Right? 00:06:56.51\00:06:57.68 So, it's a very flexible recipe. 00:06:58.61\00:07:00.80 We've got one that we've just finished, 00:07:00.83\00:07:02.78 so we're going to take that out but this one's frying 00:07:02.81\00:07:06.46 and we're going to put this in this in the burger. 00:07:06.49\00:07:10.06 And you can put on the bun of course anything you want, 00:07:10.09\00:07:13.93 such as some vegan mayo, 00:07:13.96\00:07:15.80 some ketchup, and whatever, 00:07:15.83\00:07:17.99 and we're going to do some lettuce, 00:07:18.03\00:07:20.17 we put that under here, and just cutting up some onion 00:07:20.20\00:07:25.49 I mean some tomato. 00:07:25.52\00:07:27.02 And I'm going to put on the onion 00:07:27.05\00:07:28.99 and some people really like 00:07:29.03\00:07:32.61 black olives so I'm going to put some black olives 00:07:32.65\00:07:35.41 on the sandwich 00:07:35.44\00:07:36.51 and I've put some onion slices. 00:07:36.54\00:07:38.64 These are tomatoes. 00:07:38.67\00:07:40.21 That's right, this are onions. 00:07:40.25\00:07:42.93 But the colors are beautiful. 00:07:44.25\00:07:45.22 And this is what we want to make: 00:07:45.23\00:07:46.20 beautifully colored food. 00:07:46.21\00:07:47.84 So that will go on like that, 00:07:47.87\00:07:49.50 and we have a lovely All American Burger. I love it! 00:07:49.53\00:07:54.57 Okay. Let's go to the next recipe. 00:07:54.60\00:07:57.33 We've got another one to do here 00:07:57.36\00:07:58.47 and it's going to be really tasty, 00:07:58.51\00:07:59.61 using the same product. 00:07:59.65\00:08:01.80 This is going to be our meatloaf. 00:08:01.84\00:08:03.49 For meatloaf I'm using two cups of Grillnz, 00:08:03.52\00:08:06.25 two cups of water, 00:08:06.28\00:08:07.52 6 ounces of can tomato paste, 00:08:07.55\00:08:10.41 one large sweet onion, 00:08:10.44\00:08:12.45 diced up, one cup of dried bread crumbs, 00:08:12.49\00:08:16.78 1 bell pepper, one cup of diced mushrooms, 00:08:16.82\00:08:21.08 three tablespoons of light olive oil 00:08:21.11\00:08:23.98 and 6 ounces can of tomato sauce 00:08:24.01\00:08:26.53 or your favorite spaghetti sauce 00:08:26.56\00:08:29.07 Okay, lets go and make a meatloaf for them quick. 00:08:31.27\00:08:33.62 So this is really just the dumping, pouring in it. 00:08:33.65\00:08:35.90 Basically, you've already soaked the Grillnz in the cold water 00:08:35.93\00:08:38.90 and it holds together so nice, that's why this product 00:08:38.93\00:08:44.14 is such a favorite. 00:08:44.17\00:08:45.14 And you can put anything in it that you would normally put 00:08:45.16\00:08:49.76 in... I'm going to fix it the way my mum used to fix it. 00:08:49.79\00:08:51.77 She did the bread crumbs, she did all this other stuff, 00:08:51.80\00:08:54.06 so we're going to do the way mom did it. 00:08:54.09\00:08:57.74 Ok. 00:08:57.77\00:08:58.74 She put a lot of onions in it, 00:08:58.75\00:09:00.96 because she was a believer in onions. 00:09:00.99\00:09:02.87 And for if you don't care for onions, leave them out. 00:09:02.90\00:09:06.20 She put in some diced mushrooms. 00:09:06.23\00:09:08.23 And put a bowl of mushrooms to make a really nice flavor, too, 00:09:08.26\00:09:11.92 when you do this. 00:09:11.95\00:09:13.34 Another thing nice about this product 00:09:13.37\00:09:16.01 is that it is inexpensive, 00:09:16.04\00:09:17.56 it's easy to use, it's dry product, 00:09:17.59\00:09:20.01 so you can use it anywhere to make it when you're camping. 00:09:20.04\00:09:22.57 She also use tomato paste 00:09:22.60\00:09:25.16 - sometimes sauce, sometimes paste - 00:09:26.80\00:09:28.61 I don't know, what the differences were. 00:09:28.64\00:09:30.10 Ok. 00:09:30.14\00:09:31.35 And she also used a lot of different colored peppers. 00:09:31.39\00:09:36.08 Now the colored peppers are so good, 00:09:36.11\00:09:38.21 because they have more flavor in them 00:09:38.24\00:09:40.23 when green and green peppers are not easy to digest, 00:09:40.26\00:09:43.24 which is why don't use them, we like the incense, 00:09:43.27\00:09:46.17 the vitamins and the sweetness of those colored peppers. 00:09:46.20\00:09:50.50 And plus, it makes a pretty good dish. 00:09:50.53\00:09:53.00 So, mix that all up with a little of oil... 00:09:53.03\00:09:55.75 ... and finally she put bread crumbs in it. 00:09:55.78\00:09:58.42 And I guess that made it expand. We had a large family. 00:09:58.45\00:10:01.98 The oil can't be left out because the product itself, 00:10:02.01\00:10:05.51 the Grillnz is a low fat oil. 00:10:05.54\00:10:07.51 She never did this because the bowls were bigger. 00:10:07.54\00:10:11.52 Why did you put the oil in? 00:10:11.62\00:10:13.79 To hold it together a little more because I've put 00:10:13.82\00:10:15.92 bread crumbs. 00:10:15.95\00:10:16.92 I'm going to put a little bit of water, 00:10:16.95\00:10:18.25 and then I'm going to what my mom always did: 00:10:18.28\00:10:20.92 after she washed her hands, she mixed it all by hand. 00:10:20.95\00:10:24.56 Another reason you did the oil, 00:10:24.59\00:10:26.72 because people that generally eat meat 00:10:26.75\00:10:29.08 are used to oily flavors. 00:10:29.11\00:10:31.39 That's true. 00:10:31.42\00:10:32.39 And this is an alternative, this is an option, 00:10:32.40\00:10:34.97 to add a little bit of extra oil to it, 00:10:35.00\00:10:36.69 if you want a low fat dish, leave the oil out. 00:10:36.72\00:10:40.08 Remind me to get a larger bowl next time than this... 00:10:40.11\00:10:44.33 This really does make a wonderful meatloaf. 00:10:44.98\00:10:47.78 Once you got it all mixed up it goes into a loaf pan, 00:10:47.81\00:10:51.07 and then goes into the other and bakes for 45 minutes. 00:10:51.10\00:10:54.32 Did I tell you I went to culinary school 00:10:54.35\00:10:56.41 to learn how to do this? 00:10:56.44\00:10:58.44 By the way, you did go to culinary school. 00:10:58.66\00:11:00.72 But I didn't learn how to do this. 00:11:00.75\00:11:02.69 And many people don't realize, that you did go 00:11:02.72\00:11:05.26 to a culinary school and it was not for meat eating, 00:11:05.29\00:11:09.53 it was for vegan cooking 00:11:09.56\00:11:11.29 Vegan culinary school... 00:11:11.32\00:11:12.98 So, this is a good alternative though. 00:11:13.01\00:11:14.99 Now it looks like it's all mixed up. 00:11:15.02\00:11:16.96 Now normally we'd mix it up more 00:11:16.99\00:11:18.49 But for the sake of time since we have so much 00:11:18.52\00:11:22.63 we want to show you, we got one prepared 00:11:22.66\00:11:24.38 an we're going to show you that at the and of the show. 00:11:24.41\00:11:26.89 But this will go in so nice and it does expand, 00:11:26.92\00:11:30.24 and another nice thing about this product is 00:11:30.27\00:11:33.00 it will expand and not shrink like a lot 00:11:33.03\00:11:35.73 of the vegetarian products. 00:11:35.76\00:11:37.92 So once it's formed in there, and it'll come out 00:11:37.96\00:11:42.84 and we'll put it on top of a plate 00:11:42.87\00:11:45.14 after you get your hand clean. 00:11:45.17\00:11:46.63 This is totally embarrassing. 00:11:46.66\00:11:48.91 But you know what, this what's so exciting 00:11:50.28\00:11:54.18 about working on camera, 00:11:54.21\00:11:56.56 because nothing's ever perfect, is it? 00:11:56.60\00:11:58.91 No, it isn't. 00:11:58.94\00:11:59.91 And it's fun, because they want you to see 00:11:59.92\00:12:01.75 how you can work in your own kitchen. 00:12:01.78\00:12:02.99 I'll clean up if you put that in the oven. 00:12:03.02\00:12:04.87 I will be glad to put this in the oven. 00:12:04.90\00:12:06.72 To prepare for the next recipe. 00:12:06.75\00:12:08.15 Let's go ahead and read the instructions on the next recipe. 00:12:08.18\00:12:11.69 Next thing we are going to do is Chicky Chunks 'n Rice 00:12:11.72\00:12:15.23 And we're going to use two cups of Soy Add-ums 00:12:15.27\00:12:17.93 another new product, 00:12:17.96\00:12:19.54 1 medium onion, diced, 00:12:19.57\00:12:21.35 1 clove of garlic, minced, 00:12:21.38\00:12:23.11 4 tablespoons of chicken style seasoning, 00:12:23.14\00:12:26.41 half teaspoon of turmeric, 00:12:26.44\00:12:28.48 two cups of brown or white rice, 00:12:28.52\00:12:31.17 three and a half cups of water, 00:12:31.20\00:12:33.78 1-2 tablespoons of Bragg's Liquid Aminos 00:12:33.82\00:12:37.18 and 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil 00:12:37.21\00:12:40.07 Ok, this is the fun recipe that 00:12:41.14\00:12:43.96 we've done at many camp meeting this year, 00:12:44.00\00:12:46.47 And we're going to use a product called Soy Add-ums. 00:12:46.50\00:12:50.07 Now, we want to explain what Soy Add-ums is. 00:12:50.10\00:12:52.03 Soy Add-ums is very simple. 00:12:52.06\00:12:53.81 It's basically a dehydrated soy flour, 00:12:53.84\00:12:57.01 its flour out of soy bean and add water to it again I guess 00:12:57.05\00:13:04.58 ...to extrude... 00:13:04.61\00:13:05.58 And they extrude it through the process 00:13:05.59\00:13:07.23 and it's just very good at chunks, they have no flavor, 00:13:07.26\00:13:11.17 no basic color of their own, no spices, 00:13:11.20\00:13:14.45 This a product that you can flavor with anything 00:13:14.49\00:13:19.65 you want it to taste, 00:13:19.68\00:13:20.65 ...it's like tofu that can take on any flavor that you give it 00:13:20.66\00:13:22.45 ...because it's a soy product 00:13:22.48\00:13:23.81 And because high protein 00:13:23.84\00:13:25.09 Relatively low, actually this is a defatted product 00:13:25.12\00:13:27.61 so it's very low in fat. 00:13:27.64\00:13:28.91 Right. And its no salt in it no sugar, no colorings, 00:13:28.94\00:13:32.10 no flavoring, so you add your own. 00:13:32.13\00:13:34.60 So, what we're going to do with the Soy Add-ums 00:13:34.63\00:13:37.07 - if you don't know where to get Soy Add-ums 00:13:37.10\00:13:39.50 you can contact us. 00:13:39.53\00:13:40.67 we'll be happy to tell you where that is 00:13:40.70\00:13:42.90 What are you doing now? 00:13:42.93\00:13:43.90 I am putting a little bit of olive oil in a pan 00:13:43.91\00:13:47.00 and the garlic and onion and get those simmering 00:13:47.03\00:13:50.29 for those of you that don't like onion and garlic 00:13:50.32\00:13:53.55 you don't have to. and for the sake of time, 00:13:53.58\00:13:58.52 you have already... 00:13:58.55\00:14:00.00 Let's put the cover on that that we can talk over that. 00:14:00.04\00:14:02.15 I can't hear you. Okay. 00:14:02.18\00:14:04.21 You have already made up the rice 00:14:04.25\00:14:06.84 And your rice is yellow 00:14:06.87\00:14:08.82 Yes. 00:14:08.85\00:14:09.82 Okay. And why it is yellow? 00:14:09.83\00:14:11.71 I've put in saffron that we got over in Israel about 00:14:11.75\00:14:15.98 six or seven years ago. 00:14:16.01\00:14:17.48 Okay. 00:14:17.51\00:14:18.48 If you don't have saffron you can use turmeric 00:14:18.49\00:14:19.92 Okay. And that's what we've done here. 00:14:19.95\00:14:21.44 and we got some peppers to go in 00:14:21.47\00:14:23.76 let's do that, get this one. 00:14:23.79\00:14:26.00 An we've also taken the Soy Add-ums 00:14:26.03\00:14:29.15 in dry form, we have soaked it in a flavored broth 00:14:29.19\00:14:32.70 this is chicken flavored broth and we've used 00:14:32.73\00:14:35.62 Bill's Best Chickenish 00:14:35.65\00:14:37.29 in this one and you can use any type of chicken type of broth 00:14:37.33\00:14:40.51 Vegetarian chicken broth 00:14:40.54\00:14:42.49 This we enjoyed in the summer because I've from the South, 00:14:42.53\00:14:45.54 Sure, definitely and southerners just love 00:14:45.57\00:14:48.53 chicken and rice. 00:14:48.56\00:14:49.53 That's why we're doing this one. 00:14:49.54\00:14:51.32 We're doing a vegetarian for the flexitarians 00:14:51.35\00:14:53.76 that want to do an alternative. 00:14:53.79\00:14:57.52 Let's just add the rest of it That'll go all the way in 00:14:57.56\00:14:59.64 you have the spoon. 00:14:59.67\00:15:00.96 I'm not getting my hand in another bowl. 00:15:01.35\00:15:04.72 I love to do this. That's fine. 00:15:05.11\00:15:06.54 Let's put the rice in. 00:15:06.57\00:15:08.40 Okay. It'll just dump in after the rice is done. 00:15:08.43\00:15:11.48 So, you can use left over rice, or have some fresh rice. 00:15:11.51\00:15:18.25 We have done this to a one pan dish 00:15:18.28\00:15:23.18 You can just put the water, the rice, the chicky chunks 00:15:23.22\00:15:26.85 the veggies altogether 00:15:26.88\00:15:27.95 in one pan and just let it bake or cook in an electric fry pan. 00:15:27.98\00:15:34.86 So, this works really well as a one dish meal. 00:15:34.89\00:15:38.73 And then you serve this with a salad or with some 00:15:38.76\00:15:42.01 other vegetables and it really makes for a nice dish. 00:15:42.04\00:15:45.25 Let's just let it simmer for a little bit. 00:15:45.28\00:15:47.30 That looks great. Just simmer that down and 00:15:49.96\00:15:51.66 then we go right into our next recipe. 00:15:51.69\00:15:53.75 This is fun, we are having a good time. 00:15:53.78\00:15:55.77 Yes we are. What do we have to come up next? 00:15:55.80\00:15:58.08 Next recipe is going to be on the screen and we 00:15:58.11\00:16:00.60 are going to do a Bar-B-Que Beef like product 00:16:00.63\00:16:03.08 this is also using the Soy Add-ums. 00:16:03.11\00:16:04.86 You are using two cups of Soy Add-ums, soaked in 00:16:04.89\00:16:07.99 4 tablespoons of beef style seasoning, one large red onion 00:16:08.02\00:16:11.88 julienned, one large green or red pepper, julienned 00:16:11.91\00:16:16.73 3 cloves of garlic, minced 00:16:16.76\00:16:20.19 4 cups of your favorite bar-b-que sauce 00:16:20.23\00:16:23.53 Ok. This is one of your favorite dishes 00:16:24.35\00:16:27.62 that you've made and it's been the most popular 00:16:27.66\00:16:29.91 of any of the dishes that we used with the Soy Add-ums. 00:16:29.94\00:16:32.55 You have to understand, 00:16:32.58\00:16:33.74 I was a southern boy at heart and also by birth and so 00:16:33.77\00:16:36.47 bar-b-que is something that we've had forever in our family. 00:16:36.50\00:16:39.99 Of course, it was usually pork or chicken or beef bar-b-que. 00:16:40.02\00:16:43.47 Right. 00:16:43.50\00:16:44.47 So this is - I tell you what - 00:16:44.49\00:16:46.22 this is realistic enough as far 00:16:46.25\00:16:47.89 as my taste-buds are concerned to bring me right back home. 00:16:47.92\00:16:51.75 Okay. 00:16:51.78\00:16:53.14 Now you've already soaked the Soy Add-ums and... 00:16:53.18\00:16:55.29 What we did here? 00:16:55.32\00:16:56.58 We took the dry product like that and we soaked it in a 00:16:56.61\00:17:00.02 beef-like broth and we didn't 00:17:00.05\00:17:03.29 actually have a beef flavoring so we made our own. 00:17:03.33\00:17:05.47 We used a little bit of Bragg's Liquid Aminos 00:17:05.50\00:17:07.31 which has kind of a beefy flavor and I used cardamine 00:17:07.34\00:17:11.21 coriander, cumin, garlic and onion powder. 00:17:11.24\00:17:14.85 We kind of made it on our own we marinated for 00:17:14.89\00:17:18.53 kind of 15 minutes. 00:17:18.56\00:17:20.04 It has changed color now quite a bit and now it's chewy 00:17:20.07\00:17:25.23 just like meat and has a texture in it. 00:17:25.26\00:17:27.29 And that's the nice thing about Soy Add-ums that it has that 00:17:27.32\00:17:30.12 soft chewy texture of meat for the flexitarian people 00:17:30.15\00:17:32.86 that want to have something different besides the meat dish. 00:17:32.89\00:17:35.45 People have asked us many times in schools and things: 00:17:35.48\00:17:38.84 Why, why do we try to make things taste like meat? 00:17:38.87\00:17:42.15 Why I do is because I came from a family of meat-eaters. 00:17:42.18\00:17:46.32 Most of my life, for 45 years I was a meat-eater. 00:17:46.35\00:17:49.52 And so I still frankly miss some of the textures. 00:17:49.55\00:17:52.69 And that's why. 00:17:52.72\00:17:53.93 And also for people that are trying to make a bridge. 00:17:53.96\00:17:57.32 Right. And that's what we are teaching is this bridge. 00:17:57.35\00:18:00.68 The bridge comes form crossing 00:18:00.71\00:18:04.98 the standard American diet to God's ultimate diet. 00:18:05.02\00:18:07.81 What did you just put it in? 00:18:07.84\00:18:09.19 I've just put in some of you famous bar-b-que sauce. 00:18:09.22\00:18:12.07 Now, we have a recipe for our famous bar-b-que sauce in our 00:18:12.10\00:18:15.27 cook-book, and we did not put it on the screen today 00:18:15.30\00:18:18.98 because there is just not enough time to do everything so for 00:18:19.01\00:18:22.50 those of you there who are 00:18:22.53\00:18:24.30 wanting a bar-b-que sauce a really good one, 00:18:24.33\00:18:25.95 contact us and we will be happy to get the recipe for you. 00:18:25.98\00:18:29.42 What we did here, we just took a relatively healthy commercial 00:18:29.45\00:18:32.85 bar-b-que sauce and added onions 00:18:32.88\00:18:35.32 and some peppers and some mushrooms to it. 00:18:35.35\00:18:37.15 Uhum. 00:18:37.19\00:18:38.75 And simmered it for an hour or two. 00:18:38.78\00:18:41.56 So you can use any kind of bar-b-que sauce that you want 00:18:41.60\00:18:44.50 and just let that go. 00:18:44.53\00:18:45.97 Boys! That were good. 00:18:46.00\00:18:47.37 You can put it over rice or a bun. 00:18:47.40\00:18:48.96 I prefer to put it over a bun and just get sloppy with it. 00:18:48.99\00:18:51.87 Okay. 00:18:51.90\00:18:52.87 We've got one more recipe to do 00:18:52.88\00:18:54.27 and this is going to be a cold dish 00:18:54.30\00:18:57.14 Right, because this product is, 00:18:57.17\00:18:58.79 this Soy Add-ums product does not have to be cooked. 00:18:58.82\00:19:01.28 Okay? 00:19:01.32\00:19:02.71 As it is, it is virtually cooked in the processing. 00:19:02.75\00:19:04.56 So we are going to do another dishthat was a fun dish to make 00:19:04.59\00:19:09.52 and this one is called: 00:19:09.55\00:19:11.72 Add-ums Chicky Salad. 00:19:11.76\00:19:13.88 For the Chicky Salad we will use two cups of Soy Add-ums, 00:19:13.92\00:19:17.16 two cups of water, 00:19:17.19\00:19:19.02 3 tablespoons of chicken style seasoning, 00:19:19.06\00:19:21.89 3/4- 1 cup of Vegenaise or your favorite vegan mayonnaise. 00:19:21.92\00:19:27.04 and for the vegetables 00:19:27.07\00:19:29.84 we're going to have half a cup of sweet onion, 00:19:29.88\00:19:31.64 diced small, half a cup of 00:19:31.67\00:19:33.74 celery, diced small and a quarter cup of pickle relish. 00:19:33.77\00:19:38.22 All right, this a really super, simple, 00:19:39.09\00:19:41.51 easy, quick recipe using the Soy Add-ums. 00:19:41.54\00:19:43.87 We're going to use the food processor this time, 00:19:43.90\00:19:46.15 because, of course like normal we took the dry chunks 00:19:46.18\00:19:49.12 and we marinated them or soaked them in a broth of 00:19:49.15\00:19:51.63 chicken flavor like we did for the other chicken... 00:19:51.66\00:19:53.92 Chicken 'n Rice 00:19:53.95\00:19:55.08 There are several different chicken flavorings 00:19:55.11\00:19:57.62 and seasonings... 00:19:57.65\00:19:58.62 You can make your own, you can by a commercial one, 00:19:58.63\00:20:00.87 there's a lot of things on the market... 00:20:00.90\00:20:02.85 So this is what our finished product looks like. 00:20:02.88\00:20:05.22 Now those chunks are kind of big for a chicken salad, 00:20:05.25\00:20:07.75 so what I'm going to do and 00:20:07.78\00:20:10.52 what we learned is kind of a neat little trick. 00:20:10.56\00:20:12.22 We're going to put them - it's one other step - 00:20:12.25\00:20:13.83 we're going to put them in the food processor. 00:20:13.86\00:20:15.41 Not necessary but you can do that. 00:20:15.44\00:20:17.53 Not, you can have it large chunks, it's fine. 00:20:17.56\00:20:19.69 Or you can chop it up with a chopper, too, 00:20:19.72\00:20:21.82 if you don't have a food processor. 00:20:21.85\00:20:23.48 We just happen to have a food processor. 00:20:23.51\00:20:25.92 We're going to add all the other things. 00:20:25.95\00:20:28.32 Now what is this here? 00:20:28.35\00:20:29.36 That's the chicken sauce seasoning 00:20:29.39\00:20:30.63 that you've already used, so... 00:20:30.66\00:20:32.23 I'll put it in there. 00:20:32.26\00:20:33.23 Ok. These obviously are onions diced up. 00:20:33.24\00:20:35.76 Which are optional for those who don't like onions. 00:20:35.79\00:20:38.04 The celery is what really helps 00:20:38.07\00:20:40.22 to make it flavor like the chicken salad. 00:20:40.25\00:20:42.02 Celery has a high sodium content. 00:20:42.05\00:20:44.66 Now this is like a Pa's pickles or like a lemon flavored pickle. 00:20:44.69\00:20:50.27 We are not using any vinegar. 00:20:50.30\00:20:51.48 Okay, and then we're going to put a little bit of that 00:20:51.51\00:20:55.22 Vegenaise in. 00:20:55.25\00:20:56.87 Now the Vegenaise is a non-animal product mayonnaise, 00:20:56.91\00:21:01.57 it's no eggs in there and is a very tasty mayonnaise. 00:21:01.61\00:21:05.43 You don't need much, just enough to get it going. 00:21:05.46\00:21:08.67 I will put the top on you will have to back off... 00:21:08.70\00:21:11.87 That's good, I'm just... 00:21:11.90\00:21:13.09 Never know when you are in the kitchen. 00:21:13.12\00:21:17.51 I didn't think when the safety's off this one will work. 00:21:17.55\00:21:21.12 Let me just pulse it until I think it's just chunked 00:21:21.15\00:21:24.02 small enough, I don't want to make it into a paste. 00:21:24.05\00:21:26.89 Okay. 00:21:26.92\00:21:27.89 Okay! 00:21:27.90\00:21:28.87 But I do want to make it a little bit smaller. 00:21:28.88\00:21:32.29 You can use it for sandwiches or if you want to stuff a tomato, 00:21:35.47\00:21:38.87 put it on a bed of lettuce... 00:21:38.90\00:21:40.54 It makes a nice high-protein, low-carb dish. 00:21:40.57\00:21:44.03 That looks really good. If you can take that out 00:21:44.06\00:21:47.75 of the way we can just serve it... 00:21:47.78\00:21:50.66 This is a very likable dish 00:22:00.69\00:22:02.00 and once you got it made up you can keep it in refrigerator 00:22:02.03\00:22:05.18 and let it meld the flavors overnight or within a few hours 00:22:05.21\00:22:09.38 you can us it again, 00:22:09.41\00:22:10.38 put it on a bed of lettuce serve it as a salad or make sandwiches 00:22:10.39\00:22:13.95 with it, it's really a very tasty dish people that 00:22:13.98\00:22:17.98 eat it because chunks that's in it, they don't realize 00:22:18.01\00:22:21.81 it's not real meat. 00:22:21.84\00:22:23.10 So it's a good dish for a flexitarian or someone that 00:22:23.13\00:22:27.62 doesn't want to do the meat dish, they want to do something 00:22:27.65\00:22:30.32 different and find out that it's a whole lot healthier, too. 00:22:30.35\00:22:34.24 That looks really nice. 00:22:34.27\00:22:36.11 A variation to this, we have a very interesting variation 00:22:36.14\00:22:39.10 to this and it is to use... we can make 00:22:39.13\00:22:41.65 a tuna salad out of this. 00:22:41.68\00:22:43.12 Basically doing the same things except we add Nori sheets 00:22:43.15\00:22:48.40 that's been crunched up and that's basically 00:22:48.43\00:22:49.77 the sea weed or some dolts, or kelp 00:22:49.80\00:22:51.90 or some other seaweed type flavorings and it becomes, 00:22:51.93\00:22:55.91 certainly becomes tuna fish. 00:22:55.94\00:22:57.06 Now do you use the celery with the tuna fish? 00:22:57.09\00:22:59.18 Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. 00:22:59.21\00:23:01.75 I guess you probably wouldn't if you're going to have tuna fish, 00:23:01.78\00:23:03.83 'cause you generally wouldn't have 00:23:03.86\00:23:05.70 celery and tuna fish salad. 00:23:05.73\00:23:06.70 Okay. 00:23:06.73\00:23:07.70 We've done a lot of recipes today.
