Dr. Gallant. 00:11:09.16\00:11:11.40 Ron, good to be here with you. 00:11:11.43\00:11:12.77 Good to talk to you again. Yes. 00:11:12.80\00:11:15.27 And still... Yes. 00:11:15.30\00:11:17.11 You know, I want to get right into Jeff. 00:11:17.14\00:11:21.91 You know, when Jeff first got here... 00:11:21.94\00:11:25.21 As you know I talked to his aunt, 00:11:25.25\00:11:26.82 and we got him coming here, 00:11:26.85\00:11:29.05 and he wanted to attend the program. 00:11:29.08\00:11:32.32 And I was a little concerned. 00:11:32.35\00:11:36.22 I think we all were. 00:11:36.26\00:11:37.59 Yeah, as I shared with him during the interview, I said, 00:11:37.63\00:11:40.43 "Jeff, I didn't know how you were going to do." 00:11:40.46\00:11:42.20 And... Yeah. 00:11:42.23\00:11:43.57 But from a doctor's standpoint... 00:11:43.60\00:11:46.84 Well, when he came in... 00:11:46.87\00:11:48.34 He has a history of some mental diagnosis 00:11:48.37\00:11:53.31 and so he was... 00:11:53.34\00:11:54.68 There was concern about that, 00:11:54.71\00:11:56.34 but he was very open to what we were doing. 00:11:56.38\00:11:58.51 He was willing to make changes and that is... 00:11:58.55\00:12:00.92 That is big. 00:12:00.95\00:12:02.28 That's half the battle right there, you know. 00:12:02.32\00:12:05.15 And he told me, right when I met him, 00:12:05.19\00:12:07.32 that he likes food, and he's a big guy. 00:12:07.36\00:12:11.99 And he says he used to eat a lot, 00:12:12.03\00:12:13.63 not eat the right ways. 00:12:13.66\00:12:15.76 So we started sharing with him how to change that. 00:12:15.80\00:12:19.43 He also went through a fast, 00:12:19.47\00:12:22.50 and the fast changed 00:12:22.54\00:12:24.77 his nutritional understanding 00:12:24.81\00:12:30.25 because he thought that he couldn't live 00:12:30.28\00:12:33.48 without eating a certain amount 00:12:33.52\00:12:35.85 a certain number of times every day. 00:12:35.88\00:12:38.12 Meat and chicken and whatever. 00:12:38.15\00:12:40.16 Whatever, but he thought he had to eat 00:12:40.19\00:12:43.09 significant quantity of food several times a day. 00:12:43.12\00:12:45.99 Yeah. 00:12:46.03\00:12:47.36 After fasting, he realized that he didn't have to do that, 00:12:47.40\00:12:50.47 and he started to lose weight, and then he felt better. 00:12:50.50\00:12:54.27 And when he felt better, he could walk more. 00:12:54.30\00:12:56.84 When he could walk more, his life got better. 00:12:56.87\00:13:00.58 So by the time he was leaving here, 00:13:00.61\00:13:02.04 he was starting to feel better, 00:13:02.08\00:13:03.95 not only emotionally but also physically, 00:13:03.98\00:13:07.22 and we were starting to see the beginning 00:13:07.25\00:13:09.15 of change in his body and in his lifestyle. 00:13:09.18\00:13:13.15 And that goes a long way, makes a difference. 00:13:13.19\00:13:16.49 So from a clinician's point of view, 00:13:16.52\00:13:19.83 you think he's doing very well, real well. 00:13:19.86\00:13:23.83 I mean... 00:13:23.87\00:13:25.20 I think he has made significant strides, 00:13:25.23\00:13:29.04 and he's gotten over a hump, which is good. 00:13:29.07\00:13:33.04 And now he needs to continue that. 00:13:33.07\00:13:34.64 Yeah, yeah. 00:13:34.68\00:13:36.01 Because that's the key. 00:13:36.04\00:13:37.38 You know, when you go home, 00:13:37.41\00:13:38.75 you've got to implement these habits 00:13:38.78\00:13:40.62 that you learn while you're here. 00:13:40.65\00:13:42.48 And that's what I tell the patients is 00:13:42.52\00:13:44.25 don't wait to start your habit until you get home, 00:13:44.29\00:13:47.09 start them now, and continue them 00:13:47.12\00:13:50.23 when you go home. 00:13:50.26\00:13:51.59 Because if they don't... 00:13:51.63\00:13:53.73 They may never start. 00:13:53.76\00:13:55.40 And they'll revert back to the old lifestyle 00:13:55.43\00:13:58.47 which put them in a condition 00:13:58.50\00:14:00.34 that led them to want to come here and get well. 00:14:00.37\00:14:03.64 Right. 00:14:03.67\00:14:05.44 I see it all the time, 00:14:05.47\00:14:06.81 but I know you see it a lot too. 00:14:06.84\00:14:10.51 You know, Sister White says that we all have 00:14:10.55\00:14:15.15 inherited and cultivated tendencies and habits. 00:14:15.18\00:14:21.99 And those are the things that affect our lives. 00:14:22.02\00:14:27.60 We all are born into families 00:14:27.63\00:14:29.83 and we have things that we learn from them. 00:14:29.86\00:14:33.74 And then as we develop and grow, we cultivate our own. 00:14:33.77\00:14:37.77 And those things are the things that prevent us 00:14:37.81\00:14:39.54 from reaching the successes and reaching the height 00:14:39.57\00:14:44.05 that God had intended for us. 00:14:44.08\00:14:46.05 Amen. 00:14:46.08\00:14:47.42 So we need to break those cultivated 00:14:47.45\00:14:49.68 and inherited tendencies and habits. 00:14:49.72\00:14:52.32 So would you say... 00:14:52.35\00:14:53.69 Is it fair to say that, you know, to our viewers now, 00:14:53.72\00:14:58.59 and people who are depressed 00:14:58.63\00:14:59.96 and it seems to be a lot more than actually realize it, 00:15:00.00\00:15:03.97 and I know you were at that. 00:15:04.00\00:15:05.33 But most people don't know they're depressed. 00:15:05.37\00:15:08.07 I mean, some do 00:15:08.10\00:15:09.44 because somebody said they were, you know? 00:15:09.47\00:15:10.81 Right, right. 00:15:10.84\00:15:12.24 But do you think changing a lifestyle can reduce, 00:15:12.27\00:15:16.24 in fact reverse depression on most people? 00:15:16.28\00:15:20.65 I think it can. I think it can. 00:15:20.68\00:15:22.25 I've seen it happen. 00:15:22.28\00:15:24.12 Every program, we have patients 00:15:24.15\00:15:25.85 who are struggling with depression. 00:15:25.89\00:15:28.82 And we work with them on their depression 00:15:28.86\00:15:31.66 but also just the lifestyle 00:15:31.69\00:15:34.40 puts your brain in a better condition. 00:15:34.43\00:15:37.20 Your frontal lobe has to function properly 00:15:37.23\00:15:40.24 in order for your brain to be optimal. 00:15:40.27\00:15:42.67 And frontal lobe is so impacted by our lifestyle. 00:15:42.70\00:15:47.31 So we've got to have a good lifestyle, 00:15:47.34\00:15:49.04 a healthy lifestyle to try to get our brains better. 00:15:49.08\00:15:51.98 So that means we have to eat right, 00:15:52.01\00:15:54.15 we have to exercise, drink plenty of water, 00:15:54.18\00:15:57.19 temperance of course, air, rest. 00:15:57.22\00:15:59.69 Rest, I find to be significant. 00:15:59.72\00:16:02.42 Absolutely. And trust in God. 00:16:02.46\00:16:04.23 Absolutely. 00:16:04.26\00:16:05.59 When I came through the program 00:16:05.63\00:16:06.96 and I realized that this was a Christian campus 00:16:07.00\00:16:11.13 and God was definitely in this place, 00:16:11.17\00:16:14.64 I felt so comforted, I felt like, 00:16:14.67\00:16:18.24 well, I'm going to achieve. 00:16:18.27\00:16:19.91 And I started getting better and better, 00:16:19.94\00:16:22.04 and I see it with our guests, I see it with Jeff. 00:16:22.08\00:16:25.08 Yes, absolutely. 00:16:25.11\00:16:26.68 You know, every program, 00:16:26.72\00:16:28.32 we have guests who say we can feel God here, 00:16:28.35\00:16:31.42 we see the people, they're different, 00:16:31.45\00:16:34.82 we see that this place is different, 00:16:34.86\00:16:36.66 we feel peace, we feel comfort, we feel happiness, 00:16:36.69\00:16:39.83 we start to feel better. 00:16:39.86\00:16:41.40 And praise the Lord for that, you know? 00:16:41.43\00:16:43.63 Amen. It's a blessing from God. 00:16:43.67\00:16:45.57 People have shared with me that they think 00:16:45.60\00:16:48.24 being here is what it's going to be like 00:16:48.27\00:16:51.64 when they get to heaven. 00:16:51.67\00:16:53.01 I say, "Well, you might think so, 00:16:53.04\00:16:54.71 but it's going to be a whole lot better than that." 00:16:54.74\00:16:57.05 That's right, we can't even imagine 00:16:57.08\00:16:58.45 how good it will be. That's right. 00:16:58.48\00:17:00.52 Well, we've run out of time, 00:17:00.55\00:17:01.88 and I want to thank you, doctor. 00:17:01.92\00:17:03.52 Good to see you, Ron. Thank you for being here. 00:17:03.55\00:17:05.45 And thank you, friends. 00:17:05.49\00:17:06.82 But don't go away 'cause Pastor Snead is up next. 00:17:06.86\00:17:10.43 Welcome back, friends. And welcome, Damon. 00:17:14.53\00:17:17.10 How you doing, brother? I'm doing well, brother. 00:17:17.13\00:17:18.83 Yeah, good. 00:17:18.87\00:17:20.27 You know, I'm pretty amazed 00:17:20.30\00:17:22.64 about what's happening with Jeff. 00:17:22.67\00:17:25.97 When I first interviewed him, I was a little... 00:17:26.01\00:17:30.75 I was concerned 00:17:30.78\00:17:32.11 that we wouldn't get through the interview 00:17:32.15\00:17:34.35 because he seemed to be very upset 00:17:34.38\00:17:36.38 and emotional and such, 00:17:36.42\00:17:38.39 which I'm sure you've seen that during your time with him, 00:17:38.42\00:17:43.86 but now, this interview, 00:17:43.89\00:17:47.16 we actually had good communication, 00:17:47.20\00:17:49.56 he's feeling much better. 00:17:49.60\00:17:52.97 Would you share with us 00:17:53.00\00:17:54.74 how the Holy Spirit works in the hearts 00:17:54.77\00:17:57.57 and the minds of those of us, and including myself, 00:17:57.61\00:18:02.54 who need kind of a mental twist to life? 00:18:02.58\00:18:07.75 Sure, those that are struggling with some emotional troubles? 00:18:07.78\00:18:11.65 Yeah, yeah. 00:18:11.69\00:18:13.02 And that's the best way to describe him. 00:18:13.05\00:18:14.62 You know, when I first met him, he was really struggling. 00:18:14.66\00:18:18.76 He was sharing with me. 00:18:18.79\00:18:20.13 He's shared things with the class too. 00:18:20.16\00:18:21.50 And so we all knew that he was struggling at home, 00:18:21.53\00:18:24.67 struggling with decisions, struggling with his life 00:18:24.70\00:18:27.50 which direction it's going to take. 00:18:27.54\00:18:28.87 He was under stress, tangled up here in a mess. 00:18:28.90\00:18:32.31 And so again he's another one of these that you think, 00:18:32.34\00:18:34.08 "Well, how's lifestyle going to help this guy? 00:18:34.11\00:18:36.44 I mean, these are situational life problems." 00:18:36.48\00:18:40.78 And he shares, 00:18:40.82\00:18:42.88 you know, the issues that he's going through, 00:18:42.92\00:18:44.75 and you think, "Whoa." 00:18:44.79\00:18:46.12 I don't know how NEWSTART is going to... 00:18:46.15\00:18:47.96 I'm still kind of new here, learning. 00:18:47.99\00:18:49.82 But NEWSTART fixes almost everything. 00:18:49.86\00:18:51.89 I mean, there's no one that can't be helped by this, 00:18:51.93\00:18:54.30 at least in some kind of way. 00:18:54.33\00:18:55.93 And I'm amazed. 00:18:55.96\00:18:57.30 So Jefferey, we have our sermon, 00:18:57.33\00:18:59.10 we have our lecture where we do on hope. 00:18:59.13\00:19:02.64 And that particular lecture, 00:19:02.67\00:19:04.41 he honed in on me like a laser beam 00:19:04.44\00:19:07.41 which is difficult for him to do to pay attention. 00:19:07.44\00:19:09.48 Sure. 00:19:09.51\00:19:10.85 But he really was listening to this concept 00:19:10.88\00:19:13.88 that God is the God of hope, and there is no problem, 00:19:13.92\00:19:16.95 no situation, nothing that can befall you 00:19:16.99\00:19:19.42 mentally, physically, or spiritually, 00:19:19.45\00:19:22.06 that He can't come in and help to untangle. 00:19:22.09\00:19:25.36 And so with Jefferey, our little extra time together, 00:19:25.39\00:19:28.26 our counseling time, was letting God 00:19:28.30\00:19:30.23 have access to your heart. 00:19:30.27\00:19:32.03 Opening up your heart, 00:19:32.07\00:19:33.40 not just talking about sins or evil things 00:19:33.44\00:19:35.90 but just allowing Him permission 00:19:35.94\00:19:37.77 to come into the mind 00:19:37.81\00:19:39.47 and begin a process of untangling 00:19:39.51\00:19:42.54 the mess that we get ourselves in. 00:19:42.58\00:19:45.48 And Jefferey understood 00:19:45.51\00:19:46.85 that the health message was directly related 00:19:46.88\00:19:49.12 as it allowed him some thinking time, 00:19:49.15\00:19:51.35 it allowed him some time to get off 00:19:51.39\00:19:52.95 his stimulants to have a clearer mind, 00:19:52.99\00:19:55.66 and combined with this idea of letting God come in 00:19:55.69\00:19:59.23 and start to sort out your problems, 00:19:59.26\00:20:02.36 "Let's deal with this one first, Jeffrey." 00:20:02.40\00:20:04.53 That's one thing I said. God is going to tell you, 00:20:04.57\00:20:06.50 "Let's deal with this issue first." 00:20:06.53\00:20:08.04 So that's how it began to take it. 00:20:08.07\00:20:09.74 "Okay, I'm going to deal with this problem first, 00:20:09.77\00:20:12.11 then I'm going to worry down the road these other issues," 00:20:12.14\00:20:14.64 that was driving him crazy 'cause... 00:20:14.68\00:20:16.48 Logical. 00:20:16.51\00:20:17.85 Yeah. So logical. 00:20:17.88\00:20:19.48 Nothing wrong with that. I like that. 00:20:19.51\00:20:22.05 Okay, you pick up your socks first, 00:20:22.08\00:20:23.72 then pick your trousers, your shoes... 00:20:23.75\00:20:27.16 I like that. 00:20:27.19\00:20:28.52 But that's what I saw, I saw this change, 00:20:28.56\00:20:33.09 it only can be the hand of God. 00:20:33.13\00:20:35.26 Sure. 00:20:35.30\00:20:37.07 What are we going to do? We did the best we can. 00:20:37.10\00:20:39.80 And by the way let me touch on NEWSTART, 00:20:39.83\00:20:43.24 the program could heal most any disease, 00:20:43.27\00:20:46.27 I believe that in my heart. 00:20:46.31\00:20:48.24 I believe that anybody who comes here for... 00:20:48.28\00:20:51.75 I don't care what it is, nobody could figure it out, 00:20:51.78\00:20:55.08 they come here, they get well 'cause I've seen it. 00:20:55.12\00:20:57.72 Yeah. 00:20:57.75\00:20:59.09 And thank you for sharing that 00:20:59.12\00:21:00.46 because it really means a lot to me, 00:21:00.49\00:21:02.52 especially with this young man because he needs our prayer, 00:21:02.56\00:21:06.49 and he needs to stay connected with us, and... 00:21:06.53\00:21:09.33 Sure. 00:21:09.36\00:21:10.70 What you're seeing graduation night 00:21:10.73\00:21:13.20 was the man that don't get at all worked out yet, 00:21:13.23\00:21:15.67 but a man that's got peace, 00:21:15.70\00:21:17.54 we talked about sleeping in the boat like Jesus. 00:21:17.57\00:21:20.71 In the words, the storm is going to rage, 00:21:20.74\00:21:22.48 the problems are going to be there, 00:21:22.51\00:21:24.48 but as God begins to work them out, 00:21:24.51\00:21:26.61 you can have some peace in your life. 00:21:26.65\00:21:29.28 And so that's what you saw graduation night, 00:21:29.32\00:21:31.29 a man that finally said, 00:21:31.32\00:21:32.69 "Okay, God, I'm going to let You work." 00:21:32.72\00:21:35.62 And I believe the health message had everything 00:21:35.66\00:21:37.66 in there to help him get into the state of mind 00:21:37.69\00:21:40.63 where he could receive that spiritual concept 00:21:40.66\00:21:43.50 to start to allow him to have some peace. 00:21:43.53\00:21:47.14 And state of mind, 00:21:47.17\00:21:48.50 it is so important to have the right attitude, 00:21:48.54\00:21:51.77 and he's going there, 00:21:51.81\00:21:53.54 he's going in the right direction. 00:21:53.58\00:21:55.78 And I'm just grateful that you're there counseling 00:21:55.81\00:21:59.91 and helping him because he is another brother 00:21:59.95\00:22:03.05 just like you and I. 00:22:03.08\00:22:04.42 And Christ loves him as much as the rest of us, 00:22:04.45\00:22:08.02 we must not forget to feed them, 00:22:08.06\00:22:10.16 and clothe them, and house them, and teach them. 00:22:10.19\00:22:13.36 That's right. 00:22:13.40\00:22:14.73 Thank you, brother. We're out of time. 00:22:14.76\00:22:16.80 But you did a great job. 00:22:16.83\00:22:18.73 Thank you, friends, don't go away. 00:22:18.77\00:22:20.80 Stay tuned for the next segment. 00:22:20.84\00:22:22.37 Welcome to NEWSTART Now. 00:22:26.51\00:22:27.91 I'm Dr. Neil Nedley, 00:22:27.94\00:22:29.28 and with me today is Dr. Eddie Ramirez, 00:22:29.31\00:22:32.05 one of the researchers and physicians 00:22:32.08\00:22:34.35 here at NEWSTART, 00:22:34.38\00:22:36.38 who actually has published scores of peer-reviewed 00:22:36.42\00:22:40.42 scientific studies in the medical literature. 00:22:40.46\00:22:43.22 And today, we're going to be highlighting 00:22:43.26\00:22:45.39 particularly one aspect of NEWSTART 00:22:45.43\00:22:48.53 what the N stands for, the area of nutrition. 00:22:48.56\00:22:52.73 And I know there's a lot of controversy out there, 00:22:52.77\00:22:56.04 people think maybe the Paleo Dietis the best diet, 00:22:56.07\00:23:00.11 maybe the Mediterranean diet, 00:23:00.14\00:23:03.11 maybe, you know, some sort of modified Florida Beach diet, 00:23:03.14\00:23:07.82 but actually NEWSTART has demonstrated 00:23:07.85\00:23:11.09 that an ideal diet not just NEWSTART 00:23:11.12\00:23:13.66 but other places as well, 00:23:13.69\00:23:15.26 an ideal diet is one that is modeled at NEWSTART, 00:23:15.29\00:23:18.63 and it's actually the easiest diet to comply with. 00:23:18.66\00:23:22.76 A lot of people think, 00:23:22.80\00:23:24.13 "Hey, this diet at NEWSTART is too extreme, 00:23:24.17\00:23:26.53 how am I going to be able to comply with this?" 00:23:26.57\00:23:28.77 Actually, you'll much better comply with this diet 00:23:28.80\00:23:31.84 than you will even the American Diabetes Association diet 00:23:31.87\00:23:35.81 because once you learn it, it's pretty simple. 00:23:35.84\00:23:38.45 Tell us about what this diet is Dr. Ramirez. 00:23:38.48\00:23:41.05 This consists of the best ingredients 00:23:41.08\00:23:45.55 is that vegetables, fruits, legumes, whole grains, 00:23:45.59\00:23:51.39 and a little bit of nuts, 00:23:51.43\00:23:52.99 that's what we call a good complete diet. 00:23:53.03\00:23:56.10 It tastes good, it's good for you. 00:23:56.13\00:23:58.33 And as we were publishing in this paper 00:23:58.37\00:24:00.87 that will be coming up later in the journal Atherosclerosis, 00:24:00.90\00:24:04.44 thrombosis, and vascular biology, 00:24:04.47\00:24:06.57 it helps improve glucose metabolism, 00:24:06.61\00:24:09.78 a huge problem today. 00:24:09.81\00:24:11.15 Yeah. 00:24:11.18\00:24:12.51 And I tends to occur 00:24:12.55\00:24:14.08 when you have the gene for diabetes 00:24:14.12\00:24:16.72 and you have the lifestyle that's conducive for it, 00:24:16.75\00:24:20.36 diabetes is not just a genetic condition, 00:24:20.39\00:24:23.02 genetics loads the gun, 00:24:23.06\00:24:25.36 but lifestyle pulls the trigger. 00:24:25.39\00:24:27.63 And so how many patients were studied in this particular... 00:24:27.66\00:24:30.77 So in this paper, we were studying 1,827 patients, 00:24:30.80\00:24:37.01 a good, big, nice group of patients 00:24:37.04\00:24:41.28 that went through our 18-day program. 00:24:41.31\00:24:43.81 And including in that group were very 00:24:43.85\00:24:46.31 vulnerable populations to diabetes 00:24:46.35\00:24:49.35 such as Native Americans, 00:24:49.38\00:24:50.89 Hispanics, Half African-Americans, 00:24:50.92\00:24:53.42 and Asian people 00:24:53.46\00:24:54.86 which are very vulnerable as they gain weight, 00:24:54.89\00:24:57.66 they develop many metabolic problems. 00:24:57.69\00:25:00.16 Ethnic groups, really throughout the ethnic spectrum 00:25:00.20\00:25:04.00 but one thing that tended to be similar 00:25:04.03\00:25:06.43 among most of these diabetics 00:25:06.47\00:25:08.30 no matter what their ethnicity was being overweight. 00:25:08.34\00:25:11.77 And how overweight were some of these people, 00:25:11.81\00:25:14.21 Dr. Ramirez? Yes. 00:25:14.24\00:25:15.58 Some actually have severely more weight, obesity. 00:25:15.61\00:25:19.98 We're talking about 495 pounds, 00:25:20.02\00:25:23.28 some of the participants in this study. 00:25:23.32\00:25:25.09 Okay. 00:25:25.12\00:25:26.45 So almost 500 pounds, these are people 00:25:26.49\00:25:29.26 that probably would have difficulty 00:25:29.29\00:25:31.13 walking across a room, they're so big, 00:25:31.16\00:25:35.00 but they were able to come to NEWSTART, 00:25:35.03\00:25:38.63 and what happened to them? 00:25:38.67\00:25:40.37 And that's the beauty of this, even those people have hope 00:25:40.40\00:25:44.11 as they come to the NEWSTART program, 00:25:44.14\00:25:46.11 then we start changing their lifestyle, 00:25:46.14\00:25:49.38 that group in particular the people 00:25:49.41\00:25:51.78 that had severe obesity, 00:25:51.81\00:25:54.52 it was 20-plus pounds that they were able to lose 00:25:54.55\00:25:58.72 during this 18-day program. 00:25:58.75\00:26:01.46 And as we've had highlighted before, that's just the start. 00:26:01.49\00:26:04.03 Many of them are losing 140 pounds 00:26:04.06\00:26:06.70 by the time a year and a half goes by 00:26:06.73\00:26:10.10 because this is a diet that you can actually stay on. 00:26:10.13\00:26:13.37 We train you here at NEWSTART to be on the best diet 00:26:13.40\00:26:16.97 and stay on the best diet at home. 00:26:17.01\00:26:19.21 Anything else you'd like to reveal about this diet? 00:26:19.24\00:26:21.38 Yes. On average, 108 of glucose, at the end, 00:26:21.41\00:26:26.01 they had 102 glucose, 00:26:26.05\00:26:28.78 and that's after some of them actually decrease 00:26:28.82\00:26:31.15 in their medication of diabetes. 00:26:31.19\00:26:33.22 Okay, so their blood sugars went down, 00:26:33.25\00:26:35.49 while their medications were able to be reduced 00:26:35.52\00:26:37.79 at the same time. 00:26:37.83\00:26:39.16 So that's something beautiful, we'd like for you to reach 00:26:39.19\00:26:41.96 under a 100 here in the American measurement, 00:26:42.00\00:26:45.03 European and Australian is a little bit different. 00:26:45.07\00:26:47.74 But that's the goal that we would like for you to have. 00:26:47.77\00:26:51.24 Under 100, and so by the time 00:26:51.27\00:26:53.24 they were through with the program, 102, 00:26:53.27\00:26:55.68 but that means they're still going to sty 00:26:55.71\00:26:58.01 on the program at home 00:26:58.05\00:26:59.41 and easily be able to make it under 100. 00:26:59.45\00:27:03.15 Really, what we're training you for is for life, 00:27:03.18\00:27:06.49 and you're just doing the first 18 days 00:27:06.52\00:27:09.02 of the rest of your life here at NEWSTART. 00:27:09.06\00:27:12.26 And so I would encourage you to consider, 00:27:12.29\00:27:14.50 come into Weimar to get a NEWSTART now. 00:27:14.53\00:27:19.23 For NEWSTART Now, I am Dr. Neil Nedley. 00:27:19.27\00:27:23.30 Join us again next week. 00:27:23.34\00:27:25.31 Well, friends, that's it for today. 00:27:26.74\00:27:28.34 But join us next week for another episode. 00:27:28.38\00:27:31.51 In the meantime, pick up the phone 00:27:31.55\00:27:33.08 and give us a call at 800-525-9192. 00:27:33.11\00:27:39.05 Mention the NEWSTART Now program 00:27:39.09\00:27:41.79 and receive the NEWSTART Special. 00:27:41.82\00:27:44.99
