God is love! 00:23 Hi, boys and girls. 00:25 Many of you know that I just love to tell stories 00:28 about my grandson Michael. 00:30 And now I've two grandsons to tell stories about. 00:34 Michael has a new baby brother named Jason Patrick. 00:37 I don't get to see my grandsons 00:39 as often as I would like, but the times 00:41 that we do spend together are oh, so precious. 00:45 Michael and I sat outside together 00:47 and looking up at the stars recently, 00:49 Michael said, grandma, 00:51 mommy said that when we get to heaven, 00:53 we're gonna live right next door to you, 00:56 do you think that's true? 00:58 And I looked at him and I said, 00:59 yes Michael, that is true. 01:01 He was quite for minute he kind of sat there 01:04 and he is looking at the stars 01:06 and he said grandma, don't you wish Jesus 01:10 would just come right now, 01:12 then we could be together forever and ever, and ever. 01:16 And I said oh yes Michael I would love that. 01:20 Well, Michael and I have a lot of fun 01:21 when we're together. 01:23 And we really miss each other when we are apart. 01:25 Not long ago Michael woke up in the night 01:27 crying his little heart loud out. 01:29 My daughter ran to his room to find out 01:31 what was the matter. 01:33 I, I, I, I miss my grandma, he sobbed. 01:38 I missed her too, his mommy told him. 01:40 Where you having a dream about your grandma? 01:43 Yes, we're making bread together. 01:47 Mommy can we go to grandma's house today? 01:51 Well, he was really disappointed to learn that 01:53 a plane trip to grandma's house 01:55 was probably not going happen that day. 01:59 Well, Michael doesn't like sharing his grandma 02:01 with his new baby brother Jason. 02:03 I recently talked him one Sabbath morning 02:05 when he was getting ready for church 02:07 and he informed me that he was going to church 02:10 to find a Jason, a grandma of his own. 02:14 He told me, he said grandma, 02:15 he said I share my toys, 02:18 he said but I am not sharing you 02:20 because you are my grandma, why? 02:23 Well, I love the way Michael loves me 02:25 and misses me when we are apart. 02:27 It reminds me the way my heart belongs to Jesus. 02:30 Everyday brings me close to that moment 02:33 when the Lord Himself 02:34 shall descend upon heaven with a shout, 02:37 with the voice of the archangel 02:38 and with the triumph of God, 02:40 and the dead in Christ shall rise first. 02:43 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up 02:46 together with them in the clouds, 02:48 to meet the Lord in the air, 02:50 and so shall we ever be with the Lord and with each other. 02:55 That's found in 1st Thessalonians 02:57 4:16 and 17. 02:59 And I want you to read that for yourself. 03:01 Michael and I sure are looking forward 03:03 to that day, aren't you?
