Yeah. 00:12:15.76\00:12:17.10 Now you said he began to change his lifestyle. 00:12:17.13\00:12:23.91 Can you elaborate? 00:12:23.94\00:12:25.27 What does that mean, change lifestyle? 00:12:25.31\00:12:27.54 Do I go get a different job or what? 00:12:27.58\00:12:30.51 Well, here at NEWSTART, we teach them 00:12:30.55\00:12:33.55 what we think is God's health plan, 00:12:33.58\00:12:36.22 and we use the acronym NEWSTART to represent the new lifestyle. 00:12:36.25\00:12:40.42 So the N stands for nutrition, the E stands for exercise, 00:12:40.46\00:12:46.19 the W stands for water, the S stands for sunlight, 00:12:46.23\00:12:50.87 the T stands for temperance or balance, 00:12:50.90\00:12:54.20 the A stands for air, 00:12:54.24\00:12:56.50 the R is for rest, which is so important 00:12:56.54\00:12:59.07 because that's when our bodies heal and repair, 00:12:59.11\00:13:01.61 and the last T is trust in God, 00:13:01.64\00:13:03.98 having a personal relationship with God. 00:13:04.01\00:13:06.88 When you start to apply all of those things, 00:13:06.92\00:13:09.45 it changes your life, hence a new lifestyle. 00:13:09.48\00:13:12.42 And so we see that people start to change, 00:13:12.45\00:13:17.16 they come here and we... 00:13:17.19\00:13:18.53 The two things that are the most obvious 00:13:18.56\00:13:20.76 that start right away is we ask them 00:13:20.80\00:13:22.56 to walk for exercise 00:13:22.60\00:13:24.73 and we ask them to drink more water. 00:13:24.77\00:13:27.10 But don't you think... 00:13:27.14\00:13:28.47 I mean, I don't know how old Billy is. 00:13:28.50\00:13:30.07 He's 50 something maybe, 00:13:30.11\00:13:31.94 and he's had this arthritis hands, 00:13:31.97\00:13:33.74 they're all deformed, and in seven days, 00:13:33.78\00:13:37.55 the pain's gone? 00:13:37.58\00:13:38.91 Is this... 00:13:38.95\00:13:40.28 I mean, can I call this a miracle? 00:13:40.32\00:13:42.55 Absolutely, absolutely. 00:13:42.58\00:13:44.62 God is still in the healing business 00:13:44.65\00:13:46.49 and still does miracles. 00:13:46.52\00:13:48.26 And, you know, by the time he left here, 00:13:48.29\00:13:51.59 he just said he felt so great. 00:13:51.63\00:13:54.00 I would see him walking all the time, 00:13:54.03\00:13:57.20 getting lots of steps, which is so important. 00:13:57.23\00:14:01.50 But Billy also came here with a burden on his heart, 00:14:01.54\00:14:07.18 and that burden started to ease up 00:14:07.21\00:14:10.18 because of some things that were going on in his family. 00:14:10.21\00:14:13.35 And that also contributes to your healing. 00:14:13.38\00:14:16.65 And God also provides not only physical healing 00:14:16.69\00:14:19.92 but also spiritual and emotional healing as well. 00:14:19.95\00:14:22.29 Amen. You know, he's going to... 00:14:22.32\00:14:27.30 I think he's going back to Puerto Rico 00:14:27.33\00:14:29.96 and then to Minnesota. 00:14:30.00\00:14:31.33 That's right. 00:14:31.37\00:14:32.70 And worked up here in the States. 00:14:32.73\00:14:35.04 Has he been in touch? 00:14:35.07\00:14:36.67 I've tried to reach him, 00:14:36.71\00:14:38.27 and because of all that's happened 00:14:38.31\00:14:40.18 with the weather and so on, 00:14:40.21\00:14:41.54 I haven't had a chance to be able 00:14:41.58\00:14:42.91 to get through to him. 00:14:42.94\00:14:44.28 Yeah, so aside from the arthritis 00:14:44.31\00:14:48.32 and these nodules and all these things, 00:14:48.35\00:14:51.19 what else has he experienced that you know of? 00:14:51.22\00:14:54.56 Well, when he came here, he didn't know this, 00:14:54.59\00:14:56.99 but his blood sugar was little elevated. 00:14:57.03\00:15:00.16 And so he was heading down the road towards diabetes. 00:15:00.20\00:15:04.43 And being here, increasing his exercise, 00:15:04.47\00:15:06.94 eating differently, doing things differently, 00:15:06.97\00:15:09.57 his blood sugars came down. 00:15:09.60\00:15:12.01 So is it fair to say 00:15:12.04\00:15:13.38 that anyone who's watching right now 00:15:13.41\00:15:15.81 who has diabetes type 2, I'm gonna say, 00:15:15.84\00:15:19.88 can reverse this diabetes? 00:15:19.91\00:15:22.92 I believe by the grace of God that that is possible. 00:15:22.95\00:15:25.72 We've seen it over and over again. 00:15:25.75\00:15:27.62 Yes, yes. And I would be one of those. 00:15:27.66\00:15:29.39 Well, you know, diabetes is a lifestyle disease. 00:15:29.42\00:15:32.39 Yes. 00:15:32.43\00:15:33.76 Two things impact diabetes significantly. 00:15:33.80\00:15:36.70 One of them is fat on your body 00:15:36.73\00:15:39.23 and the second one is fat in your diet. 00:15:39.27\00:15:41.34 Mm-hm. 00:15:41.37\00:15:42.70 People become type 2 diabetics as they get older and bigger, 00:15:42.74\00:15:45.97 you know, and so you've got to change 00:15:46.01\00:15:48.58 the fat in your diet 00:15:48.61\00:15:49.94 and exercise to change the fat on your body 00:15:49.98\00:15:52.48 and your diabetes will improve. 00:15:52.51\00:15:55.48 I once heard one of our doctors, 00:15:55.52\00:15:57.72 maybe it was you, had said 00:15:57.75\00:15:59.75 the fat you eat is the fat you wear. 00:15:59.79\00:16:02.79 Well, it wasn't me, but that's very true. 00:16:02.82\00:16:04.56 Yeah, absolutely. 00:16:04.59\00:16:05.93 We've run out of time. 00:16:05.96\00:16:07.30 I want to thank you, Dr. Gallant. 00:16:07.33\00:16:08.66 I know you're a busy man. 00:16:08.70\00:16:10.03 Well, good to see you, Ron. Good to be here. 00:16:10.07\00:16:11.40 Yeah, and thank you, friends, but don't go away 00:16:11.43\00:16:14.17 'cause Damon Snead, our pastor, is up next. 00:16:14.20\00:16:18.21 Every year in America, 00:16:21.38\00:16:22.71 there are over one million deaths 00:16:22.74\00:16:24.08 because of type 2 diabetes and chronic obesity. 00:16:24.11\00:16:26.85 This includes heart attacks and strokes. 00:16:26.88\00:16:29.28 That's six and a half 747s crashing every day. 00:16:29.32\00:16:32.89 What's even more surprising is that the fix is easy. 00:16:32.92\00:16:36.19 It's your lifestyle. 00:16:36.22\00:16:37.79 Wouldn't it be nice if you could actually add 00:16:37.83\00:16:39.63 quality years to your life 00:16:39.66\00:16:41.00 rather than dying one organ at a time? 00:16:41.03\00:16:43.97 Obesity and diabetes are the cause 00:16:44.00\00:16:45.63 of over a million deaths per year. 00:16:45.67\00:16:48.14 Most diseases are reversible 00:16:48.17\00:16:50.31 because most diseases are lifestyle diseases, 00:16:50.34\00:16:53.17 especially type 2 diabetes and chronic obesity. 00:16:53.21\00:16:56.71 Seriously now, they can be reversed 00:16:56.75\00:16:58.91 and the quality of your life can be renewed. 00:16:58.95\00:17:02.52 Call NEWSTART today at 1-800-525-9192. 00:17:02.55\00:17:08.72 You will see dramatic changes 00:17:08.76\00:17:10.19 in the first few days of our program 00:17:10.23\00:17:12.13 and you'll be on the road to a better, 00:17:12.16\00:17:13.90 more robust quality of life. 00:17:13.93\00:17:16.43 The NEWSTART programs are simple and effective. 00:17:16.46\00:17:19.40 Welcome back, friends. 00:17:22.47\00:17:24.27 Pastor Snead, how are you, brother? 00:17:24.31\00:17:26.84 I'm doing well, friend. 00:17:26.88\00:17:28.21 You look good as usual. Thank you very much. 00:17:28.24\00:17:31.38 So what about Billy? 00:17:31.41\00:17:33.85 Here he is, you're a pastor, he's a pastor, 00:17:33.88\00:17:38.55 he's translating for a pastor, 00:17:38.59\00:17:41.19 I mean, how does this work when you're... 00:17:41.22\00:17:44.49 Do you feel different when you're talking another 00:17:44.53\00:17:48.10 man of cloth as they say? 00:17:48.13\00:17:50.57 Oh, yeah, every time I get a pastor come through, 00:17:50.60\00:17:53.00 my first thoughts are... 00:17:53.03\00:17:54.37 'Cause my idea is to mix the spiritual and the health, 00:17:54.40\00:17:58.01 my first thoughts are, 00:17:58.04\00:17:59.37 "I ain't going to able to tell this guy anything, 00:17:59.41\00:18:01.88 I mean, he probably knows more than I do." 00:18:01.91\00:18:03.68 So I always have that fear, and so it's not just one guy, 00:18:03.71\00:18:06.38 it's two pastors. 00:18:06.41\00:18:07.78 Yeah. 00:18:07.82\00:18:09.55 But I had a pleasant surprise from Billy. 00:18:09.58\00:18:12.65 You know, he was a very... 00:18:12.69\00:18:14.89 as you would expect, he was very spiritual here, 00:18:14.92\00:18:17.83 he went around praying for people, 00:18:17.86\00:18:19.59 and he had that wonderful story of providence 00:18:19.63\00:18:21.70 of how he needed to be here. 00:18:21.73\00:18:23.93 But a pastor, you know, 00:18:23.97\00:18:25.30 they don't make a whole lot of money, 00:18:25.33\00:18:27.14 and so he couldn't really get here 00:18:27.17\00:18:28.60 but he knew he needed to be here, 00:18:28.64\00:18:30.54 and through this door of his friend 00:18:30.57\00:18:32.37 that he came translating, 00:18:32.41\00:18:33.74 it's a wonderful story of providence, 00:18:33.78\00:18:35.74 how God brought him here to be part of this program 00:18:35.78\00:18:39.55 and the things that he learned here 00:18:39.58\00:18:40.92 was pretty profound. 00:18:40.95\00:18:43.32 So even pastors can learn. Oh, sure. 00:18:43.35\00:18:47.16 And again, like I said, when I got here, 00:18:47.19\00:18:49.02 I was worried about him for two reasons, 00:18:49.06\00:18:50.59 number one, because he is a pastor, 00:18:50.63\00:18:52.63 and number two, 00:18:52.66\00:18:54.00 because he had this debilitating, 00:18:54.03\00:18:55.63 crippling, deforming arthritis. 00:18:55.66\00:18:58.43 And my first thoughts were how in the world 00:18:58.47\00:19:01.84 is this health program going to help him? 00:19:01.87\00:19:04.57 And two, what am I going to be able to give him? 00:19:04.61\00:19:06.81 But his story, at the end, at graduation, was wonderful. 00:19:06.84\00:19:10.45 He talked about how even though his hands are deformed, 00:19:10.48\00:19:14.48 how he can move them. 00:19:14.52\00:19:15.85 He held up a book, he was holding a set of books 00:19:15.88\00:19:18.05 saying, "I couldn't do this before I got here." 00:19:18.09\00:19:20.29 And when he got here, his feet were so deformed 00:19:20.32\00:19:22.39 and messed up, he couldn't hardly walk. 00:19:22.42\00:19:24.23 And he was walking 11 miles now. 00:19:24.26\00:19:26.93 And so he got the health benefits, 00:19:26.96\00:19:29.53 but then it was his tie to the spiritual 00:19:29.56\00:19:31.53 that surprised me. 00:19:31.57\00:19:32.90 He said, "It was the fresh start lectures 00:19:32.93\00:19:35.44 that re-geared my mind towards what God can do." 00:19:35.47\00:19:39.34 And he attributed his healing 00:19:39.37\00:19:41.54 was not only from the natural things 00:19:41.58\00:19:43.21 that we taught him but also from learning 00:19:43.24\00:19:45.38 to re-devote his life to God every morning. 00:19:45.41\00:19:47.42 And so he learned to wake up in the morning, 00:19:47.45\00:19:49.55 devote his life to God, and he believed 00:19:49.58\00:19:51.69 those two things combined was the reason 00:19:51.72\00:19:53.96 why he was able to walk, get around, 00:19:53.99\00:19:55.96 and feel much better. 00:19:55.99\00:19:57.33 Amen. 00:19:57.36\00:19:58.79 He's such a wonderful guy, you know. 00:19:58.83\00:20:01.06 I know you didn't see his interview, 00:20:01.10\00:20:03.20 but it was amazing what he had to share. 00:20:03.23\00:20:06.10 And we asked him to share in his native tongue 00:20:06.13\00:20:09.07 to those viewers who were watching 00:20:09.10\00:20:11.37 and he gave us a little plug. 00:20:11.41\00:20:13.54 But nonetheless, I'm happy to hear 00:20:13.58\00:20:16.31 of his response to... 00:20:16.34\00:20:19.15 And how well you two communicated. 00:20:19.18\00:20:21.98 Actually, the three of you. 00:20:22.02\00:20:24.25 Was there anything that you would do different 00:20:24.29\00:20:27.89 for pastors than other people who are not pastors? 00:20:27.92\00:20:31.93 Sure, thinking back, and I've had several... 00:20:31.96\00:20:35.56 I mean, actually, almost every other session 00:20:35.60\00:20:38.13 we have pastors come through. 00:20:38.17\00:20:40.30 And for me, I would like to really 00:20:40.34\00:20:43.10 set a special time aside for the pastors 00:20:43.14\00:20:45.51 and really tell them, "You know, 00:20:45.54\00:20:46.88 I'm not trying to teach you 00:20:46.91\00:20:48.64 some elementary thing that you don't know, 00:20:48.68\00:20:50.51 but here are the things that I've learned myself, 00:20:50.55\00:20:52.81 here are the things that I didn't know, 00:20:52.85\00:20:54.42 and being a pastor for 15 years that I've learned." 00:20:54.45\00:20:57.12 And to set aside a special time with them 00:20:57.15\00:20:59.02 and say, "Hey, 00:20:59.05\00:21:00.39 we're going to learn something together, 00:21:00.42\00:21:01.76 because like Billy said, and his friend Louise 00:21:01.79\00:21:05.46 who said, 'When I go back home, 00:21:05.49\00:21:07.30 I'm going to tell other pastors, 00:21:07.33\00:21:09.33 I'm going to tell my church members.'" 00:21:09.36\00:21:11.27 And that fire that he had is what pastors should get. 00:21:11.30\00:21:14.64 Coming here isn't about because you just didn't know, 00:21:14.67\00:21:17.41 but it's about learning something 00:21:17.44\00:21:18.77 that you can take back to your congregations 00:21:18.81\00:21:20.91 and be a blessing to others, to other pastors. 00:21:20.94\00:21:24.15 And then he was so fired him, he can't wait to get back home. 00:21:24.18\00:21:27.42 And to spread this idea that, 00:21:27.45\00:21:29.22 "Hey, if they can help this, all this arthritis, 00:21:29.25\00:21:32.32 and of course, his friend lost weight 00:21:32.35\00:21:33.89 and he's feeling much better, 00:21:33.92\00:21:35.79 and if God can help a pastor, he can help anybody." 00:21:35.82\00:21:40.50 That's true, but, you know, I asked him, 00:21:40.53\00:21:42.76 I said, "Now you're going to go back 00:21:42.80\00:21:44.13 and teach this what you've learned?" 00:21:44.17\00:21:45.93 "Oh, yeah, I'm working on my first sermon. 00:21:45.97\00:21:48.64 The health message and how to evolved into..." 00:21:48.67\00:21:53.27 And of course, the spiritual aspects of it, 00:21:53.31\00:21:56.81 you know, he's all in. 00:21:56.85\00:21:58.31 I'm telling you, he's going to be an angel 00:21:58.35\00:22:00.98 for the NEWSTART program as you are. 00:22:01.02\00:22:05.05 And I thank you for the first day 00:22:05.09\00:22:08.29 you came on campus, and when we first met, 00:22:08.32\00:22:11.29 you came up and introduced yourself. 00:22:11.33\00:22:13.29 And I asked someone, "Who is that guy?" 00:22:13.33\00:22:14.96 They told me, and they go, "Right on, he's a good guy." 00:22:15.00\00:22:18.90 We've run out of time. I want to thank you. 00:22:18.93\00:22:22.00 Thank you, Damon. God bless you. 00:22:22.04\00:22:23.51 You too, my friend. We'll talk soon. 00:22:23.54\00:22:25.24 All right. And don't go away. 00:22:25.27\00:22:26.71 Stay tuned for the next segment. 00:22:26.74\00:22:28.44 Welcome to NEWSTART Now. 00:22:32.35\00:22:33.88 I'm Dr. Neil Nedley, president of Weimar Institute, 00:22:33.92\00:22:37.09 and with me today is Dr. Eddie Ramirez, 00:22:37.12\00:22:40.29 one of our physicians and researchers 00:22:40.32\00:22:42.62 who is well published in the scientific literature 00:22:42.66\00:22:45.33 and really travels all over the world 00:22:45.36\00:22:48.16 presenting studies about Weimar and NEWSTART 00:22:48.20\00:22:51.30 anywhere from Harvard to China to many places 00:22:51.33\00:22:56.30 where there are scientists gathered together 00:22:56.34\00:22:59.44 for him to present the exciting things 00:22:59.47\00:23:01.94 that are happening here at NEWSTART. 00:23:01.98\00:23:04.61 Today, we're gonna be talking about the silent killer. 00:23:04.65\00:23:08.58 Dr Ramirez, what is the silent killer? 00:23:08.62\00:23:10.79 The silent killer is called high blood pressure. 00:23:10.82\00:23:14.26 Many people have issues with high blood pressure, 00:23:14.29\00:23:17.99 and they don't even realize it, 00:23:18.03\00:23:19.83 and this has very negative effects on the body. 00:23:19.86\00:23:23.93 The internal organs 00:23:23.97\00:23:25.43 cannot withstand that excess blood pressure, 00:23:25.47\00:23:28.64 and the person, many times, end up with severe problems 00:23:28.67\00:23:31.84 like heart failure 00:23:31.87\00:23:33.21 as a result of that long-term high blood pressure 00:23:33.24\00:23:36.61 for long periods of time. 00:23:36.64\00:23:38.21 Yes, and of course, 00:23:38.25\00:23:39.58 it also increases the risk of stroke dramatically, 00:23:39.61\00:23:42.75 both hemorrhagic stroke and bleeding stroke. 00:23:42.78\00:23:45.69 And let me say, although high blood pressure 00:23:45.72\00:23:49.12 can affect your kidneys and all sorts of things, 00:23:49.16\00:23:51.19 and the worst thing it can do is affect your brain 00:23:51.23\00:23:54.36 because that's who we are. 00:23:54.40\00:23:55.83 And so this is why it's very important, 00:23:55.86\00:23:57.87 even if you don't have a stroke, 00:23:57.90\00:23:59.87 if your blood pressure stays elevated, 00:23:59.90\00:24:01.60 you're gonna start losing your memory a lot quicker, 00:24:01.64\00:24:04.14 age-related cognitive decline. 00:24:04.17\00:24:06.34 Half of the patients, they are on dialysis 00:24:06.37\00:24:08.68 in a dialysis center are there 00:24:08.71\00:24:10.61 because their blood pressure was not controlled earlier. 00:24:10.65\00:24:13.85 So find out what your blood pressure is, 00:24:13.88\00:24:16.18 if it's above 115/80, 00:24:16.22\00:24:20.22 you're a candidate to coming to NEWSTART 00:24:20.26\00:24:23.32 just for blood pressure alone. 00:24:23.36\00:24:25.16 How many patients were studied in this particularly study 00:24:25.19\00:24:28.40 that was published in the journal Atherosclerosis, 00:24:28.43\00:24:31.97 Thrombosis, And Vascular Biology? 00:24:32.00\00:24:35.34 One thousand one hundred and ninety-six. 00:24:35.37\00:24:38.24 Okay, so this is no small group, 00:24:38.27\00:24:40.61 and that's why it's being accepted for publication 00:24:40.64\00:24:43.24 because this program works for blood pressure. 00:24:43.28\00:24:46.48 And what did we find out 00:24:46.51\00:24:48.05 in these well over 1,000 patients 00:24:48.08\00:24:50.15 who were on the verge of silently killing themselves 00:24:50.19\00:24:53.36 before they came here? 00:24:53.39\00:24:54.72 Well, on average, 00:24:54.76\00:24:56.09 what we would like for you to have 00:24:56.12\00:24:57.79 is a blood pressure, a systolic number 00:24:57.83\00:25:00.40 of 115 or under that. 00:25:00.43\00:25:02.86 On average, these patients had 132, 00:25:02.90\00:25:06.20 way too high. 00:25:06.23\00:25:08.40 And we took the blood pressure many times 00:25:08.44\00:25:11.37 throughout the programs so we could monitor. 00:25:11.41\00:25:13.34 We need to watch out, and many times, 00:25:13.38\00:25:16.04 we actually decrease or eliminate your medication 00:25:16.08\00:25:18.85 as you come to the program 00:25:18.88\00:25:20.72 because if we keep you 00:25:20.75\00:25:22.08 with the same amount of medication, 00:25:22.12\00:25:23.45 you may go way too low and you actually can pass out 00:25:23.49\00:25:26.09 or have some nasty side effect. 00:25:26.12\00:25:29.16 So look at the progression, 00:25:29.19\00:25:31.09 at time one, by the end of the first week, 00:25:31.13\00:25:34.66 they had an average blood pressure of 125, 00:25:34.70\00:25:38.00 very good number. 00:25:38.03\00:25:39.37 Okay, they've gone down about 13, well about 7. 00:25:39.40\00:25:42.94 It was 132? 132. 00:25:42.97\00:25:44.54 Okay, so they've gone down seven points in a week. 00:25:44.57\00:25:46.91 Then at time two, 121. Okay, another four points. 00:25:46.94\00:25:51.48 And by the end, 121 again. 00:25:51.51\00:25:55.52 So that was a very good improvement 00:25:55.55\00:25:58.25 in just 18 days. 00:25:58.29\00:26:00.86 See, the blood pressure medication 00:26:00.89\00:26:02.56 that many times you're taking 00:26:02.59\00:26:05.06 doesn't lower your blood pressure by many points, 00:26:05.09\00:26:08.53 you know, this is much more efficient than that. 00:26:08.56\00:26:11.23 A lot of times, these antihypertensives 00:26:11.27\00:26:13.57 that can be pretty costly 00:26:13.60\00:26:14.94 are going to lower it about five or six points. 00:26:14.97\00:26:16.44 That's right. 00:26:16.47\00:26:17.81 And if they lower four, they think that's great. 00:26:17.84\00:26:20.54 And so this is a program that lowers it by well over 10, 00:26:20.58\00:26:26.25 and it will continue to come down 00:26:26.28\00:26:28.32 gradually after that. 00:26:28.35\00:26:30.69 And so, in fact, as we do follow-up programs, 00:26:30.72\00:26:33.86 we realize this is a diet and a lifestyle 00:26:33.89\00:26:37.06 that you can be on for life, and so your chance... 00:26:37.09\00:26:41.16 What is the chance of being able to be 00:26:41.20\00:26:43.40 medication free 00:26:43.43\00:26:45.17 and have your blood pressure controlled 00:26:45.20\00:26:47.74 if you have high blood pressure? 00:26:47.77\00:26:49.10 Do we have that? 00:26:49.14\00:26:50.47 I don't have that number in particular here, 00:26:50.51\00:26:54.11 but we do know that most of the people 00:26:54.14\00:26:57.08 that keep on the program, 00:26:57.11\00:26:59.35 they need to continue working with their physician 00:26:59.38\00:27:01.78 because, very soon, 00:27:01.82\00:27:03.39 either they will decrease your medication 00:27:03.42\00:27:05.22 or you no longer will have a need for medication. 00:27:05.25\00:27:09.96 Also, another number that we were measuring 00:27:09.99\00:27:12.39 was diastolic, the other number. 00:27:12.43\00:27:16.06 On average, they started with a diastolic of 76, 00:27:16.10\00:27:20.30 it came down, first week, to 72, 00:27:20.34\00:27:23.84 to the second week to 70, 00:27:23.87\00:27:25.71 and by the end of program to 69. 00:27:25.74\00:27:28.98 Weimar continues to save lives, 00:27:29.01\00:27:31.38 sometimes just by controlling blood pressure 00:27:31.41\00:27:34.28 through lifestyle. 00:27:34.32\00:27:36.25 Thank you for watching NEWSTART Now. 00:27:36.28\00:27:38.29 I'm Dr. Neil Nedley, and join us again next week 00:27:38.32\00:27:41.22 for another new exciting study. 00:27:41.26\00:27:43.12 Well, friends, that's it for today. 00:27:46.16\00:27:47.80 But join us next week for another episode. 00:27:47.83\00:27:51.07 In the meantime, pick up the phone 00:27:51.10\00:27:52.63 and give us a call at 1-800-525-9192. 00:27:52.67\00:27:58.57 Mention the NEWSTART Now program 00:27:58.61\00:28:01.18 and receive the NEWSTART Special. 00:28:01.21\00:28:04.48
