Jesus took walking to Golgotha.

And over the centuries,

various Christian
pilgrims have come

along the Via
Dolorosa and they stopped

at what they call
Stations of the Cross.

This is station number nine.

And according to the tradition,

Jesus stopped only three
times on His way to Golgotha.

Well, the
important thing is that Jesus

did go to Golgotha
and He died for us.

And that makes
all the difference.

inspires our mission today.

far from her home country

working in a difficult
Middle Eastern country.

She was working as a
nurse in a hospital there.

carefully at the mother

and she didn't recognize her.

the three children with her.

No, she said, "I'm

Well, the mother
said, "Five years ago,

I came into that other hospital

working with a baby

The mother said,

And the nurse remembered.

The doctors couldn't figure out

anything that was wrong with him

to her own children.

the baby got quiet.

The nurse was startled.

humming and looked at him

and he started to scream again.

she carried him around

the hospital had peace

him out of the hospital,

Now our nurse was afraid
because this was a country

to share your faith.

But finally after much begging,

she went into a back
corner and fearfully saying,

Jesus loves me this I know.

And then she
expected to get arrested

that she left the hospital

because that lady's
husband was a policeman.

She went home that night.

Nothing happened.

morning surely they'll arrest me

as I come back into the hospital

the lady and her baby.

country where she was working,

your faith, a policeman's
family has been listening

for five years to a little
song about Jesus loving them,

and the Bible telling them.

This nurse is a tentmaker.

She doesn't work for the church.

But she uses
her job and her life

as a witness for Jesus.

Your tithes and
mission offerings

have been helping to
support the work in that country

for several years.

But it takes more than money.

people like that nurse

go to a difficult country

Eastern Gate of Old Jerusalem,

challenges that can come up

It's hard to stay connected.

sometimes to find people

Seeing how God has led me
