into the sanctuary, everything

and showing that it was their

they would slit the throat of

be shed, the animal would die

in the place of the sinner.
This is telling us something

in the gospel message.

In Hebrews 9:22 we're

So the Bible is telling
us a very important lesson,

a costly thing before God.

costs death, and we know it was

these beautiful animals slain.

that would cause the death

the death of the Son of God.

is simply foreshadowing

the heavenly sanctuary,

sin in the heavenly sanctuary?

those Old Testament types.

that because there was a record

would perform a better ministry.

Well the cleansing of

represents the final judgment,

place, which then is followed

understand what was going on.

he doesn't understand what this

is all about. In
Daniel 9 he starts to pray

about the situation,
he wants to understand it.

9:5, he says: "We have sinned"

"and have committed iniquity,
and have done wickedly,"

"and rebelled, even by
departing from Thy precepts"

"and from Thy judgments."
In other words, Daniel

is confessing the fact that
his nation, Israel, has not done

as they were supposed
to do, that's go ahead

says: "Neither have we obeyed"

"the voice of the Lord

He's been praying about
the condition of Israel,

he sees that Israel has received
curses that were promised

to those who rebel, and
they've still not repented.

So we're going to go
through this long prophecy,

the 2300 year prophecy, and
we're going to go through it

prophetic weeks here, the word

"determined" is a Hebrew word
that literally means "cut off",

So here we have a lot of things

people? Israel, the Jews,
