We're back. 00:00:01.56\00:00:02.90 We are using Psalm 23 as a pattern 00:00:02.93\00:00:05.33 for pray for our spouse 00:00:05.37\00:00:06.70 and we have found out that there are two petitions 00:00:06.74\00:00:09.60 that we have covered this far, seven in the entire Psalms. 00:00:09.64\00:00:12.31 But the first two petitions are to be my God 00:00:12.34\00:00:14.98 and give me rest. 00:00:15.01\00:00:16.34 And so I pray for you that He will be your God, 00:00:16.38\00:00:18.58 be your shepherd, 00:00:18.61\00:00:19.95 and that He will grant you rest. 00:00:19.98\00:00:21.75 But now what's the third petition? 00:00:21.78\00:00:23.12 Well, let's pick up with verse 3 at Psalms 23, 00:00:23.15\00:00:25.99 it says, "He restores my soul." 00:00:26.02\00:00:28.22 This version actually says, "He restores my life." 00:00:28.26\00:00:30.86 Yeah, and that basically 00:00:30.89\00:00:32.86 that next request is simply heal me. 00:00:32.89\00:00:34.96 That's the first part of verse 3, heal me. 00:00:35.00\00:00:37.93 You know, if you are ill physically, 00:00:37.97\00:00:40.17 you feel like your life has been taken, 00:00:40.20\00:00:42.60 your life has been stolen. 00:00:42.64\00:00:43.97 Chronic illness is especially, severe illnesses. 00:00:44.01\00:00:46.94 You don't have the ability to get out and do things 00:00:46.98\00:00:50.05 and to be active 00:00:50.08\00:00:51.41 and to interact with other people, 00:00:51.45\00:00:54.22 you don't have the ability 00:00:54.25\00:00:55.58 some times to care for yourselves, 00:00:55.62\00:00:57.05 and you feel like your life is gone. 00:00:57.09\00:01:00.06 So if I pray for you, restore his life, 00:01:00.09\00:01:03.79 Lord, heal him, give him the healing 00:01:03.83\00:01:06.63 that he needs in a spiritual ways 00:01:06.66\00:01:09.40 and in physical ways. 00:01:09.43\00:01:11.00 And some of the healing is physical 00:01:11.60\00:01:12.93 as we have just mentioned, 00:01:12.97\00:01:14.30 but some of it is emotional healing, 00:01:14.34\00:01:16.60 psychological healing. 00:01:16.64\00:01:17.97 But there is also a need for spiritual healing as well. 00:01:18.01\00:01:20.84 And I don't know exactly what that means for everyone, 00:01:20.88\00:01:23.24 it's a different story for every person, 00:01:23.28\00:01:25.51 may be that they need forgiveness for their own, 00:01:25.55\00:01:27.55 their own lives, 00:01:27.58\00:01:28.92 or may be they need an infusion of God's grace 00:01:28.95\00:01:30.82 so that they can forgive others. 00:01:30.85\00:01:32.95 But God knows what's best, 00:01:32.99\00:01:34.72 and so here this doesn't tell God how to heal, 00:01:34.76\00:01:37.03 it just says, Lord, restores life. 00:01:37.06\00:01:39.39 Restore his life, you know, 00:01:39.43\00:01:41.93 heal him from resentment, from fear, 00:01:41.96\00:01:45.43 from physical ailment, from any thing 00:01:45.47\00:01:48.77 that may keep him from being whole. 00:01:48.80\00:01:50.91 Right. 00:01:50.94\00:01:52.27 Give him his life. Right. 00:01:52.31\00:01:53.71 Now, next petition is found on the second half of verse 3, 00:01:53.74\00:01:56.48 read that for us. 00:01:56.51\00:01:57.85 It says, "He leads me in the paths of righteousness," 00:01:57.88\00:02:00.25 or "He leads me in correct paths", 00:02:00.28\00:02:02.85 according to this version, "For the sake of his name." 00:02:02.88\00:02:05.95 All right, now again, we are asking now for guidance. 00:02:05.99\00:02:09.56 So the petition is guide me, or guide my spouse, 00:02:09.59\00:02:14.63 be my spouse's guide. 00:02:14.66\00:02:16.40 Now, in the east shepherds lead their sheep 00:02:16.43\00:02:20.80 and in the west we drive them. 00:02:20.84\00:02:22.77 Behind them with whistles and dogs or whatever else, 00:02:22.80\00:02:25.04 you know, we drive the sheep. 00:02:25.07\00:02:26.41 But in the east the shepherd leads the sheep 00:02:26.44\00:02:28.68 and the sheep know the shepherd's voice, 00:02:28.71\00:02:30.21 he sings to them, he speaks to them, 00:02:30.25\00:02:32.11 and they follow him wherever he leads. 00:02:32.15\00:02:34.15 And even if they go along a narrow pathway, 00:02:34.18\00:02:36.89 they will trust him 00:02:36.92\00:02:38.25 and they will go wherever he follows 00:02:38.29\00:02:39.69 because the know the shepherd 00:02:39.72\00:02:41.36 as their are best good at heart. 00:02:41.39\00:02:43.49 And he will sing, he will call to them 00:02:43.53\00:02:45.69 and they will come. 00:02:45.73\00:02:47.40 It's described that when he walks the sheep will, 00:02:47.43\00:02:50.03 its especially when there is a narrow pathway, 00:02:50.07\00:02:52.63 they'll push ahead and get up and nuzzle his leg, 00:02:52.67\00:02:55.20 and he will reach down and pet and call that sheep by name, 00:02:55.24\00:02:58.64 because he knows each one by name. 00:02:58.67\00:03:00.44 Thus being reassured that they fall back in line 00:03:00.48\00:03:02.24 and the next one will come up for attention as well. 00:03:02.28\00:03:04.61 There's an intimate picture of the shepherd and the sheep; 00:03:04.65\00:03:07.58 he leads. 00:03:07.62\00:03:08.95 And if God is leading you, 00:03:08.98\00:03:10.32 if you are being led by the master shepherd 00:03:10.35\00:03:12.05 by Jesus himself, 00:03:12.09\00:03:13.42 wherever He lead you are goanna be okay. 00:03:13.46\00:03:14.79 That's right. 00:03:14.82\00:03:16.16 And you only develop that by time with the shepherd. 00:03:16.19\00:03:18.66 Yes, yeah. 00:03:18.69\00:03:20.03 So that's part of a prayer too, 00:03:20.06\00:03:21.80 it's this my spouse can be with the shepherd enough, 00:03:21.83\00:03:26.33 that he knows him, you know. 00:03:26.37\00:03:28.00 But the last part of this petition, 00:03:28.04\00:03:30.11 "He leads me in paths of righteousness 00:03:30.14\00:03:32.14 for His name sake." 00:03:32.17\00:03:34.21 Now that's important because of this, 00:03:34.24\00:03:36.98 the reason He will lead you 00:03:37.01\00:03:38.45 when you ask for it is not because of you, 00:03:38.48\00:03:41.38 not because you are of your merit, 00:03:41.42\00:03:43.85 not because you are good enough to deserve being led, 00:03:43.89\00:03:46.59 or not because you pleased Him. 00:03:46.62\00:03:48.79 He will lead you because He has promised you, 00:03:48.82\00:03:51.29 and He will always be faithful to His name. 00:03:51.33\00:03:54.86 He will respect His own name. 00:03:54.90\00:03:57.00 And so it's saying lead me not because I deserve it, 00:03:57.03\00:04:01.20 but for the honor of your own name, 00:04:01.24\00:04:03.47 be faithful to your name. 00:04:03.51\00:04:04.84 I have people come to me say, Pastor, please for me. 00:04:04.87\00:04:07.34 So I'll be happy to pray for you. 00:04:07.38\00:04:08.71 Now you are praying for yourself? 00:04:08.74\00:04:10.08 Well, yes, but you are closer to God, 00:04:10.11\00:04:11.45 he will hear your prayer. 00:04:11.48\00:04:13.52 Well, that's just a misunderstanding. 00:04:13.55\00:04:15.38 It is. 00:04:15.42\00:04:16.75 God will answer your prayer not because of my goodness 00:04:16.79\00:04:19.49 or because of your goodness, 00:04:19.52\00:04:21.12 He will answer for His own name sake, 00:04:21.16\00:04:23.59 and that's something is far more dependable 00:04:23.63\00:04:25.56 then my goodness, your goodness, 00:04:25.59\00:04:27.40 because either one of us, 00:04:27.43\00:04:28.76 the best way are is not all that good. 00:04:28.80\00:04:30.37 No, it's not that good. 00:04:30.40\00:04:31.80 It's not that good. 00:04:31.83\00:04:33.17 But God is always good. 00:04:33.20\00:04:35.14 And if we depend upon His name, which He will always honor, 00:04:35.17\00:04:39.01 He will always honor His own name, 00:04:39.04\00:04:41.04 then we can trust Him and He will lead us, 00:04:41.08\00:04:44.01 He will answer our prayers. 00:04:44.05\00:04:45.51 I think another beautiful part of that is that it says 00:04:45.55\00:04:47.98 that He will lead us in the paths of righteousness, 00:04:48.02\00:04:50.69 and when you study the word righteousness 00:04:50.72\00:04:53.02 in the original language, its is a word of relationship. 00:04:53.05\00:04:56.93 Right relationship. Right relationship. 00:04:56.96\00:04:59.23 So it's saying that He is goanna lead you 00:04:59.26\00:05:02.00 not just into doing all the right things, 00:05:02.03\00:05:04.27 with good behavior, 00:05:04.30\00:05:05.63 we tended to think righteousness is good behavior. 00:05:05.67\00:05:07.87 No, He's going to lead you into relationship with Him. 00:05:07.90\00:05:12.01 And for His name sake He will do that, 00:05:12.04\00:05:14.28 because that's what He has promised to do, 00:05:14.31\00:05:16.34 because He loves you so dearly 00:05:16.38\00:05:18.21 and He want you to be close to Him in relationship. 00:05:18.25\00:05:19.81 And by the way, 00:05:19.85\00:05:21.18 that's where genuine good behavior comes from. 00:05:21.22\00:05:22.62 Oh, yeah. 00:05:22.65\00:05:23.99 It's right relationship. It is. 00:05:24.02\00:05:25.35 That's where the changes are made. 00:05:25.39\00:05:27.62 The next one is in verse 4, he says, "Keep me safe. 00:05:27.66\00:05:31.76 Even though I walk 00:05:31.79\00:05:33.13 through the valley of the shadow of death 00:05:33.16\00:05:34.50 I will fear no evil for you are with me, 00:05:34.53\00:05:36.63 your rod and your staff, they comfort me." 00:05:36.67\00:05:39.93 The valley and the shadow. 00:05:39.97\00:05:41.30 Yeah, you know, in the summers, 00:05:41.34\00:05:43.61 the shepherds in the East would take their sheep 00:05:43.64\00:05:45.77 up to the high mesas. 00:05:45.81\00:05:47.58 It was cooler, there was plenty of grass, 00:05:47.61\00:05:49.98 there is no large vegetation or boulders or anything 00:05:50.01\00:05:54.22 for predators to hide behind. 00:05:54.25\00:05:56.25 The days were long, there were no shadows 00:05:56.28\00:05:58.12 because it was on the top of the mesa, 00:05:58.15\00:06:00.22 so nothing to cast a shadow, long days, 00:06:00.26\00:06:02.89 plenty of light, plenty of grass, 00:06:02.92\00:06:05.09 and it was cool, it was sheep heaven. 00:06:05.13\00:06:07.23 Sheep heaven. 00:06:07.26\00:06:08.60 That's right, that's where they wanted to be. 00:06:08.63\00:06:09.96 Yeah, but winter was not heaven. 00:06:10.00\00:06:11.60 No. 00:06:11.63\00:06:12.97 And it seems odd that in winter instead of staying up 00:06:13.00\00:06:15.80 where it might be warmer, they actually came down, 00:06:15.84\00:06:19.11 and they came down because you know, 00:06:19.14\00:06:21.68 they couldn't be up there in the cold 00:06:21.71\00:06:23.24 where there was nothing to eat up there either. 00:06:23.28\00:06:25.28 The grass was thin up there, 00:06:25.31\00:06:26.68 they had to come down to the valleys where could eat. 00:06:26.72\00:06:29.22 They could eat down there. 00:06:29.25\00:06:30.59 But you have shorter days in the winter. 00:06:30.62\00:06:32.39 And there are mountains on either side, 00:06:32.42\00:06:34.36 there is larger vegetation and boulders, 00:06:34.39\00:06:36.29 place is for predators to hide. 00:06:36.32\00:06:38.86 It was called by shepherds the valley, 00:06:38.89\00:06:40.83 the shadow of death, 00:06:40.86\00:06:42.60 the valley, of shadow of death. 00:06:42.63\00:06:44.03 And so that's where you would loose the sheep, 00:06:44.07\00:06:45.80 not on the high mesa, 00:06:45.83\00:06:47.50 but every sheep had to go through the valley, 00:06:47.54\00:06:50.11 the shadow of death. 00:06:50.14\00:06:51.57 I think we need to hear that. Yes. 00:06:51.61\00:06:53.68 Every sheep had to go through that, 00:06:53.71\00:06:55.88 every couple is going to go through times 00:06:55.91\00:06:59.21 when it feels like the valley of the shadow of death, 00:06:59.25\00:07:01.22 whether it's because they feel distance from each other, 00:07:01.25\00:07:04.62 or may be the two of them 00:07:04.65\00:07:06.05 are going through a circumstance of life 00:07:06.09\00:07:07.56 that it's just very difficult. 00:07:07.59\00:07:08.92 Right. 00:07:08.96\00:07:10.29 May be there is an illness, 00:07:10.33\00:07:11.66 may be there is a death of a child, 00:07:11.69\00:07:13.53 may be there is, you know, who knows what, financial ruin. 00:07:13.56\00:07:16.33 Doesn't matter. 00:07:16.36\00:07:17.70 It is always the valley of shadow, 00:07:17.73\00:07:19.37 the shadow of death. 00:07:19.40\00:07:21.04 And he is... 00:07:21.07\00:07:22.97 we have no need to fear 00:07:23.00\00:07:24.34 when we are in the valley of the shadow of death 00:07:24.37\00:07:26.34 because He is with us. 00:07:26.37\00:07:27.71 It says His rod, yours rod and your staff they comfort me. 00:07:27.74\00:07:31.11 You got the rod and the staff, 00:07:31.15\00:07:33.01 the rod was usually either a straight stick 00:07:33.05\00:07:35.05 or else it was a stick 00:07:35.08\00:07:36.42 with a kind of a gnarled part of wood on it, 00:07:36.45\00:07:39.29 and it was used mainly for protection 00:07:39.32\00:07:42.52 and it would fend off wild animals, you know. 00:07:42.56\00:07:45.76 And if it was a longer, just straight stick, 00:07:45.79\00:07:49.36 sometimes that was used for correction for the sheep. 00:07:49.40\00:07:51.83 You know, to get them back in line 00:07:51.87\00:07:53.20 sort of thing, you know. 00:07:53.23\00:07:54.57 So protection and correction. 00:07:54.60\00:07:56.14 But the staff with the shepherds crook, 00:07:56.17\00:08:00.38 and they would use for rescue, 00:08:00.41\00:08:02.81 pull the sheep out underneath those front legs 00:08:02.84\00:08:05.21 if it and pull up to safety of some sort, 00:08:05.25\00:08:07.95 fall in a ravine or something. 00:08:07.98\00:08:10.02 So we have protection, correction, and rescue, 00:08:10.05\00:08:14.56 I need all of those. 00:08:14.59\00:08:15.92 All of those, all of the time. Yes. 00:08:15.96\00:08:18.33 You know, so, Lord, give Mike what he needs in that record, 00:08:18.36\00:08:22.20 you can pray that for your spouse, 00:08:22.23\00:08:23.77 give my spouse what they need, correction, 00:08:23.80\00:08:26.57 you know, protection, all of those things. 00:08:26.60\00:08:27.94 A rescue if he needs to be rescued. 00:08:27.97\00:08:29.74 Oh, and how many times do we need to be rescued? 00:08:29.77\00:08:31.44 Constantly. 00:08:31.47\00:08:32.81 So you can pray for your spouse, 00:08:32.84\00:08:34.18 you can pray for yourselves as a couple 00:08:34.21\00:08:36.51 who need to be rescued. 00:08:36.54\00:08:37.88 Right. 00:08:37.91\00:08:39.25 Sometimes we are just rescued from ourselves. 00:08:39.28\00:08:40.78 Whatever it is. 00:08:40.82\00:08:42.15 But we need to be rescued, do we not, from our own pride, 00:08:42.18\00:08:45.19 our own arrogance, our own feeling of sufficiency? 00:08:45.22\00:08:48.09 And we can't do it, 00:08:48.12\00:08:49.46 that's the thing, we are not sufficient 00:08:49.49\00:08:51.13 and so we put it in the hands of the one who is. 00:08:51.16\00:08:53.50 There is only one who has the power to rescue me, 00:08:53.53\00:08:56.26 to redeem me, to see me through to the other side. 00:08:56.30\00:08:59.57 That's right. 00:08:59.60\00:09:00.97 The next petition, it is provide for me, verse 5, 00:09:01.00\00:09:04.24 you wanna read that? 00:09:04.27\00:09:05.74 Verse 5 says, "You prepare a table 00:09:05.77\00:09:08.51 in the presence of my oppressors" 00:09:08.54\00:09:10.78 or "in the presence of my enemies, 00:09:10.81\00:09:12.45 You anoint my head with oil, my cup runs overflowing." 00:09:12.48\00:09:15.42 Wow. 00:09:15.45\00:09:16.79 "You prepare a table for me." 00:09:16.82\00:09:18.15 Now, before a shepherd wouldn't allow his sheep 00:09:18.19\00:09:20.89 to graze in a field that he was not familiar with, 00:09:20.92\00:09:23.69 he would cause them to lie down, 00:09:23.73\00:09:25.59 and then he would go through that field 00:09:25.63\00:09:27.00 on his hands and knees. 00:09:27.03\00:09:28.73 And he would remove sharp stones, 00:09:28.76\00:09:31.47 he would remove a sharp briers, 00:09:31.50\00:09:34.04 and pull out noxious weeds, 00:09:34.07\00:09:36.10 and basically he would get this area 00:09:36.14\00:09:38.61 ready for his sheep to graze safely. 00:09:38.64\00:09:40.98 And that process of removing those things 00:09:41.01\00:09:43.14 was known by the shepherds as preparing the table. 00:09:43.18\00:09:45.88 Preparing the table. 00:09:45.91\00:09:47.25 So the picture is of the Savior going before you... 00:09:47.28\00:09:50.69 On his hands and knees. 00:09:50.72\00:09:52.05 Yeah, preparing the way for you 00:09:52.09\00:09:53.86 so that you can have that what you need. 00:09:53.89\00:09:55.96 God prepare the way for my spouse, 00:09:55.99\00:09:58.33 I know he may be coming into something 00:09:58.36\00:10:00.60 that may be difficult, but, Lord, 00:10:00.63\00:10:03.06 prepare the way, get rid of all the obstacles, 00:10:03.10\00:10:05.63 get rid of anything that might harm him. 00:10:05.67\00:10:08.84 That's a beautiful prayer. 00:10:08.87\00:10:10.21 You know, I want you praying that for me. 00:10:10.24\00:10:11.94 Absolutely. 00:10:11.97\00:10:13.31 Anything that might harm me would be taken away 00:10:13.34\00:10:15.74 because of the love of my God. 00:10:15.78\00:10:17.48 And what a comfort for me to know 00:10:17.51\00:10:18.88 that my wife is praying that for me, 00:10:18.91\00:10:21.62 what a comfort, and what a privilege for me 00:10:21.65\00:10:24.55 to be able to pray that prayer for you. 00:10:24.59\00:10:26.86 Prepare the table for Gayle, Lord. 00:10:26.89\00:10:29.06 Take those things out of her way that could hurt her, 00:10:29.09\00:10:30.96 that could stand as an impediment to her best good. 00:10:30.99\00:10:35.83 So it says, You prepare a table for me, 00:10:35.86\00:10:37.70 you have anointed my head with oil. 00:10:37.73\00:10:39.60 The anointing oil was used to signify 00:10:39.63\00:10:42.20 that someone was set aside for special purposes, 00:10:42.24\00:10:45.47 and so you have set aside for... 00:10:45.51\00:10:47.91 set my spouse aside for special purposes, 00:10:47.94\00:10:51.01 and let that oil be 00:10:51.05\00:10:52.38 the representation of the Holy Spirit 00:10:52.41\00:10:54.05 that is just covering my spouse, 00:10:54.08\00:10:56.08 so that they are enabled, novel, 00:10:56.12\00:10:58.12 and quick and for service. 00:10:58.15\00:11:00.82 And my cup overflows, we have more than what we need. 00:11:00.86\00:11:03.36 More than what we need, if we would recognize that, 00:11:03.39\00:11:05.66 you know, and just acknowledge to God, 00:11:05.69\00:11:08.30 surely we are asking for a lot of things. 00:11:08.33\00:11:10.87 But I think the acknowledgement to Him 00:11:10.90\00:11:13.07 that we realize He has given us more than we need, 00:11:13.10\00:11:17.34 we are over flowing with gifts from His hand, 00:11:17.37\00:11:20.08 and yet we're asking for few more. 00:11:20.11\00:11:22.54 We don't wanted to ever stop, 00:11:22.58\00:11:23.91 but we were grateful that we have it. 00:11:23.95\00:11:25.41 A father doesn't mind when his child ask for a lot. 00:11:25.45\00:11:27.78 He does not. 00:11:27.82\00:11:29.18 Verse 6 is the last petition, and that is take me home, 00:11:29.22\00:11:32.89 "Surely goodness and loving kindness will follow me 00:11:32.92\00:11:35.19 all the days of my life" some translations say 00:11:35.22\00:11:37.06 "mercy will follow me all the days of my life 00:11:37.09\00:11:39.33 and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever." 00:11:39.36\00:11:41.50 Take Me Home. 00:11:41.53\00:11:42.96 Now dwelling the house of Lord forever, 00:11:43.00\00:11:44.67 few grow up in the home with father who loved you, 00:11:44.70\00:11:46.80 and nurtured you, and cared for you. 00:11:46.84\00:11:48.37 Spending eternity in that home was good. 00:11:48.40\00:11:51.21 If you grew up with an absentee or a violent father 00:11:51.24\00:11:53.68 or an abusive father, that's not a picture for you. 00:11:53.71\00:11:56.34 But if indeed, you can imagine the father of your dreams 00:11:56.38\00:11:59.21 and multiply that by about a billion times 00:11:59.25\00:12:01.55 you have scratched the surface of just how good God is, 00:12:01.58\00:12:04.45 and how good it would be to live in His house. 00:12:04.49\00:12:06.19 And I think anyone who has grown up 00:12:06.22\00:12:08.16 in this difficult situation has had that dream, 00:12:08.19\00:12:11.39 you know that, imagine what it would be like to have a father. 00:12:11.43\00:12:15.06 The father who is perfect, who loves me. 00:12:15.10\00:12:17.20 The first part of this is surely goodness 00:12:17.23\00:12:19.17 and loving kindness or mercy will follow me. 00:12:19.20\00:12:22.30 The word loving kindness and our mercy 00:12:22.34\00:12:24.94 is translated from the Hebrew word 00:12:24.97\00:12:27.01 "hesed" or "chesed" depending upon 00:12:27.04\00:12:28.38 who is translating it. 00:12:28.41\00:12:29.74 So word origin meaning it takes 26 English words to translate. 00:12:29.78\00:12:33.75 It refers to a love of fanaticism. 00:12:33.78\00:12:36.69 And so intense is this fanatical love that, 00:12:36.72\00:12:39.45 that word is never used to describe 00:12:39.49\00:12:40.82 a man's love for a women, 00:12:40.86\00:12:42.39 because that love is not fanatical enough, 00:12:42.42\00:12:44.46 it's never used to describe a women's love for a man 00:12:44.49\00:12:46.33 because even though you have 00:12:46.36\00:12:47.70 a greater innate capacity for love, 00:12:47.73\00:12:49.06 it's not strong enough for chesed. 00:12:49.10\00:12:51.47 It's not used to describe a women's love for her children 00:12:51.50\00:12:54.20 because that's not stronger enough. 00:12:54.24\00:12:55.90 The only time it's used is to describe God's love for you. 00:12:55.94\00:13:00.28 His fanatical love will follow me, 00:13:00.31\00:13:02.04 and even the word follow is not a good translation. 00:13:02.08\00:13:04.61 Yeah. What should it mean? 00:13:04.65\00:13:06.31 Well, it should mean to stalk. That's, right. 00:13:06.35\00:13:08.38 That's the words what it mean. 00:13:08.42\00:13:09.75 That's the scary idea, to being stalk 00:13:09.78\00:13:11.65 but to be stalk by perfect love. 00:13:11.69\00:13:13.62 By perfect love, fanatical love. 00:13:13.66\00:13:15.69 Perfect love is not going to overwhelm you, 00:13:15.72\00:13:17.46 perfect love is going to just lift you up 00:13:17.49\00:13:19.96 and draw you in, that's what being stalked by. 00:13:20.00\00:13:23.43 I wanna be stalked by God. Absolutely. 00:13:23.47\00:13:25.67 I don't want Him to ever give up 00:13:25.70\00:13:27.04 because so many times I'm going the wrong way, 00:13:27.07\00:13:29.27 I want Him to continue, 00:13:29.30\00:13:31.17 and I want Him to continue to stalk you, 00:13:31.21\00:13:33.71 I wanna know that He is always drawing you close to Him. 00:13:33.74\00:13:36.14 I want to know the same thing for you as well, 00:13:36.18\00:13:38.61 the fanatical love the father will bring you home. 00:13:38.65\00:13:41.68 And that's what I want for you too, 00:13:41.72\00:13:43.05 I want you to be able to be with him in the paradise. 00:13:43.08\00:13:46.02 Well, that's just a pattern of how to pray. 00:13:46.05\00:13:48.12 We encourage you to take scripture, 00:13:48.16\00:13:49.69 use this Psalm, use any other Psalm, 00:13:49.72\00:13:51.26 or any other pray you find in scripture, 00:13:51.29\00:13:53.36 pray for each other, pray for your spouse, 00:13:53.40\00:13:56.67 pray for your children. 00:13:56.70\00:13:58.07 It's going to make difference in your family. 00:13:58.10\00:14:00.87 We want you to do this 00:14:00.90\00:14:02.47 because we want you to be madly in love forever. 00:14:02.50\00:14:04.91
