01:02 Plant a seed, watch it grow
01:12 In the very first book of the Bible,
01:14 in the very first chapter and the very first verse,
01:18 it tells us that God created the heavens and the earth.
01:22 Have you ever created anything?
01:24 Sure you have.
01:26 To create means to make.
01:29 When you create something, you use your hands.
01:32 But when God created, it was different.
01:35 He spoke and it was done.
01:39 It's important for us to remember
01:41 that God created our earth and it belongs to Him.
01:47 "In the beginning
01:48 God created the heavens and the earth."
01:51 Genesis 1:1.
01:54 In the beginning
01:56 God created
01:58 God created the heavens and the earth
02:03 In the beginning
02:05 God created The heavens and the earth
02:12 In the beginning
02:14 God created
02:16 God created the heavens and the earth
02:21 In the beginning
02:23 God created The heavens and the earth
02:30 In the beginning
02:32 God created
02:34 God created the heavens and the earth
02:39 In the beginning
02:41 God created The heavens and the earth
02:54 After God created the heavens and the earth,
02:57 and filled them with plants, and trees, and animals,
03:00 He decided that something was missing.
03:02 You know what that was?
03:04 God wanted someone who He could talk to,
03:07 someone who could think and understand and talk to Him.
03:10 So on the sixth day of creation,
03:12 God created a man and a woman in His image,
03:16 after His likeness.
03:18 "God said, 'Let us make man in our image,
03:21 in our likeness.'"
03:22 Genesis 1:26.
03:24 God said let us make Man in our image
03:28 In our image In our image
03:32 God said let us make Man in our image
03:36 In our likeness
03:40 God said let us make Man in our image
03:44 In our image In our image
03:48 God said let us make Man in our image
03:52 In our likeness
03:56 God said let us make Man in our image
04:01 In our image In our image
04:05 God said let us make Man in our image
04:09 In our likeness
04:13 God said let us make Man in our image
04:17 In our image In our image
04:21 God said let us make Man in our image
04:25 In our likeness
04:42 On the seventh day of creation,
04:43 God looked at all that He had made
04:45 and He was very happy.
04:47 And God rested from His work.
04:49 Do you think He was tired?
04:50 I don't think so.
04:52 The Bible also says that God blessed
04:54 the seventh day and made it holy.
04:57 Many years later,
04:59 when God gave the children of Israel the Ten Commandments,
05:02 He reminded them that the Sabbath
05:04 as the seventh day was called,
05:06 was holy, a day to worship Him.
05:10 "Remember the Sabbath to keep it holy.
05:13 Six days you shall labor and do all your work,
05:17 but the seventh day
05:19 is the Sabbath of the Lord your God."
05:22 Exodus 20:8-10.
05:26 Remember the Sabbath
05:31 To keep it holy
05:35 Remember the Sabbath
05:39 To keep it holy
05:44 Six days you shall labor
05:48 And do all your work
05:52 But the seventh day Is the Sabbath
05:56 Of the Lord your God
06:01 Remember the Sabbath
06:05 To keep it holy
06:09 Remember the Sabbath
06:13 To keep it holy
06:22 Remember the Sabbath
06:26 To keep it holy
06:30 Remember the Sabbath
06:35 To keep it holy
06:39 Six days you shall labor
06:43 And do all your work
06:47 But the seventh day Is the Sabbath
06:51 Of the Lord your God
06:56 Remember the Sabbath
07:00 To keep it holy
07:04 Remember the Sabbath
07:09 To keep it holy
07:24 Adam and Eve were perfect when they were created.
07:27 But Satan tempted them and they chose to disobey God.
07:31 That was the beginning of sin.
07:32 But God already had a plan to save us from sin.
07:36 Jesus would leave heaven, live on earth as a man,
07:39 died to save us and rise again.
07:41 It must have been very hard
07:43 for God to watch His son Jesus suffer and die.
07:47 But He did it because He loves you so much.
07:51 "God so loved the world
07:53 that He gave His one and only Son.
07:55 That whoever believes in Him shall not perish
07:58 but have eternal life."
07:59 John 3:16.
08:01 God so loved the world
08:06 That He gave His one and only Son
08:12 God so loved the world
08:17 That He gave His one and only Son
08:23 That whoever believes in Him
08:26 Shall not perish but have eternal life
08:34 Whoever believes in Him
08:37 Shall not perish but have eternal life
08:44 God so loved the world
08:50 That He gave His one and only Son
08:55 God so loved the world
09:01 That He gave His one and only Son
09:06 That whoever believes in Him
09:09 Shall not perish but have eternal life
09:17 Whoever believes in Him
09:20 Shall not perish but have eternal life.
09:41 Would your mother be pleased,
09:43 if she asked you to clean up the kitchen after dinner
09:45 and you decided your bedroom needed to be clean,
09:48 so you cleaned it instead.
09:50 She would probably be happy that your bedroom was cleaned.
09:53 But she wouldn't be happy that you disobeyed her.
09:57 God asked Cain and Abel to sacrifice a lamb to Him.
10:01 But Cain decided to offer fruit instead.
10:04 God wasn't pleased with Cain's offering
10:07 because it wasn't what He had asked for.
10:10 It's important to obey God and do what He wants us to do
10:15 and not what we want to do.
10:18 "By faith Abel offered God
10:20 a better sacrifice than Cain did.
10:23 By faith he was commended as a righteous man,
10:25 when God spoke well of his offerings."
10:27 Hebrews 11:4.
10:30 By faith Abel offered God
10:35 A better sacrifice than Cain did
10:40 By faith Abel offered God
10:44 A better sacrifice than Cain did
10:49 By faith he was commended
10:54 As a righteous man
10:59 When God spoke well
11:01 When God spoke well of his offerings
11:08 By faith Abel offered God
11:13 A better sacrifice than Cain did
11:18 By faith Abel offered God
11:23 A better sacrifice than Cain did
11:28 By faith he was commended
11:32 As a righteous man
11:37 When God spoke well
11:40 When God spoke well of his offerings
11:57 Sometimes it takes a lot of faith to obey God.
12:00 Imagine that you are Noah
12:02 and you've never seen rain before.
12:05 Now,
12:06 imagine that God asked you to build an ark
12:09 to save you from a flood,
12:11 what do you think you would do?
12:14 Noah had lot of faith in God
12:16 and obeyed God,
12:18 even though people made fun of him.
12:20 Sometimes you may be made fun of,
12:22 when you choose to obey God.
12:24 But have faith in Him,
12:26 and He will save you just like He saved Noah
12:29 and his family.
12:31 "By faith Noah built an ark to save his family.
12:35 By his faith he condemned the world
12:38 and became heir of the righteousness
12:39 that comes by faith."
12:41 Hebrews 11:7.
12:43 By faith Noah built an ark
12:48 By faith Noah built an ark
12:52 By faith
12:54 Noah built an ark to save his family
13:01 By his faith he condemned the world
13:05 And became heir of the righteousness
13:09 That comes,
13:12 That comes by faith
13:19 By faith Noah built an ark
13:24 By faith Noah built an ark
13:28 By faith
13:30 Noah built an ark to save his family
13:37 By faith Noah built an ark
13:42 By faith Noah built an ark
13:46 By faith
13:49 Noah built an ark to save his family
13:55 By his faith he condemned the world
13:59 And became heir of the righteousness
14:04 That comes,
14:06 That comes by faith
14:13 By faith Noah built an ark
14:18 By faith Noah built an ark
14:22 By faith
14:25 Noah built an ark to save his family
14:42 Have you ever seen a beautiful rainbow in the sky
14:45 after rainstorm?
14:47 Do you when the first rainbow appeared?
14:49 After the very first rainstorm.
14:52 When Noah and his family came out of the ark,
14:54 God put a rainbow in the sky as a sign
14:57 that He would never destroy the earth with the flood again.
15:02 So the next time you see a rainbow,
15:04 remember that it's a promise from God.
15:09 "I have set my rainbow in the clouds,
15:11 and it will be the sign of the covenant
15:14 between me and the earth."
15:16 Genesis 9:13.
15:19 I have set
15:21 My rainbow in the clouds
15:27 I have set
15:30 My rainbow in the clouds
15:37 And it will be the sign
15:42 Of the covenant
15:46 Between
15:49 Me and the earth
15:54 I have set
15:57 My rainbow in the clouds
16:03 I have set
16:06 My rainbow in the clouds
16:13 And it will be the sign
16:18 Of the covenant
16:22 Between
16:25 Me and the earth
16:39 Do you have a special friend who loves you so much
16:42 that you know you could always count on him?
16:45 Someone who is always willing to listen
16:47 when you need someone to talk to,
16:49 and always quick to forgive you
16:51 when you've done something to hurt them?
16:53 You're happy when you're around them,
16:55 aren't you?
16:56 That's the way David felt about God.
16:59 Listen to what he said in Psalm 13.
17:03 "I trust in your unfailing love,
17:05 my heart rejoices in your salvation."
17:08 Psalm 13:5.
17:10 I trust in your unfailing love
17:15 I trust in your unfailing love
17:19 My heart rejoices in your salvation
17:23 I trust in your unfailing love
17:28 I trust in your unfailing love
17:32 I trust in your unfailing love
17:37 My heart rejoices in your salvation
17:41 I trust in your unfailing love
17:45 I trust in your unfailing love
17:50 I trust in your unfailing love
17:54 My heart rejoices in your salvation
17:58 I trust in your unfailing love
18:12 The Apostle Paul wrote a letter to the Christians in Rome.
18:15 In his letter, he wrote about many things,
18:17 one of the things he told them
18:19 was how they would treat each other as Christians.
18:21 He said,
18:22 "They should love each other
18:24 as they love their own families,
18:25 and honor others above themselves."
18:28 There is another verse in the Bible
18:29 where Jesus told His disciples
18:31 that the way others would know
18:32 they were His followers was by their love.
18:35 I want others to see Jesus' love in me.
18:38 How about you?
18:40 "Be devoted to one another in brotherly love.
18:45 Honor one another above yourselves."
18:48 Romans 12:10.
18:51 Be devoted to one another
18:56 In brotherly love
19:01 Honor one another
19:05 Above yourselves
19:10 Be devoted to one another
19:15 In brotherly love
19:20 Be devoted to one another
19:24 In brotherly love
19:29 Be devoted to one another
19:34 In brotherly love
19:39 Be devoted to one another
19:44 In brotherly love
19:49 Honor one another
19:53 Above yourselves.
20:06 Have you ever taken vegetables to church for an offering?
20:10 Probably not.
20:11 The children of Israel did though.
20:13 Did you know that God told them to give one-tenth
20:16 of all the food they grew
20:18 and one-tenth of all their flocks and herds
20:21 to Him as a tithe?
20:23 That means that out of every 10 baskets
20:26 of food they grew,
20:27 they gave one to God,
20:29 and out of every 10 cows or sheep they raised,
20:33 they gave one to Him.
20:35 These were holy to the Lord.
20:38 Today, we give our money as a tithe to God
20:41 to help pay the ministers who teaches about Him.
20:45 God has promised
20:46 that if we're faithful in giving Him a tithe,
20:49 He will bless us.
20:52 "A tithe of everything from the land
20:54 belongs to the Lord,
20:56 it is holy to the Lord."
20:58 Leviticus 27:30.
21:00 A tithe of everything From the land
21:04 Belongs to the Lord It is holy to the Lord
21:09 A tithe of everything From the land
21:13 Belongs to the Lord
21:17 A tithe of everything From the land
21:21 Belongs to the Lord It is holy to the Lord
21:25 A tithe of everything From the land
21:29 Belongs to the Lord
21:33 A tithe of everything From the land
21:37 Belongs to the Lord It is holy to the Lord
21:42 A tithe of everything From the land
21:46 Belongs to the Lord
21:58 One day as Jesus was sitting on the Mount of Olives,
22:01 talking to His disciples.
22:03 He was telling them how it would be
22:04 when He comes back to take us to heaven.
22:07 He said, "There would be two groups of people
22:09 when He comes again,
22:10 those who've been kind to His children,
22:12 and those who haven't.
22:14 Those who have fed the hungry
22:16 and given a drink to the thirsty in Jesus name
22:19 will be welcomed into heaven,
22:21 those who haven't won't.
22:24 This doesn't mean we must do kind things
22:27 to earn eternal life.
22:28 It means, we need to allow Jesus
22:31 to fill us with His love,
22:33 and He will give us the desire to be kind to His children.
22:38 "Then the King will say to those on His right,
22:41 'Come you who are blessed by my Father.
22:43 I was hungry and you gave me something to eat,
22:45 I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink.'"
22:48 Matthew 25:34.
22:51 Then the King will say to those on His right
22:56 Come you who are blessed by my Father
23:02 I was hungry and you gave me something to eat
23:08 I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink
23:14 Come you who are blessed by my father
23:25 Then the King will say to those on His right
23:31 Come you who are blessed by my Father
23:36 I was hungry and you gave me something to eat
23:42 I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink
23:48 Come you who are blessed by my Father
24:07 Have you ever watched a mother with a very small child?
24:11 Maybe you have a baby brother or sister at your house,
24:15 the mother has to watch the baby carefully,
24:17 so it doesn't get hurt.
24:19 When the baby takes a nap, mother is listening carefully.
24:24 During the night,
24:25 mother wakes up when the baby cries.
24:28 God is very much like our mothers.
24:31 The Bible says that His eyes are on His children,
24:35 and He listens carefully to our prayers.
24:39 "The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous
24:42 and His ears are attentive to their prayer."
24:45 1 Peter 3:12.
24:48 The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous
24:56 And His ears are attentive to their prayer
25:03 The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous
25:11 And His ears are attentive to their prayer
25:18 The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous
25:26 And His ears are attentive to their prayer
25:33 The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous
25:41 And His ears are attentive to their prayer
25:48 The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous
25:56 And His ears are attentive to their prayer
26:03 The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous
26:11 And His ears are attentive to their prayer
26:28 We already talked about how God was not pleased
26:30 with Cain's offering a fruit.
26:32 There was a reason why God asked him
26:34 to sacrifice a lamb.
26:35 Every time they sacrifice the lamb,
26:38 they were to be reminded of Jesus,
26:40 who has to die
26:41 just like their lamb to save them from their sins.
26:45 Jesus came to where John the Baptist
26:47 was preaching one day.
26:49 John the Baptist told those who were there
26:51 that Jesus was the Lamb of God.
26:54 We don't sacrifice lambs anymore
26:56 because Jesus the Lamb of God
26:59 has already died and saved us from our sins.
27:03 "Look, the Lamb of God,
27:06 who takes away the sin of the world."
27:08 John 1:29.
27:10 Look, look, the Lamb of God
27:15 Who takes away The sin of the world
27:20 Look, look, the Lamb of God
27:24 Who takes away The sin of the world
27:29 Look, look, the Lamb of God
27:34 Who takes away The sin of the world
27:39 Look, look, the Lamb of God
27:43 Who takes away The sin of the world
27:49 Look, look, the Lamb of God
27:53 Who takes away The sin of the world
27:58 Look, look, the Lamb of God
28:02 Who takes away The sin of the world
