Well, I heard the
gospel many years ago.

I was a sergeant in the
army, a helicopter pilot.

group called El Cupido.

We had a lot of helicopters
and we did reconnaissance,

attack missions and transport.

I dreamed to
become an army commander.

But what happened
was that a soldier

came into my barracks.

And he told me
this strange thing.

He had to keep the Sabbath...

because he was a
Seventh-day Adventist.

I immediately
refused to allow him.

He was under my command,

and there was no one higher
than myself and my captain.

I told the soldier,

This made me feel very angry.

share this problem of a soldier

evil plans against this man.

My captain took the
problem into his hands.

His response was strange to me.

Then he picked up the Bible.

told me about Jesus.

introduced me to Jesus

leaving it, I changed my army.

I left all behind
because now I was convinced

mingling in the community

to know the people,

for a Bible study.

favorite things to do
