Yeah, sounds good. 00:12:03.59\00:12:06.33 Let's read that recipe for our cheese sauce. 00:12:06.36\00:12:08.04 For the cheese sauce you need 1 c. cashews. 00:12:09.71\00:12:12.06 1 c. water. 2 tbsp. unhulled sesame seeds. 00:12:12.09\00:12:17.13 1-4 oz. jar of pimentos. 1/4 tsp. celery salt. 00:12:17.56\00:12:23.42 ½ tsp. garlic salt. 1 tsp. onion salt. 00:12:23.86\00:12:28.50 3/4 tsp. sea salt. Well, this looks like a really nice 00:12:28.98\00:12:34.76 cheese sauce Monica. Yes, it's one of our favorite 00:12:34.79\00:12:37.22 cheese sauces. Is it? Yeah. You use it for a lot of 00:12:37.25\00:12:39.03 different things. Yes, it's very simple to make. 00:12:39.06\00:12:41.21 Yes. That's nice. Yes. And it so much healthier than 00:12:41.24\00:12:44.01 buying cheese sauce. Yes. You know or buying cheese 00:12:44.04\00:12:46.24 in the store or something. Yes, yes, yes.
