So, it blends up so easily, I will put that in 00:07:58.03\00:08:01.86 here. Now, if people are just using regular date 00:08:01.89\00:08:04.47 make sure they take the pit out and they need to 00:08:04.50\00:08:06.36 soak it for few hours first. And then it wills soften 00:08:06.39\00:08:10.11 up and it will blend easier okay so and then it says a 00:08:10.14\00:08:14.48 just a few drops of almond extract and that 00:08:14.51\00:08:16.84 excuse me that really does add to the taste of 00:08:17.58\00:08:20.29 the over all. Yeah, so this is a 00:12:20.68\00:12:24.06 great recipe okay, actually you know my 00:12:24.09\00:12:26.58 husband and I don't just sit down and drink a glass 00:12:26.61\00:12:29.21 of milk, but there is a quite a few recipes that 00:12:29.24\00:12:31.89 call for a milk in them even vegan, vegetarian 00:12:31.92\00:12:35.11 recipes so if you have a good milk substitute on 00:12:35.14\00:12:39.08 hand than you can make this recipes.
