Yes. 00:05:19.58\00:05:21.02 And how did this impact your fitness there? 00:05:21.05\00:05:25.29 You know, you went in already fit, 00:05:25.32\00:05:27.56 and did you incorporate that? 00:05:27.59\00:05:29.09 Did you help people in the military? 00:05:29.12\00:05:31.09 Yes, interesting enough, 00:05:31.13\00:05:32.46 I spend 10 years in the military. 00:05:32.49\00:05:34.00 I was a Black Hawk pilot, 00:05:34.03\00:05:35.60 three combat tours to Iraq in five years. 00:05:35.63\00:05:37.50 Wow! 00:05:37.53\00:05:38.87 And I had an opportunity to command men 00:05:38.90\00:05:41.70 and women up to 125 people. 00:05:41.74\00:05:44.84 And when I inherited the company, 00:05:44.87\00:05:48.54 the company was not really excelling 00:05:48.58\00:05:50.65 on the personal fitness side. 00:05:50.68\00:05:53.08 You know, the military need to be academic, 00:05:53.11\00:05:55.78 you need to be on fit to fight and to serve, 00:05:55.82\00:05:58.82 and you need to be fit to do the mission. 00:05:58.85\00:06:01.82 Yes. 00:06:01.86\00:06:03.19 And so, we turned that thing around, 00:06:03.22\00:06:05.36 we changed... 00:06:05.39\00:06:06.73 We upped our percentage like 15%. 00:06:06.76\00:06:08.73 Really? 00:06:08.76\00:06:10.10 We had a high failure rate, 00:06:10.13\00:06:11.47 and we turned that thing around, 00:06:11.50\00:06:12.83 but I would say 00:06:12.87\00:06:14.20 that I had a great amount of people 00:06:14.24\00:06:16.57 that was surrounding me... 00:06:16.60\00:06:17.94 Yes, yes.
