God is love! 00:24 Hi, boys and girls, I'd like to show you a 00:26 picture of my husband, this is Tim. 00:29 And when I first met him, he hadn't yet given his 00:32 heart to Jesus. But as we got to 00:35 know each other, we talked about my 00:36 faith and religious beliefs and my feelings 00:39 for him grew and with him, grew my desire for him 00:42 to know and to love Jesus as I did. 00:45 I quickly came to the point where I know I 00:47 wanted to marry him. He had met my family 00:50 and they liked him and Tim and I loved each other 00:52 deeply, and the subject of marriage soon came up. 00:56 Well, one day I prayed Lord if you have chosen 00:58 Tim to be my husband, Oh! Please let your 01:02 Holy Spirit work on his heart. Well before we've 01:05 met Tim already been spending time studying 01:07 the Bible. And he felt empty inside and he was 01:10 searching for something but he didn't know what? 01:13 Well, we begin to plan our life together, 01:15 and I continued praying for Tim every single day 01:18 that he would give his heart completely to Jesus. 01:22 Well, one day Tim said to me in a very serious 01:25 voice, honey I have something that I need 01:28 to tell you. My heart never stopped, 01:31 I was afraid that he might have some bad 01:33 news for me, and then he said Brenda I've decided 01:37 that tomorrow I wanna be baptized. 01:39 I was so ecstatic I couldn't believe it; 01:43 this was exactly what I have been praying for. 01:45 But then I thought of something and I said oh! 01:47 Honey I think it's a wonderful idea that you 01:50 wanna be baptize tomorrow. 01:51 But it doesn't quite work that way, 01:53 you don't just decide one day to be baptized 01:56 and then be baptize the next. Well, I knew that 01:59 he needed preparation for baptism, 02:02 but then Tim told me something that 02:04 I didn't know. He told me that for three months 02:08 he have been studying the Bible and the beliefs 02:10 of the Seventh-day Adventist church with 02:11 my dad who was a pastor. My dad had introduced 02:15 Tim to Jesus and really helped him to understand 02:18 what Jesus did when He died on that cross. 02:21 Tim was more than ready to fully commit his 02:25 heart to Jesus. Boys and girls the day 02:28 Tim told me that he had given his heart to Jesus; 02:30 it was one of the happiest days of my life. 02:32 I just can't even tell you how much it meant 02:35 to me to know that the man I loved would share 02:37 eternity with me. I had prayed for Tim 02:40 salvation and my prayer had been answered. 02:44 You know boys and girls I'm sure you have 02:46 people in your life who maybe haven't given 02:48 their hearts to Jesus yet? And I know you want 02:51 them to be in heaven with you someday, 02:53 do you pray for them as I prayed for Tim? 02:56 Maybe you haven't given your heart to Jesus yet, 02:58 if so then I'm praying for you, 03:02 I wanna encourage you and just prayed with you 03:05 boys and girls to please let Jesus in your heart. 03:08 Give Jesus your heart and make Him first in 03:12 your life everyday, you'll be glad you did. 03:23 Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound, 03:30 That saved a wretch like me. 03:36 I was once lost but now am found, 03:43 Was blind, but now I see. 03:51 T'was Grace that taught my heart to fear. 03:57 And Grace, my fears relieved. 04:03 How precious did that Grace appear 04:10 The hour I first believed. 04:18 Through many dangers, toils and snares 04:24 I have already come;
