00:01 Praise Him, Praise Him All ye little children
00:06 God is love God is love 00:10 Praise Him, Praise Him All ye little children 00:14 God is love God is love 00:23 Hi, boys and girls, We often talk 00:25 about Jesus and His father. 00:27 But we don't about the Holy Spirit very often. 00:30 The Holy Spirit is the third member of the Godhead. 00:33 Now that means there is the Father, 00:35 there is Jesus, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. 00:38 When we pray to God, 00:40 we are actually talking to all three of them. 00:43 When Jesus went back to heaven, 00:45 He promised He would send a comforter 00:47 and that is the Holy Spirit. 00:49 He is the one who whispers in your ears stop, 00:52 when you do something you shouldn't. 00:53 He is also the one who causes us 00:55 to feel Jesus presence with us. 00:58 The Holy Spirit wants to share us many gifts. 01:01 So we can spread the gospel to the whole world. 01:04 God is more infinite than we can understand, 01:06 yet He still cares for us. 01:08 Dawn's "Sweet, Sweet Spirit," is about 01:11 that calm comfort that the Holy Spirit brings. 01:21 There's a sweet, sweet Spirit in this place 01:31 And I know that it's the Spirit of the Lord 01:41 There are sweet expressions on each face 01:50 And I know they feel the presence of the Lord 02:01 Sweet Holy Spirit Sweet heavenly dove 02:11 Stay right here with us Filling us with Your love 02:20 And for these blessings We lift our hearts in praise 02:29 Without a doubt we'll know 02:31 That we have been revived 02:34 When we shall leave this place 02:46 When Jesus is with us, it's a great feeling. 02:50 Listen to the words to this next song. 02:52 As water to the thirsty, as beauty to the eyes, 02:56 as strength that follows weakness, 02:58 as truth instead of lies, 03:00 as songtime and springtime and summertime to be, 03:03 so is my Lord, my living Lord, 03:06 so is my Lord to me. 03:08 Let's listen as Amos and Jessica play, 03:11 "Like Water to the Thirsty." 03:19 [Music] 04:00 In the Bible Jesus tells a story about lamps and oil. 04:04 Oil which is the fuel for the lamp, 04:06 is like the Holy Spirit, 04:07 who gives you God's power 04:09 to help others and spread His love. 04:11 The lamp flame is God's love, 04:13 shining out from you, so that everyone can see. 04:16 As Adolfo sings, "Give Me Oil in My Lamp," 04:19 let's ask Jesus, to send us His spirit, 04:22 so that we can share His love. 04:30 Give me oil in my lamp, keep me burning 04:35 Give me oil in my lamp I pray 04:39 Give me oil in my lamp, keep me burning 04:43 Keep me burning till the break of day 04:48 Sing Hosannah, sing Hosannah 04:52 Sing Hosannah to the King of Kings 04:56 Sing Hosannah, sing Hosannah 05:01 Sing Hosannah to the King 05:04 [Foreign Language] 05:39 Sing Hosannah, sing Hosannah, 05:43 Sing Hosannah to the King of Kings, 05:48 Sing Hosannah, sing Hosannah, 05:52 Sing Hosannah to the King 06:01 When you pray and let Jesus into your heart, 06:03 He can send the Holy Spirit into your life. 06:06 The Bible says, in Matthew 7:11 06:08 that God is more than willing 06:10 to give us good gifts 06:11 when we are asking according to His will. 06:14 Have you ever asked for the gift 06:16 of the Holy Spirit in your life? 06:17 Sofia's song, "Our Prayer," 06:19 is about opening our hearts to God. 06:31 May each moment of each hour Of each day of your life 06:40 Be a picture of love to all the world 06:47 And in Jesus may you grow 06:52 May you trust Him May you know of His love 06:58 That His love may know you 07:04 And when soon He shall come May we all join as one 07:12 In the love that we share in His glory 07:19 This is our prayer 07:24 And when soon He shall come May we all join as one 07:33 In the love that we share in His glory 07:40 This is our prayer 07:51 When Jesus lives in your heart, 07:53 He makes it clean and new. 07:55 That's what David prayed for when he said, 07:57 "Create in me a clean heart 07:59 and a right spirit within me," 08:01 because worship starts in the heart. 08:03 Come to think of it, 08:04 your heart is a sanctuary for Jesus. 08:07 A quite place where we worship 08:09 and spend time with Him. 08:10 It's a very special place. 08:12 As the Chung family plays, "Sanctuary," 08:14 let's ask Jesus to make our hearts 08:16 a sanctuary for Him. 08:26 [Music] 09:37 When you ask Jesus to change your heart 09:39 and help you to do what He wants you to do. 09:41 He sent the spirit to guide you. 09:43 Isaiah 30:21 says, "Whether you turn 09:46 to the right or to the left, 09:48 your ears will hear a voice behind you, 09:50 saying, this is the way, walk in it." 09:53 That's the voice of the Holy Spirit. 09:55 Mirielle's song, "He's Still Working on Me," 09:58 reminds us that it's okay to grow little by little. 10:04 Memorizing Bible verses is fun, try it. 10:08 Psalm 34:8 to 13, "O taste and see 10:12 that the Lord is good, 10:14 blessed is the man that trusteth in him. 10:16 O fear the Lord, ye his saints, 10:18 for there is no want to them that fear him. 10:21 The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger, 10:25 but they that seek the Lord 10:26 shall not want any good thing. 10:28 Come, ye children, hearken unto me, 10:31 I will teach you the fear of the Lord. 10:33 What man is he that desireth life, 10:35 and loveth many days, that he may see good? 10:38 Keep thy tongue from evil, 10:39 and thy lips from speaking guile. 10:48 He's still working on me to make me what I ought to be 10:56 It took Him just a week to make the moon and stars 11:00 The sun and the earth and Jupiter and Mars 11:04 How loving and patient He must be, 11:08 He's still working on me 11:12 I really have to be a sign upon my heart 11:16 Don't judge him yet, there's none in his part 11:21 But I'll be perfect just according to His plan 11:25 Fashioned by the Master's loving hand 11:29 He's still working on me to make me what I ought to be 11:37 It took Him just a week to make the moon and stars 11:41 The sun and the earth and Jupiter and Mars 11:45 How loving and patient He must be 11:49 He's still working on me He's still working on me 12:06 The Father, Jesus, and the Spirit are all God. 12:10 They are the three-in-one. 12:12 The three parts of God working together 12:14 in perfect unity to be one God that we worship. 12:18 God is so much greater than you and me, 12:20 that it's hard for us to have Him fully understand. 12:23 That's another reason why God is so awesome. 12:25 As Aaliah sings, "How Excellent Your Name is," 12:28 let's think about how excellent God really is. 12:42 Oh Lord our Lord, how excellent Your name is 12:49 How excellent Your name in all the earth 12:56 Your glory fills the heavens beyond the farthest star 13:04 How excellent Your name in all the earth 13:11 When I think about the heavens, 13:15 the moon and all the stars 13:18 I wonder what You ever saw in me 13:25 But You took me and You loved me 13:29 And You've given me a crown 13:32 And now I'll praise Your name eternally 13:40 Oh Lord our Lord, how excellent Your name is 13:48 How excellent Your name in all the earth 13:55 Your glory fills the heavens beyond the farthest star 14:02 How excellent Your name in all the earth 14:10 How excellent Your name in all the earth 14:21 The earth, the earth 14:37 God is so wonderful and so great 14:39 that there is not enough praise 14:41 to proclaim His greatness. 14:43 God is far above us and in comparison 14:46 it's kind of like an ant trying to understand you. 14:49 the ant might understand a foot or a hand, 14:51 but could he understand all of you. 14:53 Probably not. 14:55 You're too gigantic compare to him. 14:57 Khelsea, Kylynda, and Eric's song, 15:00 "Oh, for a Thousand Tongues," 15:02 declares the majesty and power of God. 15:16 [Music] 16:15 Even though God is so much greater than you, 16:17 He still loves you and bends down to your level. 16:20 He is going to come back to get you 16:22 and in Revelation 3:11, the Bible says, 16:24 "That Jesus is coming soon 16:26 and we all need to remain faithful, 16:28 so that no one will take our crown." 16:31 Zachary song, "Soon and Very Soon," 16:33 is about Jesus coming again. 16:36 Are you ready for Jesus to come? 16:40 "Listen," says Jesus. "I am coming soon. 16:44 I will bring my rewards with me," Revelation 22:12. 16:50 Soon and very soon we are going to see the king 16:57 Soon and very soon we are going to see the king 17:03 Soon and very soon we are going to see the king 17:09 Hallelujah, Hallelujah, we're going to see the king 17:16 No more crying there, we are going to see the king 17:23 No more crying there, we are going to see the king 17:29 No more crying there, we are going to see the king 17:36 Hallelujah, hallelujah, we're going to see the king 17:42 No more dying there, we are going to see the king 17:49 No more dying there, we are going to see the king 17:56 No more dying there, we are going to see the king 18:02 Hallelujah, hallelujah, we're going to see the king 18:16 Do you ever need a little bit of quiet time? 18:19 We all do sometime especially after a long day 18:22 of learning and working. 18:23 It's in those quiet moments that you can talk to God. 18:27 He is just willing to send His Spirit to comfort you. 18:30 And the song Lester will play on his saxophone 18:32 "A Quiet Place," is about 18:34 those quiet moments with Jesus. 18:45 [Music] 20:24 Jesus has done so much for you. 20:26 He loves you, He saved you, 20:28 and even sent a Spirit to comfort you. 20:30 How can you ever repay Him? 20:32 Do you think you can? I don't think so. 20:35 And guess what, God doesn't want to be repaid. 20:38 He gave you salvation as a free gift. 20:40 What can you give Him? He wants your heart. 20:45 Eliann song, "We are an Offering," 20:46 is about giving Jesus our whole life 20:49 and service to say thank you. 20:50 Won't you give your heart to Jesus today? 20:59 We lift our voices We lift our hands 21:06 We lift our lives up to You We are an offering 21:12 Lord use our voices Lord use our hands 21:19 Lord use our lives we are Yours 21:23 We are an offering 21:28 All that we have All that we are 21:34 All that we hope to be 21:37 We gave to You We gave to You 21:45 We lift our voices We lift our hands 21:53 We lift our lives up to You 21:56 We are an offering We are an offering 22:08 Besides the gift of God sent to us, 22:10 the Holy Spirit has several gifts 22:12 to give us as well. 22:13 Can you find them in Isaiah 11:2 and 3? 22:17 I believe they're wisdom, understanding, good judgment, 22:22 courage, knowledge, reverence, 22:24 and the respect of God. 22:26 Those are some pretty awesome 22:27 and loving gifts, aren't they? 22:29 Let's think about them as Josiah plays, 22:31 "Behold What Manner of Love." 22:41 [Music] 23:29 Have you heard of the fruit of the spirit 23:31 such as love, joy, peace, patience, gentleness, 23:34 goodness, faith, weakness, and temperance? 23:37 You can find them listed in Galatians 5:22 and 23. 23:41 These are qualities that you will see 23:43 in a Christian, that point out 23:44 that the Holy Spirit is working in your life. 23:47 Zachari song, "Turn Your Eyes upon Jesus," 23:50 is just the place to start if you want 23:52 the Holy Spirit to fill you up. 24:04 Turn your eyes upon Jesus 24:11 Look full in His wonderful face 24:18 And the things of earth will grow strangely dim 24:25 In the light of His glory and grace 24:37 Did you know that when you're 24:38 part of Jesus' family, He will honor you 24:40 when He comes? 24:41 It doesn't seem reasonable for Him to honor you 24:44 when He did all the work, does it? 24:46 So why do you get all the gifts? 24:48 It's because He considers you 24:50 to be His precious jewels. 24:52 The Guthrie family is going to play, 24:54 "When He Cometh," and it's a song about 24:56 gathering His precious jewels to take them home. 25:11 [Music] 26:21 That was a beautiful song, 26:23 thank you to the Guthrie family. 26:24 Couldn't you just feel the presence 26:26 of the Holy Spirit as they played? 26:28 Music is one of the languages 26:29 that Jesus uses to talk to you. 26:32 He puts a song in your heart 26:33 and the spirit whispers in your ears 26:35 as you listen to the songs of praise. 26:37 And while Jeharna sings, "Spirit of the Living God," 26:40 let's ask Jesus to send us His Holy Spirit. 27:00 Spirit of the living God Fall afresh on me 27:15 Spirit of the living God Fall afresh on me 27:31 Break me, melt me Mould me, and fill me 27:47 Spirit of the living God Fall afresh on me 28:20 Boys and girls, when you feel sad or need comfort, 28:22 turn to Jesus, but also ask for the leading 28:25 of the Holy Spirit. 28:27 Remember, it's Kids Time to praise Jesus. |
