01:07 that you didn't think you should believe?
01:10 Sometimes our friends tell us what we should do
01:12 or the TV says something is cool.
01:14 But are they telling the truth?
01:17 There's one person you can be sure
01:19 will always tell you the truth.
01:21 Listen to this promise from the Book of Psalms.
01:24 "I will instruct you and teach you
01:26 in the way you should go."
01:28 Psalm 32:8.

03:01 Do you like your name?
03:02 Do you know how your parents choose your name?
03:05 As a parent, I know that they probably spend hours
03:09 looking through books filled with names,
03:12 reading the meaning of the name,
03:13 and repeating it over and over
03:15 to see if they like the way it sounded.
03:18 Mary and Joseph didn't have to do that
03:20 before baby Jesus was born.
03:23 They had help from an angel.
03:25 Here is what the angel said.
03:28 "You are to give Him the name Jesus
03:30 because He will save His people from their sins."
03:33 Matthew 1:21.
03:35 You are to give Him the name Jesus
03:42 Because He will save His people
03:46 From their sins
03:50 You are to give Him the name Jesus
03:56 Because He will save
04:00 His people from their sins
04:08 You are to give Him the name Jesus
04:14 Because He will save
04:18 His people from their sins
04:22 You are to give Him the name Jesus
04:29 Because He will save
04:32 His people from their sins
04:40 You are to give Him the name Jesus
04:47 Because He will save
04:50 His people from their sins
04:55 You are to give Him the name Jesus
05:01 Because He will save
05:05 His people from their sins
05:26 Imagine for a minute
05:27 that you're part of the angel choir
05:29 on the night of Jesus' birth.
05:31 Can you the feel the excitement that the angels must have felt?
05:34 Ever since Adam and Eve sinned,
05:36 God's people had been waiting for Jesus the Messiah to come.
05:40 That night above the city of Bethlehem,
05:42 the angels announced the birth of a baby
05:45 who would change the world forever.
05:48 "Glory to God in the highest,
05:50 and on earth peace to men on whom His favor rests."
05:53 Luke 2:14.
05:54 Glory to God, glory to God
05:58 Glory to God in the highest
06:01 And on earth peace to men
06:05 On whom His favor rests
06:07 Glory to God, glory to God
06:11 Glory to God in the highest
06:14 And on earth peace to men
06:18 On whom His favor rests
06:22 Glory to God, glory to God
06:25 Glory to God in the highest
06:29 And on earth peace to men
06:32 On whom His favor rests
06:36 Glory to God, glory to God
06:40 Glory to God in the highest
06:43 And on earth peace to men
06:47 On whom His favor rests
06:51 Glory to God, glory to God
06:55 Glory to God in the highest
06:58 And on earth peace to men
07:02 On whom His favor rests
07:17 If you're like me, you'll lose things sometimes
07:20 and you search everywhere to find them.
07:22 Have you ever discovered that what you were looking for
07:25 was in your pocket or very close to you
07:28 and you just didn't see it?
07:30 I think that's how it is with God sometimes.
07:33 He's always nearby.
07:34 But sometimes, we forget He's there
07:36 because we can't see Him.
07:39 He has promised that if we seek Him,
07:41 we will find Him.
07:43 "You will seek Me and find Me,
07:46 when you seek Me with all your heart."
07:48 Jeremiah 29:13.
07:50 You will seek Me and find Me
07:57 When you seek Me
07:59 With all your heart
08:04 You will seek Me and find Me
08:11 When you seek Me
08:13 With all your heart
08:18 You will seek Me
08:22 And find Me
08:26 When you seek Me
08:28 With all your heart
08:33 You will seek Me
08:37 And find Me
08:40 When you seek Me
08:42 With all your heart
08:47 You will seek Me
08:51 And find Me
08:54 When you seek Me
08:56 With all your heart
09:02 You will seek Me
09:05 And find Me
09:09 When you seek Me with all your heart
09:24 The Bible tells us that Jesus grew in three ways.
09:27 He grew in wisdom,
09:29 which means He knew how to make good choices.
09:31 He grew in stature,
09:32 which means that He grew taller.
09:34 And He grew in favor with God and men,
09:37 which means that He lived His life in a way
09:39 that He made God and people around Him happy.
09:43 Are you growing in these ways too?
09:46 We grow in stature without doing anything special.
09:49 But what about growing in wisdom
09:51 and in favor with God and men?
09:54 If you want to grow to be wise and make God and others happy,
09:58 why don't you ask Jesus to help you grow like He grew?
10:03 "Jesus grew in wisdom and stature
10:06 and in favor with God and men."
10:08 Luke 2:52.
10:10 Jesus grew in wisdom and stature
10:13 And in favor with God and men
10:18 Jesus grew in wisdom and stature
10:22 And in favor with God and men
10:27 Jesus grew in wisdom and stature
10:31 And in favor with God and men
10:35 Jesus grew in wisdom and stature
10:39 And in favor with God and men
10:44 Jesus grew in wisdom and stature
10:48 And in favor with God and men
10:53 Jesus grew in wisdom and stature
10:56 And in favor with God and men
11:01 Jesus grew in wisdom and stature
11:05 And in favor with God and men
11:10 Jesus grew in wisdom and stature
11:14 And in favor with God and men
11:18 In favor with God and men
11:32 Have you ever heard some good news
11:34 that sounded too good to be true?
11:36 The good news that Jesus loves you and died
11:38 so that you can live with Him forever
11:40 may seem too good to be true?
11:42 But it is true.
11:44 And God wants you to believe it.
11:46 Do you know what he's promised to those who believe?
11:49 "Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved."
11:52 Mark 16:16.
11:54 Whoever believes
11:58 Whoever believes Whoever believes
12:06 And is baptized will be saved
12:10 Whoever believes, whoever believes
12:18 Whoever believes
12:22 And is baptized will be saved
12:26 Whoever believes, whoever believes
12:34 Whoever believes
12:38 And is baptized will be saved
12:42 Whoever believes, whoever believes
12:50 Whoever believes
12:54 And is baptized will be saved
13:12 Have you ever been tempted to do something
13:14 that you knew you shouldn't do?
13:16 I think we all have been.
13:18 There's a story in Matthew 4
13:21 about a time when Jesus didn't eat for 40 days,
13:24 for 40 nights and He was very hungry.
13:27 Satan tried to tempt Jesus to turn some stones into bread
13:31 to prove that He was the Son of God.
13:34 Do you think that was a big temptation for Jesus?
13:37 I think so.
13:39 But Jesus knew that pleasing God
13:41 was more important than satisfying His hungry.
13:44 He overcame temptation by telling Satan,
13:47 what the Bible said.
13:49 "'It is written,
13:51 'Man does not live on bread alone,
13:53 but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.'"
13:56 Matthew 4:4.
13:59 It is written
14:01 Man does not live on bread alone
14:08 But on every word
14:10 That comes from the mouth of God
14:16 It is written
14:19 Man does not live on bread alone
14:25 But on every word
14:28 That comes from the mouth of God
14:36 Thou shall not steal.
14:40 Go ahead, take it.
14:42 She'll never miss it.
14:47 Do unto others what you'd have them
14:48 do unto you.
14:52 It is written
14:54 Man does not live on bread alone
15:01 But on every word that comes from the mouth of God
15:18 One day, when Jesus and His disciples
15:21 were at a wedding feast,
15:22 Mary came to Jesus and told him
15:24 that there was no more grape juice
15:26 to serve the guests.
15:28 This would be embarrassing to those
15:30 who had planned the feast.
15:32 Mary told the servants to do whatever Jesus told them to.
15:36 The servants filled six large jars with water
15:40 as Jesus told them to.
15:42 But when they dipped the water out
15:44 to serve the guests,
15:45 it wasn't water anymore,
15:47 it was the best grape juice they had ever tasted.
15:51 Everyone was blessed that day
15:53 because the servants obeyed Jesus.
15:55 You'll be blessed when you do whatever He tells you.
16:00 "Do whatever He tells you."
16:02 John 2:5
16:04 Do whatever, do whatever
16:08 Do whatever He tells you
16:13 Do whatever, do whatever
16:17 Do whatever He tells you
16:21 Do whatever, do whatever
16:26 Do whatever He tells you
16:30 Do whatever, do whatever
16:34 Do whatever He tells you
16:38 Do whatever, do whatever
16:43 Do whatever He tells you
16:47 Do whatever, do whatever
16:51 Do whatever He tells you
16:56 Do whatever, do whatever
17:00 Do whatever He tells you
17:04 Do whatever, do whatever
17:08 Do whatever He tells you
17:13 Do whatever He tells you
17:25 Do you know how special you are to God?
17:28 You are so special that He gave you
17:30 the most precious gift He could give,
17:32 His one and only Son.
17:34 God watched as men lied about Jesus
17:37 and as they mistreated Him
17:38 and finally put Him to death on the cross.
17:41 It must have been painful for God
17:43 to see His Son treated this way,
17:46 but He knew that this was the only way
17:48 He could save you from sin.
17:50 God sure loves you a lot.
17:54 "God so loved the world
17:55 that He gave His one and only Son
17:58 that whoever believes in Him
17:59 shall not perish but have eternal life."
18:01 John 3:16.
18:03 God so loved the world
18:09 That He gave His one and only Son
18:14 God so loved the world
18:20 That He gave His one and only Son
18:25 That whoever believes in Him
18:28 Shall not perish
18:30 But have eternal life
18:36 Whoever believes in Him
18:39 Shall not perish
18:41 But have eternal life
18:47 God so loved the world
18:52 That He gave His one and only Son
18:58 God so loved the world
19:03 That He gave His one and only Son
19:08 That whoever believes in Him
19:12 Shall not perish
19:14 But have eternal life
19:19 Whoever believes in Him
19:23 Shall not perish
19:25 But have eternal life
19:43 Sometimes I wish I could read someone's mind
19:45 but I can't.
19:47 God can though.
19:48 He knows what we need even before we tell Him.
19:51 He's always ready to listen
19:53 when we need a friend to talk to.
19:56 "Before they call, I will answer.
19:58 While they are still speaking, I will hear."
20:01 Isaiah 65:24.
20:04 Before they call
20:07 I will answer
20:12 Before they call
20:15 I will answer
20:19 While they are still speaking
20:23 While they are still speaking
20:27 I will hear
20:34 Before they call
20:38 I will answer
20:42 Before they call
20:45 I will answer
20:50 While they are still speaking
20:54 While they are still speaking
20:58 I will hear
21:05 Before they call
21:08 I will answer
21:13 Before they call
21:16 I will answer
21:21 While they are still speaking
21:24 While they are still speaking,
21:28 I will hear
21:49 The Jewish leaders
21:51 often accused Jesus of breaking the Sabbath.
21:54 When God gave Moses the Ten Commandments,
21:56 He said that we should not work on the Sabbath,
21:59 but the Jews had had a lot of detailed rules
22:01 of their own.
22:02 When Jesus' disciples
22:04 picked some grain on the Sabbath
22:05 because they were hungry
22:06 and when Jesus healed someone on the Sabbath,
22:09 the Jewish leaders got very upset.
22:12 Jesus tried to help them understand
22:14 that it wasn't wrong
22:15 to be helpful and kind on the Sabbath.
22:18 Here is what He said.
22:20 "Therefore it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath."
22:23 Matthew 12:12
22:25 Therefore it is lawful to do good
22:28 On the Sabbath On the Sabbath
22:33 Therefore it is lawful to do good
22:37 On the Sabbath On the Sabbath
22:42 Therefore it is lawful to do good

23:25 Therefore it is lawful to do good
23:29 On the Sabbath On the Sabbath
23:33 Therefore it is lawful to do good
23:37 On the Sabbath On the Sabbath
23:42 Therefore it is lawful to do good
23:46 On the Sabbath On the Sabbath
23:59 Our next verse uses a word that you may not know,
24:02 the word is summoned.
24:04 Have you ever been summoned?
24:06 Sure you have.
24:07 When your Mom or Dad says, "Gerald, come here"
24:10 or "Sarah, I need you," they're summoning you.
24:15 It just means to call someone.
24:17 Jesus has called you and me to follow Him,
24:20 and He reminds us that we are His.
24:23 We belong to Him
24:25 because He created us and died to save us.
24:28 But He loves us so much
24:29 that he lets us choose to follow Him.
24:32 He's calling you.
24:33 Will you choose to follow?
24:36 "I have summoned you by name, you are mine."
24:40 Isaiah 43:1.
24:43 I have summoned you by name
24:47 You are mine You are mine
24:51 I have summoned you by name
24:56 You are mine
25:00 I have summoned you by name
25:04 You are mine You are mine
25:08 I have summoned you by name
25:13 You are mine
25:17 I have summoned you by name
25:21 You are mine You are mine
25:26 I have summoned you by name
25:30 You are mine
25:34 I have summoned you by name
25:39 You are mine You are mine
25:43 I have summoned you by name
25:47 You are mine You are mine
26:08 Do your friends and family forgive you
26:10 when you do something to hurt their feelings?
26:12 I hope so.
26:13 It's important for us to ask others to forgive us
26:16 when we've hurt them.
26:17 But we also need to remember to ask God to forgive us.
26:21 Whenever we hurt one of His children,
26:24 we also hurt God.
26:26 Others can forgive us,
26:27 but God is the only one who can erase our sins
26:30 in the record books of heaven.
26:32 That's what this verse is talking about, listen.
26:36 "Who can forgive sins but God alone?"
26:39 Mark 2:7
26:41 Who can forgive sins Who can forgive sins
26:46 But God alone?
26:50 Who can forgive sins Who can forgive sins
26:55 But God alone?
26:59 Who can forgive sins Who can forgive sins
27:03 But God alone?
27:08 Who can forgive sins Who can forgive sins
27:12 But God alone?
27:17 Who can forgive sins Who can forgive sins
27:21 But God alone?
27:26 Who can forgive sins Who can forgive sins
27:30 But God alone?
