So it's a study on North America. 00:29:52.32\00:29:56.12 Amazing. Now I need to tell you this. These guys were 00:29:56.12\00:30:00.96 not commissioned by the Seventh-Day Adventist Church. The Seventh-Day Adventist Church 00:30:00.96\00:30:04.67 accepts the findings of the studies, but it did not sponsor 00:30:04.67\00:30:07.77 these studies. So that makes it even more intriguing. All three studies have explored 00:30:07.77\00:30:11.74 the links between lifestyle, diet, and disease among us Seventh-Day Adventists with some 00:30:11.74\00:30:17.38 rather interesting factoids. Autophagy describes a process 00:40:41.14\00:40:44.31 that the cells go through. When the cells don't find 00:40:44.31\00:40:48.71 nutrition outside of them, you know what they do? 00:40:48.71\00:40:53.11 They go inside. They have some proteins lying 00:40:53.11\00:40:55.55 around.
