00:03 Praise Him! Praise Him!
00:05 All you little children God is love! God is love!
00:11 Praise Him! Praise Him!
00:13 All you little children God is love! God is love!
00:23 Hi, boys and girls.
00:25 Have you ever tried to play with some kids,
00:27 but they didn't really want to play with you?
00:29 That doesn't feel very good, does it?
00:31 And maybe you're waiting to be picked for a team
00:33 and everyone else got picked before you,
00:35 so you just stood there
00:37 waiting for someone to choose you.
00:39 Or maybe you want to join them in a game
00:41 and the kids just turned their backs on you.
00:43 I know that feels terrible.
00:45 Everyone has experienced that, even me.
00:47 In fact, I never got picked for a team
00:49 because I was always so bad at sports;
00:51 nobody wanted me on their team.
00:53 You know, you probably feel sad when that happen
00:56 and you might even shed a tear but dry your eyes
00:59 because I have some good news for you.
01:01 Jesus never sends us away.
01:04 And He always loves you just the way you are.
01:07 Aren't you glad that Jesus cares?
01:09 As you read your Bible,
01:11 you will find that Jesus accepted everyone.
01:13 People looked down on Samaritans,
01:14 but Jesus didn't.
01:16 Nobody liked Zacchaeus, but guess what?
01:18 Jesus loved him and went to eat at his house.
01:21 And Mary Magdalene wasn't very popular either,
01:24 but Jesus stood up to her against all her enemies.
01:27 When we become more or like Jesus
01:29 we are more accepting of others too.
01:32 Since you know, how terrible it feels to be unwanted,
01:35 you can show Jesus love by accepting others
01:37 just like Jesus accepts you.
01:40 Romans 15:7 says,
01:42 "Accept one another, just as Christ also accepted us."
01:46 I always make a point of talking to people
01:48 who looked lonely because I know that's what
01:50 Jesus would want me to do.
01:51 And if you'll join me,
01:53 we'll begin to light the world for Jesus.
01:55 Let's listen together
01:57 as the Orangevale Girls Chorus sings,
01:59 "Go Light Your World."
02:08 There is a candle in every soul
02:15 Some brightly burning, some dark and cold
02:22 There is a Spirit who brings a fire
02:29 Ignites a candle and makes His home
02:36 Carry your candle, run to the darkness
02:43 Seek out the hopeless, confused and torn
02:50 Hold out your candle for all to see it
02:57 Take your candle, go light your world
03:04 Take your candle, go light your world
03:14 We are a family whose hearts are blazing
03:21 So let's raise our candles and light up the sky
03:28 Praying to our Father, in the name of Jesus
03:35 Make us a beacon in darkest times
03:42 Carry your candle, run to the darkness
03:49 Seek out the hopeless, confused and torn
03:56 Hold out your candle for all to see it
04:03 Take your candle, go light your world
04:10 Take your candle, go light your world
04:16 Carry your candle, run to the darkness
04:23 Seek out the hopeless, confused and torn
04:31 Hold out your candle for all to see it
04:37 Take your candle, go light your world
04:45 Take your candle, go light your world
04:59 When you feel sad because someone has rejected you,
05:01 you can know that Jesus understands
05:04 and He's just waiting to talk with you about it
05:06 to help you feel better.
05:07 You can always bring your troubles to Jesus
05:10 and you don't have to carry them
05:11 all around by yourself either.
05:13 Everything feels better when you can share with Jesus.
05:16 You know that's why
05:17 Amos and Jessica are going to play,
05:19 "Go Carry Thy Burden To Jesus."
05:23 [music]
08:02 [music]
08:07 Pets make wonderful friends and if you have one,
08:10 remember that God has given them to you
08:12 to keep you company
08:13 and perhaps even to protect you.
08:16 Just remember that they depend on you
08:18 to take care of them
08:19 because they can't take care of themselves.
08:21 In the same way Jesus is able to take care of you
08:24 even better than you take care of your pet,
08:27 isn't that right Joshua?
08:29 Let's listen together
08:30 as Joshua sings, "He Is Able."
08:40 He is able, more than able
08:46 to accomplish what concerns me today.
08:53 He is able, more than able
08:59 to handle anything that comes my way.
09:05 He is able, more than able
09:11 to do much more than I could ever dream,
09:17 He is able, more than able
09:23 to make me what He wants me to be.
09:29 He is able, more than able
09:36 to accomplish what concerns me today.
09:42 He is able, more than able
09:48 to handle anything that comes my way.
09:54 He is able, more than able
10:00 to do much more than I could ever dream,
10:06 He is able, more than able
10:13 to make me what He wants me to be.
10:19 To make me what He wants me to be.
10:30 Did you know that Jesus always accepted people?
10:33 The Bible tells us stories about
10:34 all the people that Jesus helped.
10:36 And Jesus loves kids.
10:39 In fact, when others tried to send them away
10:41 Jesus said, no let the children come into me.
10:44 And He was kind to people
10:45 that others avoided because He love them.
10:48 That's why I love to read stories in the Bible,
10:51 I love to hear the stories of Jesus
10:52 and His love for everyone.
10:54 Right now, Eliann is going to sing,
10:56 "Tell Me the Story of Jesus."
11:07 Tell me the stories of Jesus I love to hear;
11:14 Things I would ask Him to tell me if He were here;
11:21 Scenes by the wayside, tales by the sea,
11:29 Stories of Jesus, tell them to me.
11:37 First let me hear
11:38 how the children stood round His knee,
11:44 And I shall fancy His blessing resting on me;
11:52 Words full of kindness, deeds full of grace,
12:00 All in the love light of Jesus face.
12:10 Into the city I'd follow the children's band,
12:17 Waving a branch of the palm tree
12:21 high in my hand.
12:25 One of His heralds, yes, I would sing
12:32 Loudest hosannas, "Jesus is King!"
12:50 Jesus always took care of His friends.
12:52 And Psalms 23 says that "God is like a shepherd."
12:55 And He leads us over green meadows
12:57 and beside calms dreams.
12:59 He teaches us to rest in Him
13:01 because He never stops caring for us.
13:04 Even at night, the shepherd is watching for anything
13:06 that might hurt his sheep.
13:08 The Metropolitan Symphony Steel Orchestra
13:10 is going to play a song on steel pans about Jesus,
13:13 our shepherd called "Father Lead Me Day By Day."
13:18 Psalms 23:1,
13:21 "The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not want."
13:29 [music]
14:41 [music]
14:45 Isn't that wonderful to know that
14:46 God is always watching over us?
14:48 Some days are better than others, aren't they?
14:51 And even when you have an awful or embarrassing day,
14:54 you can tell Jesus all about it.
14:56 And He'll never laugh at you,
14:57 He understand and accepts you just the way you are.
15:01 He will make you feel a lot better,
15:03 if you simply tell Him all about it
15:05 just as Mirielle song says, "I Must Tell Jesus."
15:16 I must tell Jesus all of my trials,
15:20 I cannot bear these burdens alone;
15:25 In my distress He kindly will help me,
15:30 He ever loves and cares for His own.
15:35 I must tell Jesus! I must tell Jesus!
15:40 I cannot bear my burdens alone;
15:45 I must tell Jesus! I must tell Jesus!
15:50 Jesus can help me, Jesus alone.
16:02 When you come to Jesus with your troubles,
16:04 Jesus helps you to see things
16:06 from His point of you.
16:07 And when you're upset with someone
16:09 He'll show you how to love them again.
16:11 When you see things through Jesus eyes,
16:14 you'll be so much happier.
16:16 Let's listen to Lester played,
16:17 "Be Thou My Vision."
16:21 [Music]
19:46 [Music]
19:50 It doesn't matter what you've done
19:52 or how bad you think you've been,
19:54 Jesus wants to forgive you.
19:56 And it's up to you to choose to accept His forgiveness
19:58 and give your whole life over to Him.
20:01 Jesus can take any situation
20:02 and make it into something lovely.
20:04 Yumi's song, "I Surrender All,"
20:07 is about giving everything to Jesus
20:08 and trusting him to give you the abundant life.
20:19 All to Jesus I surrender
20:24 All to Him I freely give;
20:30 I will ever love and trust Him,
20:35 In his presence daily gift.
20:40 I surrender all, I surrender all,
20:50 All to thee, my blessed Savior,
20:55 I surrender all.
21:00 All to Jesus I surrender
21:05 Gobly at his feet above.
21:09 Worldly pleasures all for sake
21:14 take me Jesus take me now.
21:19 I surrender all I surrender all
21:29 All to thee, my blessed Savior
21:34 I surrender all
21:39 All to thee, my blessed Savior
21:44 I surrender all
21:56 When Jesus comes, those who have trusted
21:59 and given their lives to Him will be reunited
22:01 with their best friend Jesus.
22:03 When God looks at the heavenly book
22:05 of records, He won't see the things you've done wrong
22:07 because God will only see
22:09 that we have been a trusted friend to Jesus
22:12 and any friend of Jesus is a friend of God,
22:14 the Father too.
22:15 Let's listen as the Guthrie Family plays,
22:18 "When I Can Read My Title Clear."
22:23 [music]
24:48 [music]
24:53 Jesus knows everything about us
24:55 and He still loves us.
24:56 You're so important to Him
24:58 and He thinks about you all the time,
25:00 He was thinking about you when He died to save you.
25:03 The Bible says that,
25:04 He even knows the number of hairs on your head.
25:07 That's right.
25:08 Danielle loves belonging to Jesus too,
25:10 and she invites you to sing along with her
25:12 as she shares this song, "He Knows My Name."
25:27 I have a Maker
25:33 He Formed My Heart
25:39 Before even time began
25:44 My life was in his hands
25:52 He knows my name
25:58 He knows my every thought
26:04 He sees each tear that falls
26:09 And hears me when I call
26:16 He knows my name
26:22 He knows my every thought
26:29 He sees each tear that falls
26:34 And hears me when I call
26:40 And hears me when I call
26:52 Isn't that wonderful to know that even when the people
26:54 that you trust the most may turn you away,
26:56 Jesus accepts you just the way you are.
26:59 And you don't have to be really smart
27:01 or rich or popular, pretty or handsome
27:03 for Him to accept you, just come to Him right now.
27:07 And we can show Jesus that we love Him
27:09 by treating others with kindness
27:11 and by never leaving anyone else out.
27:13 Because we all know that
27:14 that doesn't feel good, does it?
27:16 When you help take away someone else's loneliness
27:19 it really pleases Jesus.
27:21 Well I had a wonderful time with you today,
27:23 and I want to encourage you
27:24 to tell someone else about Jesus, won't you?
27:27 Let's remember boys and girls
27:29 wherever you go, wherever you are,
27:31 it's Kids Time to praise Jesus.
