00:01 There are some experiences in life that burn their way
00:03 into your memory and consciousness. 00:05 And I must admit traveling by train 00:08 across much of India did that to me. 00:11 I'll never forget looking out on the crowd of people 00:15 right up to the railway tracks, 00:17 stretching to the horizon of people, 00:19 squatting down, doing their morning business, 00:22 immense humanity. 00:24 And to this day, I have to think hard 00:27 to realize that each person in life on this planet 00:31 is under the care and watch care of God. 00:35 India is a challenge to faith 00:39 and other places like North Korea closed 00:42 to much of what the outside world would have, 00:44 including faith in the Lord Jesus Christ 00:47 is another challenge. 00:49 We need to be like Jesus. 00:50 It says in the Bible, He looked on the crowd 00:53 and had pity on them. 00:56 Somehow, we need to be more than pitiful toward them. 01:00 We need to do all that we can in our power 01:02 to enable them to understand God, 01:06 the gospel, and the truth for this hour. 01:10 For Liberty Insider, this is Lincoln Steed. |
