This is no food fast?" 00:10:32.33\00:10:36.30 "Yeah, that's it." 00:10:36.33\00:10:37.67 And her blood sugars went down to, 00:10:37.70\00:10:39.13 like 120-140 00:10:39.17\00:10:43.77 during that time. 00:10:43.81\00:10:45.37 So now here is the kicker on this one, 00:10:45.41\00:10:48.98 as she went off the fast, 00:10:49.01\00:10:51.58 she had developed a urinary tract infection, 00:10:51.61\00:10:54.75 and upper respiratory infection, 00:10:54.78\00:10:57.49 and she was coughing during the night, 00:10:57.52\00:10:59.12 so she wasn't sleeping well. 00:10:59.15\00:11:00.82 And all of those stressors 00:11:00.86\00:11:03.29 shot her sugar back up to 450 and 550. 00:11:03.32\00:11:08.40 Well, you know, she was concerned, 00:11:08.43\00:11:09.76 "Shouldn't I be taking some insulin?" 00:11:09.80\00:11:11.13 I said, "Well, let's see what happens." 00:11:11.17\00:11:13.27 So we've got a special test, it's called c-Peptide. 00:11:13.30\00:11:16.67 And she was making twice the amount of insulin 00:11:16.71\00:11:21.21 that we normally see. 00:11:21.24\00:11:23.28 And so I thought, "Okay, insulin is not the problem. 00:11:23.31\00:11:26.51 So let's have her continue to do this." 00:11:26.55\00:11:28.68 And slowly, slowly she's come down. 00:11:28.72\00:11:30.65 And from our experience, we can see that the people, 00:11:30.69\00:11:35.12 as the adipose tissue comes off, 00:11:35.16\00:11:37.59 as the fat comes off, 00:11:37.63\00:11:39.16 especially as they're exercising, 00:11:39.19\00:11:41.70 it doesn't take very much or any insulin 00:11:41.73\00:11:45.37 to get the sugar into the muscles. 00:11:45.40\00:11:47.54 And so now she's, you know, she's beaming, she's smiling 00:11:47.57\00:11:51.01 because those things are gone 00:11:51.04\00:11:53.51 and her blood sugar is coming down now, 00:11:53.54\00:11:55.91 and she's happy, and she's off of almost all the medications. 00:11:55.94\00:12:00.12 And then to be told that she'd be on the, 00:12:00.15\00:12:02.48 you know, those fingers and the injections, 00:12:02.52\00:12:04.82 and she was doing five injections a day. 00:12:04.85\00:12:09.86 And it's just an entirely different life now. 00:12:09.89\00:12:13.80 Let me add a point here. 00:12:13.83\00:12:15.46 A lot of you diabetics out there 00:12:15.50\00:12:18.43 know what doctor is talking about. 00:12:18.47\00:12:21.67 There are other viewers that don't know. 00:12:21.70\00:12:24.21 And let me just describe it this way, 00:12:24.24\00:12:26.57 we are watching a miracle happen, 00:12:26.61\00:12:28.84 a woman that's been told she's not making any insulin, 00:12:28.88\00:12:33.68 we're finding out she's putting out twice 00:12:33.72\00:12:35.72 as much as she needs, 00:12:35.75\00:12:37.29 she gets off the insulin and other drugs, 00:12:37.32\00:12:40.52 medications that she's taking, and she's doing well, right? 00:12:40.56\00:12:43.86 Yes. 00:12:43.89\00:12:45.23 She's thrilled because she keeps talking 00:12:45.26\00:12:47.90 to her husband and he's delighted as well. 00:12:47.93\00:12:50.23 He's just happy as a clown. 00:12:50.27\00:12:51.60 Yeah because, you know, he loves her character. 00:12:51.63\00:12:53.70 Or i should say her character. 00:12:53.74\00:12:55.17 But, you know, I mean, 00:12:55.20\00:12:57.51 this is something that impacts the whole family. 00:12:57.54\00:13:01.78 Amen. Amen. 00:13:01.81\00:13:04.41 And when she's having trouble, whether her blood sugars 00:13:04.45\00:13:06.61 are too low or too high or whatever, 00:13:06.65\00:13:09.02 and, you know, they love each other to pieces, 00:13:09.05\00:13:13.49 but sometimes, there is a lot of pieces. 00:13:13.52\00:13:16.22 Yeah, lot of stress. Yeah. 00:13:16.26\00:13:18.79 So what's her prognosis? 00:13:18.83\00:13:21.56 What does she do from here now? 00:13:21.60\00:13:23.60 She's going to stick with the program I'm sure. 00:13:23.63\00:13:25.60 Okay, 00:13:25.63\00:13:26.97 well, we need to make sure that she does that. 00:13:27.00\00:13:28.70 We've had other people 00:13:28.74\00:13:30.07 that are in a similar situation. 00:13:30.11\00:13:32.41 And if somebody out there wants to know, 00:13:32.44\00:13:35.18 you go to TED Talks, and look at Neil Barnard, 00:13:35.21\00:13:39.71 N-E-I-L B-A-R-N-A-R-D. 00:13:39.75\00:13:44.72 And he will tell you that type 2 diabetics, 00:13:44.75\00:13:47.92 from a big government funded study, 00:13:47.96\00:13:50.76 type 2 diabetics 00:13:50.79\00:13:52.13 don't have to be diabetic anymore. 00:13:52.16\00:13:54.30 And that came up in 2012, 00:13:54.33\00:13:57.73 and it's the most wonderful thing, 00:13:57.77\00:13:59.10 I just keep showing it to people wherever I go. 00:13:59.13\00:14:01.87 Well, I keep showing people your interviews 00:14:01.90\00:14:04.77 because I placed a value here, right here, 00:14:04.81\00:14:08.44 because you've taught me in the last 12 years, 00:14:08.48\00:14:12.05 seeing hundreds of people reversing their diabetes 00:14:12.08\00:14:15.52 over and over and over again. 00:14:15.55\00:14:17.52 It's nice that Neil Barnard is doing that 00:14:17.55\00:14:21.39 because he has a huge following. 00:14:21.42\00:14:23.69 But, you know, we will too. 00:14:23.73\00:14:25.83 The thing is that people probably, 00:14:25.86\00:14:28.40 you know, there's people that say this 00:14:28.43\00:14:29.96 and there's people who say that and you think, 00:14:30.00\00:14:31.33 "What are they talking about?" 00:14:31.37\00:14:33.07 But when somebody has a government study 00:14:33.10\00:14:36.07 and can make those, it's very, very incredible. 00:14:36.10\00:14:39.57 More credible, more credible. Yeah. 00:14:39.61\00:14:41.21 Then the other doctors say, "Well, you know..." 00:14:41.24\00:14:43.61 And then Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, 00:14:43.65\00:14:47.52 "Oh, not so much". 00:14:47.55\00:14:49.55 But it's there, 00:14:49.58\00:14:51.12 and if you want to get off of most of your medications 00:14:51.15\00:14:55.32 and eventually, probably, all of them, 00:14:55.36\00:14:57.39 as you stay on this program, 00:14:57.43\00:14:59.59 you will be wonderfully surprised. 00:14:59.63\00:15:02.83 She's not the only one in this session, 00:15:02.86\00:15:04.50 we've got four others. 00:15:04.53\00:15:05.87 Yes. We've run out of time. 00:15:05.90\00:15:08.57 But I want to thank you, doctor. 00:15:08.60\00:15:10.24 Yeah, well, thanks for doing this. 00:15:10.27\00:15:12.34 Oh, yeah, well, thank you for being here. 00:15:12.37\00:15:14.94 And thank you, friends, but don't go away 00:15:14.98\00:15:18.18 Pastor Snead is up next. 00:15:18.21\00:15:20.45 Every year in America, 00:15:24.62\00:15:25.95 there are over one million deaths 00:15:25.99\00:15:27.32 because of type 2 diabetes and chronic obesity. 00:15:27.36\00:15:30.33 This includes heart attacks and strokes. 00:15:30.36\00:15:32.66 That's six and a half 747s crashing every day. 00:15:32.69\00:15:36.20 What's even worse is that the fix is easy. 00:15:36.23\00:15:39.63 It's your lifestyle. 00:15:39.67\00:15:41.17 Wouldn't it be nice if you could actually add 00:15:41.20\00:15:43.07 quality years to your life 00:15:43.10\00:15:44.44 rather than dying one organ at a time? 00:15:44.47\00:15:47.31 Obesity and diabetes are the cause 00:15:47.34\00:15:49.08 of over a million deaths per year. 00:15:49.11\00:15:51.61 Most diseases are reversible 00:15:51.65\00:15:53.68 because most diseases are lifestyle diseases, 00:15:53.72\00:15:56.58 especially type 2 diabetes and chronic obesity. 00:15:56.62\00:16:00.06 Seriously, now they can be reversed 00:16:00.09\00:16:02.19 and the quality of your life can be renewed. 00:16:02.22\00:16:05.83 Call NEWSTART today at 1-800-525-9192. 00:16:05.86\00:16:12.10 You will see dramatic changes 00:16:12.13\00:16:13.57 in the first few days at our program, 00:16:13.60\00:16:15.64 and you will be on the road 00:16:15.67\00:16:17.01 to a better more robust quality of life. 00:16:17.04\00:16:19.71 The NEWSTART programs are simple and effective. 00:16:19.74\00:16:23.04 Welcome back, friends. 00:16:26.85\00:16:28.18 Pastor Snead, good to see you, my brother. 00:16:28.22\00:16:30.72 Thank you. Okay. 00:16:56.48\00:16:58.25 And you described her, before we got on the program, 00:16:58.28\00:17:02.22 as being, you know, kind of quiet, 00:17:02.25\00:17:04.62 a little withdrawn, a little depressed, 00:17:04.65\00:17:07.42 little of this, little of that, what happened? 00:17:07.46\00:17:10.59 Well, I misjudged her at first. I thought... 00:17:10.63\00:17:13.90 When I first see, I'm always evaluating 00:17:13.93\00:17:16.00 everybody who's going, I think it's going to be work, 00:17:16.03\00:17:17.93 and when I saw her, she was a moper, 00:17:17.97\00:17:20.77 very quiet, very withdrawn. 00:17:20.80\00:17:22.70 Later, I got to realize 00:17:22.74\00:17:24.07 that she was battling some depression 00:17:24.11\00:17:26.01 and feeling really terrible. 00:17:26.04\00:17:28.04 And so, you know, everyone got that sense from her, 00:17:28.08\00:17:30.58 we were just kind of worried about her 00:17:30.61\00:17:31.95 and how she was going to do the program, 00:17:31.98\00:17:33.62 she didn't seem to be participating 00:17:33.65\00:17:35.08 with a lot of people. 00:17:35.12\00:17:36.45 And, of course, by the second week, 00:17:36.48\00:17:39.45 everyone's talking about Rosie. 00:17:39.49\00:17:41.52 Everybody's talking about... 00:17:41.56\00:17:42.89 Yes, I mean I saw it probably the Tuesday, 00:17:42.92\00:17:47.03 the second week, the Tuesday there. 00:17:47.06\00:17:48.76 I was walking down the hallway, and I looked at her, 00:17:48.80\00:17:51.13 and I was like, I said, 00:17:51.17\00:17:52.50 "Miss Rosie, you look different." 00:17:52.53\00:17:54.50 She was smiling, she had this grin on her face, 00:17:54.54\00:17:57.77 and happy, and talking, and engaging, 00:17:57.81\00:18:00.54 and you have to know that 00:18:00.58\00:18:02.51 that's got everything to do with the health aspect 00:18:02.54\00:18:05.58 of this thing. 00:18:05.61\00:18:06.95 Something's happening in her heart, 00:18:06.98\00:18:08.58 in her mind. 00:18:08.62\00:18:09.95 But surely you know by now, and I know you know this, 00:18:09.98\00:18:13.12 the most people coming here are depressed. 00:18:13.15\00:18:16.89 And, you know, I was one of them. 00:18:16.93\00:18:19.03 I was depressed when I got here. 00:18:19.06\00:18:21.03 But who wouldn't be with all the sicknesses, 00:18:21.06\00:18:23.73 I don't know if I'm dying or what's going to go on. 00:18:23.77\00:18:27.97 And a lot of these people here are at the end of their rope. 00:18:28.00\00:18:32.34 They don't know if they're going to die 00:18:32.37\00:18:33.81 of a heart attack or stroke, they don't know 00:18:33.84\00:18:36.34 if they ever going to be well again. 00:18:36.38\00:18:38.38 And then they come here 00:18:38.41\00:18:40.18 and all of a sudden they find hope 00:18:40.22\00:18:42.48 through our pastor, through our doctor, 00:18:42.52\00:18:45.82 our nurses, the food, the cooking classes, 00:18:45.85\00:18:49.39 all these contribute to the whole 00:18:49.42\00:18:53.06 and help make person or all persons whole again. 00:18:53.09\00:18:57.60 Sure. Sure. Well, you know, I talked to her this morning, 00:18:57.63\00:19:01.87 she was spending nearly a thousand dollars a month 00:19:01.90\00:19:05.61 on medicine for 32 years. 00:19:05.64\00:19:09.38 She got type 2 diabetes when she was pregnant. 00:19:09.41\00:19:12.25 The doctor said, "You're done. 00:19:12.28\00:19:13.88 It's going to be for the rest of your life." 00:19:13.92\00:19:16.08 That is a lot of money over a lot of years. 00:19:16.12\00:19:19.15 So, friends, had she caught this years ago, 00:19:19.19\00:19:23.39 she could have saved $360,000, 00:19:23.43\00:19:29.63 and like you said, that's a house in California. 00:19:29.66\00:19:31.67 That's a house in California. Or three in Texas. 00:19:31.70\00:19:34.07 Yeah, unless you're in Austin. 00:19:34.10\00:19:38.64 And so they feel when they get here, 00:19:38.67\00:19:40.41 they're like, "Well, maybe it'll work, 00:19:40.44\00:19:41.78 maybe it won't." 00:19:41.81\00:19:43.14 And, you know, they are depressed. 00:19:43.18\00:19:44.51 Well, yeah. 00:19:44.55\00:19:47.02 You know, part of her happiness, 00:19:47.05\00:19:48.92 you know... 00:19:48.95\00:19:50.29 She was telling me this morning, she says, 00:19:50.32\00:19:51.65 "I'm off all but just a few minor meds." 00:19:51.69\00:19:54.92 So she says, "I've got nearly a thousand dollars a month 00:19:54.96\00:19:57.83 to spend on what we want to, so this is happy... 00:19:57.86\00:20:01.13 I need a thousand dollars a month." 00:20:01.16\00:20:03.63 But yeah, part of the joy is being free from that burden 00:20:03.67\00:20:08.14 of medicines, and drugs, and things like that. 00:20:08.17\00:20:12.51 You know, you bring to mind, 00:20:12.54\00:20:14.41 I remember, about the third of the way 00:20:14.44\00:20:16.24 or maybe it was halfway through the program, 00:20:16.28\00:20:18.51 when I came here, I was doing some figuring. 00:20:18.55\00:20:21.02 I said to my wife, I said, "Honey, 00:20:21.05\00:20:23.18 do you realize by becoming vegan, 00:20:23.22\00:20:25.95 and stopping alcohol, 00:20:25.99\00:20:28.36 and the other things we're doing, 00:20:28.39\00:20:29.86 eating out so often, 00:20:29.89\00:20:31.33 we're going to save about $2,500 dollars a month." 00:20:31.36\00:20:35.56 And I realized, when you look back, 00:20:35.60\00:20:37.83 people who drink alcohol, easily spend a $1,000 a month, 00:20:37.87\00:20:42.50 and with dinners out at a $100, $200 a dinner, 00:20:42.54\00:20:46.54 you know, anyway that was then. 00:20:46.57\00:20:48.44 Of course, my life is different now, 00:20:48.48\00:20:50.55 after 12 years especially. 00:20:50.58\00:20:53.11 So would you say that 00:20:53.15\00:20:58.75 we have a huge change in this situation? 00:20:58.79\00:21:04.56 Oh, well, with Rosie, 00:21:04.59\00:21:06.29 as what I have been seeing again 00:21:06.33\00:21:08.16 for nearly a year and a half now, 00:21:08.20\00:21:10.27 the health, getting the health better, 00:21:10.30\00:21:13.00 she, of course, is very spiritually aware now. 00:21:13.03\00:21:15.60 She's very excited 00:21:15.64\00:21:17.11 about her relationship with God again. 00:21:17.14\00:21:19.37 She's actually, you know, she was non-Adventist 00:21:19.41\00:21:21.74 but she said, "I'm studying now." 00:21:21.78\00:21:24.18 I gave her a set of Bible studies this morning, 00:21:24.21\00:21:26.01 she wants to continue studying the things that we learned. 00:21:26.05\00:21:29.05 One of the things she told me this morning was 00:21:29.08\00:21:31.62 she had no clue 00:21:31.65\00:21:32.99 that the will of faith worked that way. 00:21:33.02\00:21:34.36 She said, "I've been raised in church my whole life." 00:21:34.39\00:21:36.93 She goes, "I've never seen all these things 00:21:36.96\00:21:38.56 put together that way." 00:21:38.59\00:21:39.93 And she's excited about learning a little more. 00:21:39.96\00:21:42.43 So I gave her something 00:21:42.46\00:21:43.80 to kind of continue her education. 00:21:43.83\00:21:46.00 Amen. We're out of time, pastor. 00:21:46.03\00:21:48.84 Thank you so much, Damon. Oh, yeah. 00:21:48.87\00:21:50.41 And thank you, friends. 00:21:50.44\00:21:51.77 Don't go away, we have a tip for you following this. 00:21:51.81\00:21:54.88 Welcome to NEWSTART Now. 00:22:30.48\00:22:32.18 I'm Dr. Neil Nedley, President of Weimar Institute. 00:22:32.21\00:22:34.98 And with me today is Dr. Eddie Ramirez, 00:22:35.02\00:22:37.72 one of our physicians, 00:22:37.75\00:22:39.09 as well as one of our researchers, 00:22:39.12\00:22:41.39 and very active in teaching at the college, 00:22:41.42\00:22:44.33 research methods, and advanced research methods. 00:22:44.36\00:22:47.76 In fact, if you know any students who want to excel 00:22:47.80\00:22:50.67 and be very successful throughout their careers, 00:22:50.70\00:22:53.54 Weimar Institute is the place to send them 00:22:53.57\00:22:56.14 'cause they'll learn how to do this research 00:22:56.17\00:22:58.11 on nutrition and lifestyle right here, 00:22:58.14\00:23:00.58 and it's by publishing in the scientific literature 00:23:00.61\00:23:03.31 that you're able to change the world. 00:23:03.35\00:23:05.21 And this study is exciting 00:23:05.25\00:23:07.15 'cause it just came out a couple of days ago, 00:23:07.18\00:23:09.85 Dr. Ramirez. That's right. 00:23:09.88\00:23:11.22 So this is hot off of the press, 00:23:11.25\00:23:13.02 and this was published in the American Journal 00:23:13.05\00:23:15.79 of Lifestyle Medicine, 00:23:15.82\00:23:17.79 the November- December issue of 2016. 00:23:17.83\00:23:21.80 And this is a study looking at what now? 00:23:21.83\00:23:25.27 What we are focusing here 00:23:25.30\00:23:27.90 is the heart of the depression recovery program. 00:23:27.94\00:23:32.37 Okay. 00:23:32.41\00:23:33.74 As a physician, you learn that a good physician 00:23:33.78\00:23:37.25 learns the causes of the problem 00:23:37.28\00:23:40.42 because if not, you waste your time 00:23:40.45\00:23:42.72 just dealing with symptoms. 00:23:42.75\00:23:44.32 But if you're able to put your finger 00:23:44.35\00:23:46.76 where the problem lies, then there is hope 00:23:46.79\00:23:50.09 and that's what this paper is all about, 00:23:50.13\00:23:52.16 about hope for the depressed and the person with anxiety. 00:23:52.19\00:23:55.80 That's important because depression doesn't have 00:23:55.83\00:23:58.63 the same cause in every individual. 00:23:58.67\00:24:01.00 There are some people that can be severely depressed 00:24:01.04\00:24:03.30 for one set of reasons 00:24:03.34\00:24:04.81 and another group of people who can be depressed 00:24:04.84\00:24:07.38 for a whole different group of reasons. 00:24:07.41\00:24:09.64 And so there's many factors 00:24:09.68\00:24:11.58 that can affect brain chemistry. 00:24:11.61\00:24:14.68 What are some of those factors that can affect brain chemistry 00:24:14.72\00:24:17.65 the study looked at? That's right. 00:24:17.69\00:24:19.82 In this study, 00:24:19.85\00:24:21.22 there are 10 hits or causes of depression. 00:24:21.26\00:24:26.26 And from those 10, 00:24:26.29\00:24:29.46 2 you cannot change, the rest of the 8, 00:24:29.50\00:24:32.43 they are potentially reversible. 00:24:32.47\00:24:35.14 The two that you cannot change are the genetic 00:24:35.17\00:24:37.24 and the developmental, the way you grew up 00:24:37.27\00:24:39.27 and the genes that you received from your family. 00:24:39.31\00:24:41.71 Yeah, if you're already an adult, 00:24:41.74\00:24:44.05 and of course, 00:24:44.08\00:24:45.41 we can't go back and have you be born again, 00:24:45.45\00:24:47.32 so to speak as far as the genetic part. 00:24:47.35\00:24:50.59 And of course, 00:24:50.62\00:24:51.95 we can't have you go through childhood again. 00:24:51.99\00:24:54.09 And so those two things tend to be fixed. 00:24:54.12\00:24:56.29 But everything else, we actually can change 00:24:56.32\00:24:59.76 in the biology of the brain and that's exciting. 00:24:59.79\00:25:04.17 What did this study actually show as far as causes? 00:25:04.20\00:25:08.97 How many...? 00:25:09.00\00:25:10.97 I think this study showed 00:25:11.01\00:25:12.34 that depression is not just one cause. 00:25:12.37\00:25:14.94 That's right. 00:25:14.98\00:25:16.31 In fact, you can have bad genes, 00:25:16.34\00:25:17.71 you could've been raised in a very dysfunctional home, 00:25:17.75\00:25:20.82 but you don't have to have depression 00:25:20.85\00:25:22.98 if you don't have other causes. 00:25:23.02\00:25:24.35 And that's the beauty of this study that... 00:25:24.39\00:25:26.55 They are in prints 00:25:26.59\00:25:27.92 that you can actually access for free. 00:25:27.96\00:25:29.82 When we published this, 00:25:29.86\00:25:31.26 we paid more than $3,000 dollars 00:25:31.29\00:25:33.03 to make it open, anybody can access this paper 00:25:33.06\00:25:35.96 if you Google the words Nedley and hypothesis. 00:25:36.00\00:25:39.83 The first hits on your Google are this study. 00:25:39.87\00:25:43.24 And what we're showing is that 00:25:43.27\00:25:45.01 in order for you to have depression, 00:25:45.04\00:25:46.91 you need to have four or more of these factors 00:25:46.94\00:25:51.28 active in your life. 00:25:51.31\00:25:53.28 Okay, so four or more 00:25:53.31\00:25:55.18 and then you're going to have depression, 00:25:55.22\00:25:56.55 and that means all of us can succumb to depression. 00:25:56.58\00:25:59.45 If we have four different categories of causes, 00:25:59.49\00:26:02.26 you're going to end up with depression, or anxiety, 00:26:02.29\00:26:04.76 or some other mental illness. 00:26:04.79\00:26:07.13 And the good news is these changes, these hits, 00:26:07.16\00:26:11.10 or risk factors can be reversed. 00:26:11.13\00:26:13.80 And if we take it down to two or less, 00:26:13.84\00:26:16.24 then the depression and anxiety goes away. 00:26:16.27\00:26:18.17 That's right. 00:26:18.21\00:26:19.54 And that's the beautiful thing about this 00:26:19.57\00:26:21.44 that the person can use these causes 00:26:21.48\00:26:24.41 as a motivator for them and a goal to change 00:26:24.45\00:26:28.08 and to improve their mental health. 00:26:28.12\00:26:30.32 Now one of the ways 00:26:30.35\00:26:31.69 you as a listener can access this 00:26:31.72\00:26:33.39 or someone else you know and love, 00:26:33.42\00:26:35.72 just look at depression anxiety assessment test, 00:26:35.76\00:26:39.39 the DAT Test. 00:26:39.43\00:26:40.76 You can look that up, and you can actually find out 00:26:40.80\00:26:42.86 the causes that might be operative 00:26:42.90\00:26:44.50 in your loved one or you. 00:26:44.53\00:26:46.33 And then there can be a little subscription there 00:26:46.37\00:26:48.60 or prescription as regards to what you can do differently 00:26:48.64\00:26:52.51 to get rid of this depression and anxiety. 00:26:52.54\00:26:55.14 So this produces a lot of hope. 00:26:55.18\00:26:57.08 Yes, and many people have been helped, 00:26:57.11\00:26:59.41 more than 6000 people around the literal globe 00:26:59.45\00:27:03.05 have been helped with this principles. 00:27:03.08\00:27:05.69 You know, interestingly, 00:27:05.72\00:27:07.06 the average medicine for depression 00:27:07.09\00:27:08.62 that's released on the market has less than 1000 patients 00:27:08.66\00:27:11.46 that have taken that medicine. 00:27:11.49\00:27:13.09 This is a program that's far more tried 00:27:13.13\00:27:15.60 and true than medication, 00:27:15.63\00:27:18.30 and it actually works far better than medication. 00:27:18.33\00:27:21.20 And we have published more than 20 papers 00:27:21.24\00:27:23.84 related to that topic. 00:27:23.87\00:27:25.67 If you keep watching this program, 00:27:25.71\00:27:27.51 you will learn more about those studies 00:27:27.54\00:27:29.54 that we have published. 00:27:29.58\00:27:31.01 Thank you for watching NEWSTART Now. 00:27:31.05\00:27:33.11 I'm Dr. Neil Nedley. 00:27:33.15\00:27:34.48 Join us again next week for another exciting study. 00:27:34.52\00:27:37.29 Well, friends, that's it for today. 00:27:40.12\00:27:41.79 But join us next week for another episode. 00:27:41.82\00:27:44.99 In the meantime, pick up the phone 00:27:45.03\00:27:46.66 and give us a call at 1-800-525-9192. 00:27:46.70\00:27:52.57 Mention the NEWSTART Now program 00:27:52.60\00:27:55.34 and receive the NEWSTART's special. 00:27:55.37\00:27:57.84
