01:08 but you didn't know how?
01:09 What did you do?
01:11 I'll bet you ask your mom, or dad,
01:14 or a friend to teach you how?
01:16 In the Bible, God has given us a very special promise
01:20 that He will be our teacher.
01:22 Listen to this.
01:25 "I will instruct you and teach you
01:27 in the way you should go,
01:28 I will counsel you and watch over you."
01:31 Psalm 32:8.

03:00 And teach you, and teach you
03:03 In the way you should go
03:21 There are many verses in the Bible
03:22 that tell us not to lie.
03:24 Do you think, God tells us not to lie
03:27 because He doesn't want us to have any fun?
03:29 No.
03:30 God only wants what's best for us
03:33 and He knows that lying won't make us happy.
03:36 Why don't you ask an adult
03:37 to read you the story of Jacob and Isaac,
03:40 in Genesis Chapters 25 and 27,
03:43 and then you decide why God warns us against lying.
03:48 "Do not lie to each other."
03:50 Colossians 3:9
03:53 Do not lie, do not lie
03:56 Do not lie to each other
04:00 Do not lie, do not lie
04:03 Do not lie to each other
04:06 Do not lie to each other
04:09 Do not lie, do not lie
04:13 Do not lie to each other
04:16 Do not lie, do not lie
04:19 Do not lie to each other
04:22 Do not lie to each other
04:26 Do not lie, do not lie
04:29 Do not lie to each other
04:32 Do not lie, do not lie
04:35 Do not lie to each other
04:39 Do not lie to each other
04:52 I remember playing hide and seek when I was younger.
04:56 It's so much fun to find a special hiding place,
04:59 where no one can find you.
05:01 But it's not fun
05:03 when your parents can't find you
05:04 at the grocery store or the zoo, is it?
05:07 Whether you're in that special hiding place
05:10 or lost, and wanting to be found,
05:13 God can see you
05:14 and He has made a very special promise.
05:18 "I am with you and will watch over you
05:24 wherever you go."
05:25 Genesis 28:15.
05:29 I am with you And will watch over you
05:35 I am with you
05:37 And will watch over you
05:40 I am with you And will watch over you
05:45 Wherever you go
05:51 I am with you And will watch over you
05:56 I am with you
05:58 And will watch over you
06:01 I am with you And will watch over you
06:06 Wherever you go
06:12 I am with you And will watch over you
06:17 I am with you
06:19 And will watch over you
06:22 I am with you And will watch over you
06:27 Wherever you go
06:50 Does God always protect His followers from trouble?
06:54 No.
06:55 Think about Joseph.
06:57 He loved God and was obedient to Him.
06:59 But his brothers thought that their father liked him
07:02 better than all of them.
07:03 So they were mean to him.
07:05 Joseph suffered many trials because of his brothers.
07:09 Do you think God was with him,
07:11 even in the pit his brothers threw him in
07:13 and in prison?
07:15 He sure was.
07:17 And in time,
07:18 Joseph became a very important and very wealthy person.
07:24 "Surely I am with you always." Matthew 28:20.
07:29 Surely I am with you I am with you always
07:33 Surely I am with you
07:35 I am with you always
07:37 Surely I am with you Surely I am with you
07:41 Surely I am with you always
07:45 Surely I am with you I am with you always
07:49 Surely I am with you
07:51 I am with you always
07:53 Surely I am with you Surely I am with you
07:58 Surely I am with you always
08:02 Surely I am with you I am with you always
08:06 Surely I am with you
08:08 I am with you always
08:10 Surely I am with you Surely I am with you
08:14 Surely I am with you always
08:28 Jesus is always with you,
08:29 just like He was with Joseph.
08:31 He sees everything you do and He knows why you do it.
08:35 He lets us have problems sometimes
08:37 that we will learn to ask for His help.
08:40 And so we will see that He is able to help us.
08:43 If we are faithful to Jesus even in trouble
08:46 and trust in His power to save us,
08:49 we will be precious to Him,
08:51 as precious as gold.
08:54 "He knows the way that I take,
08:59 when He has tested me,
09:03 I will come forth as gold."
09:07 Job 23:10.
09:10 He knows the way that I take
09:14 He knows the way that I take
09:19 When He has tested me When He has tested me
09:23 I will come forth as gold
09:27 He knows the way that I take
09:31 He knows the way that I take
09:36 When He has tested me When He has tested me
09:40 I will come forth as gold
09:45 He knows the way that I take
09:49 He knows the way that I take
09:53 When He has tested me When He has tested me
09:57 I will come forth as gold
10:02 He knows the way that I take
10:06 He knows the way that I take
10:11 When He has tested me When He has tested me
10:15 I will come forth as gold
10:29 Can you be trusted?
10:32 What is trust?
10:34 If you are truthful and obedient,
10:36 people will learn to trust you.
10:38 That means that they will count on you
10:40 to be truthful and obedient.
10:42 You might think that it doesn't matter,
10:44 if you tell a little lie once in a while
10:46 or if you don't obey your parents,
10:48 if it's just a small thing they asked you to do.
10:52 But this verse may change your mind.
10:56 "Whoever can be trusted with very little
10:59 can also be trusted with much."
11:01 Luke 16:10.
11:05 Whoever can be trusted with very little
11:09 Can also be trusted with much
11:12 Whoever can be trusted with very little
11:16 Can also be trusted with much
11:19 Whoever can be trusted with very little
11:23 Can also be trusted with much
11:26 Whoever can be trusted with very little
11:30 Can also be trusted with much
11:33 Whoever can be trusted with very little
11:38 Can also be trusted with much
11:41 Whoever can be trusted with very little
11:45 Can also be trusted with much
11:48 Whoever can be trusted with very little
11:52 Can also be trusted with much
11:55 Whoever can be trusted with very little
11:59 Can also be trusted with much
12:14 Sometimes bad things happen to us.
12:16 And we may wonder why God has let us suffer.
12:20 The Apostle Paul had a lot of hard times in life.
12:23 But he learned that God can make good come,
12:25 even from the bad times.
12:27 Listen to what He said in Romans 8:28.
12:31 "In all things God works for the good
12:34 of those who love Him."
12:35 Romans 8:28.
12:37 In all things, in all things
12:41 God works for the good of those who love Him
12:45 In all things, in all things
12:48 God works for the good of those who love Him
12:52 In all things, in all things
12:55 God works for the good of those who love Him
12:59 In all things, in all things
13:03 God works for the good of those who love Him
13:06 In all things, in all things
13:10 God works for the good of those who love Him
13:14 In all things, in all things
13:17 God works for the good of those who love Him
13:21 In all things, in all things
13:24 God works for the good of those who love Him
13:28 In all things, in all things
13:31 God works for the good of those who love Him
13:52 Have you ever been alone in the dark?
13:55 It's kind of scary, isn't it?
13:57 But it's not nearly so scary
13:59 if your mom or dad are with you, is it?
14:02 Why is that?
14:04 Your parents love you
14:05 and they are there to take care of you.
14:07 And you'll feel safe when they are around.
14:10 God loves you even more than your parents do.
14:13 And He is always with you.
14:15 Remember when something scary happens to you
14:18 that God is with you
14:20 and you don't need to be afraid.
14:23 "The Lord is with me, I will not be afraid."
14:26 Psalm 118:6.
14:28 The Lord is with me
14:31 I will not be afraid, I will not be afraid
14:35 I will not be afraid The Lord is with me
14:40 I will not be afraid I will not be afraid
14:48 The Lord is with me
14:50 I will not be afraid, I will not be afraid
14:55 I will not be afraid, The Lord is with me
14:59 I will not be afraid I will not be afraid
15:07 The Lord is with me
15:09 I will not be afraid, I will not be afraid
15:14 I will not be afraid
15:16 The Lord is with me
15:19 I will not be afraid
15:21 I will not be afraid
15:26 The Lord is with me
15:28 I will not be afraid I will not be afraid,
15:33 I will not be afraid
15:36 The Lord is with me
15:38 I will not be afraid
15:40 I will not be afraid
15:58 In Psalm 95:6, David said,
16:01 "Come, let us bow down in worship,
16:04 let us kneel before the Lord our maker."
16:07 Why do you think he said we should bow down and kneel?
16:11 David was a king and to show respect for him,
16:15 the people of his kingdom probably bowed
16:17 when they came into his presence.
16:21 David said that we should bow before God in worship
16:24 because He is a great God,
16:26 and a great king above all gods.
16:29 That doesn't mean that we must always kneel
16:32 when we pray.
16:33 But we should always pray respectfully
16:36 because when we pray,
16:38 we are talking to the God of the universe.
16:41 "Come, let us bow down in worship,
16:44 let us kneel before the Lord our maker."
16:47 Psalm 95:6.
16:51 Come let us bow down in worship
16:58 Let us kneel before the Lord
17:02 Before the Lord our maker
17:06 Come let us bow down in worship
17:12 Let us kneel before the Lord our maker
17:20 Come let us bow down in worship
17:27 Let us kneel before the Lord
17:31 Before the Lord our maker
17:35 Come let us bow down in worship
17:41 Let us kneel before the Lord our maker
17:49 Come let us bow down in worship
17:56 Let us kneel before the Lord
18:00 Before the Lord our maker
18:04 Come let us bow down in worship
18:10 Let us kneel before the Lord our maker
18:33 Have you ever seen someone
18:35 who you thought was really special
18:37 and you wanted to talk to them,
18:39 but you didn't know what to say?
18:41 You may have asked your mother what you should say to them.
18:45 In the Bible,
18:46 God asks Moses to talk to someone
18:48 who is kind of special.
18:49 Do you know who that was?
18:52 God asks Moses to talk to Pharaoh,
18:54 the king of Egypt.
18:56 Moses kind of argued with God and said
18:58 that He wasn't a very good speaker.
19:01 God made a promise to Moses that He is made to us too.
19:06 If we speak to others about Jesus,
19:08 He will teach us what to say, just like He taught Moses.
19:13 "I will help you speak
19:14 and will teach you what to say."
19:16 Exodus 4:12.
19:18 I will help you speak
19:21 And will teach you what to say
19:25 I will help you speak
19:28 And will teach you what to say
19:32 I will help you speak
19:35 And will teach you what to say
19:39 I will help you speak
19:42 And will teach you what to say
19:47 I will help you speak
19:50 And will teach you what to say
19:54 I will help you speak
19:57 And will teach you what to say
20:01 I will help you speak
20:04 And will teach you what to say
20:08 I will help you speak
20:11 And will teach you what to say
20:16 I will help you speak
20:19 And will teach you what to say
20:23 I will help you speak
20:26 And will teach you what to say
20:40 The Book of Psalm has a lot of promises
20:42 about God's protection.
20:44 And here's another one,
20:46 the verses before this one
20:47 show that this promise is given to people,
20:50 who trust in God as their refuge and fortress.
20:53 A refuge and a fortress are both places of safety.
20:57 It's important to know that we are safe
20:59 because we belong to God.
21:01 And we are trusting Him to take care of us.
21:05 "No harm will befall you,
21:07 no disaster will come near your tent."
21:09 Psalm 91:10.
21:12 No harm will befall you No harm will befall you
21:16 No disaster will come near your tent
21:19 No disaster will come near your tent
21:21 No harm will befall you No harm will befall you
21:26 No disaster will come near your tent
21:28 No disaster will come near your tent
21:31 No harm will befall you No harm will befall you
21:35 No disaster will come near your tent
21:38 No disaster will come near your tent
21:40 No harm will befall you No harm will befall you
21:45 No disaster will come near your tent
21:47 No disaster will come near your tent
21:50 No harm will befall you No harm will befall you
21:54 No disaster will come near your tent
21:57 No disaster will come near your tent
21:59 No harm will befall you No harm will befall you
22:04 No disaster will come near your tent
22:06 No disaster will come near your tent
22:09 No harm will befall you No harm will befall you
22:13 No disaster will come near your tent
22:16 No disaster will come near your tent
22:18 No harm will befall you No harm will befall you
22:23 No disaster will come near your tent
22:25 No disaster will come near your tent
22:41 Our next verse is from Psalm 78.
22:44 This whole chapter is a history lesson.
22:46 It's the story of some of the things
22:48 God did for the children of Israel
22:50 when He delivered them from Egypt,
22:52 where they had being slaves.
22:54 If you had been with the children of Israel
22:56 when God parted the Red Sea and saved them
22:58 from the Egyptian army.
23:00 Do you think you would have learned to trust God,
23:02 and not be afraid the next time
23:04 something went wrong?
23:06 If God could part the Red Sea,
23:08 can He help you when you have problems?
23:11 He sure can.
23:14 "He guided them safely, so they were unafraid."
23:17 Psalm 78:53.
23:19 He guided them safely He guided them safely
23:27 He guided them safely
23:31 So they were unafraid
23:35 He guided them safely He guided them safely
23:43 He guided them safely
23:47 So they were unafraid
23:51 He guided them safely He guided them safely
23:59 He guided them safely
24:02 So they were unafraid
24:25 The Bible promises us that God will give us
24:28 everything we need,
24:30 maybe not everything we want.
24:33 I'm so glad, we have stories of people in the Bible,
24:36 who God took care of.
24:38 Knowing that God gave the children of Israel
24:41 food from heaven for 40 years,
24:43 and provided water out of a rock
24:45 for them to drink,
24:47 helps me believe
24:48 that anything is possible with God.
24:51 And that He will give me everything I need.
24:56 "My God will meet all your needs
24:58 according to His glorious riches
25:00 in Christ Jesus."
25:01 Philippians 4:19.
25:04 My God will meet all your needs
25:09 My God will meet all your needs
25:14 My God will meet all your needs
25:18 According to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus
25:23 My God will meet all your needs
25:28 My God will meet all your needs
25:33 My God will meet all your needs
25:37 According to His glorious riches
25:40 in Christ Jesus
25:43 My God will meet all your needs
25:47 My God will meet all your needs
25:52 My God will meet all your needs
25:56 According to His glorious riches
26:00 in Christ Jesus
26:02 My God will meet all your needs
26:07 My God will meet all your needs
26:12 My God will meet all your needs
26:16 According to His glorious riches
26:19 in Christ Jesus
