from Jerusalem
asking, "Who are you?"

They've sent a
delegation to see him,

they said, "Who are you?"

And he confessed
and did not deny,

but confessed, "I
am not the Christ."

They've asked him,
"Are you the Christ?"

He said, "No,
I'm not the Christ."

before them in the spirit

it doesn't mean that
Elijah is going to come back

in flesh and blood.

It's not going to be Elijah,

it's not going to
appear in flesh and blood,

it means the same message,

the message
that Elijah preached,

the message that
John, the Baptist preached,

that same message,
is to be preached today.

It's to be preached today

to prepare people for
the coming of the Lord.

always been an Elijah.

Elijah there to meet it,

to confront it, to ask
to live-in in this day,

which we live at time

when they've turned
away from the word of God.

God has a message,
the Elijah message,

calling people back
to the way of the Lord.

You see anytime

that you have national apostasy,

then you're going to
have national disaster

that always, always happens.

And Elijah had gone in
before Ahab and Jezebel

and said,
"Repent, change your ways,

repent or not one
drop of rain will fall

for three and half years."

You see,

Ahab and Jezebel had
turned the people away from God.

Ahab fall a whole lot more
of horses than he did heaven,

grass than he did grace,

a whole lot more of
himself than he did service.

Then God said, "Change your way,

Elijah is down the stand
