For the Carrot Soufflé, 00:03:27.08\00:03:30.46 you need. 2 lbs. fresh carrots, 00:03:30.49\00:03:32.59 cut and steamed 2 c. coconut milk 00:03:32.62\00:03:36.04 1/3 - ½ c. pure honey or you can use maple syrup 00:03:36.07\00:03:41.18 2 tsp. vanilla extract, you also need 00:03:41.21\00:03:45.39 1 tsp. sea salt and 1 tsp. coriander powder 00:03:45.42\00:03:49.57 Okay, this looks nice and easy and we're using 00:03:49.60\00:03:51.87 carrots, carrots. Wonderful carrots, 00:03:51.90\00:03:55.00 that's right that's a matter of fact it was carrots 00:03:55.03\00:03:58.02 that my parents use to have my brother regain 00:03:58.05\00:04:01.00 his health, okay using carrot juice and stuff like 00:04:01.03\00:04:02.79 that yes, yeah so we know they are very 00:04:02.82\00:04:04.60 beneficial. That is a type 00:12:44.20\00:12:47.17 of cayenne pepper, okay, and it is excellent for 00:12:47.20\00:12:51.40 so many different things, alright, 00:12:51.43\00:12:53.43 as a matter of fact.
