And the modern state,

for the needs of the state.

state are not spiritual,

the needs of
the state, you know,

it pays lip service to religion,

but it's not got a
sense of godliness.

And more and more that
proprietary sense of it,

the state education is at odds

with those who cling to the idea

of inculcating spiritual values

and many of them
try homeschooling.

And that's where you
see the battle lines drawn,

not the only way to opt out.

But then you see that
there is a real antipathy

between the way of the world

and the way of moral
way in a religious way.

And this fight is continuing
to escalate more and more

between the
ability to homeschool

and the ability to be in
the public school system.

taking your kids away.

And in some countries
in a way you can see it,

probably the best test
case is in Scandinavia.

systems, very successful,

bad word in the US,

but not much spirituality

and there the state is
at the throat of anyone

that wants to
teach religious values

in homeschooling.

And people, many people
actually lately having to leave

those countries
to come to the US,

or to England, or Australia

from a point of
religious persecution,

ironic in an largely
non-religious free countries.

But it's creeping up
on us even in the US.

And where we're being blindsided

What we've seen in
the last administration

religious political sensibility

neglect or antagonism,

status religion to win the day.

I saw a few of the

So this is a long term thing.

The police actions have
always been violent, generally.

is often targeted toward
