00:13 there are over one million deaths 00:14 because of Type 2 diabetes and chronic obesity. 00:17 This includes heart attacks and strokes. 00:19 That's six and half 747s crashing every day. 00:23 What's even more surprising is that the fix is easy. 00:26 It's your lifestyle. 00:28 Wouldn't it be nice if you could 00:29 actually add quality years to your life 00:31 rather than dying one organ at a time? 00:34 Obesity and diabetes are the cause 00:36 of over million deaths per year. 00:38 Most diseases are reversible 00:40 because most diseases are lifestyle diseases, 00:43 especially Type 2 diabetes and chronic obesity. 00:47 Seriously now, they can be reversed 00:49 and the quality of your life can be renewed. 00:53 Call Newstart today at 1-800-525-9192. 00:59 You will see dramatic changes 01:00 in the first few days of our program 01:02 and you'll be on the road 01:04 to a better more robust quality of life. 01:06 The Newstart programs are simple and effective. 01:12 Hi, friends, and welcome 01:13 to another edition of Newstart Now. 01:15 I'm your host Ron Giannoni. 01:18 In our studio with me today, we have Vince Lombardi. 01:23 No, not the coach but close to it 01:26 from Rhode Island. 01:28 Let's take a look at when he first arrived. 01:32 Well, my daughter Diana, she is a very good student 01:36 who might hold at everything 01:37 and she lined the whole thing up because 01:38 she was here on a visit few years ago 01:41 and realize how wonderful the place was 01:44 and she said that, 01:45 she thinks that they can put me back on track of my health. 01:48 Problem with my back and problem with my lungs, 01:51 short of breath and I was on a treadmill this morning, 01:54 I did pretty good. 01:56 But because I start getting short of breath, yeah, 02:01 doctor knock me off 02:03 and I believe I did really good for the situation. 02:07 I have my wife who said, 02:09 the time I get before you go home the time you get here, 02:13 you'll be going home a strong man. 02:16 I said, I'm looking forward to. 02:17 I like to do, I let it go of 20-25 pounds 02:21 and doctor said I'll be fine. 02:24 And that's what I'm... 02:25 I think my goal is to go up 02:27 because I already lost two, three pounds. 02:29 At Newstart I like to be able to enjoy my life 02:34 and take my family place and go together 02:36 and friendly gatherings and everything 02:40 and that's something I haven't did it all my life 02:43 so I did it and it work. 02:45 I thank God that I was able to come here 02:49 and afford it because, you know, 02:51 it's a real nice to have places 02:55 to get your health back in action. 02:58 Welcome back, friends. 02:59 And as I promised, Domenic, how are you, Goomba? 03:02 Praise the Lord. Very good. 03:04 Praise the Lord. 03:05 Wonderful place. 03:06 Wonderful place. Can't beat it. 03:08 You know, we talked a little bit 03:10 before we started the interview. 03:11 Right. 03:13 And you said some things that were very, very important to me 03:16 and I'm sure to our viewers. 03:19 But how were you treated here? 03:21 Tell us how you were treated here? 03:23 Treated here with the doctors, the staff, 03:25 the nurses, the people in dining room, 03:28 everything was, you have to be here to believe it. 03:32 Unbelievable. Yeah, it's unbelievable. 03:33 That was my experience too. Right. Right. 03:35 But I wanted you to say in your words. 03:37 Fantastic. 03:39 Now, when you came here as we just saw during the interview, 03:43 you came, you want to lose some weight. 03:46 You want to get rid of this dizziness 03:49 that when you stand up, you start to spin a little bit. 03:52 Correct. 03:54 And thirdly you had what? 03:57 It's long and short of breath, 03:59 it was very important in my business. 04:01 Yes. 04:02 Now, have you noticed the change 04:04 since you've been here? 04:05 Yeah, change was increased about I say, 25 to 30 percent. 04:12 Now, you are saying that 04:13 because this morning when we did treadmills, 04:17 you did about 33 percent... 04:19 Thirty three percent. 04:20 Better than the first... First time, correct. 04:22 First time which was just two weeks ago. 04:24 Exactly. 04:25 So you are feeling like you're, 04:27 you're catching your breath a little bit like 04:29 having more energy etcetera, right? 04:31 Walking more. Right. Walking more. 04:34 You walked how far today? 04:36 Today I walked two and half mile 04:38 and expect to play ping-pong for five or six games 04:42 and then I finish up the night by walking 04:44 two more laps which is another mile. 04:46 Good for you. 04:48 Before you got here, could you walk? 04:50 I couldn't, I never walked, 04:53 I got a NordicTrack machine in my office 04:56 and I never get on it more than 15-20 minutes a day, 04:59 then walk outside like I'm doing here, 05:01 up hills, down hills, it 's wonderful. 05:03 You feel like it's getting you stronger? 05:05 Yeah. Oh, yeah, definitely. 05:06 Your heart's getting stronger. Stronger. 05:08 Doctor told me that. Tell me what you think... 05:11 Now, we're both raised Italian? 05:13 Right. 05:14 And to me it's hard to beat Italian food, right? 05:18 That's right. 05:19 How is the food here? 05:21 Food is fantastic. 05:22 How could you say that? 05:25 'Cause they put it before your health. 05:27 Okay, before your health. 05:29 And the food here I believe you say on this, 05:32 this is a program here, you live another 15-20 years. 05:36 No word of a lie. Yeah, I'm coming back. 05:39 Matter of fact, I'm coming back next year 05:41 for another 18-19 days. 05:43 And I'm gonna follow up on you. 05:45 Make sure you do. Yeah, I'll be back. 05:47 I'll be back. I'll be back. 05:49 Where did I hear that before? 05:51 Now, what did you like most about the program? 05:55 Program, huh... 05:57 The system they have is very good. 05:59 There are certain rules 06:00 and they have a lot of stuff like viva with the church, 06:04 wonderful, it does a wonderful job. 06:06 The doctors give good speeches 06:07 and shows about this pressure and everything. 06:10 I mean, the whole program. 06:12 You liked everything about it. 06:13 Yes. 06:15 But nothing you like most. 06:17 What did you...? 06:18 Anything that really stood out that you really... 06:20 Yeah, what stood out 06:22 was one very important thing was the kitchen. 06:25 I mean, the excuse me not the kitchen, 06:28 the cooking class, fantastic. 06:30 Shows that when you get out of here, 06:31 if you stick to this system, you are gonna live longer. 06:37 The cooking class, that girl, 06:39 I can't recall her name but fantastic. 06:42 She is one of the best. 06:44 Now what about... 06:46 You shared something with me about your doctor visits. 06:51 Right. What about your visits? 06:53 I know, when I went to my cardiologist, 06:56 the first cardiologist I had 06:59 spent maybe five minutes with him. 07:01 That's it. 07:02 How much did you spend with doctor? 07:04 I spent with doctor between 07:05 three quarters an hour to an hour and quarter. 07:07 Hour and a quarter. Yeah. 07:09 What you do all the time? 07:10 Oh, we talked about the blood, the change of... 07:13 the blood pressure, blood drawing. 07:14 Now we took, Monday we took the second blood drawing. 07:17 You got to give me and Jackie a copy of it. 07:20 Blood is now... 07:22 How much we improved 07:23 because we know the improvement. 07:25 Jackie likes to know how much. 07:27 Sure. Sure. 07:29 Like you say, other problem that I had with breathing, 07:32 he told me a couple of things I should do about the breathing 07:36 to increase my lungs 07:39 and the treadmill was a good experience. 07:43 I mean, he was waiting for me to get on the treadmill 07:45 because he wanted to see 07:46 if I was increasing which I did. 07:48 I increased to 33 percent. 07:51 That's right. I was there. 07:52 That was a big number, right. 07:54 I helped out the treadmills this morning. 07:56 Right. Right. 07:57 That was the first time I ever got to do that. 07:58 Wow. That was pretty exciting. 08:00 Yeah. Oh, yeah. I learned a lot. 08:02 Yep. And you did a good job. 08:05 Dom, do you take any pills? 08:08 I used to take seven prescriptions 08:11 but I went to other locations, 08:15 they told me to get rid of the pill. 08:16 I came here, I brought the bag of pills 08:18 and the doctor said, get rid of them. 08:21 Said, you don't need them 08:22 and I had one pill I just had got 08:24 with full of holding water. 08:27 Oh, yes. 08:29 They gave me 100 pills, 08:30 I took four and throw the rest of bottle away. 08:32 I don't need them. 08:34 It could give me addiction and everything. 08:35 Really? 08:36 In other words you get prescriptions, 08:38 why do you need a prescription to get pills because 08:40 it's poison and the doctors put them. 08:44 That's a bottom line. 08:46 I don't take no pills at all, I take two vitamin pills 08:49 and pill that my son takes to it's over 08:54 for trying to keep the arteries open because 08:58 I get a lot of problems with my arteries. 09:00 That was one thing, they want to put, 09:01 they want to put stent in me, but I said, no way. 09:03 I'll cure it the right way. 09:05 To have like place like this, you know. 09:09 Amen. 09:11 I enjoyed the whole, I enjoyed the whole 19 days. 09:13 How are you gonna deal with this new lifestyle 09:17 once you get home? 09:19 Now, once I get home number one, 09:20 my daughter is vegan already. 09:23 She is already in the program. 09:24 She's been here for five days and so I found out about it. 09:28 And when I get back she will do all my cooking. 09:32 So now that's the key. 09:34 Cooking and not eating after 2:30, 3 o'clock. 09:37 That's the key to the program. 09:39 Really. Yeah. 09:40 You didn't knew it after 3 o'clock, 09:43 you can't do it. 09:45 So you've been having two meals a day? 09:46 Yep, two meals a day. 09:48 And you find that's sufficient for you? 09:49 Yeah. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. 09:50 Yeah. 09:52 Especially now on vacation, I'm not working. 09:53 I mean, sometime you feel like having something extra 09:55 but you don't pay. 09:57 You go to bed at night and you don't sleep. 09:59 No more-- No, that's gone. 10:01 That's out of the window. That's gone. 10:03 And me and my son really like, we really, 10:05 we used to sneak the cheese 10:06 because my daughter didn't like 'cause I was eating cheese 10:08 because dairy products cause lot of mucus. 10:10 If I use cheese or ice cream I'll be a bone whitening. 10:13 Really. 10:15 Mucus, yeah, dairy products allergic to them. 10:17 Allergic to seafood, shell foods. 10:21 So your overall experience here what I'm hearing you saying 10:27 has been a real good, real positive experience. 10:30 Exactly. 10:33 How much weight did you lose when you are here? 10:35 I already now I lost, 10:36 I didn't lose that much weight 10:38 because I guess say I was eating that good meal. 10:41 And oh, they give good soup tonight. 10:43 They got this good, everything is good 10:45 but you got to control yourself, 10:47 same with your own. 10:48 You got to be under the control. 10:50 But how much did you lose? I lost six and half pounds. 10:55 Well, some people are watching six and half pounds is a lot. 11:00 They would love to lose six and half pound. 11:02 But when I first started on that program and we would... 11:08 They let us, we fasted for three days. 11:11 I lost... 11:12 I was up to 12 pounds but it was all water weight. 11:15 Oh, yeah. 11:16 Now I'm back to my real weight 11:18 but just a difference of about six to eight pounds. 11:21 Okay. 11:23 Oh, you know, after the program is over, 11:25 after you're going home I'll be calling you 11:27 and I will be working with you 11:30 and helping you as much as I can. 11:31 Very good. 11:33 Is there anything that you would like 11:34 to tell our viewers before we depart? 11:37 Yeah, to tell the viewers 11:39 just like I'm telling my family, 11:42 this is the place to go next year 11:44 or even this year. 11:45 I mean, I can't go again because 19 days, 11:48 I can't do that but it's not more, more... 11:51 Look in the camera right over here. 11:53 Oh, there not more of a place to come than this place here. 11:57 And I get time to share when I can go to Hawaii, 12:01 that's when you're starting junking in. 12:03 Now you go out to eat. 12:04 So then it was... 12:06 if got to go some place I come to place to like this, 12:07 they cook my meals for me. 12:09 Not better than that. 12:10 Don, we ran out of time. 12:12 I want to thank you for joining us. 12:14 God bless you, brother. 12:15 Enjoyed talking to Italian people? 12:17 Yeah. Yeah. 12:18 And I'll be talking to you soon. 12:19 Very good. 12:21 Friends, don't go away 12:22 because Dr. Lukens will be right with us. 12:26 Hello, I'm Dr. David DeRose. 12:28 You know, helping a friend, neighbor or relative 12:31 have better health 12:32 is one of the most practical forms 12:34 of health ministry available. 12:36 However if you are not a health professional, 12:38 it can extremely difficult to know 12:40 how to help someone access reliable credible 12:43 up-to-date health information. 12:45 That's why I recommend the Newstart Lifestyle Club. 12:49 The club is based on the world famous Newstart principles 12:52 that have helped millions be well naturally 12:54 without the use of drugs. 12:56 The club offers streaming video, 12:57 expert health advice, wellness tips, tools and more. 13:01 And when it comes to ministry, 13:03 the Newstart Lifestyle Club provides a way for sponsor, 13:05 churches and health organizations 13:07 to connect with club members in their own communities. 13:11 If you would like to learn more about 13:13 how the Newstart Lifestyle Club 13:14 can make a difference in your health outreach 13:16 call 1-800-525-9192 13:21 and ask for your free copy 13:23 of Health Evangelism Made Simple. 13:30 Welcome back, friends. 13:32 And as I promised Dr. Lukens. 13:34 Always good to see you. Very good. Yes. 13:36 I'm excited because we're gonna 13:39 talk about a Goomba from the East Coast, Domenic. 13:45 How did Domenic do? 13:47 Well, you know, he really, really wanted to do very well 13:52 and some of his healthcare problems 13:54 were keeping him back 13:56 from being able to reach his goal 13:58 but he is determined. 13:59 He is going to follow up with us. 14:01 The inhaler. Yeah. 14:03 Tell us about what happened there? 14:05 Well, he has a short acting inhaler 14:10 that is supposed to be used for rescue they call it, 14:14 but that was the only one he was on 14:15 and so he kept getting more and more. 14:18 In fact, he had a little nebulizer 14:20 that he could get it in 14:21 and he was getting more and more short of breath. 14:24 So he needed a different one. 14:26 And so he heard me say "Well, you know, 14:29 the more you have to use that, 14:31 the more your breathing is gonna be a problem." 14:34 So he just stops it. 14:35 Oh, no. 14:37 And then he can't even walk across the street. 14:39 So, you know, either I'm not a very good communicator 14:43 or they get the wrong idea about what I say 14:46 but here's a guy that he is not tall, 14:51 he is weighed as much as 268 pounds 14:58 and then he's gotten down to as low as 155. 15:01 Wow. 15:03 So what is his desire? 15:05 His desire is to get back down to a good weight for him 15:09 and it could be less than 150 because of his height 15:14 but his problem is, is it-- 15:18 The good part is that he is trying to do 15:20 more and more of the lifestyle. 15:22 So he is getting to be-- Well, he is a vegetarian now. 15:28 But and the other thing which is really good 15:31 is he stopped all of his medications. 15:34 Now, yeah, because he knows 15:35 where he is and his numbers really weren't bad. 15:39 His cholesterol and all those things, 15:40 they were acceptable. 15:42 Also for some reason 15:44 he couldn't take the Coumadin or the Warfarin, 15:47 the stuff that thins your blood out. 15:50 And so he's just on an aspirin. 15:54 And a lot of doctors will do that. 15:55 He is 80-years-old. 15:57 He is more vigorous in that in his mind. 16:00 His body just doesn't kept it. 16:02 I kind of notice, this happens as you get older 16:06 but he is-- 16:07 What a tremendous guy. 16:09 He's really got a good heart. Yeah. 16:11 He'll feel Joe Welnick, his son, you know, is-- 16:15 Jack. 16:17 Yeah, and he turns a lot of the business over 16:19 because he's just doc. 16:21 I get up in the morning, I breakfast, 16:23 I go for a walk and then I go back to bed. 16:25 I don't have any strength. 16:28 And so fortunately it's not his medicines this time 16:32 but his weight is a problem. 16:34 He tell us for every pound that you're overweight, 16:37 your body has to pump 16:39 between one and three extra miles of blood vessels. 16:43 So, you know, he may be pumping through 150 or 200, 16:47 near the tiny little blood vessels 16:49 if you line them all up 16:50 but the heart still has to do that. 16:52 And when he is not off of the animal products 16:58 especially the milk products and stuff like that, 17:01 he's gonna have 17:02 like we're always talking about the prostate gland, 17:04 hence here we go again. 17:06 When you get the fatty acids 17:08 that are just plain from plants, 17:11 only plants and not from the animal products, 17:14 it dilutes his tiny little arteries up 17:17 from three red blood cells to four red blood cells. 17:20 It's like taking out a plug that filters. 17:23 So the pressure drops and the flow goes 17:26 and we have several physicists here and I-- 17:30 Some I ask them because, you know, 17:32 to see what it is just-- 17:35 and they tell us that there is 75 percent more 17:39 blood flow to those areas. 17:42 Well, when you have those 17:44 dilated up just that little bit. 17:46 This from being a vegetarian? No, no, no, vegan. 17:49 Well, vegan. You said, vegetarian earlier. 17:52 Well, he is vegetarian but he is not, 17:56 you know, he is so, so and I hopefully-- 18:00 But he is eating cheese. 18:02 I don't know what all he is eating 18:03 but he is not 100 percent vegan. 18:06 When he does, he's gonna get the dilation 18:07 of those blood vessels. 18:09 Now, he talked to me just after he has left here 18:13 and he is scheduled to go and see his doctor, 18:17 hopefully that give him 18:18 a longer lasting inhaler for him 18:22 so it will be easier for him. 18:24 But he's got these problems of low back pain. 18:27 With high cholesterol 18:29 and plantar arteries and so forth 18:31 and through the years, you know, this is progressive. 18:34 We're seeing him in a window of time 18:36 where it isn't so bad 18:38 but when he was doing all these things 18:39 before his arteries have had ever since he was a child 18:43 probably up to now when he is 80, 18:47 probably the inside of his arteries 18:49 as the aorta looks like scrambled egg. 18:52 Ouch. 18:54 And why would you say that because of his lifestyle? 18:56 Well, most of the time 18:57 when you have a lot of lower back pain, 19:00 it's from not having enough oxygen 19:04 circulating from the blood. 19:06 And there was little tiny, 19:08 each time you come to a vertebra 19:10 and the indivertible discs, 19:12 you know, they always tell you about bulging disc, 19:14 there is two little tiny arteries 19:17 they go off the aorta 19:18 and go back there and feed those structures. 19:22 Well, you can see them on a person 19:24 that doesn't have cholesterol plugs. 19:27 But if you look in there, 19:29 you're not gonna see any of those 19:30 because it will be like I said, 19:32 all plugged up with cholesterol. 19:35 And so he's probably got his lower back pain from that. 19:39 He is short of breath, he's got some edema. 19:43 He lost probably only three or four pounds 19:46 while he was here 19:48 but lot of the time he couldn't exercise. 19:49 He just, he couldn't do it because he just felt so weak. 19:52 So weak and tired 19:54 because he is not getting any oxygen 19:56 into his blood etcetera, etcetera. 19:58 Into his lungs. His lungs. 19:59 Into his blood and so forth. 20:01 But he is gonna be an interesting case. 20:03 He promises to come back every year 20:04 and bring a family member. 20:06 So what we need to do-- 20:08 That's why your follow up comes in. 20:10 Keep following him up, see what he is doing, 20:13 ask him the hard questions and see what he gets. 20:16 And then if he comes back 20:19 with all of these things in line, 20:21 he should be really, really happy. 20:24 Well, I did talk to his son Jack 20:26 and Jack had a multitude of questions, 20:30 what about this, what about that 20:31 and he started to change from what he learned here. 20:34 So I got him back on track. Yeah, good. 20:36 And I think they will do well. 20:38 Doctor, I want to thank you 20:39 for coming here and being with us. 20:42 And thank you for your follow up. 20:43 Oh, you are more than welcome. 20:44 And thank you, friends, but don't go away, 20:47 we have a tip for you following this. 20:58 Today, we will be making a blueberry crisp 21:00 that you can have for breakfast. 21:01 In fact, you could even have this for a dessert. 21:04 This recipe calls for six cups of frozen or fresh blueberries. 21:08 One quarter teaspoon of all spice 21:11 which is a wonderful herb to add 21:13 to make that blueberry really pop out. 21:15 One cup of water. 21:17 One cup of frozen concentrate juice. 21:20 The kinds that you could use 21:22 will be a white grape, even a red grape. 21:25 I like using apple juice, 21:27 you could use a berry concentrate. 21:29 But what won't work 21:30 would probably be like a lemonade, orange juice. 21:33 It will be too overpowering for this recipe. 21:36 Two tablespoon of our quick tapioca. 21:38 This is really great 21:40 because you can find this in any grocery store 21:41 and it's the kind of tapioca that sets up really quickly. 21:45 And then half a cup of our dates. 21:47 And I'm gonna be using Medjool dates. 21:49 You can use date pieces 21:51 and you can find these in your grocery store as well. 21:53 And then we will top it off with some granola 21:55 and this goes into a baking dish. 21:57 So what I'll need 21:58 is I'll just need a high speed blender, 22:00 a knife to cut off my dates and that's about it. 22:03 So let's get started. 22:04 I'm gonna go ahead and add my blueberries 22:06 to my baking dish. 22:08 And 9x13 marks and so this sits well. 22:12 And you're just gonna let that sit 22:14 and I'm gonna process the rest of my ingredients. 22:16 So it calls for one cup of my juice concentrate. 22:22 And it helps if you let it thaw out a little bit 22:24 because of course that pours so much nicer. 22:27 And then we will add a cup of water 22:29 and I'm gonna add my tapioca last, 22:31 so I add my all spice 22:34 and then I'm gonna show you what I do with this. 22:37 One thing you want to be careful with the date 22:38 is the pit obviously. 22:40 So you just take your date 22:41 and make sure you look for the pit. 22:42 You just peel it open 22:44 and inside is this really hard center 22:47 and you are gonna just take those out. 22:49 And I'm gonna probably use about 30 here. 22:52 And dates are great 22:53 because they are just naturally sweet 22:55 and you have all the fiber inside the sweeteners, 22:59 so you don't having to really, 23:00 you know, deal with a lot of refined sugars. 23:03 I'm just gonna take my dates with my chef knife 23:05 and I'm just gonna cut and chop them up, rough chop. 23:08 You don't have to be too particular. 23:10 If you don't have a high speed blender, 23:11 then I would really make sure 23:13 that you get these chopped up fine. 23:15 But since I'm using my Vitamix which I love 23:19 or a Blendtec and even the Ninja now too. 23:21 Those are really great high speed blenders. 23:24 So I'm just gonna rough chop these 23:26 and give myself about a half a cup 23:28 and I'm gonna put that into my blender. 23:31 And then I'll add my tapioca after it's all blended. 23:42 So I have a really great slurry right there. 23:44 This is gonna be nice for our cobbler. 23:47 And then I'm gonna add my tapioca last 23:50 and I'm just gonna pulse it. 23:51 And what-- this how it's gonna set up 23:53 is once you put this in the oven, 23:54 we are gonna put in the oven at 350 for about 25 minutes 23:57 and everything is gonna get nice and set up. 23:59 Then we will add our granola 24:01 and take and put that in for another 15 minutes. 24:03 So I'm just gonna pulse this, add that 24:04 and I'll show you what it looks like. 24:13 Okay, so now that everything blended, 24:17 I'll just pour that over my blueberries here. 24:22 And blueberries by the way 24:24 have tremendous antioxidant properties 24:28 and you want to get a lot of antioxidants into your foods 24:30 because those are really gonna be 24:32 what helps to keep your blood and body healthy. 24:37 Okay, so we have our fruit crispy nuts, 24:39 it's gonna be put into the oven at 350 for about 25 minutes. 24:44 Then we will take it out, add our granola 24:45 for about 15 minutes, 24:47 so that the granola gets nice and crunchy 24:50 and not too soggy. 24:51 If we added up the flour it would be too soggy. 24:53 And then we'll show you what it looks like 24:54 just before we add the granola. 24:59 I took this out of the oven after about 25 minutes 25:02 and now it's ready to add out granola. 25:05 And it's gonna come out a little bit jelly 25:07 and a little bit runny at the same time 25:09 so don't worry, that's kind of we're looking for. 25:11 And then we will just add our granola 25:14 and you can get this recipe on our website. 25:16 This is a wonderful granola, it's so nutritious 25:19 and you can see it's very versatile. 25:21 You can add it to a lot of dishes. 25:24 So we will just add this and then what you will see 25:27 is this granola is gonna absorb some of this crisp 25:33 and it will be a little bit chewy 25:37 but we want to still have that crisp. 25:39 And that's what you are looking for. 25:40 So I'm just gonna go ahead and add this. 25:42 Put it back into the oven for 15 minutes again at 350 25:46 and you should have a beautiful crisp when it's done 25:49 and we are gonna show you the end result. 25:53 So our cobbler is done 25:54 and it's absolute beautiful and delicious. 25:57 The aroma is amazing. 25:59 And I'm gonna show you what I would do. 26:00 I would just take some of my cobbler 26:03 and put it in a beautiful breakfast bowl here 26:09 and you will have the benefit of the granola 26:12 and all of the nuts inside of there 26:14 with some blueberries 26:16 and it's a great dish to have for breakfast. 26:18 So enjoy. 26:51 You're killing me. 26:55
