00:02 Praise Him! Praise Him!
00:04 All you little children, God is love! God is love!
00:11 Praise Him! Praise Him!
00:13 All you little children, God is love! God is love!
00:23 Hi, boys and girls.
00:24 Do you know what it means to be merciful?
00:27 Being merciful means being kind
00:29 and loving to someone who has hurt you.
00:32 The United States President, Calvin Coolidge,
00:34 was once staying in a hotel room.
00:36 And he woke up to hear a thief in his room
00:38 and that was really frightening.
00:40 But President Coolidge stayed calm.
00:42 He said, please sir I have a watch
00:45 that means a great deal to me.
00:46 I would appreciate it if you didn't steal that.
00:49 And then he continued
00:50 to have a conversation with the thief,
00:52 and he learned that the thief was actually
00:54 a poor young student
00:55 who couldn't afford to pay his hotel bill.
00:58 Do you know what President Coolidge did?
01:00 He took out his wallet
01:01 and he counted out enough money
01:02 to pay the thief's bill.
01:05 And then he said please go out through the window
01:07 the way you come in,
01:08 so that you won't get arrested by the police.
01:12 Well President Coolidge showed the thief mercy
01:14 even though the young man certainly didn't deserve it.
01:17 God is merciful too.
01:19 If you're looking your Bibles
01:21 and read Deuteronomy 4:31 it says,
01:24 "For the Lord your God is a merciful God,"
01:27 and "He will not leave you or destroy you."
01:30 Our God is gracious, kind-hearted,
01:33 compassionate and forgiving.
01:35 And He wants everyone to be saved,
01:37 even though we don't deserve it.
01:40 And He does that because He loves us.
01:43 Jeharna is going to sing about God's mercy
01:46 for us in her song.
01:47 "For God So Loved the World."
01:54 "For God so loved the world
01:55 that He gave His only begotten Son,
01:57 that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish,
02:00 but have everlasting life."
02:02 John 3:16.
02:08 For God so loved the world He gave His only Son
02:17 To die on Calvary's tree, from sin to set me free
02:26 Some day He's coming back, what glory that will be
02:35 Wonderful His love to me
02:43 For God so loved the world He gave His only Son
02:51 To die on Calvary's tree, from sin to set me free
02:59 Some day He's coming back, what glory that will be
03:08 Wonderful His love to me
03:25 Because God is merciful to us,
03:27 He sent Jesus to give us another chance.
03:29 One we didn't deserve, did we?
03:31 We make mistakes and we do wrong things.
03:34 But He wants us to live in heaven with Him forever.
03:37 He'll be so long if we were there.
03:40 Isabel song, "You Can Live Once Again,"
03:43 is about our second chance.
03:45 Let's listen as she plays her violin
03:47 and Wen-Ting plays the piano.
03:52 [Music]
06:17 Can you imagine how wonderful it will be
06:19 when we see heaven for the first time?
06:22 We would be filled with thankfulness
06:23 and love because God has given us
06:25 such a wonderful gift even though we didn't deserve it.
06:29 We will have peace and happiness,
06:31 and we'll live as if there never been
06:33 any sin or sadness.
06:35 I'm looking forward to that day.
06:37 Now let's listen to the Sanders Family sing,
06:40 "Sweet By & By".
06:52 There's a land that is fairer than day
07:00 And by faith we can see it afar
07:08 For the Father waits over the way
07:15 To prepare us a dwelling place there
07:23 In the sweet by and by
07:30 We shall meet on that beautiful shore
07:37 In the sweet by and by
07:45 We shall meet on that beautiful shore
07:52 To our bountiful Father above
08:00 We will offer our tribute of praise
08:08 For the glorious gift of His love
08:15 And the blessings that hallow our days
08:23 In the sweet by and by
08:30 We shall meet on that beautiful shore
08:38 In the sweet by and by
08:45 We shall meet on that beautiful seen
08:51 On the beautiful rest On the beautiful shore
09:07 Eternal life is a gift from God,
09:09 and we don't have to be afraid.
09:11 it will miss out if we accept Jesus sacrifice
09:14 and give our hearts to Him, when we do that
09:18 we start a wonderful adventure with Jesus.
09:21 And when He returns,
09:22 we can know that He is coming to get us.
09:24 Let's listen as Lester plays, "Blessed Assurance"
09:31 [Music]
10:31 When we are in heaven
10:32 we'll be able to praise God for eternity.
10:34 We'll never forget the wonderful gift
10:36 He gave us.
10:37 And we'll never get tired up
10:39 telling the story of how Jesus rescued us
10:41 from sin and sadness,
10:43 and He brought us to heaven to live with Him.
10:45 God's mercy is that exciting and it's that wonderful.
10:49 Alleana's song,
10:50 "I Will Sing Of The Mercies Of The Lord,"
10:52 is about our thankfulness.
11:06 I will sing of the mercies of the Lord for ever
11:11 I will sing, I will sing
11:16 I will sing of the mercies of the Lord for ever
11:21 I will sing of the mercies of the Lord
11:26 With my mouth will I make known
11:30 Thy faithfulness, Thy faithfulness
11:35 With my mouth will I make known
11:40 Thy faithfulness to all generations
11:45 I will sing of the mercies of the Lord for ever,
11:49 I will sing, I will sing
11:54 I will sing of the mercies of the Lord forever
11:59 I will sing of the mercies of the Lord
12:08 Another way God shows us
12:09 His mercy is by spending time with us.
12:12 He is the king of the universe.
12:13 He created the stars and the galaxies
12:15 and the constellations,
12:17 and we're just people who can't create anything.
12:20 Why would God want to spend time with us?
12:23 And it's because He loves us.
12:25 I'm so glad He wants to be with me.
12:27 The song Yumi will sing, "In the Garden,"
12:30 is about that special time with Him.
12:41 I come to the garden alone
12:46 While the dew is still on the roses
12:53 And the voice I hear falling on my ear
12:59 The Son of God discloses
13:06 And He walks with me, and He talks with me
13:13 And He tells me that I am His own
13:19 And the joy we share as we tarry there
13:26 None other has ever known
13:32 He speaks, and the sound of His voice
13:37 Is so sweet the birds hush their singing
13:44 And the melody that He gave to me
13:50 Within my heart is ringing
13:57 And he walks with me and he talks with me
14:04 And He tells me that I am His own
14:10 And the joy we share as we tarry there
14:17 None other has ever known
14:32 God shows us His mercy by spending time with us
14:34 and being patient with us when we make mistakes.
14:37 And we are all sinners and God knows that.
14:40 That's why He sent Jesus to rescue us
14:43 and give us the chance to choose Him.
14:45 Do you want Jesus to remember you when He comes?
14:48 Then give your heart to Him today.
14:51 The Metropolitan Symphony Steel Orchestra
14:53 is going to play,
14:54 "Do Lord" on their steel pans.
14:58 [Music]
16:07 God has been so merciful to us,
16:09 how can we ever say thank you.
16:11 We can show God how much we love Him
16:14 and how thankful we are by being merciful to others.
16:17 And mercy is being kind to
16:19 those who don't deserve our kindness.
16:22 When we are upset with someone
16:23 we can ask Jesus to help us by being a blessing to them,
16:27 by showing them mercy.
16:29 The Schafer Girls are going to sing,
16:31 "Make Me a Blessing."
16:39 Out in the highways and byways of life
16:45 Many are weary and sad
16:50 Carry the sunshine where darkness is rife
16:56 Making the sorrowing glad
17:02 Make me a blessing, make me a blessing
17:12 Out of my life may Jesus shine
17:23 Make me a blessing, O Savior, I pray
17:32 Make me a blessing to someone today
17:46 I have known the Guthrie family for several years now
17:49 and there is one thing you will always find
17:51 in their home, and that's a louder music,
17:54 and a louder praising the Lord.
17:57 More often you have heard them
17:58 play their musical instruments
17:59 on Kids Time Praise,
18:01 but today they are going to sing a very special song
18:04 called, "In My Father's House."
18:18 In my Father's house, you will find a place
18:23 in the warm embrace of an open door
18:29 In my Father's house, leave the past behind
18:35 come inside and find what you're longing for
18:41 In my Father's house, solace can be found
18:46 comfort will surround the bruised and broken
18:54 In my Father's house, children live in peace
18:59 war and hatred cease and love is spoken
19:06 In my Father's house.
19:11 In my Father's house
19:23 In my Father's house, you will find a place
19:28 in the warm embrace of an open door
19:34 In my Father's house, leave the past behind
19:40 come inside and find what you're longing for
19:46 In my Father's house, pardoned from all sin
19:51 free from what has been, life can start again
19:58 In my Father's house, prodigals come home
20:04 no one walks alone, come and enter in
20:11 In my Father's house.
20:16 In my Father's house.
20:22 In my Father's house
20:46 God's mercy is for everyone.
20:49 And He wants each of us to go live with Him in heaven.
20:52 Now when we go to Jesus
20:53 and we ask Him to come into our heats and change us,
20:56 then we can know for certain
20:58 that Jesus will take us to heaven to be with Him
21:01 that makes me want to sing just think about it.
21:04 Gaga is going to play, "If I Go To Jesus"
21:07 on her violin.
21:11 [Music]
23:07 Jesus is so loving and so kind
23:09 that He was willing to come
23:10 and die on the cross in order to save us
23:12 from our sins.
23:14 He died for those who loved Him,
23:16 and He died for those who didn't love Him too.
23:19 He wanted all of us to learn of His love,
23:21 and He wanted us to accept His sacrificein our place.
23:25 Let's listen as Adolfo sings,
23:27 "Wonderful, Merciful Savior."
23:38 Wonderful, merciful Savior,
23:45 precious Redeemer and Friend
23:52 Who would have thought that a Lamb
23:57 could rescue the souls of men
24:04 Oh, You rescue the souls of men.
24:16 Counselor, Comforter,
24:19 Keeper, Spirit we long to embrace
24:30 You offer hope when our hearts have
24:37 hopelessly lost our way
24:42 Oh, we hopelessly lost our way
24:50 You are the One that we praise,
24:57 Your are the One we adore
25:04 You give the healing and grace
25:10 our hearts always hunger for
25:16 Oh, our hearts always hunger for
25:25 Almighty, infinite Father,
25:32 faithfully loving Your own
25:39 Here in our weakness You find us
25:46 falling before Your throne
25:51 Oh, we're falling before Your throne
26:00 You are the One that we praise,
26:07 Your are the One we adore
26:13 You give the healing and grace
26:19 our hearts always hunger for
26:26 Oh, our hearts always hunger for
26:46 Remember the story about President Coolidge
26:48 and how he showed mercy to the young thief.
26:51 How do you think that young man felt,
26:53 he had crept into the president's room
26:54 in order to rob him?
26:55 And he wanted to steal anything of value
26:57 and just sneak away?
26:59 That was a terrible thing.
27:00 But the president was so kind and merciful
27:02 that he gave the thief money of his own free will.
27:05 Do, you know what that young man did?
27:07 He used the money to pay his bill
27:09 and then he went to work.
27:11 One day he sent the money back
27:12 to the President and repaid him.
27:14 Well, we can never repay Jesus for what He did for us.
27:18 We can give Him our hearts.
27:20 Well I think that's about all the time
27:22 we have today boys and girls.
27:23 I want you to remember that wherever you go,
27:26 whatever you do,
27:27 it's Kids Time to praise Jesus.
