00:02 Come join in singing join in praising
00:06 Let's all praise the Lord
00:09 We'll sing out loud our voice is raising
00:12 Let's all praise the Lord
00:15 Hallelujah! Hallelujah!
00:22 We'll tell the world how much we love Him
00:25 Let's all praise
00:27 Come on let's all praise the Lord.
00:32 Hi, boys and girls.
00:33 Do you like going to school?
00:35 Maybe you have a favorite teacher
00:37 or a favorite subject.
00:39 I like going to school
00:40 because I always learn new things.
00:42 And the more I learned, the more knowledge I gained.
00:45 Did you know that there's a difference
00:47 between knowing and believing?
00:50 Well, there is.
00:51 When you know something,
00:52 you know it for sure, without a doubt.
00:55 It's easy to know something when you can see it
00:57 right in front of you, isn't it?
00:59 We all know that the sky is blue
01:01 and the grass is green.
01:03 But how do we absolutely know something is real
01:07 if we can't see it?
01:08 The truth is we can't.
01:10 Instead, we have to believe.
01:13 And sometimes, believing can be difficult.
01:16 A belief is a choice we make
01:18 to have confidence in something.
01:20 When you put a letter in the mailbox,
01:22 you believe that it will be delivered to the address
01:24 that you wrote on it, right?
01:26 Well, what about God?
01:28 The Bible says that we can believe in God
01:30 even though we can't see him.
01:32 Right now, Sofia is going to sing about
01:34 believing in this song, I Believe.
01:42 I believe for every drop of rain that falls
01:48 A flower grows
01:53 I believe that somewhere in the darkest night
02:00 A candle glows
02:05 I believe for everyone who goes astray
02:11 Someone will come
02:15 To show the way
02:20 I believe
02:23 I believe
02:27 I believe above a storm the smallest prayer
02:34 Will still be heard
02:38 I believe that someone in the great somewhere
02:45 Hears every word
02:50 Every time I hear a new born baby cry
02:56 Or touch a leaf or see the sky
03:04 Then I know why I believe
03:12 Every time I hear a new born baby cry
03:18 Or touch a leaf or see the sky
03:26 Then I know why I believe
03:33 Then I know why
03:42 I believe.
03:51 Have you ever been playing outside
03:52 with your friends when suddenly you hear a noise,
03:55 you listen closely,
03:57 trying to guess what it might be?
03:58 After listening for a little bit,
04:01 you run inside and announce to your mom
04:03 that you think there's a squirrel
04:04 or a rabbit hiding under the bushes.
04:06 Well, you don't know for sure but that's what you believe.
04:11 Beliefs are meant to be shared,
04:12 especially when you believe in Jesus,
04:15 you want to share with everyone you meet, don't you?
04:18 The Kids Time singers will now remind us of that
04:21 in this song, Everybody Ought to Know.
04:31 Everybody ought to know
04:35 Everybody ought to know
04:38 Everybody ought to know
04:42 Who Jesus is
04:46 Everybody ought to know
04:50 Everybody ought to know
04:53 Everybody ought to know
04:57 Who Jesus is
05:03 He's the lily of the valley
05:10 He's the brightest morning star
05:18 He's the fairest of ten thousand
05:25 Everybody ought to know.
05:35 John 14:1 talks about believing in God.
05:39 And when we believe in Him
05:41 He says that we can also believe
05:43 that He will take us to heaven one day soon
05:46 to live with Him for ever and ever.
05:48 Isn't that awesome?
05:49 And Jesus is preparing mansions for us to live in.
05:52 I can't wait. Can you?
05:54 There's a special song that tells
05:56 of this beautiful place
05:58 where we will walk the streets of Gold.
06:00 Zana is going to sing it for us right now in this song,
06:04 Mansion over the Hilltop.
06:19 I'm satisfied with just a cottage below
06:25 A little silver and a little gold
06:30 But in that city, where the mansions will shine
06:36 I want a gold one, with silver lined
06:42 I've got a mansion just over the hilltop
06:48 In that bright land
06:51 where we'll never grow old
06:54 And someday yonder, we'll nevermore wander
06:59 And walk on streets made of purest gold
07:27 I've got a mansion just over the hilltop
07:33 In that bright land where we'll never grow old
07:39 And some day yonder we'll nevermore wander
07:44 And walk on streets made of purest gold.
07:56 Do you have a friend that you can trust,
07:58 someone that you know will always tell the truth,
08:01 someone who will look out for you and cares about you,
08:04 a friend that you could tell anything to
08:07 and it wouldn't change the way they felt about you?
08:10 Well, Jesus is that kind of friend.
08:13 In fact, He is the most trustworthy friend
08:15 you could ever have.
08:17 He never fails and He will always see you through.
08:21 Jesus loves you, boys and girls, so much
08:23 that He just couldn't possibly imagine heaven
08:25 without you.
08:27 Let's listen as Jedel and Cindy sing,
08:29 I Just Keep Trusting My Lord.
08:39 I just keep trusting my Lord as I walk along
08:46 I just keep trusting my Lord and He gives me a song
08:52 Though the storm clouds darken the sky over the heavenly trail
08:59 I just keep trusting my Lord
09:02 He will never fail
09:06 He's a faithful friend
09:09 Such a faithful friend
09:12 I can count on Him To the very end
09:19 Though the storm clouds darken the sky over the heavenly trail
09:25 I just keep trusting my Lord He will never fail.
09:32 I just keep trusting my Lord He will never fail
09:45 Even though Jesus knows everything about you,
09:48 He still wants you to talk with Him
09:50 like you would talk to your best friend.
09:53 You can tell Him all about your fears and your worries.
09:56 You can talk to Him about what makes you happy or sad.
10:00 And Jesus says that when you pray to Him
10:02 that you should pray with faith,
10:04 believing that He'll answer you because He will.
10:09 And remember that you can talk to Him anytime, anywhere
10:13 and He will always hear you.
10:15 Right now, Nicole will sing this beautiful song,
10:19 Whisper a Prayer.
10:32 Whisper a prayer in the morning
10:37 Whisper a prayer at noon
10:42 Whisper a prayer in the evening
10:47 To keep your heart in tune
10:53 God answers prayer in the morning
10:59 God answers prayer at noon
11:04 God answers prayer in the evening
11:09 To keep your heart in tune.
11:20 Our next song talks about our immortal invisible God.
11:24 It takes a lot of faith to believe
11:25 that God is always existent,
11:27 especially since we can't see Him face to face.
11:31 But that's what the Bible says
11:33 and you can always trust the Bible.
11:35 Not only that, God never changes.
11:38 Since the beginning of time, He has been the same,
11:41 yesterday, today, and tomorrow.
11:44 The words of this next song say,
11:46 we blossom and flourish as leaves on the tree
11:49 and whither and perish but not changes Thee.
11:52 Listen as Strings of Joy play on their violins
11:55 Immortal, Invisible.
14:07 The Apostle Paul was put in prison several times
14:10 for preaching about Jesus, but he never worried.
14:14 He always knew and believed
14:16 that Jesus would take care of him.
14:18 One time, he was chained to the wall in the cell
14:20 between two soldiers.
14:22 And if that wasn't enough,
14:23 there were guards standing outside the prison door.
14:26 The king wanted to make sure
14:27 that Paul was not going to escape.
14:30 And that very night, an angel came and released Paul
14:33 from his chain and led him out of the prison
14:35 without anyone noticing him.
14:37 Listen now as Samara sings about God's strength,
14:41 He's Able.
14:49 He's able, He's able I know He's able
14:55 I know my Lord is able To carry me through
15:00 He's able, He's able I know He's able
15:06 I know my Lord is able To carry me through
15:11 He healed the broken-hearted He set the captive free
15:16 He made the lame to walk again And caused the blind to see
15:22 He's able, He's able I know He's able
15:27 I know my Lord is able To carry me through
15:53 He healed the broken-hearted He set the captive free
15:58 He made the lame to walk again And caused the blind to see
16:04 He's able, He's able I know He's able
16:09 I know my Lord is able To carry me through
16:14 I know my Lord is able To carry me through.
16:28 Have you ever felt like giving up?
16:31 The Bible talks about persistence,
16:33 meaning that no matter how many times we fail,
16:36 we should never stop trying.
16:38 In fact, God has promised
16:40 that He would be with us until the end,
16:42 doesn't matter how many times we mess up.
16:45 We can believe that God will never give up on us.
16:49 Let's listen to the words of Jaimes' song,
16:52 He'll Never Give Up On You.
17:04 What is a dream that won't come true?
17:09 What is the point of even dreaming it?
17:13 When you find your plans have fallen through
17:18 What's a dreamer to do?
17:22 A goal you longed for with all your heart
17:27 Is now with no chance of even reaching it
17:31 Should all that you want come crumbling apart?
17:36 How do you keep your faith through?
17:40 Things you don't understand Proving God's greater plan
17:48 Don't stop believing There's a reason for it all
17:55 When your faith in the Lord
17:59 Is all that sees you through
18:04 Don't give up on God
18:07 'Cause He will never give up on...
18:12 Don't give up on God
18:16 'Cause He will never give up on you
18:25 Pray and seek Knock on His door
18:29 Wait and see what He has for you
18:34 Keep God close and know what's in store
18:38 Forevermore
18:43 Can't you see He's on your side,
18:47 always wanting to you be with you?
18:51 His love will part the sea so wide
18:55 So your dreams will be true
19:00 Things you don't understand
19:04 Proving God's greater plan
19:07 Don't stop believing There's a reason for it all
19:15 When your faith in the Lord
19:19 Is all that sees you through
19:23 Don't give up on God
19:27 'Cause He will never give up on...
19:32 Don't give up on God
19:35 'Cause He will never ever give up on you
19:40 Don't give up on God
19:44 'Cause He will never give up on you
19:54 Don't give up on God
19:58 'Cause He will never give up on you.
20:13 When Jesus left heaven to come to this world,
20:15 He did it for you and for me.
20:17 He loves us so much
20:19 that He was willing to die for us.
20:21 John 3:16 says it best, "For God so loved the world
20:25 that He gave His only begotten Son
20:27 that whosoever believes on Him should not perish
20:31 but have everlasting life."
20:33 God wants us to believe
20:34 and He promises everlasting life
20:36 to all those who do.
20:38 The Bible calls Jesus the Lamb of God
20:40 who takes away the sin of the world.
20:43 Let's listen as the Girls of Mercy sing
20:45 in their own language of Malawi,
20:47 Look the Lamb of God.
22:38 Did you know that
22:40 there's 32 verses about apples in the Bible
22:42 and four of them say, "Apple of my eye."?
22:45 Do you know what that means?
22:46 Well, if you are the apple of someone's eye,
22:50 it means that you're pretty special to them.
22:52 And God says we are the apple of His eye.
22:55 He wants you to know just how important you are.
22:58 Our next song reminds us that God should be
23:01 the apple of our eye, too.
23:04 Thyeis will now play as the deer on her steel pan.
25:06 Boys and girls, if you've ever taken
25:08 a walk through the woods,
25:09 you might have seen some tracks in the dirt,
25:11 maybe you've seen deer, or turkey, or even bear tracks.
25:15 God wants you to believe in Him,
25:17 even though you can't see God,
25:19 you can find signs of Him in nature
25:21 and those are God's tracks that He has left behind for us.
25:25 And when you're tempted to do something
25:26 you know you shouldn't do
25:28 and you feel that little tug in your heart that says don't,
25:30 that's God talking to you,
25:33 letting you know that He's looking out for you
25:36 and He promises a place for you in heaven
25:38 with Him someday soon.
25:39 And I can't wait.
25:41 All we have to do is believe in Him.
25:44 Well, that's all the time we have today.
25:46 So until next time, remember, it's Kids Time to praise Jesus.
