 00:44:38.77\00:44:42.18 there where people, you know, ask you, well, what's this W-O 00:44:42.18\00:44:44.98 -G on the shirt? 00:44:44.98\00:44:47.25 And it's something more. 00:44:47.42\00:44:48.72 A lot of people criticize me on a regular basis for doing these 00:44:50.32\00:44:54.16 things. 00:44:54.16\00:44:57.69 But I say to the contrary. 00:44:58.49\00:45:00.13 We have lots of science and evidence that's not been proven 00:45:01.40\00:45:05.40 yet, and God might not allow us to prove it, but we can still 00:45:05.40\00:45:08.97 apply the principles of the Bible because they're true. 00:45:08.97\00:45:11.81 And they all help us in the treatment of chronic 00:45:13.17\00:45:16.54 inflammation. 00:45:16.54\00:45:17.28 So when we're preparing to proclaim the Gospel, we want to 00:45:18.61\00:45:21.78 do these things ourselves, and some people get discouraged 00:45:21.78\00:45:24.59 because they can't do everything at once. 00:45:24.59\00:45:26.65 Well, God doesn't ask us to do everything at once. 00:45:27.26\00:45:30.73 He says plug into the Holy Spirit. 00:45:30.89\00:45:32.49 Let the Holy Spirit do it. 00:45:32.69\00:45:34.36 Grow. 00:45:34.40\00:45:34.93 Grow. 00:45:36.30\00:45:36.83 You know, if we believe in the Bible and I can prove the 00:45:38.13\00:45:40.84 Bible's true, that's another whole set of lectures. 00:45:40.84\00:45:43.17 If you believe in me, you have what? 00:45:43.57\00:45:45.87 Everlasting life. 00:45:46.61\00:45:47.71 We're healed. 00:45:48.61\00:45:49.38 Period. 00:45:49.64\00:45:50.18 And the process of sanctification growing, some 00:45:51.18\00:45:55.85 people grow really quick, and they have limbs and they go 00:45:55.85\00:45:59.39 everywhere. 00:45:59.39\00:45:59.92 Some people grow slower. 00:45:59.92\00:46:01.22 But the point is in health, as we prepare to get this message 00:46:01.82\00:46:05.66 about the W.O.G. 00:46:05.66\00:46:06.86 to the world, we got to let people know that we are really 00:46:06.86\00:46:09.73 plugged into the real source of relationship. 00:46:09.73\00:46:12.17 We are real plugged into that power of worship. 00:46:13.40\00:46:16.10 And the studies on worship have shown that as little as 10 to 00:46:16.60\00:46:19.31 12 minutes a day can change our physiology. 00:46:19.31\00:46:23.35 Can you imagine what living in a life of worship would do to 00:46:24.01\00:46:27.15 your physiology? 00:46:27.15\00:46:28.02 Which genes would be turned on and off? 00:46:28.02\00:46:31.29 It's an amazing thought. 00:46:32.59\00:46:34.42 It's an amazing thought. 00:46:35.32\00:46:36.66 But the world comes to Christians in this time, in 00:46:37.23\00:46:41.86 this day of age, with needs. 00:46:41.86\00:46:44.33 Each one of us here has needs of some sort. 00:46:45.40\00:46:48.67 Mental needs, physical needs, financial needs. 00:46:48.94\00:46:51.44 We all have needs. 00:46:51.51\00:46:52.87 It's not the needs that are the problem. 00:46:54.08\00:46:56.48 It's what do we do when we have the needs? 00:46:56.48\00:47:00.22 Who is our authority? 00:47:01.12\00:47:02.78 Where are we going to go? 00:47:03.55\00:47:04.89 And I'm suggesting that for chronic disease and for all 00:47:05.39\00:47:08.96 things, we go to the W.O.G.C. 00:47:08.96\00:47:11.76 The world needs a new direction. 00:47:12.83\00:47:14.76 That W.O.G. 00:47:15.40\00:47:17.10 leads us to the Christ the King, the C.T.K. 00:47:17.53\00:47:21.10 That was God's treatment for this chronic disease problem, 00:47:21.84\00:47:26.07 this chronic relationship problem that triggered all 00:47:26.34\00:47:29.44 these epigenetic changes in the first place. 00:47:29.44\00:47:32.08 As we stay plugged in and abide in that source each day, each 00:47:32.95\00:47:37.25 moment, we have eternal healing. 00:47:37.25\00:47:39.82 Remember, is this world our home? 00:47:40.22\00:47:41.92 Does anyone want to live here? 00:47:42.02\00:47:43.29 No. 00:47:44.09\00:47:44.66 Things aren't good. 00:47:45.16\00:47:46.13 You get old and things hurt and things get bad. 00:47:46.13\00:47:46.16 It's just not a good place to live. 00:47:48.73\00:47:50.20 We don't want to live here. 00:47:50.30\00:47:51.57 Well, we've already given eternal healing. 00:47:51.73\00:47:53.70 But when we abide in him, we also get the measure, the gift 00:47:54.04\00:47:58.64 of God, this Holy Spirit power, this Holy Spirit power that can 00:47:58.64\00:48:04.55 help us to see ways that we can grow, that we can prepare to 00:48:04.55\00:48:10.19 proclaim, which is what we're here to do. 00:48:10.19\00:48:13.15 And it doesn't matter if you're sick and if you're falling 00:48:13.59\00:48:16.99 apart. 00:48:16.99\00:48:17.59 It's not what you have. 00:48:17.86\00:48:18.96 It's what you do with it. 00:48:19.03\00:48:20.56 Do you use whatever God's illnesses and do you use it to 00:48:20.56\00:48:24.10 proclaim him and to move the gospel forward? 00:48:24.10\00:48:26.63 Because remember, Paul was never healed. 00:48:26.87\00:48:28.80 God can use us greatly in our illnesses in how we handle 00:48:29.34\00:48:32.77 this. 00:48:32.77\00:48:33.34 Where do we go for our authority? 00:48:33.94\00:48:35.84 And I'm suggesting today and I'm suggesting to the Maha 00:48:36.98\00:48:39.98 movement, to my friends that work at the HHS all over, 00:48:39.98\00:48:44.49 they've now found out that there's a problem. 00:48:44.85\00:48:49.32 And they've identified it. 00:48:49.32\00:48:51.19 Problem with our kids. 00:48:51.29\00:48:52.36 Problem with our health. 00:48:52.89\00:48:53.80 And it's affecting our economy. 00:48:54.03\00:48:55.46 It's going to affect all of us. 00:48:55.53\00:48:57.03 We're going to have another big problem financially if we don't 00:48:57.93\00:49:00.74 do something about it. 00:49:00.74\00:49:01.47 They've recognized it. 00:49:01.50\00:49:02.40 They've identified the problem. 00:49:02.40\00:49:03.64 Now they're working on solutions. 00:49:03.94\00:49:05.71 And the solutions are not going to be easy. 00:49:06.37\00:49:08.81 There's going to be people spending money, spending what 00:49:09.81\00:49:12.71 they want to do, how they want to do it, marketing. 00:49:12.71\00:49:15.08 There's going to be people tearing down other people. 00:49:15.22\00:49:17.69 But I'm saying we don't need to look at all of that. 00:49:17.99\00:49:20.22 We need to point people to do our goal and proclaim. 00:49:20.32\00:49:23.93 We're preparing to proclaim. 00:49:24.29\00:49:25.39 We're going to proclaim that the authority in life, the 00:49:25.46\00:49:28.50 authority in health, the authority in chronic disease, 00:49:28.50\00:49:31.17 and in all things is a WOG because God has given us as a 00:49:31.27\00:49:36.87 gift the healing remedy, Christ the King. 00:49:36.87\00:49:39.57 And when we have that in a daily relationship, that's what 00:49:40.04\00:49:43.38 we need to tell the world that they need to have too. 00:49:43.38\00:49:45.71 And through that power, more good things are happening. 00:49:46.61\00:49:50.32 So I have a new book coming out this fall, More Control, Less 00:49:50.35\00:49:54.29 Fear, Reversing Cardiovascular Disease, where I sort of go 00:49:54.29\00:49:57.49 into this in much greater disease, our ministry also. 00:49:57.49\00:50:01.80 We're a 501C3, and we help get this word out through some of 00:50:02.20\00:50:05.40 our help products. 00:50:05.40\00:50:07.77 And one of the weight management planners, my wife 00:50:07.84\00:50:09.87 here. 00:50:09.87\00:50:10.24 Where's my wife at? 00:50:10.74\00:50:11.74 Did she even come to this? 00:50:11.97\00:50:13.48 Sonya, are you here? 00:50:14.98\00:50:15.88 Oh, there's Sonya. 00:50:16.18\00:50:17.21 Now, this is a good, this is a good. 00:50:17.21\00:50:19.41 There's my wife, Sonya. 00:50:19.48\00:50:20.35 She gets very embarrassed. 00:50:20.65\00:50:22.08 She doesn't like to stand up. 00:50:22.08\00:50:22.12 There she is back there. 00:50:23.75\00:50:24.65 She's gorgeous. 00:50:24.65\00:50:25.35 We've been married 35 years. 00:50:25.42\00:50:26.96 She's a Canadian, and I don't hold that against her, even 00:50:27.52\00:50:31.33 though from East Tennessee, my accent is now gone. 00:50:31.33\00:50:34.30 But anyway, she comes up, she says, listen, I'm going to 00:50:35.60\00:50:38.27 develop for the ministry a weight management planner to 00:50:38.27\00:50:42.47 help people manage weight because it's a chronic disease. 00:50:42.47\00:50:45.64 I said, man, no one's going to use these planners. 00:50:46.11\00:50:49.21 No one's going to use these. 00:50:49.48\00:50:50.51 So we made a planner. 00:50:50.55\00:50:51.61 You know, it's one of these things you look at each day. 00:50:51.75\00:50:53.75 And how many here use planners? 00:50:54.55\00:50:56.02 A few people, a few people. 00:50:57.22\00:50:58.89 Well, believe it or not, she got lots of people using these 00:50:59.35\00:51:03.96 planners to help manage weight, not lose weight, but manage. 00:51:03.96\00:51:07.73 And it's through the power of this relationship, through the 00:51:08.00\00:51:11.83 power of the Holy Spirit, you not doing it, but allow God to 00:51:11.83\00:51:15.70 do it in your body the way he wants to do it in his time. 00:51:15.70\00:51:19.44 We beat ourselves up too much about everything. 00:51:20.11\00:51:22.31 So I want to thank you for doing that, Sonya. 00:51:23.01\00:51:25.38 It's going to be available again this year. 00:51:25.71\00:51:27.72 You can go to our website, heartwidesministries.org. 00:51:27.75\00:51:30.69 So I went a little long because I wanted to introduce to the 00:51:31.85\00:51:35.79 world on 3ABN today. 00:51:35.79\00:51:38.26 Okay. 00:51:38.53\00:51:41.96 this as a solution to chronic health disease, the WOG. 00:51:41.96\00:51:46.43 And I'm going to challenge the administration team at 3ABN. 00:51:47.27\00:51:52.54 Greg's back there. 00:51:52.74\00:51:53.51 I see him. 00:51:53.54\00:51:54.44 John's back there. 00:51:55.04\00:51:56.34 I'm going to challenge them to start printing up t-shirts that 00:51:56.58\00:52:03.15 says the solution to the health, chronic health care is 00:52:03.15\00:52:06.02 the WOG. 00:52:06.02\00:52:07.56 And us start giving them and wearing them to our friends and 00:52:07.79\00:52:11.23 neighbors. 00:52:11.23\00:52:11.66 And start getting this out there. 00:52:12.69\00:52:14.83 Out there. 00:52:15.36\00:52:16.20 I don't, you know, I think they could do it. 00:52:16.30\00:52:18.03 I think we can make a shirt with WOG. 00:52:18.03\00:52:19.83 Right? 00:52:20.10\00:52:20.67 I think we could do this. 00:52:20.74\00:52:21.67 And that would open up a discussion because people right 00:52:22.34\00:52:25.54 now are interested in this. 00:52:25.54\00:52:27.44 So originally we talked about answering a bunch of questions. 00:52:28.88\00:52:32.58 But I got 40 or 50 here. 00:52:32.71\00:52:34.85 I'm not going to have a chance to get through them all because 00:52:35.22\00:52:37.92 I used up all the time. 00:52:37.92\00:52:39.12 I only have four minutes left. 00:52:39.15\00:52:40.56 But the Holy Spirit really impressed me today that I 00:52:41.52\00:52:46.19 needed to tell this. 00:52:46.19\00:52:47.23 Because this is the real solution to all of our 00:52:47.30\00:52:49.60 problems. 00:52:49.60\00:52:50.10 Right? 00:52:51.20\00:52:51.37 Amen? 00:52:51.63\00:52:54.97 Speedball. 00:52:55.54\00:52:56.07 Okay? 00:52:56.34\00:52:59.94 You have my private email here. 00:53:00.88\00:53:04.35 Let me see if I got that here. 00:53:04.41\00:53:05.55 There's my private email. 00:53:05.61\00:53:06.95 That's a YouTube channel. 00:53:07.98\00:53:09.15 But my private email is 00:53:09.18\00:53:10.55 heartwisejm.yahoo.com. 00:53:15.22\00:53:16.93 And I'll be happy to answer your questions and emails 00:53:17.23\00:53:20.46 personally. 00:53:21.23\00:53:21.73 So you can go to that because I'm not going to get to 00:53:22.80\00:53:24.80 everyone's question in four minutes here. 00:53:24.80\00:53:27.34 But I'm going to get through a few. 00:53:27.57\00:53:28.87 I'm going to be around hanging on if you have specific 00:53:29.14\00:53:31.41 questions. 00:53:31.41\00:53:31.91 Of course you can email me. 00:53:32.07\00:53:33.64 I want to be available. 00:53:33.68\00:53:35.04 Okay? 00:53:35.41\00:53:35.74 This is a question. 00:53:36.08\00:53:37.08 It says, I just passed my walking stress test. 00:53:37.25\00:53:40.52 My chest x-ray was clouding in the lower one-thirds of the 00:53:40.52\00:53:44.22 lungs. 00:53:44.22\00:53:44.79 Never smoke, but parents and siblings did. 00:53:45.19\00:53:47.46 Well, I'm sorry that's happened. 00:53:47.96\00:53:49.49 I would have them take another film, making sure that they did 00:53:49.66\00:53:52.76 the film correctly if you don't feel bad. 00:53:52.76\00:53:54.96 Sometimes the lungs can collapse in the bottom. 00:53:55.36\00:53:57.93 That's called atelectasis. 00:53:58.00\00:53:59.57 Practice taking some deep breaths and get another chest x 00:54:00.14\00:54:03.30 -ray. 00:54:03.30\00:54:03.84 Can you better explain left bundle branch block, which only 00:54:04.51\00:54:08.14 happens with exercise? 00:54:08.14\00:54:09.34 Well, I can explain that quickly in 30 seconds. 00:54:09.34\00:54:12.85 The bundles are what carries electricity to our heart. 00:54:13.31\00:54:16.05 In some people, it goes slower than others. 00:54:16.65\00:54:18.72 You know, some people have a little hearing problem. 00:54:18.85\00:54:20.46 Some people have a lot. 00:54:20.52\00:54:21.46 Well, some people, the bundles go a little bit slower and it's 00:54:21.76\00:54:24.76 activated in exercise. 00:54:24.76\00:54:26.13 It's usually not a problem unless you're dizzy or passing 00:54:26.49\00:54:29.96 out, but it's something to keep an eye on because that part of 00:54:29.96\00:54:33.44 your body is a little bit older. 00:54:33.44\00:54:35.14 The wires get older. 00:54:35.47\00:54:36.57 Some people get the wires real old and they need pacemakers. 00:54:36.87\00:54:39.77 Hopefully this won't happen to this person. 00:54:39.81\00:54:41.81 Okay. 00:54:42.34\00:54:42.84 Let me get another one here. 00:54:43.01\00:54:44.31 I have an enlarged prostate. 00:54:44.78\00:54:46.21 Me too. 00:54:46.41\00:54:47.12 Is there a natural curve? 00:54:47.45\00:54:48.85 Is there a natural curve or must I continue to take the 00:54:49.22\00:54:52.19 medicines of an astride and a flusus in? 00:54:52.19\00:54:54.69 The problem is when the prostate gets big, the urine 00:54:55.16\00:54:58.73 can't get out. 00:54:58.73\00:54:59.49 That's a bigger problem. 00:54:59.83\00:55:01.16 Urine can't get out, causes infections, causing the kidneys 00:55:01.63\00:55:04.63 to get bad, a condition called hydronephrosis, which is never 00:55:04.63\00:55:08.27 good. 00:55:08.27\00:55:12.41 the time the prostate's big, the cat's out of the bag. 00:55:12.41\00:55:15.34 Okay. 00:55:15.84\00:55:18.78 that we talked about with inflammation that slows down 00:55:18.78\00:55:21.62 genetic aging, right? 00:55:21.62\00:55:22.72 All the things we talked about. 00:55:22.72\00:55:24.05 Some people try a natural supplement called salt pimento. 00:55:24.29\00:55:27.22 Some people get in big exercise programs. 00:55:27.89\00:55:30.26 I personally try not to drink much water at night because it 00:55:30.69\00:55:34.30 keeps me up. 00:55:34.30\00:55:34.96 Then I don't get rest. 00:55:34.96\00:55:35.00 Then I have inflammation from that. 00:55:36.06\00:55:37.77 So I'm afraid that in some people, modern medicine does 00:55:38.13\00:55:41.10 have its place. 00:55:41.10\00:55:41.90 This is a good question. 00:55:42.34\00:55:43.44 I'm gonna end on this one. 00:55:43.47\00:55:44.71 There's many more questions. 00:55:44.94\00:55:46.27 Hopefully the lecturer answered some of them. 00:55:46.37\00:55:49.08 What things do you suggest we have in our homes to take care 00:55:49.51\00:55:55.55 of ourselves during the time when we might not be able to 00:55:55.55\00:56:00.39 buy and sell? 00:56:00.39\00:56:01.09 I think that's a good question. 00:56:01.76\00:56:03.59 It's worthy. 00:56:03.79\00:56:04.33 I will tell you what I have in my house. 00:56:04.96\00:56:07.13 We carry things for wounds. 00:56:09.83\00:56:11.90 Steri strips, band-aids, tourniquets, and things that 00:56:12.57\00:56:15.27 will heal a wound. 00:56:15.27\00:56:16.50 So maybe some neosporin. 00:56:17.14\00:56:19.27 I'm fortunate that I can take some other things for 00:56:19.27\00:56:19.31 infections with me. 00:56:22.44\00:56:23.51 I have some antibiotics that I do just in case I get short 00:56:23.68\00:56:26.45 -term infections. 00:56:26.45\00:56:27.45 I think charcoal is a very basic thing to have. 00:56:29.88\00:56:33.72 It helps cleanse the body out. 00:56:33.72\00:56:36.12 I think that's just a basic thing to have on hand. 00:56:36.46\00:56:39.73 And then, of course, if you have a medical problem, if you 00:56:41.10\00:56:44.20 can get off the need for medical therapy, if you can do 00:56:44.20\00:56:47.84 something natural, that's why I've been starting to work with 00:56:47.84\00:56:50.31 natural remedies. 00:56:50.31\00:56:51.24 And I'm gonna have a series next year on hopefully 3ABN if 00:56:51.74\00:56:55.91 things work out on 13 different ways to treat natural remedies 00:56:55.91\00:56:59.95 and maybe get people off medicines. 00:56:59.95\00:57:01.92 But if you can get off some of the medicines you can depend 00:57:02.22\00:57:04.39 on, and if you can't, build up a supply, okay, or find natural 00:57:04.39\00:57:08.96 things you can do to help. 00:57:08.96\00:57:10.43 Some very natural things that I help in addition to lifestyle 00:57:10.99\00:57:14.36 that helps with inflammation, things like ginger, turmeric, 00:57:14.36\00:57:18.97 fiber, things like that. 00:57:19.83\00:57:21.30 Did you know that if you just ate enough fiber, your 00:57:21.30\00:57:23.51 inflammatory markers go down tremendously? 00:57:23.51\00:57:25.71 Just eating fiber foods. 00:57:26.51\00:57:27.78 That might be all some people need for arthritis and 00:57:28.21\00:57:30.85 fibromyalgia. 00:57:30.85\00:57:34.35 inflammatory markers. 00:57:34.35\00:57:35.45 So look those two things. 00:57:36.42\00:57:38.55 Those are things that are helpful. 00:57:39.05\00:57:40.12 I am all out of time. 00:57:40.39\00:57:41.79 Thank you so much for your attention. 00:57:42.06\00:57:44.26 I don't know if I need to close this, or we're already off the 00:57:44.86\00:57:47.66 air, but I'm sure someone will pop up and tell me what to do. 00:57:47.66\00:57:50.80 Thank you. 00:57:51.30\00:57:51.83
