00:01 We're sitting here at Laymen Ministries
00:02 post production studio, 00:04 talking about the Days of Noah project. 00:05 In fact, this is update number three. 00:07 And if you're not familiar with this project, 00:09 I would highly recommend calling or emailing our office, 00:12 and asking for the Days of Noah project update DVD 00:16 that has all three updates on it. 00:17 There's a lot of really good footages 00:19 that has been taken out of the series 00:20 that we're producing. 00:22 Gives you a little bit of a taste 00:23 of what this production is about. 00:25 Also, you can go to Laymen Ministries 00:26 YouTube channel 00:27 and all these presentations are available on air as well. 00:30 In this studio with me 00:32 or in the post production studio with me, 00:33 is Michael MccAffrey, and Chris Tempel, 00:36 and these are two key players with the production 00:38 of this Days of Noah project. 00:40 And, Mike, for synopsis for those who might be watching 00:44 for the first time, and they go like, 00:45 "What is the Days of Noah project about?" 00:47 In a nutshell, what is the Days of Noah about? 00:49 So the Days of Noah project is really looking 00:51 at the story of Noah and the flood, 00:53 and comparing that story with the Bible prophecy, 00:55 the three angels' messages, 00:57 and the events that take place at the end of time. 00:58 So how extensive production is this? 01:01 I mean, how much time, how many DVDs are we producing? 01:05 Well, it's pretty extensive project, 01:07 and that it's four parts right now. 01:09 And in part one, we look at the scientific evidences 01:11 for the flood. 01:12 Establishing the fact that a judgment has taken place, 01:15 and then that begs the question, 01:17 when will the next judgment take place? 01:19 So on part two of The Days of Noah, 01:20 we then look at the 2300 day prophecy, 01:23 and William Miller's, 01:25 the events surrounding his time, 01:27 as we know that the hour of his judgment has come. 01:30 That was, that's the first angel's message, 01:32 and Noah proclaimed the judgment hour message. 01:34 So we look at the parallels there. 01:36 In part three of The Days of Noah, 01:37 we look at some of the parallels 01:39 between Noah's message and the second 01:41 and third angel's message. 01:43 And in part four of The Days of Noah, 01:44 we're really looking at how to be prepared 01:46 for the second coming of Christ, 01:48 and how Noah's message helps us to be ready for that event. 01:51 So this is, in no means just a half hour television program. 01:55 This is a documentary that's what, 01:57 over four hours long all together? 01:59 Yeah, I think the last time I looked, 02:00 it was about four and a half hours all together. 02:02 So it's... 02:03 And where are we at this summer as far as production? 02:06 Well, we've done a lot in the last year. 02:09 We've traveled to... 02:11 In 2016, we traveled to Wyoming, 02:13 we traveled to Montana, and Utah, 02:15 shot some fossil graveyards, 02:17 saw the archeological evidences for the flood. 02:20 In earlier this year we've done a lot of shooting 02:22 of B-roll scenes to correspond 02:25 with the contents in the documentary. 02:28 In June and July, we've been working a lot 02:31 again on post production, 02:32 and even still right now doing 3D animations, 02:35 and Chris has been working 02:36 on the 3D timeline and so forth. 02:38 In this early fall, we actually had a wrap 02:42 which means that we were done 02:44 with all the actual shooting with the camera, 02:46 and now we're in the final stages of editing and such. 02:50 Chris, what are you doing with the project? 02:53 My primary purpose is visual effects driven. 02:55 But being just a small team, which is the two of us 02:58 essentially working on this thing 02:59 for the most part we cross train quite a bit, 03:03 and so we can film, we can do sound, 03:06 edits, special effects, 03:07 Mike's been learning special effects 03:08 and been doing a lot of some of the animations 03:10 that we're gonna take a look at later, 03:12 which is really cool. 03:13 But my primary job I would say 03:15 is just the visual effects I think, 03:17 it's a lot of it is figuring out 03:19 how to get maybe different pieces of software, 03:20 talk to each other, 03:22 and what the whole workflow needs to be, 03:23 and things to keep in mind 03:25 when we're filming stuff on set. 03:27 So a lot of just that kind of things. 03:29 So is it pretty extensive, 03:31 this kind of work doing animation stuff? 03:33 I mean... Yeah. 03:34 it's extremely time consuming, 03:36 and 'cause every shot there's like 50 different steps 03:39 you have to go through 03:40 in order to get a shot to work out. 03:41 So why did we opt to do it in house 03:43 rather than farming it out to some like 03:45 professional post production... 03:47 I mean, that would be ideal if we could farm it out 03:48 but we're definitely trying to save 03:50 some money to the ministry and such, 03:51 and so with just the two of us doing it in house, 03:54 it does take a lot longer to do especially that way 03:57 but 'cause we don't have the whole team 03:58 of specialists working on it 04:00 but it does save the ministry money 04:02 which is really good. 04:03 What's really kind of unique about this film too is that 04:05 because the content is theological in nature, 04:08 it's not like we're doing a biography on somebody's life 04:11 where we can go back and pull out archive footage, 04:13 and interview people that were family members 04:15 or so forth. 04:17 We're having to create a lot of this content from nothing. 04:20 So we're having to create paintings, 04:21 we're having to do 3D animations 04:24 so that we can illustrate Noah's story, 04:26 but also illustrate how these events relate 04:29 to Bible prophecy which again, 04:31 we have to illustrate to large degree. 04:33 So we've got literally hundreds of 3D animations. 04:38 I think it was maybe over 400 animations 04:42 that include the sanctuary, 3D Bible verses... 04:45 Yeah, on the football field, yeah. 04:47 Cathedral, and then give timeline shots as well. 04:49 So there's a lot of... 04:51 Yeah, a lot of people don't understand 04:52 how time consuming a lot of this is. 04:55 And people are calling the office, 04:56 and saying, "Is this production done yet, 04:57 you've been working on it a long time," 04:59 but we are a small team, 05:00 even though we've subcontracted a number of people, 05:03 artists, animation people 05:05 that have done some stuff for us, 05:06 artists overseas, even in India we hired. 05:10 So there's a lot of other people 05:11 behind the scenes working on this 05:12 but basically because we're trying 05:14 to keep the budget cost down, 05:16 we're doing a lot of the stuff in house 05:18 on our own production facility. 05:19 Now, Chris, we have some footage 05:21 that we're gonna look at. 05:22 And this first clip, what is it regarding? 05:24 So what we're gonna take a look at 05:26 is just a series of scenes involving a court room 05:28 that we shot at about a year and a half ago, 05:30 something like that, 05:31 that deals with the close of probation, 05:32 and it was just really great way 05:34 to illustrate these concepts. 05:35 The whole concept of the judgment, yeah. 05:37 Yeah, the judgment, the close of probation, 05:38 what kind of gets involved with that. 05:39 This is just a really small sneak peek of that. 05:42 Right now the outcome of our case 05:44 in the heavenly judgment is still being investigated 05:47 because the door into the refuge 05:49 of the everlasting covenant is still open. 05:52 And that door is Jesus. 05:54 I am the door: by me if any man enter in, 05:59 he shall be saved. 06:00 Jesus also spoke about the door of salvation 06:04 in the Book of Revelation. 06:06 I have set before thee an open door, 06:09 and no man can shut it: 06:11 for thou hast a little strength... 06:13 The reason Noah didn't shut the door to the ark 06:15 is because it represented the door of salvation, 06:18 and no man can shut this door. 06:20 Imagine the faith Noah had preparing an ark 06:23 for 120 years knowing he had no way to close the door. 06:27 He trusted God would fulfill His promise, 06:30 and He did. 06:31 But we read, "The lord shut him in." 06:35 When the judge strikes his mallet, 06:37 the case is closed, 06:39 and the investigation is finished. 06:41 In the same way, the closing of the door of the ark showed 06:43 the case of every individual had been determined. 06:46 All had chosen to accept or reject the promise of mercy. 06:50 In order to understand how God will shut the door 06:53 of salvation at the end of time, 06:54 we need to turn to our lesson book, 06:56 "The Sanctuary". 06:58 And we'll see how Jesus is keeping 07:00 the door open right now. 07:04 "For Christ is not entered 07:05 into the holy places made with hands, 07:07 which are the figures of the true, 07:09 but into Heaven itself, 07:11 now to appear in the presence of God for us." 07:16 He's in the presence of God. He is there as our intercessor. 07:19 And right now, we have a mediator 07:20 who is interceding. 07:21 He ever lives to make intercession for us. 07:23 But obviously, there's a time when that intercession stops. 07:27 The time will come 07:28 when He's gonna stand up and He leaves. 07:30 The high priest will come out of the most holy place. 07:33 The center will be cast down. 07:35 At this particular point, there is no more intercessor, 07:40 and there can be no more forgiveness of sin. 07:44 It is Christ that died, yea rather, 07:47 that is risen again, 07:48 who is even at the right hand of God, 07:51 who also maketh intercession for us. 07:54 As our defendant in the heavenly tribunal, 07:56 it's the intersection of Jesus before the father, 07:59 pleading the merits of His blood on our behalf 08:01 that makes mercy possible. 08:03 This means, when Jesus leaves the father's presence, 08:06 mankind will no longer have an intercessor, 08:08 and the door of mercy will close. 08:11 At that time, the saved are saved, 08:13 and the lost are lost. 08:15 Which means that every case has already been decided 08:17 for life and for death. 08:19 We take God's mercy for granted because so often when we sin, 08:23 we know God is there, and we can pray, 08:24 and He'll forgive. 08:26 But some day, the laundromat is gonna close, 08:29 and we won't be able to be cleansed anymore. 08:33 And so now is the time to receive 08:35 that sanctification and that cleansing. 08:38 So you kind of get an idea of the style that 08:41 we're using in this production, 08:42 and there's a lot of different things happening in it. 08:45 In fact, in another scene that we're gonna show you a clip of, 08:47 it's a fairly long clip. 08:49 It's over nine minutes long. 08:51 It's dealing with identifying the wine of Babylon, 08:54 and then dealing with the second angel's message. 08:57 And, Michael, is there anything else 08:58 you want to caveat with this particular clip? 09:00 The second angel's message section, 09:02 I think, is roughly about half hour. 09:03 So we're really looking at the first third of that, 09:05 introducing the concept of how we identify 09:09 who the Babylon is, 09:10 and dealing with the wine of Babylon. 09:12 Good, well, let's roll that, and the viewers can get 09:14 a little bit of an idea of what we're producing here. 09:32 As we spoke of Noah preaching a day of judgment, 09:36 a day of decision, 09:38 you're either on or you're not on the ark, 09:39 you know, take your pick. 09:41 So he was a preacher of righteousness, 09:44 and so by promoting and really saying, 09:47 this is the only way that it works, 09:49 is to obey God's law. 09:51 He was condemning as it were by contrast, 09:55 the false systems of worship. 09:56 But it's clear that majority of the population 10:00 were not comfortable with God's requirements. 10:02 So they must've set up some of their own. 10:07 By the worldwide proliferation of false worship 10:10 and idolatry in the days of Noah, 10:12 the people were well prepared 10:13 to reject the invitation into the ark. 10:15 And the innumerable systems of false worship in our day 10:18 will yield the similar result in the rejection 10:21 of the everlasting covenant. 10:23 But God will leave none who desire 10:25 the knowledge of the truth to be deceived. 10:27 Both His mercy and His justice demand 10:29 a clear delineation between truth and error, 10:32 that all may have sufficient light 10:34 to make their decision. 10:36 Then the genuine seeker of truth 10:37 is able to untangle himself from error, 10:40 and those who choose not to are left without excuse. 10:43 For this purpose God sends the second angel's message. 11:13 And there followed another angel, saying, 11:16 Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, 11:19 because she made all nations drink of the wine 11:22 of the wrath of her fornication. 11:33 Now what is the wine? 11:35 Wine represents false doctrine in scripture. 11:38 Wine is a mocker, strong drink is raging: 11:41 and whosoever is deceived thereby is not wise. 11:45 The effect of this wine is deception 11:47 because it is fermented wine 11:49 which leads people away from the truth. 11:52 So in contrast to the first angel's message 11:55 which presents true doctrine, 11:58 Babylon is preaching wine or false doctrine. 12:11 The darkness of night obscures from view, 12:14 the truth about the world around us, 12:17 confusion like the darkness had concealed from us 12:20 the truth about the character of God. 12:25 False doctrine is an idea, they are like the trees 12:27 of the forest that change with the seasons. 12:29 They blow about in the wind, 12:30 and rise and fall through the centuries. 12:34 There's only one way to dispel the darkness, 12:36 and that is with light. 12:42 Peter tells us, "We have a more sure word of prophecy, 12:45 whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, 12:48 as unto a light that shineth in a dark place." 12:51 And with the light from these prophecies, 12:53 we are able to identify the system called Babylon. 13:01 The system of Babylon is reflected 13:04 by this woman in Revelation 17. 13:08 So he carried me away 13:10 in the spirit into the wilderness: 13:11 and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet colored beast, 13:14 full of names of blasphemy, 13:16 having seven heads and ten horns. 13:19 The first three symbols that help us 13:21 to identify Babylon are the woman, 13:24 the beast, and the seven heads. 13:27 In order to arrive at a correct understanding of these symbols, 13:30 we must allow the Bible to define them for us. 13:34 So here's what God has to say about 13:35 the prophetic symbol of the woman. 13:38 I have likened the daughter of Zion 13:40 to a comely and delicate woman. 13:43 Zion was the name given to the people of God. 13:46 As we read in Isaiah... 13:47 Say unto Zion, Thou art my people. 13:52 So in the Old Testament, a woman is used by God 13:54 as a symbol to represent His people. 13:57 In the New Testament, a woman still is used 14:00 to represent God's people in the form of His church. 14:04 For this cause shall a man leave 14:05 his father and mother, 14:07 and shall be joined unto his wife, 14:08 for they two shall be one flesh. 14:10 This is a great mystery: 14:12 but I speak concerning Christ and the church. 14:16 In the Book of Revelation, there are two women. 14:19 One is a virgin dressed in white 14:20 representing God's church. 14:22 And the other woman named Babylon is a harlot, 14:25 meaning she represents the counterfeit church. 14:28 And she is the one sitting upon a beast. 14:33 Once again, allowing the Bible to interpret its own symbols, 14:36 we turn to the Book of Daniel 14:37 to define the symbol of the beast. 14:40 The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth. 14:43 According to Daniel, a beast is a symbol 14:46 for a kingdom or a nation. 14:48 Since the Bible uses a woman as symbol for a church, 14:51 and the beast for a symbol of a nation, 14:54 then this symbol of a woman 14:56 sitting upon a beast is a symbol of a church 14:58 in control of a nation or a kingdom. 15:00 In other words, this nation is both 15:02 a church and state power. 15:06 Next, John says that this beast has seven heads, 15:09 and the Bible tells us what these heads represent 15:11 just six verses later. 15:14 And here is the mind which hath wisdom. 15:16 The seven heads are seven mountains, 15:18 on which the woman sitteth. 15:20 The fact that this woman sits upon this beast 15:22 with seven heads, tells us this church 15:25 and state power is located near seven mountains. 15:28 John goes on to describe this woman in detail. 15:31 And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet color, 15:35 and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, 15:37 having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations 15:40 and filthiness of her fornication. 15:43 And upon her forehead was a name written, 15:45 Mystery, Babylon The Great, 15:47 The Mother Of Harlots And Abominations Of The Earth. 15:52 Our fourth clue is that this woman 15:53 or church named Babylon is described as a harlot, 15:57 meaning she has committed adultery against God 15:59 by forsaking His covenant. 16:01 So this church does not represent God's people. 16:04 Instead, it represents a counterfeit church. 16:08 Our fifth characteristic is the woman's appearance. 16:11 She is described being arrayed with purple and scarlet colors, 16:15 having allowed the Bible to define its own symbols, 16:18 we see God telling us, 16:19 Babylon is a church and state power 16:21 located around seven mountains, and it is a counterfeit church 16:25 that appears primarily in purple and scarlet colors. 16:29 There's only one church 16:30 that fits this definitive description, 16:32 the Roman Catholic Church, also known as a papacy. 16:35 So let's investigate the evidence 16:37 for this conclusion. 16:39 Vatican City is the only church and state nation in the world. 16:42 It is known as the city on seven hills, 16:45 and its primary colors are purple and scarlet. 17:10 During the Protestant Reformation, 17:12 many of the reformers including Thomas Cranmer, 17:15 John Wesley, William Tyndale, 17:17 John Wycliffe, Philippe Melongton, 17:19 Jan Hus, Martin Luther, 17:21 and hundreds of others all concluded the papacy 17:24 was the harlot of Babylon identified in the scriptures. 17:32 I for my part will set free my own mind 17:34 and deliver my conscience by declaring aloud 17:37 to the pope and to all papists 17:39 that the papacy is in truth nothing else 17:42 than the kingdom of Babylon and of very antichrist. 17:45 For who is the man of sin and the son of perdition 17:48 but he who by his teaching and his ordinances 17:51 increases the sin 17:52 and perdition of souls in the church 17:54 while he yet sits in the church 17:56 as if he were God all these conditions of now 17:59 for many ages been fulfilled by the people tyranny. 18:02 First Principles of the Reformation, 18:04 by Martin Luther, page 197. 18:15 The second angel's message is a warning 18:17 against the wine of Babylon, 18:19 and the intoxicating influence of its false doctrines 18:21 which have deceived the entire world. 18:24 Yes, even the Christian world. 18:26 This great feat was not accomplished at once, 18:28 but subtly over several centuries. 18:34 That gives you a little bit of an idea 18:35 of the quality of production, 18:37 and this production is really diversified. 18:39 So if you got the DVD or went to YouTube 18:41 and watch the other presentations, 18:43 you'd see a lot of the other reenactments 18:45 and things that we've done 18:46 'cause this production is extremely diversified. 18:49 Now, Mike, we got one more clip coming up 18:51 that's kind of a short one, and it's dealing 18:53 with the second coming of Christ, right? 18:57 It's kind of an outro for the part three. 19:00 So what we're doing is we're coming out of part three, 19:02 introducing the concepts 19:03 that we're gonna be discussing them in part four. 19:04 Okay, let's roll that. 19:09 So when Christ presence comes again, 19:11 when Christ comes the second time, 19:14 we're told that this earth will basically be left 19:19 in a state that is uninhabitable 19:22 because of the fire and the presence of God. 19:25 Our God is a consuming fire. 19:28 When He returns to the earth, Paul writes, 19:31 the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven 19:33 with His mighty angels in flaming fire. 19:37 He will return as a consuming fire 19:39 because Jesus will not only come 19:42 as the human being that He was when He walked upon this earth. 19:45 He will come as King of kings and Lord of lords. 19:48 In other words, His glory will no longer be veiled. 19:51 The day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night 19:54 in which the heavens shall pass away 19:56 with a great noise and the elements shall melt 19:58 with a fervent heat and the heavens 20:00 being on fire shall be dissolved. 20:03 A fire goeth before Him 20:05 and burneth up His enemies round about. 20:07 The hills melted like wax at the presence of the Lord. 20:11 At the presence of the Lord of the whole earth, 20:13 the fishes of the sea, and the fowls of the heaven, 20:16 and the beasts of the field, 20:17 and all creeping things that creep upon the earth, 20:20 and all the men that are upon on the face of the earth 20:23 shall shake at my presence. 20:25 And the mountains shall be thrown down 20:26 and the steep places shall fall 20:28 and every wall shall fall to the ground. 20:31 All the cities thereof were broken down 20:33 at the presence of the Lord. 20:35 The earth is utterly broken down, 20:37 the earth is clean dissolved. 20:39 The earth is moved exceedingly. 20:41 The earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard 20:44 and shall be removed like a cottage. 20:47 Our God shall come and shall not keep silence. 20:50 A fire shall devour before Him 20:52 and it shall be very tempestuous round about Him. 20:55 The mountains quake at Him and the hills melt 20:58 and the earth is burned at His presence, 21:00 yea the world and all that dwell therein. 21:07 So what we're looking at in the section 21:09 of what we just saw, is a lot of verses 21:11 talking about the second coming of Christ, 21:14 and how conceptually our God is a consuming fire, 21:16 and how when heat returns to this earth, 21:19 the earth is going to be destroyed by fire. 21:22 And there is a really interesting reason 21:24 that we're looking at this, 21:26 and introducing this as a concept of part four 21:28 'cause this is what we, the concepts we bring out 21:30 in part four of The Days of Noah, 21:32 is looking at what it means to be prepared 21:34 to meet Jesus when He comes. 21:36 And so we know that our God is a consuming fire, 21:39 and Isaiah makes a statement, and he says, 21:43 "For who among I shall dwell with the everlasting burning, 21:45 who among I shall dwell with the devouring fire?" 21:47 And then he answers that question and says, 21:49 "He the waketh righteously." 21:52 So only the righteous will be able to dwell 21:54 in the midst of the consuming fire. 21:55 And the reason that's important is because Noah 21:57 was a preacher of righteousness. 21:59 And so we need to go back 22:01 and look at the message of Noah, 22:02 as it will help us to be prepared 22:04 for Christ's second coming. 22:05 I think it's also really important 22:07 to mention to our viewers that, 22:09 this production is not a merely entertainment based production. 22:12 In other words, it's not something 22:14 you sit down with your friends 22:15 and, "Hey, get out a bowl of popcorn," 22:16 or something, and sit and watch, 22:18 at the end when you're done with it 22:19 will stick around on your shelf with a whole bunch 22:21 of your other DVDs. 22:22 This is actually an evangelistic tool 22:23 that is jam-packed with information 22:26 dealing with the first, second, and the third angel's message. 22:29 And we are having workbook 22:30 just gonna go along with these DVDs. 22:33 And these workbooks could be used on 22:34 one to one basis as the person watches 22:36 the television himself and plays the DVD, 22:39 or they could do it in a home setting, 22:41 it's like a Bible study group, 22:42 and go through segments of these DVDs, 22:44 and follow through with the workbook. 22:46 Or you could actually use it in the church setting 22:47 and advertise it for the local community, 22:49 have people come in, 22:51 play it on a big screen in front of the sanctuary 22:54 and the church. 22:55 And then go follow up with a moderator 22:57 or a team leader that, 22:59 there's questions and answers using a workbook. 23:01 So this is gonna be a really powerful evangelistic tool. 23:04 It's not something you're gonna stick on your shelf 23:06 after you're done watching it. 23:07 This is something that you're gonna be able to share, 23:10 and to give, and to use in a lot of different ways, 23:12 and I'm really excited about that aspect of using 23:15 The Days of Noah as a study tool. 23:19 One of the problems that we've had 23:20 where we are at right now is our, 23:22 our budget is extremely low on the project, 23:24 we're close to wrapping up everything. 23:26 We got all the editing done. 23:29 What kind of things are we looking at we still need to do, 23:31 Mike, really quickly? 23:33 Well, we're looking at finishing up 23:34 the rest of the 3D animations, 23:36 and then some of the biggest expenses 23:38 that we have coming up. 23:40 First and foremost is labor still to finish the project. 23:42 We've also have to purchase lot of stock footage, 23:46 footage to go along with the interview content, 23:49 and then music, 23:50 and I think it's the stock footage and... 23:53 And then taking the, editing is probably 23:55 what you think, like 70-80% finished... 23:57 Yeah, the content, the interviews 23:58 for the documentary is already edited. 24:00 So really at this point we already have 24:02 the skeleton done, 24:04 and that's even more than that done. 24:06 But now, we're just kind of flushing it in, 24:08 putting in the 3D animations, finishing up the visuals 24:11 to go over the top of the content. 24:13 If you'd like to know more about 24:15 current updates little caveat things 24:16 are taken out of daily productions such, 24:19 we put that on The Days of Noah film Facebook page. 24:23 That's what it's called, right? Yeah. Yeah. 24:24 Days of Noah film. 24:26 And you could find that by searching 24:27 in your Facebook page. 24:29 Also as production is wrapping up, 24:30 we've been really tight on funds, 24:31 and if you'd like to get involved 24:33 with helping us finish this production, 24:34 I would encourage you to donate 24:35 to Laymen Ministries for the Days of Noah project. 24:38 You can do that online, and you can make secure 24:40 online donations there, or you can call our office 24:43 and talk with one of the gals there, 24:44 and make a donation by credit card 24:47 right over the telephone. 24:48 One of the interesting 24:49 and unique things about this film 24:51 is that there's never been a film like this, 24:55 kind of over covering a big picture perspective 24:58 of the three angels' messages, and the Bible prophecy. 25:00 And like I explained earlier, 25:02 we go through establishing the judgment, 25:04 looking at the first angel's message, 25:06 how that came about, 25:07 and then we dive into 25:08 looking at the second angel's message, 25:10 how Noah called the people out of false worship, 25:12 out of idolatry. 25:14 And then introducing the concepts 25:15 of the third angel's message, 25:16 how that took place in Noah's day and today. 25:19 And so it really does take the viewer step by step 25:23 on a chronological journey if you will, 25:26 through the three angels' messages, 25:28 and through a lot, you know, the messages 25:30 that we've been given to give to the world. 25:31 I know that a lot of people 25:32 had a misconception about this production, 25:34 and they thought it was just basically 25:36 another video dealing with, like, the flood story, 25:39 and evidences of the flood, and things like that. 25:41 But it's like, you shared earlier about the fact 25:44 that this is a springboard using Noah and Noah's story 25:47 for understanding of the three angels' messages 25:50 of Revelation 14. 25:52 Yeah, and lot of people, even if they are not Christians 25:54 or somewhat familiar with Noah's story conceptually, 25:57 what happened, there was a flood, 25:58 and God saved His people on the ark. 26:01 And it's a story that most people are familiar with. 26:03 And so it's also a great way 26:05 to explain the three angels' messages 26:07 because then you're explaining the concepts 26:09 that people aren't familiar with, 26:10 with something that they are familiar with, 26:11 and so they can see these three angels' messages 26:14 taking place in Noah's time, 26:17 and then understand a little bit better contextually 26:19 how that relates to the second coming. 26:21 And in closing I just like to share 26:25 what is it mean to get on the ark today? 26:28 And what does it mean to enter into the ark of safety today? 26:32 And I think that's gonna be a question 26:33 that a lot of people are gonna be thinking about is, 26:36 world events are transpiring, 26:37 and I think as we watch the news right now, 26:40 which is completely evident most, 26:41 everybody that we live in an unprecedented times, 26:43 and that things could change overnight. 26:46 And a series like this could answer 26:47 a lot of questions for people 26:49 who were searching for Bible truth. 26:51 And it's not scary, sad, terrible ending. 26:55 It's actually a glorious ending 26:57 of God trying to redeem His people 26:59 and doing everything possible 27:01 to make that redemption possible. 27:02 The deliverance of God's people at the end of time 27:06 is going to be more monumental and more glorious 27:09 even than God's deliverance in the flood. 27:11 And if you think about it, the story of God's deliverance 27:14 in the flood of His people 27:17 is just a type of the deliverance 27:19 of His people at the second coming. 27:21 And so the whole world was destroyed in the Days of Noah, 27:24 the whole world will be destroyed again. 27:26 And yet, God will preserve His people. 27:28 And so it's a monumental event. 27:31 And like you said with the things 27:32 that are going on the world right now, 27:34 and certainly in the Christian circles 27:35 right now with Catholics and Protestants 27:37 wanting to come together, 27:39 the things that we discussed in this film, 27:41 you know, when we interview a lot of these people years ago 27:44 are now current events. 27:46 So time is short 27:48 and we do need to get this done. 27:50 So you can be in contact with our ministry 27:51 at Laymen Ministries, 27:53 that's 414 Zapata Road, St. Maries, Idaho 83861. 27:58 You can call on our toll free number 27:59 at 1-800-245-1844. 28:03 Or you can contact us on the World Wide Web 28:05 at www.lmn.org. |
