And God bless you too, friends. 00:10:58.95\00:11:02.22 Don't go away, Dr. Gallant will be right with us. 00:11:02.26\00:11:05.96 When we look at the health status 00:11:05.99\00:11:07.43 of Americans today, it's alarming to see 00:11:07.46\00:11:09.80 that 60% are either overweight or obese. 00:11:09.83\00:11:13.67 In addition, diseases such as Type 2 diabetes, 00:11:18.44\00:11:21.48 cancer, and heart disorders are the leading cause 00:11:21.51\00:11:23.95 of so many complications and deaths every year. 00:11:23.98\00:11:27.15 Could it have something to do with what we eat? 00:11:31.29\00:11:33.99 After all, every one in four Americans 00:11:34.02\00:11:36.66 visits a fast food restaurant daily, 00:11:36.69\00:11:38.86 and with such easy access to quick-fix foods, 00:11:38.89\00:11:42.40 we tend to forget the poor health value 00:11:42.43\00:11:44.43 those foods actually offer. 00:11:44.47\00:11:47.37 Maybe it's the sedentary lifestyle 00:11:47.40\00:11:49.20 and lack of exercise that we've become 00:11:49.24\00:11:51.11 so accustomed to as a media-dependant world. 00:11:51.14\00:11:54.71 Whatever the cause of these diseases, 00:11:54.74\00:11:56.54 a solution has arrived. 00:11:56.58\00:12:00.85 The NEWSTART lifestyle center offers an enriching program 00:12:00.88\00:12:04.29 where patients can get a healing of mind, body, 00:12:04.32\00:12:07.06 and soul, located in the outskirts of Sacramento, 00:12:07.09\00:12:10.63 the NEWSTART center is situated on the beautiful campus 00:12:10.66\00:12:13.73 of Weimar Centre of Health and Education 00:12:13.76\00:12:16.56 with scenic walking and hiking trails all around. 00:12:16.60\00:12:20.24 With a "whole plant foods eating whole" motto, 00:12:20.27\00:12:23.64 the NEWSTART center promotes a healthy plant-based diet 00:12:23.67\00:12:26.71 with an emphasis on natural foods. 00:12:26.74\00:12:29.24 The NEWSTART staff are made up of California Board Certified 00:12:29.28\00:12:32.88 nurses, doctors, dietitians, and therapists 00:12:32.91\00:12:36.79 who work together to assist each patient personally. 00:12:36.82\00:12:40.16 The staff are dedicated to each patient's success 00:12:40.19\00:12:42.82 in the program and are always there 00:12:42.86\00:12:44.79 to guide, advise, and encourage. 00:12:44.83\00:12:47.63 In addition to a healthy lifestyle, 00:12:47.66\00:12:49.80 NEWSTART also promotes a healthy exercise routine. 00:12:49.83\00:12:52.87 You're both in sequence, that's good, all right. 00:12:52.90\00:12:55.70 As part of the balance program, there's much opportunity 00:12:55.74\00:12:58.71 to get in the fair share of physical activity 00:12:58.74\00:13:01.31 from utilizing our fitness center 00:13:01.34\00:13:03.45 to taking a stroll around the peaceful grounds of Weimar. 00:13:03.48\00:13:07.22 It's amazing what a new start can do for you. 00:13:07.25\00:13:11.49 Welcome back, friends, and as I promised, Dr. Gallant. 00:13:11.52\00:13:14.22 Ron, good to be with you. 00:13:14.26\00:13:15.59 It's always good to be with you. 00:13:15.62\00:13:17.66 I really enjoy doing these interviews with you. 00:13:17.69\00:13:20.83 Amen, amen. I enjoy them as well. 00:13:20.86\00:13:22.70 You bring a little bit of happiness. 00:13:22.73\00:13:25.70 Well, praise the Lord. That's a good thing. 00:13:25.73\00:13:27.77 I like to see some happiness about Ron. 00:13:27.80\00:13:30.67 Yeah. 00:13:30.71\00:13:32.04 You know, I know he's made some changes but I don't, 00:13:32.07\00:13:33.84 you know, he was not real clear on a few issues. 00:13:33.88\00:13:37.65 Tell us from your perspective. 00:13:37.68\00:13:39.71 You know, Ron has a disease that is pretty significant. 00:13:39.75\00:13:44.25 He has damage to his kidneys from high blood pressure, 00:13:44.29\00:13:48.42 hypertensive nephropathy is what we call that. 00:13:48.46\00:13:51.69 And I'm concerned for Ron, you know. 00:13:51.73\00:13:54.83 Yeah. 00:13:54.86\00:13:57.63 The tradition has been that you don't see 00:13:57.67\00:14:00.37 a lot of recovery from that once it starts. 00:14:00.40\00:14:04.57 And doctors have already told Ron 00:14:04.61\00:14:06.24 that he should be on dialysis. 00:14:06.27\00:14:08.11 Really? 00:14:08.14\00:14:09.48 But he doesn't want to be on dialysis. 00:14:09.51\00:14:10.98 Oh, my! 00:14:11.01\00:14:12.35 So we've been praying, and we've been working, 00:14:12.38\00:14:15.15 and by God's grace, Ron is making 00:14:15.18\00:14:18.35 very slow improvements, 00:14:18.39\00:14:20.72 which is sort of what we expect 00:14:20.76\00:14:22.16 for the type of disease process he has. 00:14:22.19\00:14:24.46 Now what's the difference 00:14:24.49\00:14:25.83 between the kind of kidney failure... 00:14:25.86\00:14:31.87 can I use that term? Mm-hmm. 00:14:31.90\00:14:34.10 From high blood pressure and one from any other sort 00:14:34.14\00:14:38.21 of like disease. 00:14:38.24\00:14:40.41 Well, what happens is you can have more structural damage 00:14:40.44\00:14:43.48 to the kidney. 00:14:43.51\00:14:45.31 And it's... 00:14:45.35\00:14:47.28 kidney is very sensitive to blood pressure, 00:14:47.32\00:14:49.75 and so if it stays high for too long or stays high 00:14:49.78\00:14:52.62 and is untreated for too long, 00:14:52.65\00:14:54.49 it can cause more structural damage 00:14:54.52\00:14:56.06 and that takes longer to recover from. 00:14:56.09\00:14:58.09 I see. 00:14:58.13\00:14:59.46 But there is a glimmer of hope at the end of this tunnel, 00:14:59.49\00:15:02.80 there's a light. 00:15:02.83\00:15:04.17 Yes, yes. 00:15:04.20\00:15:05.53 We just heard about a patient who was told he had to go 00:15:05.57\00:15:09.67 on dialysis about four years ago. 00:15:09.70\00:15:12.57 And he had hypertensive nephropathy. 00:15:12.61\00:15:16.98 And he has not been on dialysis yet. 00:15:17.01\00:15:20.28 Wow. Four years. 00:15:20.32\00:15:22.92 And so I've told Ron all the things we're doing, 00:15:22.95\00:15:26.19 the lifestyle changes we're recommending 00:15:26.22\00:15:29.09 are what will help to make you get better. 00:15:29.12\00:15:32.89 And we're just going to have to keep praying and asking God 00:15:32.93\00:15:36.40 to work on His side while you work on your side. 00:15:36.43\00:15:41.64 And Ron is committed to doing that, 00:15:41.67\00:15:44.01 he is committed to making changes, 00:15:44.04\00:15:45.51 he is committed to coming back here. 00:15:45.54\00:15:47.91 He wants to take his vacations and come back up here, 00:15:47.94\00:15:51.58 and maybe do some volunteer work 00:15:51.61\00:15:52.98 is what he told me. 00:15:53.01\00:15:54.35 Yes. 00:15:54.38\00:15:55.72 So that he can be around 00:15:55.75\00:15:57.09 this lifestyle and this influence. 00:15:57.12\00:15:58.92 And I think that's fantastic. 00:15:58.95\00:16:00.59 That would be excellent. What about pills? 00:16:00.62\00:16:04.59 Is he taking any kind of medication? 00:16:04.63\00:16:07.33 He is the kind of guy 00:16:07.36\00:16:08.70 that he really does like too much medicine. 00:16:08.73\00:16:10.53 And so he is not on any medicine right now. 00:16:10.57\00:16:13.60 Is that by your suggestion or by he's just not wanting? 00:16:13.64\00:16:18.57 It's probably a combination of both. 00:16:18.61\00:16:21.58 He believes God has a way to make him better 00:16:21.61\00:16:25.88 and I believe that's true too. 00:16:25.91\00:16:27.32 And I believe it too. 00:16:27.35\00:16:28.75 So we are working to find how God can work best 00:16:28.78\00:16:33.05 with his body to make health return to it. 00:16:33.09\00:16:36.42 I'm so glad to hear that. 00:16:36.46\00:16:37.96 You know, as I've been working with Dr. Lukens 00:16:37.99\00:16:41.30 and we were following a number of patients 00:16:41.33\00:16:44.67 with kidney failure, 00:16:44.70\00:16:46.20 and we saw some remarkable positive changes. 00:16:46.23\00:16:49.20 Amen. 00:16:49.24\00:16:50.57 People come off dialysis and kidney function, 00:16:50.61\00:16:53.84 increasing like the young man 00:16:53.88\00:16:56.48 whose name I don't need to mention I'm sure 00:16:56.51\00:16:58.68 but he was here about four sessions ago 00:16:58.71\00:17:01.12 and his kidney has got stronger while he stayed here. 00:17:01.15\00:17:04.49 Right, right, absolutely. 00:17:04.52\00:17:05.85 That's just... 00:17:05.89\00:17:07.22 But these same people are told in the world out there 00:17:07.26\00:17:11.96 that they got to go on dialysis. 00:17:11.99\00:17:15.96 You know, I think some of that stems 00:17:16.00\00:17:18.60 from some doctors feel that patients 00:17:18.63\00:17:21.37 are not willing to change. 00:17:21.40\00:17:24.54 And I don't believe that. 00:17:24.57\00:17:27.14 I believe, by the grace of God, they are able to change. 00:17:27.18\00:17:30.81 But God is the one who is able to motivate 00:17:30.85\00:17:33.15 and maintain that change in a patient's life. 00:17:33.18\00:17:35.32 Amen. 00:17:35.35\00:17:36.69 And so I really think that we have to give patients 00:17:36.72\00:17:41.29 an opportunity to see the difference. 00:17:41.32\00:17:45.13 And Ron tells me that he starts to feeling some improvement. 00:17:45.16\00:17:50.40 So praise the Lord, we have to continue to motivate 00:17:50.43\00:17:54.14 and continue to allow those things to happen 00:17:54.17\00:17:56.97 so we can start to feel better. 00:17:57.01\00:17:58.34 Amen. Yeah. 00:17:58.37\00:18:00.14 Doctor, I know that there are people 00:18:00.18\00:18:02.34 watching us right now. 00:18:02.38\00:18:04.75 Perhaps people who are in bed right now 00:18:04.78\00:18:07.25 because they can't get up, people who are on dialysis, 00:18:07.28\00:18:10.85 people who have kidney failure in their bloodlines, mother, 00:18:10.89\00:18:17.09 father, uncle, aunts, whatever, what can you say to them 00:18:17.13\00:18:20.50 right now that would benefit them 00:18:20.53\00:18:23.43 so they don't have to have this terrible problem? 00:18:23.47\00:18:26.94 Well, I think that, I've said this in lectures 00:18:26.97\00:18:30.34 when I talked to our NEWSTART guests. 00:18:30.37\00:18:32.61 I will tell you things that may be 00:18:32.64\00:18:33.98 a little bit different than what you hear 00:18:34.01\00:18:35.64 from a traditional doctor. 00:18:35.68\00:18:38.41 And one of the things that I would want to say 00:18:38.45\00:18:40.28 is a plant-based diet offers your body 00:18:40.32\00:18:45.69 a chance to heal. 00:18:45.72\00:18:47.86 A lot of kidney doctors will tell patients 00:18:47.89\00:18:49.92 they need to have x amount of protein 00:18:49.96\00:18:52.83 and they need to do this and need to do that, 00:18:52.86\00:18:54.66 they can't drink so much water. 00:18:54.70\00:18:57.57 We have seen in our experience, here at NEWSTART, 00:18:57.60\00:19:01.30 that increasing water improves circulation. 00:19:01.34\00:19:05.37 Improved circulation means that your blood pressure 00:19:05.41\00:19:08.11 will start to come down. 00:19:08.14\00:19:10.15 If your blood pressure comes down 00:19:10.18\00:19:11.51 and you have better circulation, 00:19:11.55\00:19:12.88 you're going to get better blood flow 00:19:12.91\00:19:14.25 to your kidneys. 00:19:14.28\00:19:15.62 And so your kidneys will work a little bit better, 00:19:15.65\00:19:17.45 they can filter a little bit better. 00:19:17.49\00:19:20.06 So I would recommend to people who have kidney problems 00:19:20.09\00:19:23.39 that they eat a plant-based diet, 00:19:23.43\00:19:26.76 that they drink water, 00:19:26.80\00:19:28.83 and that they get regular exercise. 00:19:28.86\00:19:31.43 Those three simple things start to reverse kidney disease. 00:19:31.47\00:19:36.67 What would you say to the typical, 00:19:36.71\00:19:40.08 "I need more protein. 00:19:40.11\00:19:42.34 Don't we have sufficient protein 00:19:42.38\00:19:44.31 in our plants"? 00:19:44.35\00:19:45.68 Absolutely. 00:19:45.71\00:19:47.05 I actually give our guests a list of protein 00:19:47.08\00:19:50.99 that's found in food. 00:19:51.02\00:19:52.65 For example, did you know that spinach 00:19:52.69\00:19:56.83 is 49 percent protein? 00:19:56.86\00:19:59.83 Wow. Broccoli is 45 percent protein. 00:19:59.86\00:20:05.17 There's even protein in fruits. 00:20:05.20\00:20:07.20 The USDA says that lemons have 16 percent protein. 00:20:07.24\00:20:12.47 So we get plenty of protein. Yes. 00:20:12.51\00:20:14.94 The other thing I would say to people 00:20:14.98\00:20:16.31 who are focusing on protein is that we don't need 00:20:16.34\00:20:20.35 as much protein as people think we do. 00:20:20.38\00:20:24.65 For eating a plant-based diet, eating a variety of food 00:20:24.69\00:20:27.59 so we get all the vitamins and minerals our bodies need, 00:20:27.62\00:20:30.33 we don't need as much protein. 00:20:30.36\00:20:31.79 Yeah. 00:20:31.83\00:20:33.46 So that's a fallacy then the protein, 00:20:33.50\00:20:37.73 in fact we're hearing it in the world out there 00:20:37.77\00:20:41.60 that people are getting so much protein, 00:20:41.64\00:20:43.87 this could be part of the culprit 00:20:43.91\00:20:45.87 that is giving us these variety of diseases. 00:20:45.91\00:20:49.08 Absolutely. 00:20:49.11\00:20:50.45 'Cause doesn't certain amount of protein create inflammation? 00:20:50.48\00:20:54.72 It can create inflammation and it's harder on our kidneys. 00:20:54.75\00:20:58.05 Yeah. 00:20:58.09\00:20:59.55 You know, just today I saw a patient, 00:20:59.59\00:21:02.16 one of the NEWSTART guest, who was saying to me, 00:21:02.19\00:21:04.26 "Look at this, I'm eating a high-carb diet 00:21:04.29\00:21:07.33 and I'm losing weight." 00:21:07.36\00:21:09.26 The world tells in order to lose weight, 00:21:09.30\00:21:11.03 you have to eat a high-protein diet. 00:21:11.07\00:21:13.23 Atkins said that, and he is dead. 00:21:13.27\00:21:14.84 Yeah. 00:21:14.87\00:21:16.20 Excuse me for saying that but I say 00:21:16.24\00:21:18.24 that I was doing Atkins diet and it worked. 00:21:18.27\00:21:23.24 I ate all this fat and all this protein, 00:21:23.28\00:21:24.91 I lost weight. 00:21:24.95\00:21:26.28 Right. 00:21:26.31\00:21:27.65 And then two months later, I had open heart surgery. 00:21:27.68\00:21:29.02 Right. 00:21:29.05\00:21:30.39 Doctor, we're running out of time, 00:21:30.42\00:21:31.75 I want to thank you for coming on the program 00:21:31.79\00:21:34.36 and being so available to us. 00:21:34.39\00:21:36.46 I know you're a busy man. 00:21:36.49\00:21:37.83 As always, Ron, it's been my pleasure. 00:21:37.86\00:21:39.66 Thank you so much. 00:21:39.69\00:21:41.03 But, friends, don't go away, we have a tip for you. 00:21:41.06\00:21:43.30 If you're thinking about 00:22:17.27\00:22:18.60 switching to a plant-based diet, 00:22:18.63\00:22:20.34 one of the concerns you may have 00:22:20.37\00:22:22.04 is if you'll get enough vitamin B12. 00:22:22.07\00:22:24.41 What is vitamin B12? Why do need it? 00:22:24.44\00:22:26.71 And where can you get it? 00:22:26.74\00:22:28.48 B12 is one of those vitamins that must be consumed 00:22:28.51\00:22:30.95 in your diet because your body doesn't produce it 00:22:30.98\00:22:33.62 for its own use. 00:22:33.65\00:22:35.02 It's only needed in trace amounts 00:22:35.05\00:22:36.85 and is commonly consumed via animal products 00:22:36.89\00:22:39.75 such as beef, chicken, fish, eggs, and milk. 00:22:39.79\00:22:43.56 Why is B12 so necessary? 00:22:43.59\00:22:46.13 Well, deficiency in this vitamin 00:22:46.16\00:22:47.66 leads to what's called pernicious anemia. 00:22:47.70\00:22:50.37 Pernicious because it's irreversibly destructive 00:22:50.40\00:22:52.83 to nerve and brain cells, and anemia 00:22:52.87\00:22:55.40 because it affects your blood. 00:22:55.44\00:22:57.14 A lack of B12 will cause your red blood cells to enlarge 00:22:57.17\00:23:00.54 which keeps the cells from dividing. 00:23:00.58\00:23:03.11 B12 is a very unique and that it's incorporated 00:23:03.14\00:23:06.92 into the nervous system and you can have issues 00:23:06.95\00:23:09.78 of peripheral neuropathy numbness 00:23:09.82\00:23:11.22 and tingling are more likely imbalance inability to sense 00:23:11.25\00:23:15.16 where you are in space. 00:23:15.19\00:23:16.73 Additionally, you can get a B12 deficiency 00:23:16.76\00:23:19.76 that manifests dementia. 00:23:19.79\00:23:22.26 And the challenge is that the problems 00:23:22.30\00:23:24.63 with the neuropathy may not be reversible, 00:23:24.67\00:23:27.54 which is why it's very important to not wait 00:23:27.57\00:23:30.64 until your B12 levels are low to do something about it. 00:23:30.67\00:23:34.58 So what are some good plant-based dietary sources? 00:23:34.61\00:23:38.01 Plant sources with naturally occurring B12 00:23:38.05\00:23:40.52 includes some fermented soy products 00:23:40.55\00:23:42.38 such as tempeh and miso and also some seaweeds. 00:23:42.42\00:23:46.19 But since natural levels of B12 can vary 00:23:46.22\00:23:48.59 and may not be as reliable, 00:23:48.62\00:23:50.39 a good way to ensure you're getting sufficient B12 00:23:50.43\00:23:53.13 is to consume plant foods fortified with B12. 00:23:53.16\00:23:56.73 These foods include many dairy alternatives 00:23:56.77\00:23:58.90 from milk and cheese such as soy, almond, and rice. 00:23:58.93\00:24:02.57 The nutritional label should list 00:24:02.60\00:24:04.01 whether or not it's been fortified with B12 00:24:04.04\00:24:06.54 and it will also be included in the ingredient list. 00:24:06.57\00:24:10.01 The common American dietary source of B12 00:24:10.05\00:24:12.48 is animal products. 00:24:12.51\00:24:13.88 But where do the animals get it from? 00:24:13.92\00:24:15.98 Well, as it turns out, B12 is produced 00:24:16.02\00:24:18.25 by soil microbes located in the root of plants, 00:24:18.29\00:24:21.66 however, because plants get a good scrubbing 00:24:21.69\00:24:23.89 before we eat them to remove 00:24:23.93\00:24:25.49 the potentially harmful components, 00:24:25.53\00:24:27.73 most if not all of its B12 content is removed. 00:24:27.76\00:24:31.07 How long can our body store B12? 00:24:31.10\00:24:33.70 I mean, it's like good question to ask 00:24:33.74\00:24:35.87 because we don't really have an answer, 00:24:35.90\00:24:38.77 we know that we can recycle the B12 00:24:38.81\00:24:41.34 in our body through the bio. 00:24:41.38\00:24:43.28 It gets reabsorbed then into the small intestine 00:24:43.31\00:24:46.51 and then it's used again. 00:24:46.55\00:24:48.12 Unfortunately, we don't have a clear picture 00:24:48.15\00:24:50.32 as to how long that lasts in the body. 00:24:50.35\00:24:52.12 It may be up to several years depending on other deficiencies 00:24:52.15\00:24:56.49 that a person may have. 00:24:56.52\00:24:58.43 It could be as few as a few months. 00:24:58.46\00:25:01.46 It's hard to store several years' 00:25:01.50\00:25:02.96 worth of vitamin B12 00:25:03.00\00:25:04.33 if you do not consume enough to start with. 00:25:04.37\00:25:07.04 Groups that are at greatest risk 00:25:07.07\00:25:08.50 of vitamin B12 deficiency include older people, 00:25:08.54\00:25:11.24 those with Crohn's disease, celiac disease, 00:25:11.27\00:25:13.84 gastritis type A or B, vegans, 00:25:13.88\00:25:16.24 those who are pregnant, people who take acid blockers, 00:25:16.28\00:25:19.28 or anyone who's had surgery to remove or block portions 00:25:19.31\00:25:22.28 of their stomach or small intestine. 00:25:22.32\00:25:24.72 Those who fit into any of these at risk categories, 00:25:24.75\00:25:27.86 may consider getting a B12 test from their doctor 00:25:27.89\00:25:30.93 in order to determine if they have sufficient levels. 00:25:30.96\00:25:33.86 If you're a total plant-based vegan 00:25:33.90\00:25:36.87 and you don't consume any animal products at all, 00:25:36.90\00:25:40.74 then you should make sure that you get a reliable source 00:25:40.77\00:25:44.41 of vitamin B12 and that could be either through 00:25:44.44\00:25:47.08 fortified foods and or a supplement. 00:25:47.11\00:25:52.08 You could have supplement like this, 00:25:52.11\00:25:55.52 this is a sublingual B12 tablet 00:25:55.55\00:26:00.49 and it has 500 mcg in each tablet, 00:26:00.52\00:26:03.46 and you can just stick it under your tongue 00:26:03.49\00:26:05.53 and let it dissolve there. 00:26:05.56\00:26:07.23 You can do that once a week or once a day. 00:26:07.26\00:26:11.00 But the best way really to know is to get 00:26:11.03\00:26:13.54 your B12 levels checked 00:26:13.57\00:26:15.14 so that you know where you stand. 00:26:15.17\00:26:17.27 The recommended daily allowance is about 20mcg. 00:26:17.31\00:26:20.91 Oftentimes, when you go into the grocery store 00:26:20.94\00:26:22.84 and you look for B12, you'll see it in doses 00:26:22.88\00:26:25.11 of a 100mch, a 1,000mcg, 2,000mcg. 00:26:25.15\00:26:29.68 Part of the reason may be that we may not absorb 00:26:29.72\00:26:32.39 all of the B12 that we necessarily take in orally. 00:26:32.42\00:26:37.23 Given that, we usually recommend 00:26:37.26\00:26:40.70 if someone is supplementing B12, 00:26:40.73\00:26:42.83 taking about a 1,000mcg daily and then periodically checking 00:26:42.86\00:26:48.00 your B12 levels, especially 00:26:48.04\00:26:50.57 if someone chooses not to supplement B12, 00:26:50.61\00:26:53.17 they definitely need to make sure 00:26:53.21\00:26:54.74 that they are rechecking their levels at least yearly 00:26:54.78\00:26:57.88 because deficiencies in B12 especially the nerve damage 00:26:57.91\00:27:01.88 that it can occur with it 00:27:01.92\00:27:03.25 and the dementia may be irreversible. 00:27:03.28\00:27:05.92 So if you're thinking of moving to a plant-based diet, 00:27:05.95\00:27:08.72 remember to get enough B12 from four to five sources. 00:27:08.76\00:27:12.19 It's not hard in this day and age to get plenty of B12 00:27:12.23\00:27:15.06 and it shouldn't be a concern for you 00:27:15.10\00:27:16.77 and certainly not a reason 00:27:16.80\00:27:18.13 to keep from moving to a plant-based diet. 00:27:18.17\00:27:20.90 I'm Rise Rafferty with Your Life and Health. 00:27:20.94\00:27:24.37 Well, friends, that's it for today, 00:27:24.41\00:27:26.01 but join us next week for another episode. 00:27:26.04\00:27:29.24 In the meantime, pick up the phone 00:27:29.28\00:27:30.78 and give us a call at 800-525-9192. 00:27:30.81\00:27:36.79 Mention the NEWSTART Now program 00:27:36.82\00:27:39.52 and receive the NEWSTART special. 00:27:39.55\00:27:42.06
