00:22 Hi friends and welcome to
00:24 another edition of NEWSTART Now. 00:29 In our studio we have Paul "Big Red" Wilson who's come 00:33 down to visit us for a 00:35 second or maybe even a third time. 00:37 Paul came to us a couple of 00:39 weeks ago in really bad shape and 00:41 I'd like you to take a look at that clip when he first arrived. 00:46 The reason I'm here is because I've 00:48 gained some weight and I haven't been 00:50 able to exercise and I have kidney 00:52 damage that I need to try to reverse. 00:54 I want to be able to 00:56 reverse the kidney damage I have. 00:58 I'd like to be able to get healthier. 01:01 I'd like to get totally off insulin if I can. 01:04 My blood pressure is 01:05 coming down which is great. 01:07 It's a help and I like the diet and the lifestyle. 01:11 It works, period. It works. 01:15 Welcome back friends and in our studio is "Big Red." 01:17 Hey it's good to see you again. 01:19 It's good to see you again. 01:21 Well, not really for the reasons, 01:23 but good to see you anyway. 01:26 I think when we first met you 01:29 were taking how many medications? 01:32 When I came back here, 01:34 I was on six medications 01:36 and since I've been here I'm off my heart medications, 01:40 I'm off my blood pressure medications, 01:42 my cholesterol medication 01:44 and I was on a pump doing 01:47 about 130 units a day of insulin 01:50 and I'm not on my pump for the first 01:51 time and I had been on a pump since 2004. 01:57 You know I'm not on any 01:58 insulin and I'm doing great. 02:00 So the last time you were here, 02:02 you were on the pump. I don't recall that. 02:04 Yeah I was on the pump and I downed my insulin way 02:08 back to about 12 to 16 units a day and I was taking a lot. 02:16 But that's right after I was involved in a 02:18 hurricane and I had terrible damage to my kidneys. 02:23 So now you're off all medication but Metformin? 02:26 Metformin and then Spironolactone 02:29 but I'll be off of that pretty soon too. 02:32 They already told me I can 02:33 get off that pretty quick. 02:35 Now I guess it's fair for me to say that when your wife 02:38 and I spoke she was really concerned about you, right? 02:42 Yeah. -And you were at a point where 02:45 you were starting to mumble a little bit, 02:49 as I recall, maybe not complete sentences, 02:53 and your body was starting to shut down. 02:55 I guess you know that. 02:57 Yeah I went through a situation 03:01 with my kidneys where I had over nine thousand 03:03 milligrams of protein going through them 03:06 I had a lot of poison in my system. 03:08 I began to mumble and I 03:10 couldn't finish sentences sometimes. 03:13 My blood pressure was pretty messed up. 03:16 I was doing more and more insulin 03:17 and gaining weight almost daily, 03:20 and honestly the three times that I've been there, 03:23 it's been three times, 03:25 I felt like I was about ready to die. 03:27 The first time in 2005 I had heart 03:30 problems and that got taken care of back in 2009. 03:36 I left here feeling great. 03:37 It's like I came in like a dead man, 03:39 crawling and walked out of here with 03:40 my head up and I feel the same now. 03:43 I felt like I came in crawling on my last 03:46 legs and I feel like I got my life back again. 03:50 So is your thinking clear 03:52 and right today, -Absolutely. 03:55 then it was two weeks ago? -Yes. 03:56 Tremendously. It's hard to explain 04:00 to somebody that hasn't been there 04:02 but it's amazing to be able to think and 04:04 recall things and be able to do complete sentences 04:07 and I had people tell me to stop mumbling and to 04:11 speak clearly because they couldn't understand me. 04:13 And I began getting worried and I 04:15 didn't realize how bad I was. -Yes. 04:17 Well your wife knew because we talked and then 04:20 you and I later talked and of course here you are. 04:24 You've been here for a couple of 04:25 weeks now and you get to go home tomorrow 04:29 and I know that this program, tell us, 04:31 tell the viewers what we talked about 04:34 earlier in the day when you stopped at my 04:35 office about continuing on this program. 04:39 Well it's real important when you leave here to be 04:42 able to continue the lifestyle. It's not hard to do. 04:45 It's actually easier than most people realize and I've learned 04:49 a lot here that helps me to be able to do that when I go home. 04:53 The one problem is though that I'm a pastor and the 04:56 crisises of people around me seem 04:58 to want to steal my time from me 05:01 which is also my exercise time and 05:03 sometimes the time that I need to eat 05:05 and it's not hard to come to a place 05:07 where you're not exercising like you need to 05:10 and you're not eating when and how 05:13 you need to eat and you get sabotaged. 05:17 Well you know I'm going to be checking in on you. 05:19 I appreciate that. I look forward to it. 05:21 And Dr. Lukens going to be 05:22 checking in on you too. -Absolutely. 05:24 You know we really want to support you 05:27 and I wanted viewers to know that when 05:28 people come through the program we 05:30 just don't let you go, we do some follow-up 05:33 Especially guys like "Red" who appreciate it 05:36 and really want us to stay in touch and we will. 05:40 Well you know I've sent other people here that have been real 05:43 sick and we've been able to see 05:44 them come back with their life again 05:47 and I know that I'm a third time repeat 05:51 but you know there's people out there who 05:52 have been through this program and if they 05:54 would remember how they felt when they left and 05:56 how good that was there's no condemnation here. 05:59 You know the passion to care for people is tremendous here 06:03 and when I came back here everybody was excited to see me. 06:07 They all wanted to hug up on me and they welcomed me back 06:10 but they all got together with me and helped me to 06:13 overcome the stuff that was taking my life from me 06:16 and I appreciate that. I don't think you can find 06:18 that in a doctor's office anywhere in this country. 06:22 Maybe one of our doctors office. 06:24 Absolutely. -I've got to tell you when I came, 06:26 as you know, I met my doctor for 06:29 the first time, Dr. Michael Orlich 06:31 and he prayed with me and I went "wow, 06:34 this is a special place. " -Oh yeah. 06:37 Anyway this is about you. Tell us what else has happened? 06:40 How much weight have you lost? 06:42 Well I've lost 23 pounds as of today. 06:44 You beat me by a pound. 06:46 I'm not going to quit though. I'm going to come back 06:49 looking thin and lean and mean 06:51 and a praising machine. -Alright. 06:53 I've got to tell you I love the people here. 06:55 You know I also came with a back injury that was pretty bad. 06:58 I had moved a vertebrae when I was working out, 07:01 exercising on a machine. 07:03 It tore a disk and herniated another disk and 07:06 the hydrotherapy here has just helped tremendously. 07:10 I don't have pain going down my leg, 07:12 I don't have shocks and spasms. 07:15 They do such a great job in there with you. 07:18 It's tremendous, I mean, I don't know 07:21 any part of this that I haven't enjoyed, 07:23 thoroughly enjoyed. It's been a blessing. 07:26 Well maybe you might think about just signing up 07:28 for every six months you come down here, 07:31 spend three weeks and then go home fresh and new. 07:34 Well actually I'm going to do something similar to that. 07:37 You guys have a freshstart program 07:38 that lets you come for four or five days 07:40 and I'm going to come down 07:42 here with my wife and I'm 07:43 going to make a trip down here, probably every six months 07:46 and just come down and keep in touch 07:48 with everybody, visit with the doctors. 07:50 I'm staying in touch with my doctor, Dr. Lukens and I'm going 07:54 to send him regular monthly 07:55 updates especially on my kidneys 07:58 so they can see how this affects kidneys, 08:01 I believe my kidneys are improving. 08:03 Some of the numbers show that but I'll have 08:06 better ones after I go home and have some tests done. 08:09 Yeah. Well I do some research with Dr. Lukens, 08:13 renal failure, and so I'll be involved 08:16 in that aspect of your life as well. 08:19 That's good. -So we'll be monitoring you. 08:21 I appreciate that. I enjoy 08:22 visiting and talking with everybody here. 08:25 There's a lot of good support here. 08:26 Yeah. -It's really tremendous. 08:28 So have you learned to cook now? When you get home 08:32 are you going to be able to share this with your wife? 08:36 Yeah you know, when I left here 08:38 in 2005 my daughter became a vegan, 08:41 my wife did and my daughter is still a vegan. 08:43 She was one of the people that really 08:46 promoted helping me to get here this time, 08:50 and then she put on her 08:51 facebook all about this lifestyle. 08:53 She says no other lifestyle can be as good 08:56 for your body as this one that I have here, 08:58 so I bought her a real nice cookbook. 09:01 They have cookbooks here you can 09:03 take home and I'm sending her one. 09:05 But yeah I can cook this food. 09:06 It's not that hard to do. -Good, good. 09:10 Now when you first arrived you weren't walking too well. 09:14 How much are you walking each day now? 09:17 I'm walking three miles a day. 09:19 I've walked up to three and half miles. 09:22 When I go home I'll try to get in up to five miles a day. 09:26 Now how tall are you? -Six foot. 09:28 And how much do you weigh? -Right now I weigh 358. 09:32 -358. -Yeah and I was 381 when I got here. 09:35 Wow, so you want to get down to what, 190? 09:38 Well I don't know how far my body will take me down. 09:41 I know everybody's body will 09:43 take them to that fighting rate so 09:45 I'm hoping it'll be at least under 270, 09:49 260, 250 somewhere in there. 09:51 But if I go less than that I'll be happy. 09:53 Oh I know you will. 09:57 "Red" I want to thank you once again. 09:59 This is the second time 10:00 you've been willing to come in and 10:02 share your life with our viewers. 10:04 I want to thank you and God Bless you. 10:06 Thank you so much, I appreciate it Ron. 10:08 Thank you friends but don't go away. 10:11 Dr. Lukens is going to be with us in a moment. 10:15 Well you've done very well. 10:22 Do you have diabetes, heart disease, 10:25 high blood pressure or do you weigh too much? 10:29 Hi my name is Dr. Ing and I'd like to tell 10:32 you about our 18-day NEWSTART Lifestyle program. 10:36 It includes a comprehensive medical evaluation 10:38 with laboratory studies and an exercise stress test, 10:42 physician consultations, culinary school, 10:46 and an opportunity to walk on beautiful 10:49 trails in the foothills of the Sierras. 10:53 Your health is one of the most important things that you have. 10:56 Don't wait. Give us a call at 11:21 Welcome back friends and in our studio, Dr. 11:24 Lukens. -Yeah. -How are you? 11:25 Good to be back again. This is exciting. 11:28 This is exciting. Now we know "Red" 11:33 from '09 and he's been here in '05. 11:38 So now he's here, you're his doctor. 11:41 Tell us what happened. 11:44 The thing that's really hard is that we can't 11:47 always get in touch with him because he's such a busy guy 11:51 and so I'd call him and he takes a Tuesday off and 11:57 everyone should do this, have a day completely off 12:00 when you do your spiritual, you do your devotional, 12:04 you do your Bible study and everything 12:07 and that's why he's so strong in 12:09 the Lord and he serves so many people. 12:12 But see the last time when he came here 12:15 he was just right at the point of death 12:18 and he mentioned that but I quizzed him 12:20 on it today at the last doctor's meeting. 12:22 He said they have what they call, scoop and run. 12:25 He was so close to death. 12:27 He stayed down there for Gustav, this was in I 12:31 think it was in 2008, was it? -Yeah I think so. 12:35 Okay and then they had Ike after 12:38 that so he goes from one to the next 12:40 and the only food that he had to eat was their, 12:44 they flew in a big meat locker, 12:46 had a generator, kept it frozen and he was mostly eating beef, 12:51 and so you know I mean that was 12:53 what they were offering, that's what he had. 12:56 He had cellulitis in his leg, his kidneys were shutting down, 13:01 he was having some kind of a bacterimia or septicemia 13:06 so they put something in his ear to see what his temp was, 13:10 slapped some things on his chest, 13:12 and when they realized the situation 13:16 that he was in he was having the chills. 13:20 He said they have what they call, scoop and run. 13:23 They just brought him in there and plugged IVs in him, 13:27 they started him on things 13:28 and when he got to the emergency 13:31 room there in Houston at the hospital, 13:33 the guy looked at him and he said "is he still alive?" 13:38 That's how close it was you see. -Wow. 13:40 He was in the hospital for ten days 13:41 and they start testing and they say 13:43 we've got to take your gallbladder out now 13:45 and he was so sick he said "just let me go home please. 13:48 Can't this wait until later?" 13:50 Well they didn't want to but they let him go home. 13:54 Now he actually did pretty well until he couldn't 13:57 exercise because he told you about doing his back out 14:01 and then so he was sedentary and all that 14:04 kind of stuff and he was really doing poorly 14:08 and then whatever happened there in Houston and the 14:12 antibiotics and maybe his blood pressure went really low 14:17 and his kidneys just started pouring 14:19 out protein and they wanted to do a biopsy. 14:22 So I told him today I said, since you're doing so well, 14:27 keep them to deferring it. 14:29 They said "we don't know why this is so 14:31 they're just going to try to look and see" 14:33 What's really neat is that his doctors say you know, 14:37 from clear back the first time he came, 14:39 they said you know you did really well. 14:41 Why don't you go back to that place? 14:43 Well he really didn't have a choice the second 14:45 time because he was about ready to die. He really was. 14:49 I mean his legs were like this and he had cellulitis 14:52 and they were oozing and everything. 14:54 It was really sad. 14:55 This time you know, he was actually better than 14:59 he was when he came here the last time. -Yeah. 15:04 But this time now, he's pouring 15:05 out a tremendous amount of protein. 15:07 Why is that? -They don't know. -Just don't know. 15:11 It could be from inflammation but he's done that 15:14 ever since he was so sick back there in Houston. 15:18 But the really exciting part is, he's tech you know, 15:23 he just plugs it in, sends the 15:24 information over from his pump to the doctors 15:28 and they said "you know they're taking you down on your 15:31 insulin but it looks like they can take you down faster" 15:35 so back a week ago I say, 15:37 let's see how they like this one. 15:40 Just pull that thing out and stop it. 15:43 and increase your exercise as you can, 15:45 so this is the first time since he went on the pump. 15:48 When he first got the pump they had to, 15:50 usually it's a hundred units of the rapid acting that they use 15:57 and he had to have the five hundred units 16:00 per CC because he had to use so much insulin 16:03 and he was using about 16:07 anywhere from 80 to 130, 135 units 16:12 and he was doing pretty well on that but see 16:15 he kept gaining weight and that's what we see. 16:18 When you overdo on insulin and 16:21 you try to keep those numbers low, 16:23 low, low you cannot get your weight down 16:26 because, just like a 16:28 patient I just got through seeing, 16:30 she kept doing it and her blood sugars would go 16:32 low, she'd have to eat more insulin, fatter, 16:36 diabetes is worse and it's a vicious circle 16:39 so he's just absolutely excited 16:42 about this and his diabetologist, 16:46 his internists are going to be excited about it 16:49 because I think his blood sugars even 16:51 after he eats are about 200 or lower. 16:56 Let me ask you a question. I don't know if 16:58 you were aware of this. Of course you were. 17:01 When his wife called me and said "Red 17:04 needs to come back" I said well you know, 17:07 the only thing he needs to do is get serious. 17:11 She said "well he's really serious now, 17:13 he really needs to come here, and I 17:15 said well let's get him down here. 17:17 Well when I first talked to him he was kind of 17:20 slurring his words and everything. 17:22 What was all that about? 17:24 Well see the thing is his legs were swelling again 17:28 and that means that his heart isn't pumping properly 17:31 so when your heart isn't pumping properly, 17:34 then your legs swell, your 17:37 kidneys aren't getting good profusion, 17:39 your brain isn't getting good 17:40 profusion and the heart isn't profusing itself 17:44 and every time we talk, practically I 17:46 talk about getting on the plant-based diet. 17:49 The little tiny blood vessels dilate up, 17:52 the heart starts pumping stronger and with the 17:56 little bit of exercise he could do, strong heart 18:00 pump the water out through the kidneys, 18:02 I'm hoping that the 18:04 kidneys are stronger now, 18:05 the brain starts functioning better 18:07 and he's good to go. -And all of 18:09 a sudden he starts talking normal. 18:11 Yeah. -It's amazing just to see what he's 18:13 gone through in the last couple of months. 18:16 Yeah and he did lose over 20 pounds and a lot of that 18:21 is water out but now that he's able to get up and walk 18:24 he's regaining his lean body mass and 18:27 those muscles are starting to work better. 18:33 I don't know whether we have time now or not but there's 18:35 something called mitochondria and this is a big deal now. 18:39 and what they found is that these little 18:42 tiny fuel burners that make the energy for you, 18:45 you can increase their efficiency by fifty 18:48 percent and you can get fifty percent more of them 18:51 and they're in all the cells. 18:54 Even the pancreas can start having healthier cells 19:03 and the exciting thing was, I want to know after 19:06 all these years does he really need that insulin? 19:08 so he did that C-Peptide test and we found out that he's 19:12 making twice the amount of 19:14 insulin that normally he should need 19:16 so I said let's stop it. -Right. 19:19 Now what about coins on Q10 for the 19:21 mitochondria would that be something you work with? 19:23 You know we make that stuff and we 19:25 don't really need all the supplements. 19:27 Your body makes enough? -Oh yeah but it's healthy. 19:31 Well how does it double and triple? 19:33 No, these are the mitochondria. 19:35 That's what I mean, the mitochondria. 19:37 How do they double? -They're called into action. 19:39 The body does things that it needs to do. 19:41 Oh when you exercise -Yeah, yeah. -Oh okay. 19:44 In about three months it turns you completely around. 19:48 That's why I say exercise is going 19:51 to be two thirds of your program. 19:53 So that's what we witnessed with 19:55 Red in this last couple of weeks, 19:57 that mitochondria perhaps 19:59 No, no it takes longer than that 20:01 but the diet and the exercise, 20:03 the two together have made his heart stronger. 20:05 Oh okay. -Yeah and he's going 20:06 to get stronger and stronger. 20:08 He's going to be able to burn that fat up. 20:10 I mean 230, I mean 300, 20:13 330 pounds for somebody that's six 20:16 feet tall is still morbid obesity. 20:19 He's over 100 pounds overweight. -Yes. 20:21 And that means that he may have, 20:24 you know one to three miles of extra blood vessels 20:28 to profuse all of that. His heart doesn't need that. 20:32 I told him you were going to keep after him. 20:34 Yeah he's agreed. You know he knows 20:37 the Bible and he's working on his PhD. -I know. 20:40 Yeah and I said, hey, you know you need to 20:44 present your body as a living sacrifice. 20:48 Doctor I want to thank you for joining us. 20:50 It's always a pleasure to have you here. 20:52 Well this is exciting. 20:53 And thank you friends for joining us. 20:55 Don't go away we have a tip for you. 21:01 You know, helping a friend, 21:02 neighbor or relative have better 21:04 health is one of the most practical 21:06 forms of health ministry available. 21:08 However if you're not a health 21:09 professional it can be extremely difficult to 21:12 know how to help someone access reliable, 21:14 credible up-to-date health information. 21:18 That's why I recommend the NEWSTART Lifestyle Club. 21:21 The club is based on the world 21:23 famous NEWSTART principles that 21:24 have helped millions be well 21:26 naturally without the use of drugs. 21:28 The club offers streaming video, 21:30 expert health advice, wellness tips, tools and more. 21:33 And when it comes to 21:35 ministry the NEWSTART Lifestyle Club 21:36 provides a way for sponsored 21:38 churches and health organizations 21:40 to connect with club 21:41 members in their own communities. 21:43 If you'd like to learn more about how the NEWSTART 21:46 Lifestyle Club can make a 21:47 difference in your health outreach call 21:53 and ask for your free copy of 21:56 Health Evangelism Made Simple. 22:14 Hello and welcome to NEWSTART at home. 22:18 And today we have in the studio with us Dr. 22:21 Doug Plata. Welcome Doctor. 22:23 Thank you. -You are a specialist in family 22:26 medicine but also preventive medicine. 22:29 That's correct. -And one of the things we've 22:31 been talking about is 22:33 the lack of hydration people have. 22:36 They're not drinking enough water or maybe some people 22:39 drink too much but we want to talk about water today. 22:41 How important is it? 22:43 It's extremely important. There's studies 22:45 showing that for heart health it's actually 22:48 about as important as many of the other 22:50 common treatments that we have for heart disease. 22:54 By making sure that you get an adequate 22:57 amount versus those people who are on the low end, 22:59 the difference meet is about fifty 23:01 percent reduction in risk of heart attack. 23:05 And that's probably because the blood gets more viscus, 23:08 more sticky and maybe causes the coronary events. 23:11 We're not entirely sure but that's 23:13 probably at least part of the reason. 23:15 I'm guessing there's 23:16 probably more parts to the reason. 23:17 So what kind of water should we drink? 23:20 Just tap water, distilled water, 23:22 I mean there's all kinds of exotic water. 23:24 I go to the store and I could see a 23:26 bottle that costs me $1.72 or you know a buck. 23:31 And then I can find this exotic water that's, 23:33 you know, I'm not saying ten bucks, 23:34 but there's a big vast variation and they all 23:38 have different labels. How do I navigate that? 23:41 The first thing that I'd like to point out 23:42 is that regardless of the type of the water, 23:44 getting enough water is the 23:45 number one message, first and foremost. 23:48 When it comes to the type of water there have 23:51 been a number of different studies done on this 23:55 and again make sure you get water. 23:58 Probably one of the 24:00 more unhealthy forms of water is actually distilled water. 24:04 I know this is going to come as a surprise 24:06 and perhaps concern to some of the listeners 24:10 but what distilled water does is it 24:12 separates out the minerals from the 24:14 water and what we're finding out is 24:16 those minerals are there for a reason 24:18 in particular cardiac health. 24:20 So tap water is good then after all. 24:23 Depends on the local environment in 24:25 terms of like if there's chemicals in there. 24:27 I think many of us have chosen to go with water 24:31 that's like from a stream source, 24:32 you know, mountain water. 24:34 And then what about filtered with charcoal? 24:36 It's probably better because it does take out some 24:40 of the chlorine and some of the other substances. 24:43 Okay so how much water should I drink? 24:48 I always hear this six to eight glasses. 24:51 Is that valid or how do you tell? 24:54 The problem is is people come in different sizes, 24:56 they have different needs 24:57 and if it's a hot day versus if you're exercising you 25:01 know six to eight glasses is maybe a good rule of thumb 25:04 but I think far better to actually sort 25:07 of let your urine actually be the guide 25:10 in terms of how much you should get. 25:12 So my urine being the guide is somewhat interesting. 25:16 I never thought of being led around by my urine 25:19 but what do you mean by this? 25:20 What do you mean by the urine being the guide? 25:22 Yeah as we pee in the toilet as you take a 25:25 look at the color of your urine in the toilet 25:28 It's pretty straightforward but 25:30 something that we really need to pay 25:32 attention to and if it's really dark 25:33 yellow we're not getting enough water. 25:37 If it's clear then we know we're doing a good job. 25:39 So it should be close to clear as possible. 25:42 Really that's true. 25:43 And if you're seeing that it's not you need to drink 2, 25:48 3, 4 more glasses. -Get more water 25:49 but the problem is that urine 25:51 comes at the end, in other words, 25:53 it's what you should've been doing before. 25:54 so how can you make sure that you're getting enough? 25:57 What you can do is you can use the urine as general guide 26:00 you say boy I'm just, it's a reminder, 26:02 I'm not getting enough water so I need 26:03 to do things to be able to help get 26:06 enough water as evidence by a clear urine. 26:10 Okay so I get my water bottle. Can the water be damaged at 26:13 all by being in the sun in a 26:15 plastic bottle? Tell us about that. 26:18 Yeah, there is significant concerns about certain 26:21 substances within plastics. 26:23 The harder the plastic the better. 26:25 For me I actually got a stainless steel container or 26:30 a glass container is 26:32 probably is a safer way to store. 26:36 And if you have it in the sun, 26:38 if it's in a plastic bottle it's probably not good. 26:41 There's certain chemicals that 26:42 can sort of leech into the water. 26:43 But if it's in glass or you know something 26:46 that's not going to leech out that's better. 26:47 So the most important thing is to get water. -Yes. 26:50 And get enough water based on 26:52 six to eight glasses as a rule of 26:54 thumb but really look at your 26:55 urine to see if it's clear or not. 26:57 Make sure you're getting the best kind of water in 27:01 terms of the container so that you don't an interaction, 27:05 but the real bottom line is make sure and 27:06 get water you really need water. -That's right. 27:09 It's really hard to overdo it. Put it on your desk, 27:11 have it with you, carry it, whatever you can do. 27:14 We've been talking with Dr. Doug Plata and 27:16 we're thankful that you came to be with us today. 27:19 And we're glad that you came to be with us as well. 27:21 If you want information about this or other 27:24 topics that are very practical and useful go to 27:30 and you can find this program and many others. 27:33 Thanks for joining us. 27:40 Well friends that's it for today. 27:43 Don't wait like Red did. 27:45 Don't wait until you're sick 27:48 and tired of being sick and tired. 27:51 Pick up the phone and give us a call at 27:59 You'll be glad that you did. 28:04 God Bless. |
