Minister Sir Winston Churchill

The commander of the
British expeditionary force

realized there was only one
option: that was to evacuate.

How do you get
almost 350,000 men

out of France when your
only way out is the water?

When the enemy is
pressing in on you

It was hoped that

so He said to them: "Listen,

you can eat anything you want.
