offers a false connection

that satisfies temporary
feelings of loneliness, but only

further separates a person from
God and others. It's kind of

of shame and never-ending guilt,
even after confession, lead to
hiding who you really

are from even the closest people

strongholds are defense
mechanisms to shield us from
hurt, to comfort us from

loneliness, as we just heard,

Mental habit patterns

trauma that started it. It

that we've ground into our minds
